Absolutely love it here. They did a patio contest right after we move in that was such a great idea. It is an older apartment complex so keep that in mind, but the units are nice, clean, and unique.

Wow!!! I wish they had google review when I moved into this place in 1997. NOBODY would have moved into this dump! The leasing company at the time tried to rewrite my lease at least once a month, nothing every got fixed it was a nightmare!

Seriously... dont live here. I do agree with the 5 star reviews from new tenants, it seems great when you move in. However, the management is truly terrible and do not care about residents at all and that is shown over time. There is some new issue without fail every single week. At the moment, every laundry facility in the complex has been out of order for almost a week and we didnt even get an email about it. Just a sign hanging on the doors that says The laundry rooms are out of order tonight, sorry for the inconvenience even though multiple days have gone by. Pipes mysteriously bust almost every week here. I cant tell you how many times Ive been without water for hours because of an issue, always without any warning ahead of time. They arent proactive about taking care of stuff before it breaks. Our heat (powered by boilers, heads up), has been out a number of times and Ive only lived here for six months. The office staff never give definitive answers about when things will be fixed and never seem apologetic. Maintenance is also not good. Very nice guys, but I guess have no idea what theyre doing because they claim nothing is wrong and/or fix things and just end up messing them up more. The location is great and the price point seems good, until you realize you live in a place that is constantly breaking down with management who doesnt care.

Had a few hiccups when moving in over a year ago, but was caught off guard how quick EVERY issue was resolved. The communication from the office, and the efficiency of the maintenance team speaks volumes. Things happen, and I am more than happy to remain living here for the foreseeable future.

I’m a new tenant in one of their apartments, and so far they’ve been really awesome to me! The management team has been super kind and responsive, I got a great deal at move in, and the maintenance crew has been super cool with making sure I got some things fixed that I needed done after move in. I actually found out that my kitchen sink was flooding 2 days ago, and they had a guy out here from their maintenance team within 24 hours to fix it! Jesse, the maintenance guy, was super kind and personable, and even got the repairs done within 30 minutes or so of showing up. He even brought me my mailbox key so I didn’t have to swing by the office. I’ve had some pretty bad tenting experiences in the past, but so far so good with the Tamarac team. I’ll update this if that changes, but people here seem to really like their apartments and the management team.

I never write reviews, good or bad, but in this case I had to make an exception. Just wanted to report how positive my experience has been with this propertys staff, specifically with Maddie (leasing) and Stephanie (management). I was able to work with Maddie to initiate my lease, and have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie in the end of my lease. Both were very helpful to me as a first-time apartment renter, and Im very appreciative! PS -- if youre in the market for a new place, check out the views from the top floor of the west-facing apartment balconies! I enjoyed the mountain sunsets on a nightly basis.

My water has run black more then twice now and dark brown I had to contact them several times. L unit gets there water cut off quit often. It smooth when you first move in but the apartment are not well maintained. It’s hard to get threw to maintenance and the front office after moving in it seemed to me.

My only complaints are that my neighbors arent as respectful of others as they should be and they just took away my massaging shower head. Otherwise, this is a pretty great place to live. Most units have a private balcony, its a pretty quiet place, easy access to shopping and public transportation, management is friendly and communicative, pets are welcome... This is a pretty good choice if youre looking for an apartment.

I love the community and the amenities. But you would think with how often the mailboxes are broken into that they would do something about it. We have the Amazon hub for package delivery but if something is small enough it goes to the mailboxes instead. My mailbox was broken into and a package and birthday card were stolen and I was met with surprisingly little sympathy. When it comes to every other service request the office staff have been more that accommodating, but when it came to talking about my mailbox I was treated rather coldly. Again, I still do not regret living here I just wish that they would take more precautions or insure better security measures when it comes to our mail.

I have been living at Tamarac Apartments for 3 years now and I must say that it has been a peaceful place to live. I decided to downgrade and the staff was very helpful and professional. I love how they make it feel like home. I had no hassle getting a smaller apartment. Throughout the years, anytime I had any small things that needed to be fixed they came the same day or the day after, the latest. I am looking forward to living here for a couple of more years. The staff is great, the amenities are great, the apartments are clean and affordable. I recommend these apartments if your looking for affordability and peace. Close to good schools and everything you might need.

Between all the hidden and tacked on fees they add here, youd be better of going and getting a more upscale apartment with better customer service. Youll sign a lease and have to pay market fees which fluctuate based on marketing trends. They say its the difference between what your rent is monthly and what market rent is. Also, if you look at your utility bill monthly with all the fees and charges on that you wend up paying double what your utilities actually are. Ive dealt with many landlords and have many close friends that own rental properties and what theyre doing is wrong...Ill be contacting DORA and filing a complaint. Seriously save yourself the headache and dont move here!

We moved here last month, and we just love this community. :)- when we first time called for enquiry, we got all details, and they were very patience with number of questions. All pricing mentioned on first meet was without any hidden fees. Office staff is excellent, ( we mostly talked to Maddie, and she was super helpful)- when we came to check out a model apartment, it was contactless viewing, keys were given to apartment and we were able to check out everything in our own time, it gave good amount of time to imagine placement of stuff- leasing process was straight forward; all details were simplified. Entire process was done online, with quick result of background check and actual lease signing. After confirming everything online. On actual day it took less than 5 mins to complete the process and get keys (and welcome gifts)- our apartment is almost like model apartment with extra window :) and completely remodeled. Apartment have good amount of storage space; dining room is our “office from home” corner with park view ( our apartment is ‘Granite’ model)- Maintenance is to the point, we were given checklist in the day of entry. We found few small issues and it was all fixed within couple of days. Maintenance guys friendly and they know how to do their job with great quality. If you have double doubts about any bugs, they help you with free pest control on every Thursday- Area wise it is perfect spot, everything is within walking distance (grocery stores, gyms, trail, restaurants), very quiet and clean community. we are extremely glad that we decided to move here

Any issues that come up are taken care of in a timely manner by professional staff. Office staff is always very friendly. Affordable rent compared to most of Denver and good location right off I25.

Just moved in here last weekend. Really good quality apartments and nice amenities for the price. I had a couple issues with the bathroom and maintenance had it taken care of within 2 days. The best part, however, is the staff. They are very personable, and they really take care of you. My only gripe is that they REALLY need to get some recycling on site.

I have only been living here for about 7 months now and have to say that I love it. There are some minor drawbacks, such as the geese poop everywhere, and my apartment is difficult to find for visitors and food delivery. However I can’t blame them too much for that - this place is nice. My apartment is quite cozy on the inside and has a nice color layout. The fireplace really tops it all off. I have never lived anywhere with radiators instead of central heat - but I have to say that I prefer the radiators since it is so dry here in Colorado. My last apartment here I couldn’t even breathe in the winter without a humidifier. Generous storage space. Comfy, cozy, quiet - love this place and I would recommend.

Trying to help my son out. Talked with the office manager and she refused to give me any information on his monthly payment. I have done this twice before and the others I spoke with were very willing to help me and get the info I needed. She also told me they dont have the totals for the utilities until the 1st of the month. The other times I called, they were able to give me that info as well. Not sure why she lied to me. Very rude and unpleasant person this office manager. Would advise you talk to anyone but the office manager.

Havent even been at Tamarac for 2 months...The dishwasher started leaking the 2nd week I was here, come to find out there it was filled with still water. It smelt so bad & I had to keep authorizing maintenance people to come fix it. Now some of the cabinets just came apart...I pulled a cabinet drawer & the entire cabinet collapsed. For being newly renovated Ive had problem after problem, stuff not being assembled right...some outlets not working, the bar in the bathroom fell off. Cheapest apartments in Denver & the only nice person in the office is Maddie.

I returned from vacations to find someone in my apartment repairing the ceeling when I asked at the office why they didnt informed us they said they called us but we didnt answer, I asked why they didnt sent an email or a text message and she said they dont have to do that. The hallway got wet because of a leak from the ceeling, that happens a week ago and right now theres a bunch of fans on the hallway, I asked how much time it will take to repair it and they said they didnt know, then a guy from maintenance said they dont have the Materials. Finally, I asked if they could put some hand sanitizer dispensers on the common areas and they said is our responsibility to protect ourselfs. Very rude!!!

The maintenance guys did a great job at fixing my kitchen sink, they also did a great job at cleaning up after the job was completed. The only evidence they had been there was an unstopped sink and a note letting me know the problem was resolved. Kudos to the maintenance crew and a job well done.

Extremely disappointed to have signed a lease here. I’ve been dealing with roaches in my apartment for over 2 months now. They have come to spray twice already, a third time has been set up. I cannot keep anything in my kitchen cupboards or cook in my kitchen due to the current issue. When asked if something differently would be done if they’re not gone after the third time spraying I’m met with attitude and a response of “that’s up to pest control”. Or “it could take many times for this to go away maybe 4 or 5 ” The attitude given by the office is that I shouldn’t be frustrated with this situation in any way it just is what it is!Really reassuring knowing I might have roaches in my apartment throughout my entire lease here!!I’m paying to live somewhere where I feel constantly uncomfortable due to this issue with no communication or help from the office besides them giving vague responses to any question I ask.I am unfortunately locked in a lease here but if I could save anyone else from signing a lease here and dealing with this stress and living situation I’m glad to do so.

The staff is incredible. They are friendly, accommodating, and professional. Its nice to feel such a warm welcome into our new home. It has a great view of the mountains and is located close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shops! Large rooms, great storage space and new appliances! Rent is also very affordable. Although I do not live here, I had the most horrific experience with attempting to rent here. My husband and I paid for two application fees and the deposit all to be denied because of my husband had an eviction from 5 years ago. Even with both of us having great credit, meeting income requirements and offering to put down a larger deposit we were still denied. So I asked for a refund of the deposit we paid upon applying and they ignored for 3 WEEKS. At this point we are living in a hotel with our 3 year old that is 45 minutes away from Tamarac. I came by the office 3 times a week for 2 weeks to get our refund. I was told that they got my refund but it came in another tenants name!! I was told yet again to come back in a few days. A few days went by and I called on a Friday morning before going up to the office and the only person Who could help me was gone until the following Tuesday. Today is Tuesday, I have called and was told that my call will be returned and of course it has not. Be advised that if you are not approved by them they will treat you like garbage and completely waste your time. I have filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I have yet to receive my refund.

Living here has been a great surprise. My wife and I were just looking for affordable housing in this area and that’s what brought us here. It’s not perfect by any means, but it has some great pros for the price like the community grilling area/pools, relatively spacious floor plans, and relatively quick responses to work requests. Not a perfect place by any means but certainly good for what you’re paying (relative to Denver).

Living here at 3300 Tamarac has been a breath of fresh air. The location is fabulous! Located across the street from Target, Whole Foods, Chick-Fil-A and more!! The staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond with all of your apartment needs. GREAT view of the mountains. Amentities are clean and up to date. Maintenance requests are timely and efficient. Rent is affordable! If you are looking for a cozy apartment home, then 3300 Tamarac is for you! 10/10 recommend!

These responses from what are said to be the owner, are not true at all. These people do not care about anyone who lives there. After making several complaints about the electronic door that does not work, I I called to get the status update too many times. They immediately threatened to call the police if they cannot fix the problem. Their normal response is, Im not going to argue with you. I have lived here eight years and this new management is absolutely the worst I have ever been around. packing my apartment now, willing to lose the rent, just need to get out of this awful nasty filthy place.

Nice place. Neighbors are quiet and maintenance has been quick. The geese can be obnoxious, but what can you do about that?... Update- our building had the boiler go out two nights ago. I saw firsthand people working on it late into the night. The office sent an email first thing yesterday morning to update us as well. Things happen, but I was happy to see them working hard to get the repair made ASAP and updating us.

Ive been here for over a year now. All my questions to the staff have always been answered with cheerfulness and courtesy. Super friendly. When i lost my keys last year while i was at work they even searched the area before charging me for new keys. Just genuinely nice people. Patient too. (Im one of those people who has a million questions) The surroundings are beautiful (i have a small pond with a fountain outside my balcony) great amenities and everything is super close (target is across the street, bank, buses, a bar and restaurants, light rail is a 15 minute walk away) i love it here.

Ive been living at 3300 Tamarac for 3 months now. Thus far, Im super happy. The apartment is updated and spacious. The grounds are well-maintained. When Ive placed maintenance requests, theyve been taken care of right away. The leasing staff is responsive and helpful. My building has been quiet and I havent experienced anything negative thus far. Plus, the location is great - close to I-25 & 225, close to shopping, restaurants, and tons of walking trails.

The mailboxes still havent been fixed in building B. After repeated communications with management these requests seem to have fallen on deaf ears. Its gotten to the point where we will be looking into whether this qualifies as their breaking of lease terms by not providing amenities that were outlined in the lease. Dont live here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’m not even someone who writes reviews! They left our apartment waterless without any warning for nine hours and when we turned on our water, our water was yellow and reeked of feces. They simply said “just let it run a little”. This is crazy for how much we pay in rent. Do yourself a favor and NEVER rent from here. It’s a disaster and it’s barely a place to call a home.

I have been living here over a year now. Upon move in the apartment was in pretty bad shape from the previous renter. It was gross, there is still stuff I cant get off of the floor boards or walls and bath tub inside of the cabinets. So it has its quirks. Thats fine. You get what you pay for. My mailbox was broken into pretty soon after move in and they replaced the lock the same day which was cool. Now I have a running toilet and a leak under my sink and multiple other issues that should be fixed by maintenance. I just called the office 10 days after my maintenance request and they told me because there was more than one issue on the maintenance request that they probably just deleted it because it was too much at one time. Just wish I would have received a call or an email about it. There are no instructions online. Ive been more than patient. The office said they will fix my toilet and sink, but lets see if the other stuff gets fixed too. Also, the person who moved in above me I think has about 10 people living in there.. The staff is always friendly.Update. I am pleased to say after speaking on the phone with the office, maintenance did make it to my house and fixed a few of the issues before I got home. I would rate this higher as I think the staff is amazing my walkways are always shoveled and the clubhouse is great, but there really is a safety issue here. I’m constantly haveing to personally kick homeless people out of building c as they broke the locks on the doors and sleep there frequently, I’ve seen people breaking into cars that I’ve had to run off and not to mention we had a shooting and full swat team rolling through a couple months back. The staff has always been very kind and not a problem at all, but we definitely need some better security measures.

The most passive aggressive treatment you will ever experience. The new manager is not professional whatsoever and has zero management skills. There is currently no hot water in the building and the manager would rather harass me via email, calls, voicemails, and a sticky note on my door even after the fact that I spoke with her. It would seem as if she would rather harass tenants for parking in the incorrect parking space for 5 minutes than get running hot water in the building. Would not recommend 0/10 you get what you pay for.

I had an emergency problem with my sink/dishwasher overflowing and flooding and Lafe from maintenance came out right away, was super friendly, and fixed it right up for me. The maintenance team always does great work. Holly, Jackie, Keith, Jared, and Christine in the office have always been a pleasure dealing with, very friendly, and helpful in answering any of my questions. I recently resigned my lease and plan to call here home for the foreseeable future!

Check the reviews before you think about moving in here. I wish I had done that, it would have saved us a lot of aggravation. for one, theyre charging us monthly for two parking spots when they know fully well we only have one car and theyre not changing that charge. we asked what our rent was last month, and they wrote it down for us. a week after rent is paid they are asking us for more money because apparently there was a mistake with rent. People ask for their rent written down so they can plan out their money for the month and you choose to ask us for more money on a Sunday when the leasing office is closed? completely unprofessional and rude and we still have to pay them extra because of their mistake. about two months ago they turned off our hot water for about 8 hours without giving anyone a heads up before hand, even though all our utilities were paid. we asked them to turn it back on around 5pm and they said it will be on again in about an hour. sure enough, it gets turned back on at 10pm. We havent even been her for four months and were looking for a new apartment, but of coarse they charge you for leaving early, probably because they know how bad it is to live here and they want to take as much money from you as they can. seriously, Dont move here.

Tamarac Village placed me in a ground-floor remodeled unit in a quiet and clean building. The landscaping is nice and the trees are lovely in the fall. There are good amenities here that I have used such as the pool and the business center. Theres a clubhouse in the main building and the property manager is currently remodeling the gym and billiards room. The location is convenient to bus lines and light rail as well as shopping, restaurants, a bank and other stores right across the street. Plenty of parking can be had on the property and the staff are polite and considerate. Ask for Jordan or Sarah, theyre great! Thanks- Ray.

This complex was inviting at first glance but shyer two months here I feel unsafe. I reported that my car was vandalized on Christmas Eve and nothing was done. Again, on Friday January 18th my car was vandalized again. I was told that no security or camera were in place and would not be put in place. We do not feel safe in this community. Since the day We moved in we have had issues with the electrical keys, closet door and bedroom screen, again maintained was called and These requested were never fixed.When signing the lease and getting keys l, Keith told us that utilities and such extra charges were included In our monthly rent, after a few weeks were we received a utilities bill that was over hundred dollars. A hundred dollars we were never told we had to pay. As well as no units having there own laundry, the laundry room was constantly flooded or had machines that were broken and not working. We are very disappointed in this experience. The amount of money we pay isn’t worth feeling unsafe and unwelcome.

If anyone thought the old management was bad, they had no idea what this new management is going to be. They act all cheerful and helpful until you sign the lease and then theyre worse than politicians in some countries. They take you out for every cent that they can.The maintenance takes so long to show up. Heres an example: A lady during April had come to the management to get the roof fixed, as it had collapsed during the late snow that Denver sometimes has. The roof had collapsed in her kitchen. The management told her that they had other high priority issues to take care of and cannot look into it until the next 2 days. That lady just kept staring at them for this response and everyone around was also thinking about the stupidity of this management.This new management are not even true to their own words. They say things while you sign up the lease and then screw you once they see that they can make more money off you.When I came to this community, it was rated at 4+ stars, now it has gone down to 2.3Youre the best judge now whether you should rent here or not! I really liked living at 3300 Tamarac Place until I decided to buy a house and was no longer going to sign a new lease agreement- The rent went up by 35% and it was already tough trying to buy a house as a single parent.I continued to struggle to pay the higher rent with letters on my door warning me to vacate the premises. I stayed about 2 months after my lease was up due to waiting on contractors to finish the work on my house. It was really tough and I tried to keep up with the rent, but there was no understanding from the Leasing Office. I finally was able to move out after they posted another letter on my door stating I had to vacate or they were going to get lawyers involved. PETTY. No empathy, sympathy, Corporate Money Vultures is what it boils down too. Its SAD when they know you are trying to move and jackup the rent so high that you are forced to sacrifice other things. Why not leave the rent the same, especially when you been a loyal customer for almost three years. JUST GLAD TO BE GONE and YES I will await the bill that they are going to send me

When I moved in my shower rod had mold on it, the drawers had hair in them, and the paint hasnt been updated in years. I pay $25 a month for a card for the exercise room, $10 for parking (not in the port that is $25) and do not always get to park next to my building. Its not a far walk but occasionally I park in the street. My apartment walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors phones vibrating.Needless to say I can hear their fights, sad times and good times. Which have all kept me up before I work my 2 jobs to live here. And the kids run around and pound on doors. Sometimes it smells bad in the lobby area and is dirty. Sometimes that cant be controlled but gross. Water is sometimes hot, sometimes cold.The staff is friendly though and tries to be helpful. I will let you know how my maintenance issue goes.However the location is awesome! I love all the surrounding businesses and it is close to work and these are the reasons I stay.

I have lived in 4 different complexes in this area and nothing is as gorgeous and comes with as many benefits as 3300 Tamarac. The complex has done some recent renovations and the place looks great! Several pools surrounded by green lawns and a wonderful recreation center with a business center for printin, venue for events & fully stocked gym. The administration has been very helpful, especially Holly the property manager and Pearl one of the leasing agents. All in all a great place to live in south

I like the location and the neighbors have always been great. Apt is extremely old and management refused to even allow me to pay for my own upgrades or move to another unit. Apparently demand was too high for them to care. 10 years ago when the same apartment was half the price it may have been worth it but not now.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Save yourself the trouble. This place has been horrible and there’s no communication with staff. They take you for all you haven and are only concerned about taking all your money. Each staff member tells you different things and all 3 of the people I spoke to about my lease told me 3 different move out dates. Water gets randomly hot and cold and has scolded me and my dog too many times to count. Maintenance says “sorry it’s an old building, can’t be fixed”. Somewhere else may be more expensive but I wish I would’ve read reviews before renting. Save yourselves.

Honestly this is a decent place to live. Nice updates to the clubhouse and the upgraded apartments are very nice to live in, but good luck having consistent water temps. Grounds are typically well kept with the exception of the dumpster areas, I honestly think pickup is every other week because more often then not the dumpsters are overflowing and attract vagrants looking through all the things people throw away, there is even a small homeless population that seems to hang out in the common areas in the buildings that face Tamarac Dr. We pay an excessive C.A.M. fee which I have no idea what that is for. This place is a work in progress so hopefully a 5 star rating will attract some more decent people to the complex. I plan on renewing my lease as rent here is very competitive compared to other places in the area. Easy access to RTD and to great shopping centers within walking distance.

Below was my evaluation about a year ago. Things have been much better this year. Im not ready to increase it above three stars, but we have nice amenities in a nice part of town and management has been far more approachable than they have been in the past.We have been perfect tenants but they will not work with us on rent increases. We paid for amenities that were inaccessible for 10 months and then they raised rent $70. They would not even entertain a conversation about the price. We were only asking for a $20 decrease to keep rent, parking and insurance under $900. They smile nice and market well but once you live here they expect much more from their tenants than they expect to deliver. Its pretty sad.
