My car was towed because it has garage registration. I talked to the property manager and she said it had to be parked in a garage if not it is subject to be towed. I lived at this property for 2 years and a few months and never had this problem. I asked if the rules had changed and she said she doesnt know because she is new to the property. That should never be an excuse because if its costing people money thats something you should learn 1st. I asked if she could show me the rules of the changes or even the rules they have on file. She said sure I will e-mail them as I felt she was trying to get me out of the office. Upon exiting I asked, how are you going to e-mail me and you dont know who I am? She said, good point then took my information. Now 2 days later and I still havent gotten the rules. I called Park M, the people that handle the parking and they said, a car shouldnt be towed if its registered no matter what type of registration it is. To sum it all up I still had to pay $289 to get my car from the tow company. Now I feel they can tow anyone without repercussion and its all at the tenants expense. If youre considering this place you be careful with your vehicle because you dont just have to worry about a thief stealing your car you also have to worry about the apartment complex taking it too.

I have lived at this complex for about two years now, and both the property and the management are phenomenal!! The management team is amazing at communication, as they respond to emails within 12 hours of them being sent and they are always communicating with the residents regarding complex updates. The pool area is kept nice and tidy, and the gym is always spotless. I love having this place as my home, and I cant envision myself living anywhere else!

I have been living at this place since January 2020. I am now regretting my decision to renew the contract. The place is becoming horrible. The new management staffs are not friendly and even shouts at you infront of your neighbors. Currently they are charging me for renter insurancef. I have already bought and filed at their office. Now I am going to complain for the forth time. Really a HELL.

This place has been nothing but a horrible experience since I moved in a couple months ago. To make matters worse, the elevator has been down for almost a week. With the freezing temperatures and snow, I’m having to take the stairs up and down with out the stairs being salted or shoveled. I’ve slipped several times. My heart makes loud noises when on to the point that’s it’s impossible to sleep. The manager has been nothing but unprofessional since she took over. The property isn’t well maintained and definitely not worth paying luxury prices for. Reconsider of your considering.

I want to Thank Rebekah and team for helping us get our first apt. They are awesome they will answer every question you have and are willing to show you all the amazing floor plans. Regarding the apt they are very fancy they have wood floors, stainless appliances and a big stone island. Once you walk in they are very welcoming. Ever heard of valet trash? I never did till I started living here! Come and find out what it is its very cool. 😎Thank you Again to Rebekah and Team at Watermark At First Creek!!!

I just moved here and the leasing process, move in process and overall cleanliness is top notch. This place is beautiful. I needed a few repairs on the kitchen faucet and window shades and they were completed the next day.Awesome.

Ulices gave a bad experience to my mom during her tour. Every time my mom called to see the apartments the answered of Avery question was “no” that she would have to wait for her apartment until it is done. We when today and he showed a similar and available apartment to see when he always told us that he did not have a apartment to show us.

Talking about an AMAZING COMPLEX! They have elevators, security patrol, beautiful amenities, AWESOME COFFEE STATION, and great customer service. The staff went beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Its also pet friendly :)

I have lived here with a family member for over 2 years. I have never had a complaint other then the communication I have had with Tracy. However, I went down to the office last week to find that this property is no longer ran by Watermark, it is a new company running it and each and every person in the office were just outright nasty. The rudest people I have come across in a long time. While I was taking my trash out I spoke to a neighbor that said he has been having issues with the staff over the past 2 weeks since Christmas. Look I know people have bad days but WOW. I miss the previous staff and will defiantly be moving to the watermark community across the street!

The office I rude and response time is awful. My personal property went missing by a vendor almost two months ago and no one has done anything. The property is dirty all the time and the pedestrian gates stay open. I have issues in my apartment that’s have not been fixed since I moved in. No one communicates or does anything to make this place worth the luxury price tag.

These apartments are way to expensive for what you get. They look nice but it’s only a show. The windows don’t close properly, there’s always trash in the elevators or the grounds themselves, the snow removal of the grounds is placed in parking spots instead of non-parking areas and piled up next to parked cars, they constantly tow residents cars and worst of all the property management of this property seem to only hire incompetent people to run the office. Worst of all instead of not towing resident’s cars during a time when most people barely have money they choose to continue to tow cars. This property also does not have guest parking so if you have a guest over their car will be towed as well. The residents are charged to park on the premises but still get towed. This is to me just shows how greedy and uncaring this management company is. Why bother living in a place where you’re only viewed as a dollar sign.

I have been here since around the time they opened. I looked at it and love it, it was a beautiful place to welcome my soon to be delivered son. So I thought not even a month in and things start falling apart, there were holes hidden in the cabinet and our fridge did not work. The fridge shut down 4 times I had to buy my own ice for months in a row. They replaced the fridge and still the same issue. The manager Georgia is such a peace of work. She does not do her job and is very disrespectful. Any issue she plays the victim instead of righting her wrong. I have been nothing but respectful any time I have talked to anyone on her and she is the only one I have issues with. Any extra charges that may be owed she doesn’t not update the portal like she is supposed to. I pay the amount owed and every time it’s an issue because I was a couple dollars short even tho I pay the amount on my ledger. So that sends me back out to the bank or to the portal to return this check or cancel a payment to now make the correct payment. I would definitely think twice before moving here and can’t wait for my lease to be up.

THIEVES! Avoid this place at all costs if you like to see your money! I applied here in October and paid the REFUNDABLE $200 deposit when I applied. Within 5 minutes of submitting the application, I got a call from the manager. At first I was excited about the quick turn around, but within 5 minutes of speaking to the manager, I informed her that we would not be proceeding with filling out the lease. The manager was extremely rude on the phone and was yelling and talking to someone else in the background while trying to get us to “just make up a random income number” so we could “get approved” since we apparently filled the income portion out wrong. Instead of asking me to correct the mistake, I was asked to make up a random number so she could “move on with the approval process”. I was so taken aback by the yelling and the encouragement to lie on an application by management, that I did not want to live someplace with management in such disarray. I was told that we would receive our $200 REFUNDABLE deposit in 30 days. Well it’s been well over 60 days and after multiple attempts of reaching out to this complex (and being lied to that the refund was “on its way” we still have not received our money. Honestly, I consider it stolen at this point. Please do yourself a favor, save your money and DO NOT even bother with this phony “luxury” apartment complex.

I was Frustrated sitting in the lobby waiting for someone to notice me. A young lady walked in I assumed from showing her guests an apartment. She greeted me as well as one other couple in the lobby. and let us know she will be right with us. She finished with her guests and rushed over to help us out. She was very friendly fast and knowledgeable. I dont know what everyone else in the office was doing but this young lady is very good at juggling people as well as calming people down. I was upset before I spoke to her because of the wait, but she is very friendly and handled things professionally. I promised her I would let everyone know how well she did. Thanks Again Ms. Robertson for changing my experience into a positive one....

Horrible. Expensive projects. No parking absolutely no spots. You have to park in the fire lanes. Work trucks all over the parking lot. smells like weed all the time. smh I wish I had gone to another complex. Nice units and Josh is sweet but...

We have lived here since they opened. As with any new building there has been some minor issues but they were fixed right away. The office and maintenance staff are always professional. The complex has community events that brings neighbors together. Overall I am happy with living here and would recommend it to anyone that wants a nice place to live.

“Luxury living” this has been the worst experience. The manager Georgia was not straight forward. It took us two months to get money owed even with almost daily reminding. We kept getting excuses and promises that it would be taken care of. As for the outside of the complex from afar looks great. But take a closer look and there is paint splattered along the hallways and stairs. Trash piles up every weekend because tenants don’t know how to keep their trash for a couple of days or know how to recycle. Dog owners don’t remember how to pick up after their dogs. The pool area finally opened and the amount of glass and trash was overwhelming. This place has LUXURY PRICES for poor management and horrible conditions. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would like to give my thanks to the maintenance staff for doing their best to try to keep up. Thanks for your hard work!

If I could give them zero stars I would. To start we didn’t have electricity in an entire wall for 6 days. We had to harass the management company to even come and fix the issue we were having.On top of this we have three men enter our apartment without permission. They are lucky that one of us was home otherwise it would have set off our alarm and caused the police to be called.DO NOT LIVE HEREit’s loud, neighbors are inconsiderate, and management sucks. Go somewhere else.

Watermark at First Creek is hands down the nicest, friendliest and most professional apartment management staff this side of the Mississippi!Ive been there since the place opened up and one of the first residents to move in! Georgia is absolutely wonderful and feel like family every time we visit feel right at home in a warm comfortable and inviting office.

I had a great experience with this staff.. from Amy the staff member who showed me the tour of the property and my unit.. to Georgia the manager who made everything possible.. I came to her at a busy time of the month.. and she pretty much stopped everything she was working on to make sure she could help finish my process and accommodate me to my new home.. without getting carried away and over typing I walked away that day feeling like I was officially apart of the watermark family.. and the club house is beautiful btw..

My girlfriend and I have shopped around many, many apartment complexes in the Denver area and this place really stands out! We dropped our old lease early to move here. Awesome gym, pool, and outdoor areas. The interiors are beautiful with layouts that make them feel much bigger than the sq ft would lead you to believe. Granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Being close to the highway makes getting anywhere you need to go simple. Plus lots of new restaurants/stores popping up as this area continues to develop. The girls at the front desk have been super sweet and helpful as well :)

Great moving experience, we loved the Property Manager she provided so much information and walked us through the process. My wife and I felt welcome to our new living community. The other staff was willing to answer any questions. Our three bedroom apartment wow it is huge and beautiful. Friends and family loves it, hosted 3 parties already. Thanks guysReview one year later I would give them a 2.5 stars the star is for the unit itself they are very nice. I am disappointed how thing get handle. There is a lot of talk but have not seen change. I renew my lease in mid or end of March. Pay my rent by the 28th or the 1st never late. I was told they had to raise my rent because it wouldnt be fair to the other tenants. Low and behold a letter came out which I seem first because I have a family member who lives here stating if you sign a new lease the rent will stay the same Wow!!!! I referred them. Few of my other friends said they received the letter which said the same there would be no rent increase if they did signed a new lease. They renewals was in March. I was told if they gave me a no rent increase they would have to do this for every tenant. I cant open my windows because the dogs are pooping and peeing in front of my patio and windows and nothing is being done about. I cant open my windows to get fresh air which is causing me to have an increased electric bill. 😡 I will be submitting a 30.00 deduction to be applied to my rent.

I don’t live here, just visiting. But there are annoying kids who splash you and are riding bikes into the pool. The bathroom is horrendous. Showers and toilets are destroyed and have no paper. Bodily fluids in the sink and ground, mirror dirty, toilet paper in the sink, blood on the walls... People here need to snitch harder on the people here who are trash.

The high rent includes mandatory valet trash pick up which does not pick up regularly and I have made multiple complaints. The parking is horrible at night and you end up having to walk half a mile to get to your apartment. There is no storage in the units, so if you need storage you will have to rent a garage which is not included.

I want to tell you about my experience with Watermark at FirstCreek.Ive been going from Apartment to apartment trying to find the best place for my family and myself. Ive been to lots of places but when I walked into the office of Watermark At FirstCreek I was WOWd!!!!!!I was so amazed by the staff. I havent felt so welcomed and at home with a property in a long time. Chantelle Greeted me with such a warm smile and great enthusiasm. I couldnt help but smile! She was very easy going and funny. I laughed with her more then I did with any property I went to in the Green valley area! After the beautiful tour and seeing all they had to offer. I could tell Chantelle was very knowledgeable and very sure of her self, and that made me feel really at ease with basically putting my family in her hands. on top of all these wonderful things I was greeted by the manager (SHOCKER) which is really rare. She was amazing I cant remember her name but she was just as nice as Chantelle was. From this experience I look forward to seeing what all This property has to offer my family and myself in the near future!

Im giving two stars, because I grew to really like the new Manager, Christine, as she tried to help me... However, when I was working with Georgia (released Manager), everything was approved, and she just needed some information from DHA. I came to the property (multiple times), and was assured that everything is fine. I came in one day, and spoke with Morona, who quickly put her hands up and waved them at me (shooing me away), and said vee doe not sake such tings, as you can see, vee are upscale community, and went back to her office to keep assisting a couple she was working with; telling them my situation, and yelling a question to Christina when she walked back in the front door... in front of customers/potential renters. That was when I first met Christina, on her first day... I told her what happened in her absence, and she was extremely apologetic. She handled the situation perfectly, and assured me that Morona would be talked to. When it came down to it, I didnt meet the credit requirement when it was re-run, and then was told that I failed the credit check by Chantel. At any rate, things worked out perfectly for me to stay in my house; no need to move. If you have a special circumstance, dont waste your time here. Im still waiting to get my $150.00 refundable deposit that I put down to hold the unit MONTHS AGO... like, April/early May!

When I looked at this property I loved everything they offered, they had Bad reviews, but all was due to past poor management, after the new property manager Christina took over, she review all problems, tenants concerns and properlly start fixing them and guide the everyday operation to a positive tun.You can have a great new property but with out the proper management it can be destroy.So far I can assure to enjoy living at WaterMark at FirstCreek under the new management of Christina.I would recommend to others moving here in the future.thank you for everything they do everyday.Walter Mosca

I found numerous discrepancies prior to moving in. I asked Shantel specific questions about candidate qualifications such as will I qualify if I don’t have a 550-credit score? I make 55000$ a year and my partner makes 43000 a year working for TSA, which is why we inquired to be closer to the airport. However, due to unfortunate events we both had to file bankruptcy several years ago, discharged, and are rebuilding our credit. Shantel confirmed to the women who sits right next to her on the right when you walk into their office (honored Shantel’s statement) …. if there are no prior evictions, felonies, sexual or violent misdemeanors, the complex most likely request an additional deposit. The deposit is $1000 for the Unit I wanted which was 1775 a month. I was told if this discrepancy was to occur, that we would be required to deposit the same amount as the amount for rent. After 5 days, 100$ app fee, 150 admin fee, numerous voicemails, emails, providing documentation of employment. A rep by the name of Georgia contacted me and had a sharp paper cut response to my questions referencing to my results. Very uncomfortable and seemed to not want to take responsibility as a manager to deliver bad news, until. …Another representative who we never met during this whole process contacted us and told us we were denied because of recently past due payments and our credit report. To apologies for the lack of training on behalf of Georgia, Shantel, and the rep who sits next to her (who never introduced herself but honored who stated this would not interfere with being qualified) This person who we’ve never spoke with or met refunded half of our application fee, which to me admits…they were wrong. Shame on Watermark at the Creek!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION - I worked with a leasing agent for over a week and was excited to move-in yesterday. I loaded the UHaul and drove over an hour and a half to Denver to complete the move-in process. With a cashiers check in hand, utilities turned on in my name, and renters insurance purchased, I walked in to a complete disaster and left without a place to live, a loaded UHaul and no storage for my belongings in order to return the truck, and the headache of canceling checks, insurance, and utility hookups. And lets not forget the $200 application fee that Im out and the hard credit check on my credit report.I was asked to arrive anytime before 5:00 PM to ensure enough time to complete all paperwork, etc. I arrived at approximately 4:00 PM to find out that I should have received the lease via DocuSign which never happened. They encouraged me to just sign the 50 page lease but I refused to sign it without the opportunity to read it. Now after 5:00 PM, I was asked to move into the Clubhouse to read and sign the lease. I found several terms that I wasnt comfortable with and asked for explanation. The leasing agent present was not willing to hear me and answer my questions. Furthermore, I was told I must have it read and signed by 6:00 PM or I would have to wait until the next day to move in. Needless to say, I wasnt done at 6:00 PM and was asked to leave by the manager.I have never conducted business in such a manner or heard of a reputable company turning paying customers away in the middle of securing a contract. I do not recommend doing business with this complex! If they arent willing to stay a few extra minutes to secure an 18 month lease for $2000 a month, I would hate to see how they would handle an after hours emergency or otherwise.The office has now been open for 45 minutes and I havent heard anything. No apology, no follow-up, nothing! I will be reporting to the BBB and contacting the corporate office to report those involved.

A hefty deposit given on move in which was in the beginning of July and now its September 2nd and the pool has not been opened. A scheduled inspection was supposed to have happened a few weeks ago and the pool has not been open. We never see anybody working on it or making the necessary updates or finishes it needs. Very upset with the property management team. When we moved in we were told the pool would be opened in a couple of weeks not a couple of months.

Update: Do not rent here. They make promises they can’t keep in multiple areas. We tried to break our lease early and they claim we must give 60 days notice, pay two months worth of rent at that time, then continue paying rent consecutively for those 60 days. Doesn’t sound like the lease has been broken in any way. Complete scam.

I had the most unprofessional and frustrating experience with this apartment complex. Georgia, the property manager failed to honor the correct pricing, failed to respond in a timely manner and quite frankly could care less about any of her residents. At one point I had sent 3+ emails over a two weeks span and even went to the property to speak with her because she was not responding. When I went to speak to her in person, She told me “Well I cant get to it right now”... like what? I’m a new resident moving in less than a week and she honestly could’ve cared less about the concerns I had..Ultimately dealing with the unprofessionalism and lack of care, I decided to back out of my lease. I would not recommend living here at all. Many other amazing properties to choose from in the Denver metro area. I would give this place zero stars if I could!

Our experience here has not been very happy. The manager does not care once the lease has been signed, she lies and is just unpleasent.On the bight side, the man and woman who welcomed us to the complex made us feel very welcomed with their gift of homemade cupcakes, and a invatation to a community barbeque. They are the sole reason we gave the complex 3 stars, their behaviour alone deserves 10 stars.

DONT DO IT!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! Save your time and invest your money into apartments that are actually worth the monthly rent! (try Strata or Station A just up the street) Been here three months and I’ve had problems with the heater since DAY ONE. It’s supposedly been fixed three times now but once again here I am in the middle of winter WITHOUT heat for days at a time. I wouldn’t bother bringing it to managements attention, as long as Georgia is getting her paycheck she could careless about her tenants. We asked for a garage weeks ago and they are always too busy. Cars are being stolen and robbed from our “Gated (gates are always open and never closed) and Secure community”. Maintenance guy said it himself “These apartments are poorly built for their price range”. So invest your money somewhere else. Worst decision I’ve made. With a baby on the way the least of my worries should be about a functioning home for the price we pay!
