I have nothing but great things to say about my time living at Steele Creek! The reception/sales/ concierge crew are fabulous, always more than eager to help with pretty much everything that I needed. Quick response by maintenance and cleaning staff….My apartment is lovely.

Just moved to Steele Creek in Cherry Creek and everyone has gone above and beyond assisting with the process. The whole team has been superb. The residents are also unbelievably helpful and nice. I am thrilled to have made the choice to move here.

We moved into Steele Creek on April 1st, 2021 looking for an Urban living experience and access to walking and running trails, shops, restaurants and bars in a safe neighborhood and found the location of Steele Creek to be a perfect choice. In addition, as business professionals, we wanted a modern contemporary apartment which is well maintained. We were referred to Steele Creek and have been very happy with our living choices.

This building is incredible. The people that would here, specifically Anders are fantastic, this building is kept impeccably clean, even the parking garage, and the rooftop is the best of any luxury building I’ve ever seen.

I highly recommend the Steele Creek Luxury Apartments to anyone moving to the Denver area. Ive just recently renewed my lease with Steele Creek after moving to Denver from Tampa bay six months ago... the amenities it offers (amazing views of the mountains from the rooftop heated pool and hot tub) and the people that live within the building and surrounding Cherry Creek North community are amazing...hands-down the best apartment in Denver! Michelle, Jamie, Lauren, Clay and Krystal at the leasing office are always more than accommodating to any of my questions or concerns. The 24 hour concierge is an incredible benefit of living here as well. Ive enjoyed my time living here... as you can tell by my pictures... Definitely worth a visit!

Poor customer service. Building manager never can solve problems. We care team does not reach out to you if you have a problem

If you love stress move here!! Pay for parking every month the garage door never works!!! Instead of getting it fixed they went on vacation

I had a great experience at Steele Creek. I found the staff super helpful, particularly during all the crazyness during the pandemic. I was sad to leave and highly recommend this building.

Beautiful building, but the cherry on top was working with Rachel. She is supper friendly and wonderful to work with! I can’t stop raving about how amazing she was and how informative! Really looking forward to my time here specially with her in the office.

My husband and I recently moved in to this building and have been extremely impressed with the staff. Brian and Spencer have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are both readily available to answer questions about the neighborhood and offer suggestions about places to eat and what’s happening in the area. What a wonderful staff!

I’ve lived at Steele Creek for a year and a half. My experience has far exceeded my expectations. Michelle and Erin in the leasing office are professional, friendly, outgoing, responsive and pleasant which is not always common in apartment living. The concierge staff are amazing! They go out of their way to make the residents feel comfortable in their home, while onsite or away on travel, you’ll always feel confident your apartment is safe and secure and your always kept informed of what is happening in and around the building. The maintenance team is just as friendly, professional and courteous when providing services to your apartment home.My moving from Steele Creek will be biter sweet. I’m not moving to another apartment in Colorado, rather moving out of state. I know I’ll never live anywhere this luxurious and friendly again.In closing, you can’t beat the beautiful location with such a high walk ability rating. Cherry Creek is absolutely adorable! Cheers!

Steele Creek is the most beautiful apartment building I have ever seen. The concierge staff are incredible. All of my needs are taken care of quickly and happily. I am greeted with warmth and hospitality each time I arrive. The finishes are gorgeous and the amenity spaces (especially the pool deck) are incredible. Community events are a great way to get to know your neighbors. Anyone looking for an upscale living experience in Denver should start here...you wont want to look anywhere else!

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but in the two years that we have lived in Steele Creek Apartments, our apartment has flooded THREE times. This last time -- this current time -- beginning at 2 am, with the water coming from three floors above us. To reiterate, as I write this review, at least four floors of this luxury apartment building are flooded with dirty water. I suppose that my advice would be, if you choose to move here, laminate all of your paintings. The views are lovely, though.

Hello all!I’m writing to you as a current resident of Steele Creek. It is a rarity that I write reviews at all, but felt I’d be remiss if I did not in this instance.When you pay a certain amount for an apartment, you expect that the very basics be covered. Since moving in, I’ve had nothing but problems. Problems with the laundry units.. receiving blinds has taken several weeks (and then, when the “custom blinds” finally came in, they were ripped and had junk all over them). To top it all off, management has been unhelpful and unresponsiveFor any of those who are looking at living at Steele Creek or Coda.... take it from me. Go to Coda. Personally, I’ll likely pay extra just to break my lease earlyJan 2021 Update: I dealt with management on these issues— and it was just as expected: a rather poor experience.

I have had a great experience at Steele Creek. My leasing agent Erin has gone above and beyond to make sure I found the right apartment and was always available to answer any questions I have. Great amenities and a great leasing office!

I moved to Denver in March 2016 from NYC and have lived in Steele Creek for the past two years. Its been a wonderful experience and love the amenities especially the roof top pool and fire pits. The people who work there are also so friendly and its a much better option that next door competitor Coda. Highly recommend living there!!!

Living at Steele Creek has been an amazing apartment living experience. The amenities are the best in the area, hot tub, pool, and roof top specifically. The best view of the mountains and the city....shooting stars too and the sunsets. Concierge staff are extremely helpful and on top of it when it comes to needing assistance or questions regarding local businesses...Jacque is a gem and always makes you feel like youre home when you enter the lobby!! Lauren and Erin in the leasing office are great....going to miss their smiling faces and happy energy!!Thank You Steele Creek,Dan and Randall

I moved in to Steele Creek August 2018 and have been subject to constant construction, noise and dust. I work from home so this has been a HUGE inconvenience. The elevator is often down to one operating. Even though I clean often, I still have construction dust coming out from behind the baseboards. The quality of construction is substandard. As an architect I would never have signed off on the installation and would have had a massive list of repairs. The windows leak every time it rains and the cooling system turns on intermittently when turned off.When I leased the apartment there was no disclosure that they were going to be doing major renovations and repairs over the next year. Since I pay a premium for this apartment, one would think that a notification and commensurate discount would be offered. I have complained multiple times to the leasing office and they have no authority to offer any compensation.Props to the staff (concierge, maintenance, etc) as they are great. It is the building itself and the corporate policies that are at fault.DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Favorite property in Cherry Creek. Amenities and location are amazing. Leasing agents, Erin and Danielle were incredibly helpful and professional. Couldn’t be happier to call Steele Creeke home and there’s a Matsuhisa restaurant in the building!

This was definitely the most amazing condo building I have ever lived in!! Not only are the condos beautiful and super super quiet (I never once heard my neighbors), but the management is by far the most amazing I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Even when there was a mechanical problem that caused a water leak in the condos above me they handled it in the most incredible way!! I will never rent at any other condo building than Steele Creek whenever Im in Denver for projects! Cant say enough great things about this place and all of the staff - especially the concierges!!

Over it. Use to really like this place, they but decided to shut the pool down for maintenance for 2 weeks when it is literally 100 out (aka doing cabana work) They give some excuse of it was winter it was 70 out for 8 weeks straight and all other apartment communities got their pool fix, upgraded and repaired for 4 weeks before Memorial Day. This is horrible. Fix you cabana your cabana in September.update- posted 10 seconds ago! they sent this out? Ummmmmmmmm???? why the hot tub is down??? Turn the baby on and fire it up. Nothing to do with the cabana install. Insane!!! Bad management!

If you are looking for an apartment that you can smell your neighbors food being cooked coming through your vents everyday. Water issues, such as apartments constantly being flooded. Smoking rule not enforced. Garage is not secure, your bike has a good chance of being stolen. They do not recycle which is awful. Constant construction for repairs on the building. They are not transparent with their billing and the utilities we had to pay were equivalent to a large home for a tiny apartment.

Terrible management and a miserable living situation. I have been living there for over a year without an issue. But as soon as I have an issue with my apartment they cut a hole in the wall and refused to remedy to issue. They refused to relocate me to a different unit without resigning a new lease. They refused to allow me to move out without a penalty. Not that impressive for a building which claims to be the upscale living.

The staff and Leasing agents at Steele Creek are the best in Colorado. Cant say enough good things about Stephanie and Bryn! Amazing group of people to work with!

The rooftop is to die for, there are beautiful views of the entire city plus a relaxing pool which is hard to come by in Denver. The staff is always helpful, especially Michelle and Clay!
