Awesome apartment building. My cousin lives here and I wish I did! There’s a great parking garage under the building. Huge pool and hot tub in the courtyard. Pool table and things like that in the lounge. 2 outdoor sky decks with fire pits and grills. Pet friendly, and a great view of the mountains. Fitness center, bike repair room, they have it all!

Please do not move here. I am doing you a favor. The management here simple doesn’t care about any tenants. I don’t even live here but my girlfriend does and in the times I am over I have seen some crazy stuff. They will never complete any maintenance orders on time. They will never reply to an emails about the apartment. Management is lazy and doesn’t care!!! It’s ridiculous with the amount of $$$ you pay to live here. It’s funny too because everyone you talk to that lives here says the same things. Not a coincidence. To cap things off they will say they are doing a quick fire drill, to then have the alarm go off for 30 min straight.

First and foremost this complex has a beautiful aesthetic. The layouts, utilities, materials, and even the building itself epitomize what “Downtown Denver” living is. Furthermore, the cost per unit is fair, and competitive with neighboring complexes. The staff is what you’d expect of any living establishment, however Ms. Baker ensured I was cared for and needed for naught. Some places have individuals you can tell genuinely care about their work, and others who collect a paycheck and she is far from the latter. 100% Recommend

This building is excellently designed and maintained, like living in a resort. Impeccable aesthetic, real artwork with tasteful decisions made throughout. Their friendly, helpful staff even host regular community mixers so you can meet the neighbors. Shoutout to Morgan from Smart City for helping us find our perfect new home.

I absolutely loved these apartments!! The location is incredible! The gal that gave me a tour was named Kylee and she was extremely helpful and informative! She is very familiar with the area and provided me with great recommendations for bars, parks and restaurants. I was very impressed by her knowledge!

The location of this building is great, it’s right in the middle of Denver and everything is only a short walk away. The pool views are amazing especially at sunset and sun rise. The building is greatly maintained, I don’t ever see trash, pet pee or poop, or any messes really and on the rare occasion that I do see something out of place it’s always taken care of right away. Staff always delivers, maintenance is fast, the building is always clean, and the office girls are always there to answer any questions I have. I really do enjoy living here.

I moved in last month to this complex and it has been absolutely amazing. The move in process was so quick and easy. The front desk ladies have gone above and beyond in helping me with every thing I have asked for. The property is in a great location and I love all the amenities it offers.. especially the pool! I definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Perfectly situated apartment with easy access to the best of downtown Denver. The amenities are top notch and beautifully designed as well. Although we loved living here for the past year, this review is primarily for Dani King, who is sincerely a 5 star property manager. She helped my husband and I during a difficult transition, taking time to advocate for us and provided guidance along the way. She made us feel genuinely valued and supported through the process and we appreciated her time and care. She is a very talented Greystar Property Management team member and we would highly recommend Greystar properties to others in the future because of her. Thank you so much, Dani! You rock! I posted initially when I first moved into 20th street station because of my wonderful experience in 2020 when I fist moved in. However, the new management is terrible. I am owed my security deposit, over $3,000, contractually it should have been paid back to me 2 months ago.It has been 120 days sense I moved out. I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in . I received a letter saying the exact amount Im owed ($3,222) and stating I would be paid . However, I never received the money. They still refuse to really answer any questions about the check and just keep saying that they sent it. They have no proof that it was sent or proof that the check was written. The person with authority to help will not call me, no one will call me. It has been the worse experience I have ever had with an apartment.

Just put deposit down and reserved my apartment. Will move in September 20th. Originally contacted office via email they replied 2 days later, I responded a day later and then didn’t hear back. The price of the unit I was interested in went up in price in that timeframe. Ended up calling to talk with someone and actually was able to apply. Wish they would have honored the price the apartment was when I originally contacted them.

I scheduled an apartment viewing here, but after arriving to my appointment time, I was informed that someone had applied “last night” to both of the available floor plans that I was looking at.No one ever tried to contact me or cancel my appointment and instead let me drive 30 mins to be told that they couldn’t show me any apartments.Avoid this place if possible!

The coffee machines, grills, hot tub, and 2 out 3 elevators in the entire building have been out of order for months now. Everybody pays way too much money for group amenities required by the building, and the new company greystar wont even keep up with the property. Oh, and the homeless people that camp out on the sidewalk right outside frequently break into the garage and steal like 20 bikes at a time. Beware of this place, do not sign a lease here.

I loved living here and only moved because I am moving to a different city. The team were extremely nice and responsive any team I needed help with anything. Apartment was like new and all the amenities always seemed to be clean and working. Can’t say enough about the team!

This is an awesome place to live. I love the location and the rooms are HUGE! Lots of friendly neighbors and the staff is very helpful. No complaints AT ALL :)

Unfortunately, new management has changed this place dramatically. Greystar took over a few months ago. We went from the best and friendliest staff who knew most people on a first name basis, to staff who doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk into the lobby. Two of the three elevators were broke for what seemed to be over a month. We used to have bi-weekly events with free food trucks, free food, free alcohol, etc. I think we’ve had 2-3 events since Greystar has taken over and one of them you had to pay for. The plants around the building have clearly also not been taken care of. They also couldn’t handle the package delivery and instead make us ship our packages to a location offsite, when we have an abundance of mail lockers in the building. Have called about issues such as cars being broken into and am still waiting to hear back weeks later. We also have a community app where you earn rewards for completing certain activities. When Greystar took over I lost my previous points which equaled to about $100 gift card. The building and amenities are gorgeous and the location is perfect. The people that worked here though really used to tie the place together

After living here for a few months, all I can say is I’m still obsessed! Everyday when you walk into your lobby, you’re greeted by the staff here! Hannah and Art are outstanding and they really get to know you. The community doesn’t feel anything less than a family. They host amazing events such as free food trucks, contests where you win things such as dinners for two or even a months of free rent and more! The amenities are incredible and the staff here goes above and beyond.

If you are looking for a place to call home that is modern, relaxing, convenient, and affordable this is the place. Off top Hannah in the leasing office is by far the best. she is cool, informative and pretty damn hilarious. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting acclimated according. She knows all the places to visit from places to eat and place to experience Denver and surrounding areas. So you can’t go wrong with the leasing office team. The place is clean fresh and i love all the amenities. Treat yourself and apply!

I have lived in many apartments in the area, I can gladly say that this is the best. The rent is affordable and the amenities are plenty if your looking for a good place to live do yourself a favor and check this place out. Hannah in the leasing office is fantastic, a great person and will bend over backwards to help out.

Its a beautiful building and is very secure but the homeless are right across the street and the views of the homeless population are just so not beautiful or safe.

This is an awesome building to live in with the best leasing staff in Denver. They make this place such a great community to live. Hannah has been awesome at any little thing. The units have great finishes and awesome layouts. Great amentities and excellent value for this downtown location.

If you’re new to Denver this is a great place to live, everybody in the building is super friendly and the amenities are an awesome place to hangout and meet people at. Great location, walkable to the baseball stadium, downtown, and uptown. Best part about the building is definitely the staff, love walking in everyday and seeing Hayley, Art, and Hannah’s friendly faces. These guys do an awesome job putting together community events and making this building a really fun place to live.

My roommate, dog, and I have lived here for about 3 months and it has been absolutely amazing! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are awesome. It is very pet friendly which was very important to us when looking. The location is very good as well, right by downtown and 16th street. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They also put on a few events per month that are always fun. If you are looking for your next place to rent, look no further!

The Alexan 20th Street Station team (led by Community Manager Dani King) includes an all-star staff (incl. Kylee, Erick, Rhiannon and Myla) and provides very attentive service to their residents. The team has taken this community to the next level...I am so happy to live here!

At first, I wasnt that excited about touring here. I had gotten here a little early and had to wait. After I viewed a floor-plan, I was ready to leave until I saw Hannah! Hannah was the leasing agent at my last apartment complex and was awesome. I talked to her for a min, and she showed me some additional floor-plans, which I loved. I knew when I saw Hannah that this is the place I was supposed to live. They were so flexible with my move-in, answered my questions in a timely fashion, and worked with me all the way through.

So far everyone has been incredibly kind and the amenities are even better than we expected! We can already tell this is a great community and a great area of Denver to be in!

The Alexan is the best apartment experience Ive ever had. Ive lived her for almost 3 months now and am continually impressed by this place. The amenities, apartments, and location are all fantastic! But its the staff that truly set this place apart. Everyone that works here is super friendly, and really cares. From management, to front desk, to maintenance. I highly recommend Alexan 20th Street Station for your next home! My partner and I have lived here for 15 months, and recently resigned for another year. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and well planned out. One of the main perks is the incredible staff. In particular, Hannah, from the leasing team has been hugely helpful with our resigning process. She has addressed all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner and has gone above and beyond to assist us with our needs. We cannot speak highly enough of her!

I have had a great experience from the moment I walked in. Hannah has been nothing but welcoming and helpful to my transition of moving from South Florida to Denver ! Everyone in the front office is very friendly and someone is always around to help with any questions/packages. I can not recommend this apartment enough. Great office staff that provide documents with key information outlined and timely follow-up. Made the move in process very easy. Building amenities are as advertised and units are new both of which help make this complex a great value for all that you get.

The team is excellent and responsive, the building is beautiful and has everything you’d want in a great location. Only downside is the amenities can be somewhat small for the size of the building but this is almost never an issue. Overall amazing experience here.

Hannah has been so great! She helped me coordinate my move into the apartment with such ease. I moved to Colorado from out of state and she has helped me acclimate to Denver as well. The Alexan is super convenient to everything! Move in and ask for Hannah!

“Do not rent here”, they use predatory practices to steal deposits from hard working people at times like this, I’ve known of a few people who haven’t got their deposits back...

I moved in to Alexan at 20th St. Station a few months ago. Im very happy with the apartment! My unit has nice finishes and is reasonably priced. The gym is great, as well as the other amenities like the courtyard. The buildings been extra-clean during the pandemic. The leasing team is responsive and responsible. The residents are friendly. If youre looking at Denver apartments, Id definitely consider Alexan at 20th St. Station!

I moved in from out of state and Art was so helpful throughout the entire process. I always had tons of questions and he answered them and didn’t make me feel needy lol. Also my apartment itself is super nice!

So far everything has been beyond my expectations! The staff is super friendly and eager to help me when I had questions. The ameneties are fantastic and I love being in my apartment space! I get a lot of light coming through with the tall windows so that’s a plus as I work from home and need it!😊

After living here for four months, I have truly had nothing but bad experiences here. Our neighbors below have consistently called both the onsite police FRP and DPD multiple times (8 times) in the past two weeks with noise complains. Many of these calls have been happening at all hours of the night, even when we are asleep at 4 am. The reason for this post is because the staff at Alexan have been nothing but infuriating to work with during this entire neighbor dispute issue. Not only do I have to suffer with living below a family of 3 with a dog in a 600 square foot apartment, now I am constantly answering my door at all hours of the night, being woken up before having to wake up early for work. I have reached out so so so many times and even called and had a meeting with both police offers and the property manager with no avail. If you want to live at Alexan, you will not only constantly hear your neighbors but they will constantly call the police on you too. So not only loud noises coming from the walls, but also loud banging from the police every single night at your door with absolutely no justification. Every single police offer that has showed up at my door has reported NO NOISE but still come just to tell us our neighbor has complained. COME ON ALEXAN. DO BETTER. You would think that being woken up every night would be resolved with property management. I will continuously post updates about my experience here with the Alexan staff, and updates about my current neighbor issue which has been now happening for 2 weeks with no resolution.

Hannah was our point of contact at Alexan. She was so accommodating to my partner and I, as we wanted to tour the same apartments multiple times.There was several small things when we first moved in that had to be resolved, and Hannah and her team were both receptive to our concerns and understanding of our situation. The hospitality and office branch at Alexan has been both extremely responsive and friendly to us since weve moved in.The service and maintenance team does quickly address all issues that weve had, but leaves a little to be desired in terms of their professional etiquette.I have been here for a few short weeks only, but each time I interact with the staff and residents here the more I feel we made the right decision in choosing the Alexan.

Grey star took over. Save your money and time. This place sucks. My only regret is resigning my lease before greystar took over. If I would have known I would have gotten out of here.all the good reviews are for the old management company. FYI

The team at Alexan continues to impress me with their quick response and resolution. I can always count on them when I needed help. For example, I work regular hours and when I have a parcel that need to be delivered at my door, they make it happen as I cannot be at their office during their work hours to pick it up. As far as the units themselves, they are modern and tastefully done. The common areas are also welcoming and a great place to hang out. I particularly like the fully equipped gym. In fact, I cancelled my gym membership because they have everything a professional bodybuilder like me needs.

I cannot ask for a better place to live in Denver than Alexan 20th. The combination of the affordability, apartment floor plans, modern/new appliances and features, incredible amenities, security, and response to the pandemic was perfect. The apt gym has everything you can think of, community spaces have pool tables, tvs, and grills, and the pool/jacuzzi were great too. The apartment has smart enabled switches, new and modern cabinets/kitchen/closets, laundry in unit, balcony, a lot of storage space. The Alexan 20th leasing team, maintenance, and security were all so caring, understanding, and helpful in every way possible. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone!

Current resident. We have lived here for roughly 4.5 months. The walls are thin so you can hear the people on either side of you and above, especially if they have a dog or wear heeled boots but it’s not too bad if you get a box fan.The true reason for my bad review is the inability of the leasing staff and office manager to handle neighbor disputes. We have had the FRP (front range patrol) or DPD knocking on our door at various hours of the night eight times in the past two weeks. The leasing office has done nothing but with respond to our complaints with “omg I’m so sorry! We’ll try to resolve this” multiple times over now. The ineptitude is not only frustrating but severely dissapointing given the monthly price of rent.

I moved in about a few weeks ago and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this complex. Despite having to see the layout virtually, the management did a great job displaying it and answering all our questions/concerns. And, the apartment and community looks even better in person! In addition, the people that work and live here are awesome. One of the team members, Hannah, was so welcoming during our first week here and made us feel right at home. You can tell that the leasing staff really cares about their residents and wants to help out in any way they can. Our leasing agent Will has also been a pleasure to work with and has been quick to answer the millions of questions weve had since moving in. Definitely recommend this place!

Had a feeling this was gonna be where we leased before we even saw it. Had everything we were looking for. We did our tour with Hanna and she was awesome. Answered all our questions and was great with any follow ups we had. Been living here for about a month and it’s been awesome. Words cannot express how happy I am with my choice to move in the Alexan. My pup and I just moved here from San Diego and had the luxury of getting to visit numerous locations before making my decision. I thought that I had made up my mind but still wasnt completely comfortable with my decision and decided to visit one last location. I have to tell you what a relief it was to actually meet with a staff that made me feel completely comfortable and treated me like a friend instead of a robot. The amenities are also incredible. I workout quite a bit and one thing that got me smiling was that the 24 hour gym actually has a full squat rack! (Thats rare for an apartment gym.) All the equipment is top notch and I couldnt be happier.But honestly the staff is what was the deciding factor for me. They are there for me at almost anytime of the day with my never ending questions with always a helpful and positive answer. Also this is a brand new building and the design of the units is absolutely gorgeous. Bravo Alexan Bravo!!

Living in this building has been a great experience. The apartments are beautifully appointed and comfortable with high quality appliances. The leasing/property managers are friendly and attentive - more than Ive experienced at any other apartment complex. The pool is heated in the winter, which is a bonus for a cold climate like Denver!

This. Place. ROCKS.Its the first place Ive lived in 6 years that I truly feel at home. The leasing office staff is top notch - Will and Hannah are the best. They truly cant do enough for you. Its so clean always. The amenities are a dream. The package concierge lockers and valet trash make life so easy. This place has everything you could ever want - sweet coffee machine in the office, hot tub and pool, and keyless/fob entry. It also feels super safe here. If I could give this place more stars, I would!

Went on a tour of this apartment and I cant say better things. The property is beautiful, the amenities are welcoming and the apartments are home-y and cozy. It is in a location easy to get to anything. Hannah and WIll (leasing) were an added bonus as they were so kind, which is not found a lot at leasing offices.

My girlfriend and I moved in here a few weeks ago and everything has been amazing so far. We toured a handful of different properties around the Denver area and nothing compares to Alexan; great location, great finishes, & great amenities. The leasing office is top notch too. We have worked primarily with Hannah and Doug, both of whom have been extremely accommodating and ensured that we are very comfortable in our new home. I highly recommend living here!

I moved in from back east at the end of August and I have to commend this team (S/O) to Hannah for being amazing! I was a little apprehensive about seeing a place without actually seeing it physically but Hannah was so gracious and helpful through out this entire process. I got to see my now apartment before signing on and I dont regret this decision. The community is great and I have met other transplants my age here. This is a great spot for ideally anyone who is a working professional. Theres plenty of amenities and best of all laundry and dishwasher are in your unit.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Hannah!My move was unexpected and last minute, but she made the entire process easy and most importantly, exciting! I had visited several properties prior to making my decision but after meeting with her and seeing the complex, it was an easy choice. Hannah is an amazing communicator who will go above and beyond for her tenants. She has been quick to answer any and all of my questions (seriously thank you Hannah because I am still asking them). She is always pleasant and is an absolute rockstar at her job. Thank you for making me feel right at home- I appreciate everything that you have done for me so far.

Its gone considerably downhill since Greystar took over. Between the elevators, coffee machines, and hot tub...something is always broken. The staff cant be bothered to answer an email or phone call. My car was broken into from the second story of the garage. Countless packages lost, they plan to remedy with Fetch. Do not reccomend

I have been living here for about 5 months now. I signed a long lease without actually touring the community. Overall, I have been very impressed with the apartment, the amenities, and most importantly the staff. Everyone was very helpful in helping me lease my place especially Hannah and Will. Scott with maintenance is always super friendly and helpful. I am very happy that I picked this community!

Super accommodating and friendly staff. Made my move in process a breeze and also worked with me to move my parking spot 3x until I was fully satisfied. So far its one of the best apartment experiences Ive had and the location is unbeatable.

My boyfriend and I are moving from Florida, and never have I had a more pleasant leasing experience! Even from being directly in a leasing office, dealing with Alexan on 20th and Hannah from the leasing office, has been the smoothest and most transparent leasing experience I’ve ever had. We are so excited to move in!

Update: Haley and Art are way cooler than Pete and Will and theyre doing a way better job.Awesome community and staff. All the amenities are brand new and everyone takes advantage. If you’re anti social you probably won’t enjoy this place very much. They also got rid of the homeless swine so the whole block is clean now.

Great building, top-of-the-line amenities, and friendly and helpful staff. The building is centrally located. The apartments are spacious with brand new appliances. The common amenities, including pool, hot tub, social room, business center, lobby, and parking are all well-appointed. An all around fantastic experience.

We were one of the 1st few tenants to move in (July move-in). So glad we picked this place! We looked at several apartments and the friendly staff and great amenities sold us. Being one of the first to move in, there were, of course, some bumps. But, the staff was always super responsive and any problems were taken care of right away. Love it! Love the staff! Thank you all for doing your job so well.

I absolutely love living here so far! It’s so secure and I’m impressed with the amenities and the apartments themselves. William is the best, he was so helpful through the entire process and if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t be living at such an amazing place!

Alexan has been a great building to live at. The staff is extremely accommodating, timely with any requests, attentive, and here to help! The Alexan staff helped us transition into the building so smoothly. The building is beautifully done, and the amenities are outstanding. The people who live here are friendly and down to earth. Hannah, Will, Doug, Tara, & JJ have been a great management team to have here at the Alexan.

As one of the first residents here I was amazed and not only all the brand new amenities, but the helpful people such as Hanna, that made the move in experience easy and smooth. She is very helpful, responsive, and made me feel welcomed. My roommate and I have found one of the best places we have ever resided, here in Denver.

Great place, great location, and awesome staffs. Pete is my main man, he made everything easier (applications, moving-in, etc). What make me go for this place after researching is the high ceilings, amenities, and big windows! ...Also, the community manager and other staffs goes out of their way to help you. If you have questions, ask them. They will cooperate with you on solution, and wont just dismiss it with generic response. Most helpful bunch Ive ever witness !

This is a new apartment, it has all the amenities and it is in a great location. I moved from Boston and I really like my new home. William was very professional and was very quick to respond to my emails and clarify my doubts. In fact, William was so good at his job that I didn’t even have to check the place out before I signed the lease. William, Hannah and the other members on the leasing team are super friendly. They are always around to help you. William and Hannah are definitely the best leasing agents I have ever worked with!

Under the impression my lease ended a week later than it did, I was in full scramble mode to sign a lease and move in almost immediately. This is the 3rd apartment I have lived in since moving to Denver and this has been by far the best leasing staff (big s/o to Hannah and JJ). They are very friendly and super quick to respond to any questions or problems that come up. On top of that the amenities are top notch and the community is great! If youre looking for a place to have fun by the pool during the day and have a nice time grilling out or relaxing in the hot tub at night, this is the perfect place for you.

HIGHLY recommend Alexan 20th Street Station! I worked with Hannah and cannot say enough positive things about the experience from the very beginning. The building is quiet, amenities are convenient, and the overall vibe of the property makes you feel instantly at home. For being downtown, you are getting a steal compared to other apartment buildings in the area.

My wife and I moved from San Diego couple of months ago and we are loving it here. Alexan team - Hannah, Will, Pete and all are fantastic and always willing to help.

I love this brand new building downtown! With easy access to the light rail and 16th street mall, you can really get anywhere, fast. Hannah is an amazing leasing agent and always can help me and my clients find what they are looking for!

Just moved in and it was the most seamless process ever! Hannah is amazing, she sent me a video of the unit, promptly replied, and made me feel right at home! The property speaks for itself but the staff are what make it stand out!

Great view from the apartment, friendly staff, and clean building.The only thing is the number of homeless tents around the apartment. It aches my heart to see them in those conditions, at the same time I feel a bit unsafe whenever I enter the building on my own.

Security patrols the building 24/7 and I have no fear of any homeless wondering in. Management communication could be improved

Just signed a lease for 12 months and could not be happier! Hannah was absolutely AMAZING! Took me back to the same apartment on 3 different days while I was making up my mind! Nothing was too much hassle. Prompt and friendly responses. The building is great! Im on the 4th floor so have a concrete foundation, its SO QUIET AND PEACEFUL - even without furniture. I took an A8 apartment - hands down the best 1 bedroom layout Ive seen on my apartment tours.

This place is close to most of the main areas in Downtown & easily accessible via light rail. All units are new so everything is brand new without wear & tear. Friendly & approachable staff !!

I had a lease signed here but unfortunately had to cancel it prior to moving in. I signed the lease prior to even seeing the place in person because Hannah took the time to photograph the unit and send me the photos. Hannah is a top notch leasing agent. She was quick to respond, thorough and really went out of her way to assist me in my search. The building itself, amenities and units are new, clean and nice. I would absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking to rent downtown. Its a half mile from Coors Field, Highlands, Rino, 16th Street Mall, Capitol Hill and City Park. It is very much a central location to all. Hannah - thank you again for all your help!!

Absolutely love living in Alexan. Very friendly staff that are extremely helpful. All the common areas are extremely well kept and clean.

Look NO further for another luxury apartment in the heart of Denver Colorado! Alexan 20th Street Station is hands down the only place to be. Let me tell you why - after being super picky viewing over a dozen apartments last Nov 19, I was looking for a place that would give me a quiet but fun and clean place to work and socialize. Simply start your day at Alexan 20th Street Station with their state-of-the-art coffee station (limited during Covid) and you can customize your much needed coffee or tea fix to get your day going, and without a doubt better than Starbucks coffee, and of course will save you money because its no cost to you. Would you enjoy having your own yoga studio or work-out on the most updated gym equipment? Yep, they have that too. I like to cook out with friends and maybe hang out at the pool, hot tub, or watch a football game (when we could) outside in the common areas with plenty of seating for your friends and family that come visit. Dont forget to check out the outside fire pit in the same common space during winter time. Lastly and definitely the most important thing for me is the customer service and care youll receive. 5+ stars. It starts with the first time meeting the staff and the amazing customer service is consistent throughout your stay at Alexan 20th Street Station. JJ, Tara, Will, Hannah, Pete, and even the maintenance crew couldnt be more personable, charming, and super funny to chat with. They listen to your needs and wants and deliver just that, simple. I personally have become friends with all of them and would consider them an extended family now. I have met a lot of residents who live here and have also become good friends with which has made a big difference walking around making Alexan 20th Street Station feel more at home. Ended up looking for a new place with about a two week move-in period. Alexan had its Phase 1 apartments open for leasing, and they fit my price, location, and amenities to a T!Worked with Will P. all the way through, and was treated to a highly professional experience that not only answered all my questions but also was highly patient as I shopped my apartment options.The apartment and amenities are great. Modern finish and high quality stainless steel appliances (Whirlpool throughout) flows throughout the entire complex. Location is great, putting you within about 10min walking to 16th Street Mall, a few blocks from Coors Field, and easy access to highways and scooters to get anywhere else.Id highly recommend, especially for someone looking for one place to have it all (Business Center, Pool, plenty of outdoor spaces, modern gym, and attached parking garage).

Great amenties and close to everything downtown. The other tenants are great people. Great security system, which is nice because it’s closer to homeless facilities and there are lines of tents just down the street. Parking is okay; sometimes it’s hard to get out of or into your spot because of other cars. The trash pickup system is more of a hassle than a service. They cancel when the weather is bad and don’t pickup Friday/Satyrday. The floor layouts and design are classy and brand new. Overall a great place to live.

After a lengthy search we ended up at Alexan on 20th and could not be happier about it. The units are very nice and the common areas are great, plus the location is prime for both going out and getting around. The front desk is always prompt in responding to both regular- and service requests, and we have never waited more than a day to get help. A little shoutout to Hannah is in order too, as she took excellent care of us when we moved in and has continued to provide fantastic service!

Alexan 20th Street Station has it all! The building is beautifully designed and the amenities are top-notch, but - most importantly - everyone in the leasing office is a dream to work with. From day one, Hannah, Will, Tara, and JJ have worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless move. We worked especially close with Hannah and Will - both of them are knowledgeable, patient, kind, efficient, and never hesitate to go the extra mile for residents.
