My family & I have lived here for 3 years. It’s quiet, clean, and the staff are very kind. Shout out to Hannah for always answering our questions & concerns. Also shout out to Hal & Harold, the maintenance men who always fix any issue around the complex & our home when needed. They are also sure that the snow is shoveled, plowed immediately. The trails around the complex are great for our family rides, and walking the dog. We love the pool, hot tub, grills, dog park & gym! There is also a nice little garden area that each complex can tend to if they’d like.
I have only great things to say about the Griffis Highline. I love living here! The office staff is friendly, very helpful, they answer their phone (which I certainly cant say for other complexes), and they provide immediate results. There are several dogs in the community, but they are always on leash and everyone is great about cleaning up after their dogs. The maintenance staff is very prompt and issues are taken care of immediately. They also work very hard to keep the community clean. I like the active community board online as well. It is kept up on a daily basis to let us know about events and the office staff is very quick to respond in the occasional event there is an issue. I highly recommend the Griffis Highline!
My family and I just moved to Griffis Highline and we couldnt be happier. From the beginning of the application process to the actual move-in date, its been a wonderful experience. The community managers, Baylee and Talon, are exceptional and made us feel welcome from our first conversations. They answered all our questions and really made us feel good about our decision. The property itself is awesome with well-kept and maintained amenities, such as the pool and gym areas. Lastly, the folks in the community are great neighbors and weve had nothing but good vibes and positive interactions from everyone weve met.
My wife and I have lived here for nearly 5 years now, we were lucky enough to randomly pick the Highline (sight unseen) when first moving to Colorado. Everything is clean and maintained, the crew is quick to fix any problems, and the walls are thick enough that I can count on one hand the number of times Ive heard my neighbors. This even has convenient access to the Cherry Creek trail! I cant imagine you could find a better place for anywhere near the same price here in Denver. I would say that the only downside of living here are some of the neighboring apartment communities, but thats hardly the Highlines responsibility.
Just moved last month and left the place that Ive stayed for 15 months. I enjoy my everyday life here. Their house is clean and quiet. Unfortunately due to the covid I didnt enjoy the swimming &spa pools and the gym too much, but they always look clean. I also love the community environment, most people are friendly. Nothing to complain, everything is just perfect.
My roommate and I just moved in and we’re already falling in love with the place! We got to enjoy our first sunset last night and it was beautiful! Talon was such a great help at the leasing office, she helped us out a lot and we really appreciated it!
I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and I love it. The complex and the units are very nice. The property is quiet and my kids enjoy the playground and the pool. Also it’s right on the Cherry Creek Trail which I love. The staff is great and I’ve never had any problems here. The Cherry Creek School District picks up right outside the gate which is awesome. Close to everything!!
I just moved in the other day and I was able to see the sunset from my balcony which was really pretty! It was nice and easy moving in, especially with the help of Talon! She really helped me settle in and was always there with an answer. She was really sweet and she made the move in a lot easier!
I just recently moved into the Griffis Highline apartments and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this complex and the way that their team works together! I first came to tour a unit with Hannah. Hannah went above and beyond to ensure that I got as much information as I needed and was able to answer any and all questions that I had to make the move-in easier. Once the time came to move in, Hannah was on top of everything and was able to get all paperwork finalized and complete within an hour. I highly recommend Griffis Highline!

This is my favorite apartment Ive ever lived in. My dogs love the first floor patio space and I love the finishes and year-round heated pool. Rent is incredibly affordable and everyone who works here enjoys their job. I legit feel like a princess because I get to live here. 🥺
I just moved in at the end of February and Baylee made it very easy from the virtual tour, answering all my weird questions about the apartment and assisting me with all the paperwork so when I got there with the truck I only needed to grab the keys and move in. She even emailed me to make sure the move went well.I can already see a HUGE difference from my last apartment community to Griffis Highline. My husband and I recently moved to Griffis Highline and from the very first moment we inquired about this community, we were met with impeccable service, great communication and wonderful kindness! Baylee made us feel like we were home from the start. This community is amazing. Our apartment was clean and beautiful on move in, there are really great accent walls that make our space feel so much more personal. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and they people are friendly and really contribute to creating a community that feels like home. We are so incredibly grateful to have found this place!! This place has been home to me for quite a while, and I absolutely love living here. Hannah Kirschbaum has always been a great team member, and now an amazing property manager!! The whole office crew is great to be honest. Both Harolds in Maintinance are amazing as well. I love that it’s a smoke free community, and the amenities are one of the other things I appreciate about living here. Thank you guys for everything you do.
I have been living at Griffis Highline apartment since November 2020 and I have had nothing but good remarks towards them. Bailee helped my roommate and I have a smooth transition from our former apartment in Cherry Creek and checked on us to ensure we were settling in well.I like the location of being directly alongside a walking/biking trail and look forward to utilizing it in the Spring.
I couldnt be more happy with my decision to join this community! The staff is incredible, my neighbors are respectful and kind, my dogs have so much space to play and walk, the maintenance staff is thorough and quick, and the feeling of safety is remarkable for living in a big city! I am so grateful for the leasing office staff for being persistent on helping the moving process run so smoothly. I look forward to the next year or so living here!
I jus moved out and had a great experience! The staff is phenomenal, I worked with Bailee Moench mostly and she was only helpful. The amenities are great. But the staff is the real reason to live here. The crew was fantastic and always responded quickly.Three small issues or else I would have given a 5 star review.1 - dog poop everywhere, people are really bad about picking up after themselves2 - Unnecessary mail theft, the room with lockers is too small and they just leave packages in the room in which everyone has access too. It is really easy to just leave all of the extra ones in the office with the leasing agents and having to show ID to get your package3 - Reserving the amenities is horrible. I reserved the spa multiple times only to find out someone else had also reserved it. They only allowed a couple people in at a time so why would they allow more than that many people to reserve it?All of these issues probably come from corporate and the fact that they are not on campus often so they cant make good decisions.Again, four stars, fantastic place to live, but there are some small issue it is not perfect.
I havent lived in an apartment for almost 20 years, so I was a little apprehensive... but the price of rental houses in Denver didnt leave me much choice. I have been so happy with my decision to to try Griffis Highline. Its clean, quiet, and the staff is wonderful.The grounds are nice and almost like a park. If I dont feel like walking the dogs on the Highline or Cherry Creek trails that border the complex, an evening walk through the complex is really nice.I plan on staying as long as I can!
I’ve lived here for nearly 10 years, and I refuse to leave for a reason. The front staff here are actually responsive and kind. The maintenance crew is very friendly. I’ve never had an issue that dragged in to get fixed. They’re prompt and considerate when in your home. The property is always kept very clean and tidy. There’s someone going around daily to ensure that we live in a clean and safe area.The front desk also respond immediately. They really try to get to know everyone, and have events throughout the year to get residents involved. They’ll often do events with food and drinks to show appreciation. Granted, with COVID-19, it’s been paused. But, just random things here and there to feel appreciated. I want to give a special shout-out to Baylee Moench, the Asst mgr, because she is someone who is professional and consistent. Of all the staff who have been managers over the last 10 years, she’s the best one I’ve worked with. It’s not that she’s just sweet, but she really does empathize. When we moved units after the lease ended, we were concerned because our new apartment was right next to the gate. My mother was disabled, so I was worried when she’d be home alone. She immediately filed a ticket to get us additional locks, have security go around more, and anything else to help us feel safer. When my mother passed, she had to help us switch to a smaller apartment. In the midst of a funeral and cleaning my mom’s stuff out, she was super helpful and made the process smoother for me. Signing a lease was the least difficult thing to do during grieving. Quite honestly, she’s the main reason we’ve been here for so long.Other apartments we resides at have told us to figure it out when we questioned our safety. And, issues would take weeks to get fixed. They were not respectful of our things. This place is not like that, and I feel very safe where we live.
This is my second year at Griffis and it’s been such a nice experience to live here. The complex is very clean and the staff are friendly and attentive to our needs! I recently moved into a new unit and the entire process was so easy with the help of the staff here. I’m looking forward to another great year in this complex!
I have recently moved into Griffis Highline and I could not be more happy. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Hannah toured us in March of this year (2020) prior to the pandemic and kept in touch with us as things progressed. The entire staff has been fast to answering any questions we have and actively reaching out to us. We have had some maintenance issues after moving in and the maintenance team is always fast to respond and so kind to accept our requests. The grounds are beautiful and always kept so clean. They have recently re-opened the amenities and have been taking COVID precautions very seriously. We have been actively trying to get our friends to move into the complex as well because we are incredibly happy. The apartment itself is kept up well and was clean moving in. We are very happy and think you would also be very happy moving in!!

I lived at Griffis Highline for less than a year, but it was during a particularly turbulent period of my life, and the staff made the housing aspect of my life so much easier on a variety of levels. If I had a concern, it was addressed. Maintenance was prompt and thorough. The facilities and grounds were clean, the gym was kept up well, even the USPS guy was friendly and helpful! The apartment itself was good too. Hannah is a fantastic manager, and Baylee is always smiling! They truly care. I wish I could have taken them with me when I left!
Talon, Baylee and Hannah are really nice and welcoming. Baylee and Talon had answered all of my questions very well and explained the lease terms. The apartment complex is clean, nice and very calm. Griffis Highline Cherry Creek has incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and the move-in process was a breeze here! The apartment was perfectly clean upon arrival, all appliances were functioning properly and the location of the apartment couldnt be better. Our units fixtures from paint to flooring are high quality and the best we could find in our price range. The gated community is a huge added plus too! Would highly recommend this community to anyone that prioritizes safety and newly renovated accommodations.
The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating to questions and requests. The apartments themselves are comfortable and homely. I havent had any concerns about safety since being here because it feels like a tight knit community here. There are many activities that pop up for members to participate in and the pool and fitness center are a great touch. Overall a great experience living here and highly recommend it!
During this time of anxiety and uncertainty I feel compelled to tell you about something good – Griffis Highline Apartments. I’ve lived here for five-plus years, in various floor plans due to changing family needs (with each unit being modern, updated, clean, and comfortable), and it’s consistently been a great place to live! The front office staff, led by Hannah and Baylee, is wonderful, accommodating and responsive, and the maintenance crew is top notch. I’ve always enjoyed living in this community no matter what floor plan I’ve been in and I appreciate being so well taken care of by Hannah and the amazing staff. During this stay-at-home time of “sheltering in place” it’s especially nice and comforting to have access to the Cherry Creek and Highline Canal Trails, practically right outside my door. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to live I highly recommend Griffis Highline Apartments!
By far the best apartment experience Ive had. The whole apartment (leasing office and maintenance) staff is very helpful and always accommodating. The apartment complex is always clean and presentable, especially with the lights in the winter time. Weve lived here for nearly 4 years, theres a reason we havent left!
This is probably one of the best communities Ive ever lived in. The staff here is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I are always so impressed by how fast the maintenance is. If you submit a ticket, theyre usually here within the day. If its an emergency, theyre usually here within the hour. You can also tell that they know what theyre doing.The community is gated and in a good neighborhood, so weve never felt unsafe while living here.

If youre looking to pay a ton of extra money for none of the benefits, look no further.I found GH because I was moving during a pandemic and I was happy to find a place online with good reviews. Based on what I know of the company now, I wouldnt even be surprised if they have their employees write them. I mean, they have their employees living in each of the buildings like youre in a college dorm...so its not entirely impossible.Ive only been here for two months but all I can say is after reading the negative reviews (I wish I had gone that route first) I can say they are 100% true - especially as it relates to the front desk constantly harassing you about doing the normal things you do in an apt building (such as walking...dont get a 2nd floor+ apt if you want peace in your life from your neighbors complaining about that AND the front desk calling you about it on top of that). I lived here for all of 3 weeks before I had about 4 frivolous complaints sent to me. Never been a problem tenant ANYWHERE before, but GH empowers its residents to harass each other through their front desk. Im really writing to let everyone know that on Thanksgiving day GH had a giant robbing spree in the parking lot where several residents and their guests (including my significant other) had their cars broken into. Considering there was an entire week where the gate in this gated community was broken and left open, it isnt as shocking to me as it could be. The gate wasnt even broken when this happened! We pay for all of this sparkle and its all smoke and mirrors.They tout all of these amenities but trust and believe you pay for them. And especially in a pandemic? Good luck getting to use anything anyway with a one person capacity. Dont even bother asking if theyve thought to relieve residents of any hardships since they cant provide them with access to the things they pay for. Ive had nothing but a negative experience living here and once youve signed their lease, youre in it for the long haul so just be prepared to see through your terms. Im writing this so someone else doesnt make my mistake. Heed other peoples warnings - there are so many other places here that maybe might be a bit smaller, but are cheaper and dont come with the headache of whatever world theyve tried to create here.
My girlfriend and I recently moved into this community and we couldn’t be happier. We toured at six different apartment complexes in this area and price range, and Griffis Highline blew the competition out of the water. We worked with Baylee and Hannah throughout the leasing process and they were very patient and informative with us every step of the way. The new renovations are well thought out, and the quality of the work is consistent. It’s refreshing to see paint, fixtures and trim done consistently- we did not see such craftsmanship from other complexes! We see ourselves being at this apartment for quite a while and would highly recommend.

I have lived at this apartment complex for 4 years now. The management company is very nice, responds timely, and is always thinking of ways to give back to us such as breakfast burritos, free yoga classes, and wine nights. The maintenance team is the best fixing any issues as soon as possible. Love living here, it is pricey but you get what you pay for.
My roommates and I have been living at Griffis Highline since August 2019 and love it! Everyone, including the neighbors, the staff, and the maintenance, are very helpful and friendly. Its not far from anything but far enough where it is pretty quiet. Lots of dogs are always around walking with their owners and there is even a dog park in the community where they can play! Personally, I love the hot tub that is open year round and use it frequently along with the trails that are right outside the gates where you can hop on it for a walk, run with your dog, bike ride, etc. The only thing I would complain about is the fact that some mail has gotten stolen or misplaced; some extra security cameras or something would be nice. Other than that, I love the community I live in and would recommend it to anyone!

We moved from New York never having seen the area and the online videos really do it justice. Everything is exactly as depicted, no surprises. The staff and maintenance team are very nice & accommodating. I am very happy with the choice we made.
Ive lived at Griffis Highline for over two years and in a few months were moving due to work and location.Griffis has been great. The leasing staff always knows us, including my dog, by name. The maintenance crew is incredibly prompt and has always taken care of our issues first go-around. And the dog park with new turf is really nice to get the dog out without having to hop in the car. Ive enjoyed living here and if it came down to it Id for sure live here again in the future.
Ive lived at Griffis Highline for over 5 years. I wouldnt have stayed this long if I didnt appreciate several things about this apartment community including: 1) the staff are always kind and courteous (even when they have to be tough) and are accommodating - after renewing my lease this year, I wanted to remove my garage and the process to do so was super easy. The staff does a great job communicating with the community and does nice things throughout the year for the residents (donuts on Fridays!) (oh, and theres free yoga once a week!); 2) you get rewards for renewing your lease! How cool is that! Even though rents increase from year to year, its nice that the management company does something (free carpet cleanings, paint touch ups, free carpet cleanings, etc) to offset those increases and keep your apartment spiffy!; 3) Neighbors are, for the most part, chill. We are all humans with our quirks, but the people who live at Griffis are relatively normal.Long story not so short, I am a single female and I feel safe and content living at Griffis. I have colleagues and friends who pay a decent amount more and get a lot less here in Denver. Ill stay until I win the lottery and can afford a house.
My experience with moving here and transferring was great! I had looked for a very long time when moving. I was in need of a first floor apartment and was able to find one here. I moved into this community back in 2004 and have been here since!
I have been a resident for over 3 years. Without a doubt, this is the best community I have lived in. First and foremost, the community staff is friendly, courteous and concerned. A welcome smile always greets me when I come into the office.The staff works to make each resident feel important. Whether thats being attentive to their needs or organizing events to bring the community together.The maintenance staff works quickly and efficiently whenever Ive encountered a problem. The grounds are neatly landscaped.Dont have a negative thing to say!
We worked with Emily to get into our new place. She was 100% the best with getting back to us with information, she never failed to reply and took many many many phone calls from me in the month leading up to the move. She made the transition as smooth as possible. I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. I am so glad we are apart of this amazing community.
Griffis was by far the greatest living experience ive experienced. From the start the entire tour/applicaiton process with Hannah was smooth and transparent, and extremely quick. Once moved in the 2+ years of my residency there was 10/10 in all ways. Whenever it came to any communication with the office i always received quick and efficient responses to anything i had questions on. The maintenance staff is TOP NOTCH!!! There werent any issues with apartment out of the ordinary, but the minor issues that arise over the years were addressed immediately and never impeded our quality of life in the unit. From the office side the entire staff was beyond welcoming, they made the the neighborhood truly feel like a community. If it werent for relocating out of state wed never have left!
After living here for nearly two years, I am constantly reminded why I resigned the lease! Anytime I have a service request, it is promptly responded to and fixed usually the same day the request was made. The grounds keepers are very friendly, the property is always clean and free of trash etc. Very professional office staff, Hannah Kirschbaum the community manager has been so helpful since day one. Fun community events from time to time, the list goes on. Great place to call home!
Living at Griffis Highline is so wonderful! I have had only positive experiences with both the office staff and maintenance staff. They are personable, timely and professional. The grounds are kept up really well, and the office has monthly fun events for all the residents which are great. I would highly recommend living here!
Just want to share how awesome Harold (maintenance) is. Our fridge was out of service and I left an emergency voicemail today and he called back within 2 minutes, on the holiday. Showed up within 5 minutes, fixed the fridge with his tools within 10 minutes. The awesome maintenance is a big reason of why I renewed my lease. It’s not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for here!
I just moved here and disappointed with our apartment. Same part of it would be my bad since we had to rent without visiting due to relocation. However as you are moving to your new place, you would expect it is well cleaned and well maintained. We found cabinets and drawers were dirty, floors has scratches, behind the oven was dirty, some blinds weren’t working, toilet’s bottom was full of dirt, windows wasn’t cleaned well, some walls has dents, etc. Normally if I leave the apartment like this, I would be charged much but if they give you an apartment like that, they are not responsible from anything. The final problem and huge we have ants and spiders. I had just one spider jumped on me. The apartment is not safe to live. When I talked to the manager, she told me it is normal. SO I Am WARNING, BE CAREFUL!I also asked them what if I got a position in another state and had to leave, they told me sublease is not allowed, and I need to give 60 days notice and need to pay one month of penalty or 30 days notice with 2 months worth of penalty. Can you believe that?
We have a top floor, corner unit and hear no noise from our neighbors. As someone who is very sensitive to noise this has exceeded my expectation given my experience at a previous complex. Maintenance responds to service requests same day. Yoga classes once a week are great! Love my new home. :)
We loved our time at Griffis Highline! We lived here for about 2.5 years, and always felt at home. The management and office staff are awesome (Hannah- you are the absolute BEST, and well miss you the most!!) and the maintenance crew (The Harolds!) were always so responsive, efficient and friendly. Our neighborhood always looked clean and cared for. We loved using the pool, and the new workout facility and package room were worth the wait! Awesome improvements! Overall, we cant recommend this community enough. Thank you to the Griffis staff and neighbors (doggies too!) who made us feel so at home over the years!
Moving my son to the Denver area. Looked at a couple of places before this one. Erin pretty much ended our search. The place looks overall very well maintained and up to date. The common areas are pretty impressive. The exercise facilities and pool area are great. I highly recommend a stop by if you are in the market for a new place.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Griffis Highline for almost a year now and we love it. The community is well kept and the amenities are great. What really makes Griffis Highline feel like home is the amazing office staff. During our time here Hannah has gone above and beyond with her professionalism and costumer service. The office staff overall goes above and beyond by putting on monthly events for the residents. For example, this summer they hosted a dog and human yappy hour at the community dog park. Little touches like these really allow for the community to get to know one another and make this place really feel like a community. Another huge plus of living here is the awesome maintenance team. I have submitted requests to get something fixed around the apartment and within an hour someone is knocking on my door. The maintenance team is far superior here than any other place that I have been too.
I had a terrible experience with this company. Apartments were too small, hot water ends always too quickly, appliances were terrible. They charges all the common area water and electricity even for their stuff uses. The worst one was when I had to leave the apartment for some personal reasons, I had to pay two months of penalty even they rented it to someone else. Definitely not recommend. Hope my money will not bring any good to you and God punish you for that, that you guys steals my kids money.
We have lived here for a little over 2 years now and have absolutely loved it! We needed to downsize and the 1 bedrooms at this time are a little out of our price range, but we are relocating to a different Griffis property. We lived near the pool so the evenings can be a little noisy but consistently stop at 10PM . The upkeep of the grounds are very good considering the amount of dogs that live in this community. They also installed a new turf in the dog park that is great! The location is great, 10 minutes from the Yale light rail station, 20 minutes from downtown, and an hour to Frisco (ski areas). It is pretty central to all major locations in Denver.The staff is what we miss the most! They have been helpful with any issue weve ever come across (not too many) and maintenance (the Harolds) are always super quick and on top of routine maintenance in the home and the community. Overall we really enjoyed living with Griffis Highline and had positive experiences there!
Just want to say that our maintenance team is excellent!!!!!! They take care of issues quickly and throughly!!!! Living here has been great!!! They also are up early doing snow removal so we can all walk to our vehicles safety!!! Thank you Harolds!!
Ive lived here for almost 2 years and I love it! I also have 6 other friends living in the complex as well (2 have lived here a lot longer and we convinced the others to all move in here, haha). The staff is so friendly, I always bring my dog by the leasing office when Im giving her a walk as they have dog treats available along with a coffee machine! Our maintenance guys are always out and about. They always say hi and are also very friendly and approachable. Not to mention their response time to maintenance requests is incredible! This is also a very dog friendly complex, the dog park is great if youre on a time crunch and need to get some energy out of your pup. Recently added turf! Im also a fan of the year round pool/hot tub/grills and 24 hour fitness center. I hope to stay here for a while.
Moved here about a month ago. Continue to be amazed by the amazing service of the staff! Neighbors are quiet, friendly, and respectful of noise! Lots of nice families, young couples, and friendly people. Pools and grounds are always kept very clean and nice! Love that the office offers cappuccino machine to all the residents :-)
The staff are nice, maintenance is pretty responsive, and it’s a great, safe place to live. Shorty after I moved in, they held their resident appreciation week and I got to meet a bunch of my neighbors!
We have lived in the community for at least 7 yrs on and off, life circumstances brings us back home to Colorado and Highline. Office staff and maintenance crew have always been helpful, courteous and understanding.
Horrible experience. Full of insects at apartments, spiders, mouse, centipede. Too small for a family. No living spaces. I had to leave since I bought my own house and they charged me 2 months of penalty for early leaving even they rented the apartment to someone else.
Recently lost a loved one and had my financial situation gutted by the funeral costs. The office staff have been nothing but helpful and understanding as I scramble to balance everything out. Especially Kelsey who is a credit to the company. They care about their tenants and I highly recommend this location if your looking for a home. I will never forget the kindness shown to me. Fantastic experience.
My sister and I love living at The Highline on Cherry Creek. The staff here is always kind and willing to help out whenever they can. When I make requests for anything dealing with my apartment they always respond promptly. I have only been living here almost a year now and I dont plan on moving anytime soon. Ive been living at The Highline on Cherry Creek now for a little over a year and a half. I can say that for the most part I have enjoyed my stay. The front office staff is among the best that Ive ever dealt with. Theyre all very courteous, available, and welcoming. Theyre never too busy for even the smallest request. They took excellent care of my needs when I was moving from a one bedroom into a two bedroom, and made sure that it was an easy transition. One aspect of The Highline on Cherry Creek is the great transportation system, I am less than a mile from the light rail. Its a straight shot to wherever you may need to go down south or up north. In the time frame the time hat I have lived here I have had no problems and I can tell you that Im have already enjoyed my stay at The Highline on Cherry Creek apartments so far. The neighbors, staff, and services are all world class. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for a new place to live.
The community is absolutely beautiful! I made a service request in the morning, and it was done the same day. The staff is intelligent, friendly and easy to work with.You can hear the upstairs neighbors: voices, walking, music, etc... 🤷♀️ they do live above you! Go for a 3rd floor is it’s a concern. You will notice! There are also many dogs! But you would never guess because everyone cleans up after their pet, and I hear more people talking than dogs barking. As far as demographics go: I’d guess the majority are singles followed by young couples - with young children. I feel safe here and haven’t noticed any police activity.
We moved into Highline a few months ago, and the experience has been very positive! The staff is always friendly and takes the time to chat and get to know us, and they are very responsive whenever we have a concern or question. So far, we have no complaints and are very pleased with our decision to move here! Highly recommend
I have loved living in this complex. Herald and the staff truly care about the property and take great care of it! I really appreciate how great this community is!!
Griffis has been the best apartment complex I have lived in. Amenities are great and the office staff is top notch. Very happy with my experience!
Terrible place. Steals your money. Bad people and bad apartments. Definitely not recommended.
I have lived here since Sept 2012. I picked this apartment over phone without even visiting mainly because it was extremely close to my work place. However, over time I believe that I made an excellent decision.1) Safety: In 3.5 years, except a handful of occasions, the apartment gates are always operational. Never even once I have felt that safety is an issue with this place.2) Staff/Maintenance: The admin staff is exceptional. Although, staff keeps rotating every few months, they always seem to find the best professionals who are courteous, efficient and capable of solving any issues you have. They do a great job in handling packages and notifying via text/email.Maintenance staff is great as well. Any issues in the apartment are addressed right away (within a day), sometimes within an hour or two of submitting a request.3) Apartments themselves are not truly luxurious but very good. I think one gets better idea while visiting the property before leasing. So, I dont think its that big of deal. Appliances work well and I havent had any issues with noise etc. from neighbors.The only issue I have is that sometimes the A/C units outside the bedroom window (there are several adjacent to each other) can all decide to become self aware and start working together. Thereby, amplifying the noise. But, thats the fault of AI. ;)I wanted to give it 4.5 rating but decided to give 5.0 because on internet the reviews are slightly weighted towards lower ratings (Happy/satisfied folks dont write many reviews).
I believed this was a place that I could call home as a new Colorado resident, it started as that. That all changed once we made a noise complaint about my neighbors; it was not handled properly. We received 2 different responses; one, welcoming our concerns while the other was a disturbing letter from the office manager making us feel like complete idiots for contacting them. I called the office to resolve the issue, a complete fail. I was not allowed to speak to the manager, but Hannah only who did nothing except recite the letter. Even after we adhered to the requested process of making a noise complaint, we were told there would only be a note made since the office never witnessed the excessive noise in my apartment. We asked for information regarding cancelling our lease and never received it. The apartment and amenities are very nice, but because of our experience with management, I would not recommend this property. This has become a place to sleep and not our home. We definitely do not feel like valued residents, and are anxiously awaiting the end of our lease.
Worst apartment I ever stayed at. They were rude, lied constantly. Baylee charged me so much after we moved out. She lied and said they did a pet seal on the previous apartment but when I obtained the invoice it revealed she was lying again! She also called us at work to harass us. She told the downstairs neighbor we complained and that neighbor drilled a screw into my tire. Then I got new tires and that neighbor drilled another screw into my tire. When I brought the receipt for my new tires with the date of the day before to the leasing office they lied and said that I cursed at them in the office and placed an eviction notice on my door, then called my fiancee and told her while she was at work causing her to leave work early upset. If it was on the door why did they have to call her at work and only her. It was a vendetta!
I love this place!!! The staff are helpful and attentive to all the problems we have brought them, any maintenance issue is resolved the same day if there is a delay its the next day. The amenities are great and we are looking forward to staying here for a very long time.
I filled out a rental application and paid $50 for the application fee and $300 for the deposit. After completeing the application I was told by Jessica Epstein that I needed to provide proof that I had paid back a previous landlord. I told her this was not a problem and she sent over an apartment hold form. This happened on a Friday. The next business day I emailed her to find out how quickly they needed the letter and she did not respond. I sent another email on Wednesday with still no response. By Wednesday I called the office and spoke to Jamie who informed me that they would need the letter any time before the move in date. On the following Saturday Jessica finally responded and said that if I did not produce the letter by Monday that she would cancel my agreement. It was not possible for me to get the letter by Monday, which I told her and I let her know that the previous person I spoke to said it could wait until my move in date. Jessica did not address this and the application ended up being cancelled and she refused to refund the $300 as it had to be cancelled within 24 hours. Which would not have been possible because she was not in the office and did not respond to my emails. Jessica was also not upfront with the time frame in which she needed the information. I asked her to have her manager call me and have not yet received a response.
Mail keeps getting stolen
My family and I just moved into the Highline on Cherry Creek about a month ago. My husband is paralyzed and finding a place semi suitable for him to live in has proven more difficult than I ever imagined. We dealt directly with Hannah and Erin. These two ladies made us feel like we wanted to live here. They went above and beyond my expectations in helping us fill out the special abominations paperwork and honestly sold us on living in the community besides the wonderful amenities they have here. Year round pool, gated community, gate leading directly to the trails, 24 hour fitness center and a green area with a playground where I know my kids wont have to worry about cars. Just to name a few of those amenities. The maintenance team is awesome as well. Now we havent had any real issues but the came right away and changed a battery in our smoke/fire alarm, with a smile on his face and a its our pleasure! I absolutely love this community and would recommend checking it out!
Worst corporate apartment company ever! Eight months ago this company was supposed to return my $300 deposit. Instead they sent $100. When I called to clarify, they said they would sent another check, no problem. They canceled the $100 check and didnt send another. Now the manager at Highline wont answer calls or email, and the corporate office is a nightmare.Expect nothing but disrespect and poor attitudes out of this company!
Decent apartments but they definitely nickel and dime everything they can out of you, And what your rent is, it could possibly end up being about 300 more, like almost $100 for water for one month LOL So it is hard to budget because one month my water was 40 now it’s 100
I resigned my lease and truly wish I had not.Two weeks ago, I was harassed by another resident who followed me to my apartment to scream at me. I am a single mom and have been terrified ever since knowing that I live in a complex with crazy, unstable people who follow others to their apartment to verbally harass them. The worst part is that when I reported it to the office, they did not respond. I sent the email again, thinking maybe it was a glitch and they did not receive it. No response. I sent the email a third time to the corporate office, then got a very insincere voicemail apology from the Highline office.As if that was not enough, yesterday the manager, Michelle Peterson, lost one of my packages which had been delivered to the office. (She eventually found it, which makes me wonder if she was just going to keep it for herself.) She explained to me that it was Amazons fault, then tried to blame it on UPS. I had gotten delivery confirmation from both agencies and UPS had her signature as confirmation of the delivery. She then stated that she did not, in fact, really check the packages that had been delivered, but merely signed without checking. She told me that I would need to have the item redelivered at my cost.I do not feel safe here and do not feel comfortable having things delivered to my home.

Not luxury as advertised, but about average value and pleasant staff. I got an apartment right on beautiful rushing cherry creek which made up for a very mediocre kitchen and bathroom. Beware wood construction that lets all the noise from the neighbors in!
I make 6 times the rent and they denied my application I feel that it is very discriminatory very rude and unprofessional dont move here if your a person of color as if they would except you anyways very disrespectful
Why I love living at the Highline on Cherry Creek...pet friendly, staff friendly, maintenance friendly, resident friendly, amenities friendly, landscape friendly and location friendly! I am grateful for all the friendliness at the place I choose to call home.

The highline is bad place to live. The leasing office staff is never on the same page. So if you want to throw away your hard earned money to a company that only cares about employing bad employees then go for it!
Griffis Highline staff are exceptionally kind and responsive, and elevate this property to the next level.
