Awesome community, amenities and staff!!!! The girls are friendly and easy to approach and maintenance is quick on work orders. I will definitely be renewing next year.

The new management team (Greystar) has ruined this place. We had our elderly father in law rent the guest suite for a $150 dollars a night. When he showed up there was no television service in the unit. I then was promised by the staff they would get it taken care of and 5 days later still nothing. Then on the second to last night the ceiling started leaking. When I went to the manager to get a partial refund she said she stayed in a hotel that leaked and she didnt get a refund and they were going to charge us full price for they days he stayed.Not the way to treat a resident of two years.

I recently moved into these apartments, and I am in love!! They have beautiful facilities and amenities. I want to give a five-star rating to Ashley Foley! She was my leasing agent, and she helped me find the perfect apartment! Ashleys customer service was expectational, and she put extra time and effort into helping me! I hope that this company recognizes her enthusiastic efforts!I am looking forward to warmer weather to enjoy and participate in community events. It is a fantastic location, and I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Updating my review because management made some nice changes over the past few weeks. This is a nice place in one of the safer part of the downtown Denver area. I love the layout and amenities of my apartment and feel safe that the apartment itself will not be broken into. Here are the things management changed in the past few weeks: they turned on the AC in the hallway so that my apartment does not overheat; they turned off the 24-7 blasting heat in the stairwell; and they spot cleaned the pet stains on the carpet in my hallway. I understand that not everything can be perfect in a downtown area (graffiti on building; break-ins and thefts from the mailroom to the point that I only have things mailed to my work address), but I appreciate the effort that management has made to fix the things they can fix inside the building.

I love it here! Amenities are clean and I’ve made great friends with some of my neighbors. The staff is great, I appreciate the new effort they are doing with pet fines for those who don’t clean up after themselves!

Cool building I have lived here for two years but there has been a significant decrease in management quality. They do not care about the timing of fire alarms and will give you a five minute heads up that the alarm will be going off for the next 30 minutes. Which is very poor for pet owners.

Used to be an awesome apartment complex with lots of great amenities and run by a wonderful group of people. Ever since they were bought out and currently run by a new management company things have gone downhill considerably. The new management company doesnt seem to care much about anything and they are really letting the place go downhill in a big way. If they were still under the old management it would have gotten 5 stars easy but now i have to give them 1 star unfortunately.

CAUTION- MANAGEMENT WAS UNRESPONSIVE!In late December the buildings plumbing flooded onto our floor any time the units above us flushed their toilets. We had a new management company Greystar start mid November. They failed to setup an emergency maintenance contact and were completely unresponsive through the New Year holiday. Its now February of 2021 and our apartment still smells like mold. We have emailed them every week with limited replies and absolutely no concession for our uninhabitable bathroom and biohazard experience. We requested to change units but the manager would only relocate us at huge expense which felt abusive. Management has never followed up to make sure it was resolved. The maintenance person has been great through the process, and the old management was awesome.

Canvas on Blake: we’re the nicest building in Denver with amenities that no one is allowed to use despite spending a million dollars on rent. Yay we’re awesome!Upgraded my review from 1 to 2 stars since they gave us free margaritas this week. Well see how the summer goes :)

This building went from 5/5 to 0/5 the moment Greystar took over. Building and management down the tubes, major theft and security issues hidden from tenants as “greystar policy.”Even when you move out and leave your place nicer than it’s delivered to you, you’ll get dinged with BS fees after you move out.Moral of the story NEVER live in a Greystar building. They turned a great apartment and community into a fraternity and a crime free for all.

Pros: modern apartments, great amenities, helpful staff.Cons: thin ceilings - when the upstairs neighbors walk around their apartment it sounds as if they’re walking right next to me. It’s a shame that the sound isolation is so poor (though I hear that might be an issue with the way buildings are built in Denver more generally), since it makes me not want to renew the lease for an otherwise very nice apartment.Also, the crowd here is very young - if you’re fresh out of college this may be a good fit, but you’ll potentially be exposed to pool party noise during week nights.

My friends live in this building & it seemed really nice and full of cool amenities. They ended up having an issue where the buildings sewer & plumbing backed up into their apartment (so other peoples waste), and management has had sub par responses to resolving the issue. It took them awhile for actual clean-up, and then their resolution was to replace the towels damaged. I dont know about anyone else, but having other peoples bodily waste in my apartment for an extended period of time is worth more than a couple new towels.This happened ~6 weeks ago & we cant even visit them (Covid safe of course). Their apartment is always so clean and spotless, but now you can smell this weird funk (probably mold- hopefully not worse) ever since the incident. Its unfortunate to pay for a luxury building and amenities only to receive sub-par quality and service.

We stopped by Canvas on Blake on a whim, just curious about the new apartments they put up down the street from Coors Field, sort of on the edge of Rino and Ballpark. Fortunately for us, Sami was giving tours that day. Sami is a rockstar and kind and patient and helpful. We weren’t actually planning on moving but were so impressed with Canvas and Sami that we signed a lease a short time later. Our experience thus far has been nothing short of fantastic. Lucas was super helpful in making sure everything was ready for our move in and Megan has gone out of her way more than once to respond to some minor issues we were having. Maintenance is fast, and they take the time to explain the problem and the fix. Basically, incredible humans run this place. The building is also awesome and modern and full of cool amenities. I mean the oversized hot tub is pretty neat but the Golden Tee arcade game really does it for me. Congrats and thanks to Canvas on Blake for great support, awesome apartments, and a superb team (who by the way are handling the stay at home order with true professionalism and diligence).

We have been living here at Canvas for almost a year and we love it! The staff is amazing and my apartment is beautiful! WE LOVE CANVAS ON BLAKE!!!

I LOVED the old property company, right as I was about to move out LMC sold this to GREYSTAR.... They are unresponsive and STILL havent given me my $750 security deposit from over a month ago! When I called them they had processing issues and when I asked what the charges were they had a standard cleaning fee of $65 and a repaint fee of $200. I had zero damages and left that place spotless. The positive reviews on here are for the old owners at LMC not the new property company Greystar, be warned this place is not the same under this new management.

We are very happy we chose this complex for living arrangements. The building, apartments & amenities were all very well thought out. We enjoy that it is close to so many things in downtown Denver. Lucas has been very easy to communicate with & very helpful with any needs we have had. We have recommended this complex to a few of our friends now & will continue with the recommendations!

We love our apartment. The amenities available were one of the first things that due us to Canvas, but the apartments sold us! They are designed with stylish details in mind. We worked with Lucas & he was fantastic. A very nice host who definitely knew what he was doing & saying. He answered every question we had. Great job!

Fantastic apartments; wonderful community; amazing amenities; close to everything downtown. As someone who works from home, it was essential for me to live somewhere that had easy access to amenities without me having to travel far & I definitely found that here. BUT on the top of my list, I needed to have a quiet environment & I found that here. My last apartment had paper thin walls & doors, but thats not the case here at Canvas. So happy to be able to have a great community with fun events, but also be able to head to my apartment & know Ill have peace & quiet for my work. Thanks you all!

I really enjoy living here. The staff is incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure tenants comfort and ease. I would recommend this community and the staff that comes along with it. The amenities are also top notch, which is a bonus.

Canvas on Blake is a modern, clean and quiet space, helpful employees, kind neighbors and spectacular location! Just started my journey in Denver and so far am very happy with the place I chose to setup shop/call home.

Canvas is beautiful community thats close to just about everything! Its very modern and the floor plans make sense. The building is new and with that, everyone should be aware that there will be some issues to fix here and there. Things like the fire alarm going off are normal. Someone may have burnt their bacon and decided to open their front door to let the smoke get in the hallway. That is NOT the staffs problem. The staff are wonderful. Lucas and Megan make a great management team and serve as a great example to their staff. They acknowledge all concerns and handle things with the utmost professionalism. More communities need have a great team like Canvas!

We love our Canvas apartment!! We moved from out of state and werent sure what to expect but the location, amazing amenities and staff are fantastic. We felt at home right away. Our favorite part about our apartment is the kitchen - Its so beautiful, spacious and perfect for entertaining friends for dinner.

There are a lot of reasons to love living here - but quite honestly, it’s the killer staff that set the bar above. You can find similar amenities in apartments around downtown Denver, but the staff here makes sure the amenities are spotless, top of the line, and they do so in such a professional and respectful manner! I had an issue with my fridge the second day I moved in - maintenance came and fixed it that night! The leasing agents are incredibly responsive & cater to residents needs. I’d say lastly - just how clean and nice the building is. Really sets it above all the other similar priced apartments in the neighborhood (which is Ballpark/RiNo). Truly love living in this incredible building and in this vibrant neighborhood! Thanks for being kind Canvas staff - y’all rock!

Moved here from Michigan in January and I couldnt of asked for a better apartment. You cant beat the location! You are walking distance from almost everything. The apartments are brand new and I have not had any issues since moving in. The amenities are worth what you pay. They could of went basic with it all but they took everything to a new level. And the best part is everything is clean!! Management is on top of everything and answers any questions right away. I can definitely see myself staying here for awhile.

Canvas on Blake is an amazing place to live. The move-in process was incredibly easy thanks to their office staff. The community areas are full of great amenities and always kept very tidy. I have loved my time here

I moved in last month and have found the staff to be incredible. Cydney was wonderful in coordinating the move-in and for all new place related items since. I have found the maintenance staff to be very prompt, cordial and professional. Mike sincerely cares about the upkeep of the building / all of the common areas. I have heard the same report from other residents that have been here since it opened. Overall it has been a real pleasure and I am happy that I made the selection of Canvas over some other properties.

I walked in to tour the apartment complex and the property manager that greeted me was so nice and helpful! The building is beautiful, the amenities are great and the application process was quick and simple. Excited to move into my new apartment soon.

Love living here! Amazing and friendly staff, fun community with great events, love the location easy to walk to downtown or Rino, with so many good restaurants and activities near by! My wife and I have lived here for 6 months now and have been very impressed. We have had some small issues with our apartment, but the management team has always been quick to fix the issue. You can not beat the amenities and location Canvas on Blake has to offer.

I absolutely love living at canvas on blake. Megan Hutton was amazing in getting me the best deal possible to fit my needs. Lukas Roof has been great with his communication and easy to reach when there is an issue. I strongly recommend anyone wanting to be downtown to check out this amazing property.

My roommate and I love our new apartment. We noticed spending more time being home and cooking in our beautiful kitchen. The neighbourhood feels very safe and I can work around to check out the art scene of rino.

I love living at Canvas on Blake so far! Our apartment is amazing and I love all the space. The location cannot be beat as you are right in between Lodos and Rino. I am so excited for the summer! The hot tub is one amenity my roommate and I insisted on having and the huge hot tub here is the cherry on top. The people in the community are super nice as well. Everyone is so friendly. I also love all the little random details around the complex like the “Life is beautiful” statement on the wall on the 4th floor. Those little details are such a good reminder to every day life.PS I personally think it should have been named Blake Canvas but maybe that’s just me 😊.
