If youre getting a Brazilian, GO HERE! This place has the LEAST painful waxing ever. Karissa was my waxer and was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Karissa is caring, personable, professional, and good at what she does. She was so good, if Google let me give a 6/5 star review I would! This waxing center truly has unlocked the secret to good wax. 10/10 coming back here again.

I absolutely love this place! Nicole is so professional. She always makes me feel pampered and years younger than when I arrived. She recently tinted my daughter’s eyebrows and she matched her red hair perfectly! Looked so natural. When you ask your child what she wants for Christmas and she says eyebrows and it breaks your heart…it’s comforting to know that she can come to Waxing the City to see Nicole and will be taken good care of. My daughter’s confidence has already grown! Thank you! :)

I absolutely LOVE not only Waxing the City, but this location specifically. (I live in Queen Creek and still drive here to see Hayley.) They are always kind, welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. Hayley is AWESOME. She takes her time, is thorough, and actually cares to get everything done to the clients needs rather than just rushing through. She is funny and personable and makes the experience a lot easier. Almost forget you are getting your hair ripped out LOL. I will always come here.

I had my eyebrows waxed with Bella this evening. While she was sweet....the burn/cut above my right eye is unacceptable. Ive never had this happen to me while having my eyebrows waxed. I saw both eyes were red after my service (as they always are) however, my right eyebrow was burning a bit on my ride home. 3 hours later my eyebrow/upper eye is STILL red, painful and swollen! I added a picture, but it does no justice as to what it looks like in person. I usually go to the Tempe location, but they had to close due to a covid case and I needed my eyebrows done before leaving town. Im now not sure if Ill be able to trust any Waxing the city locations.

I have been going to Wax the City for about a year now. I always enjoy going in because only good things come from my appointments. I typically go in to get a brow shaping. And let me tell you Rachel at the Chandler location never disappoints! She is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable. She will work with you to get your desired look. And she does an amazing job! She is a very talented young lady! I would definitely recommend!

We talk and the time just flies by. She is professional and very efficient! She makes sure you are happy with the wax and offers suggestions on helpful products. I have been seeing Hailey at waxing the city Chandler for almost a year now. I see her every three weeks for an eyebrow wax. She is the most precise at Waxing that I have ever seen. She will use a measuring device to see what each side measures and then will tell you what to do in order to get your eyebrows a nice even shape. I have never once had a bad experience with her. She always answers all of my questions honestly even if it is not the answer I want to hear LOL. She is super sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. I recommend her to anyone that is wanting to have a great experience.

I have been going to Waxing The City for awhile on and off. But I had gone a few months between waxes and was a little nervous about the pain factor. Lesenia was very kind and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and did a very thorough job! No wax is pain free, but this one was pretty close! She educated me on the importance of regular waxing and recommended a product specific to my concerns and skin sensitivities. I look forward to my next visit and know Lesenia will take great care of me!

Management is nice as well. I like that they text to confirm appointments and can reschedule via text is necessary. I’m a member, this saves money and time. I recommend this place. My first wax was a pretty private one. I was worried about the professionalism of the waxer, sorry I forgot her name. I had no reason to worry not only was she professional but she put me at ease and was very fast. If i lived in the area Id come again.

I have a hard time trusting people with my eyebrows but Ashley did a great job! You would think waxing near your eyes would hurt, but they do such a great job that you don’t really feel any pain. The whole place is clean, reception is so nice, and they make you feel as comfortable as possible!

I have gone there twice now and will never go to another place to get waxed. My sensitive skin doesnt react as bad to their wax. They truly take their time and it shows! I dont feel bad for asking for exactly what I want and the results I get are always what I gad envisioned, because they take their time and LISTEN to what you want. My biggest reason for making Waxing The City my waxing home is the service. They say they strive to give the best service and they do! I truly believe they want my repeat service. Right when I walked through the door at waxing the city, I felt comfortable and welcomed. My technician was thorough in her consultation with me, answering every question I have. The brazilian wax was not painful! I was expecting for them to just rip my hair out in 15 minutes but they took their time to make sure all the hair was removed!Ill definitely coming back in the future.
