Im a new resident to the Mosaic community and have gracefully been given all the guidance, support and consideration by the office team, theyre simply amazing! Before moving states, I made all the research possible and visited different areas in Denver to choose what was best for my family and I. I looked into location, price, and safety and Mosaic has all three. The area is safe, beautiful, and everything is close by. College, schools, malls, restaurants, and even downtown is very close by. The rental price at Mosaic its below the average in the area and the place offers the same as the others at a more affordable price of course. The amenities are excellent and the privacy I have in my apartment its great! Theres no thin walls where I hear neighbors conversations and things like that. The apartment is very spacious and has an excellent floor plan. I have a beautiful balcony that I cant wait for the winter to come and enjoy the view Ill have. Im simply very happy to have found this place.

I would never recommend this place, there are bed bugs and so many insects! If you plan to move here you are prepared to throw all your furniture into the trash

If you want to live somewhere with horrible neighbors, poor maintenance, abhorrent front office people, and a complex that got finned by the CDC look no further! There is trash everywhere all the time, I’ve been dealing with mice, roaches, and had people above me with bed bugs. The office does not care. The pest control company they have is useless. If you plan on living out of bags for your stay here by all means move right on in! All our amenities are unavailable and or poorly maintained. I paid for a unit with a backyard and fence only for the fence to be destroyed not once not twice but we’re on repair number four. They do not care about anything here and allow tenants that are violent and disruptive. Always a free show with cops here every day about a DV. Oh and your dishwasher? Don’t expect that to work. Or your stove top. Or your fridge to be not broken. Great living experience. Truly.

I met with Tanya yesterday. She was very excited to show me a one bedroom apartment. She was very helpful and informative on answering all my questions. I left feeling hopeful that this place could be my new home. Its really cute. I stopped again today and met with Regina. I told her how Tanya showed me around yesterday and that I just wanted to see the one bedroom apartment again. Regina was very nice about showing it. She was very funny and helpful. So far the staff are very helpful . Now I need to decide what to do? This is a big step for me

Had a great time living there for 4 years if I didnt get sick and had to move out of state I would still be there..all the ladies in the front office was really nice never had a problem

They rented me out an apartment knowing there was roaches poor maintenance around facility trash is always all over the place there’s no community guidelines for all tenants dumpster areas disgusting all the damn time hallways to the apartments always have trash and debris in them. Management leaves early especially on Fridays I wish I would’ve read the reviews before moving would not recommend anyone to move here

The mosaic apartments are really nice and they covered everything I asked for Gina is ahhhhhmazing I called for maintenance to come check my air conditioner and Gina answered the call she remembered me from my lease signing which is the only face to face interaction we’ve had and promptly had maintenance to my apartment and within an hour the air was cooling perfectly this has been a wonderful experience so far the office and maintenance staff are great and super considerate the complex is clean and the courtyards are nicely kept and welcoming to enjoy so far so perfect looking forward to many years here

I went to look at a apartment . It was very clean apartment I absolutely love the staff they were very attentive and extremely polite. I am looking forward to moving into my unit this spring. I hear very great things about the property manager I am looking forward to being her tenant. Gold Star ⭐

I love the apartment but I chose a 4th floor unit next to the elevator and the elevator was down for my move. It was a terrible move in experience.

Went in for a tour. Had a super pleasant experience with one of the ladies there.Tanya I believe was her name. She greeted me as I came in. She was very Very helpful! I was provided with all and the info I needed and more. Very detail oriented and super professional. I am coming back for sure to move in. I cant wait for my other lease to be up. I hope this lovely customer service continues and is provided at all times.

Maintenance guys jerry is the absolute best!! Never had an issue with these apartments and when somethings needs a fix maintenance is always on it straight away!!

I went for a tour. I had looked at a few other places in Denver but here I found the best service. Staff was great. The girl in the office was Tania. She was very helpful! Answered all my questions and even followed up with me a couple days later. The complex was clean and the units I saw were also in great condition! I would definitely recommend these apartments for anyone that’s currently looking to move !

I called to schedule a appointment to Visit. And I arrived to find no one waiting for me. I saw lots of Trash and After seeing a Current Tenant apartment I was outraged with Roaches and The heat being on. She could not control the temp in her home. It kinda rum down and lots of Homeless. Definitely going to keep looking.

Quickly came to repair where leak from upstairs neighbor. Still waiting fir the drywall repair. Di still have 31/2 hours to wait. They did say between 9 and 4 after all.

Maintenance is wonderful! I had a broken dishwasher. They were able to replace it within 2 days, maintenance called and let me know when they would be to my apartment as well as how long they thought it would take to do the repair.

I forget the guys name but he was a younger possible hispanic fellow that helped me with my thermostat and garbage disposal. He was awesome. The level of customer service he brought along with the great maintenance work deserves a raise. Thank you.

Great, affordable, and safe apartments! The manager Dana and her staff are amazing and work around the clock to make sure each tenant is happy and satisfied with their homes! I love these apartments, and I highly recommend them!

The women who worked at Mosaic always treated me like dirt. They assumed because I didnt make that much money I had no reason to complain about the many problems there. To them, I should just be happy with everything. Hard to be happy when your roof is streaming melted snow and it smells like the devil. The manager thinks she can do no wrong. Her nose is high in the air and her ears are closed. It seems she goes out of her way to make this a worse place to live.Im not a hundred percent sure but I think I emailed her once and never got a reply back. Either way, there were constant problems but this place did the bare minimum of providing a roof over my head. I always had a place to park. Its a shame to hear that not much has changed since I left and things have gotten far worse.

Thanks for commenting on my five star rating!I will say Im shocked to see that Mosaic Apartments doesnt have an OVERALL five star rating.Ive lived here for a year now and from the very beginning the staff here has satisfied my every request.. even when I wanted to move from one building to another.In the time I requested to move, the dawn of covid-19 pandemic was upon us and community manager Dana Clarrett still kept working with us and got me into the apartment I currently live in. Ive rarely needed any maintenance because my apartment was in great shape when I moved in but for the few minor things-Ive never waited more than a day or so for the professionals to come to the rescue.The maintenance crew are polite and cautious and really good at what they do.The view is always beautiful because of enforcement of cleanliness and again, a crew that maintains the ground so beautifully. The pool was glorious during the last season and although we couldnt go swimming because of potential illness being spread because covid-19... The staff here at my home, Mosaic, made sure we had something wonderful in our sights while stuck in our homes and it made a big difference during lock down to see glorious trees, super green grass and a crystal clear pool for our spirits.When i had questions and needed help and answers because of closures of the business I worked at...Dana didnt hesitate for a moment before responding to my concerns. With genuine compassion Dana Clarrett was able to keep it together for my son and I... and bent over backwards to help us maintain our home. I will always remember 2020 because the epic pandemic and I will always remember the support and hard work that kept us afloat.Dana and staff will go down in the history of our minds eye as being our heroes and we cannot say enough about the patience and above-&-beyond service weve experienced here on East Evans Ave! We are grateful everyday for our spacious apartment with wood floors and huge bedrooms, closets galore and encouragement to individualize our spaces ... We love to look out or floor -to -ceiling living room window and see well maintained green grass and trees and a pool that sparkles. Neighbors who are all so sweet. Dana and staff set the tone for a wonderful community and we love it here.. The price is good the apartments are great and the staff and maintenance are fantastic.

I live here, and its ok for the money. Theres roaches, like most places at this budget range, but a clean house will help. The neighbors are pretty nice, kinda noisy sometimes tho. The heat seems to always be on even when it gets warmer. The leasing office is incredibly difficult to get ahold of when they closed their doors for covid. Im pretty sure they avoided calls very intentionally. I tried to renew my lease at one point and it was possibly the most difficult renewal Ive ever done.The manager is pretty nice. The maintenance crew is extremely friendly. If youre outside when jerry is out he will ALWAYS say hello to you. Very nice man.Pretty big turnover rate for the office tho from what Ive seen as well.Its a bit warn down, but you essentially get what you pay for. They came by and changed all the taps with low flow ones in the faucets. Its pretty easy to go buy new ones from home depot if the water pressure isnt enough for you tho.The grounds are usually pretty safe, I dont see people hanging around loitering most of the time, but they do on occasion.There have been some domestic disputes here from various apartments, but its expected in any community of this side anyways.Had someone try to open my apartment door once, but Ive made the mistake myself before and quickly ran off when I went to the wrong place. So it likely was a mistake.You will see police officers come to peoples houses on occasion, but everyone keeps to themselves for the most part, so I wouldnt worry too much about it being your problem.Overall I give this place a solid 3/5. Decent sized apartment for a relatively low cost of living in denver colorado.(This review is specifically for building A, I dont have much experience with building b).

If you wanna hate your life, move here. When you’re moving in expect to have cockroaches as your roommates. They incompetent and worthless people they have spray your complex don’t make a single difference. Imagine cleaning your whole apartment just to have roaches in your freshly washed dishes.

I LOVE IT HERE! The staff is always super helpful and when stuff breaks in my apartment it gets fixed quickly. The one time I did have an issue, the manager Dania stepped in and took care of it in no time.

The apartments have a 30 day move in satisfaction guarantee that they claim will not be honored ONLY for the following reasons (1) The 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteehas been used to terminate a prior lease at another Echeloncommunity. (2) The resident(s) have transferred from either a previousapartment in the same Echelon Property Group community or from aprevious apartment at another Echelon community. (3) The current leaseis a renewal of a prior lease with Echelon.After a week of signing the lease and trying to use the 30 day guarantee they want to charge me an early termination fee saying that they cannot apply the guarantee because it does not cover personal reasons. I was literally there for a week and they want to charge me 3k.Oh also the apartments have cockroaches & they were not clean when we moved in we even found a piece of chicken in the bedroom. But they want to charge me carpet cleaning & apartment cleaning. Parking lot is a joke no one ever clears the snow & a lot of people have issues taking out their cars. Management should review their policies.

I lived at Mosaic Apartments for two years. Do not trust their 5-star reviews. In fact, click on the names of the reviewers and notice that many seem to travel around the country incredibly fast, almost as if they’re just hired to write reviews. That’s a tangent. Here’s a list of things that happened to me at Mosaic1) On our move-in day, the manager and staff left the office early in spite of us repeatedly emailing (and getting replies) that we’d be arriving at the end of the day.2) Maintenance never stuck to scheduled times in spite of us having pets to lock up and then blamed us for not reading their minds about coming hours and even days early.3) They don’t answer their phones unless you’re actively in the leasing process.4) They don’t manage packages well. A $700 phone of ours was stolen from the package room and my partner had to run in circles to try to get any answers.5) Post-COVID they allowed the pool to turn green with algae.6) The elevator on our side of the complex worked 25% of the time.7) Their idea of improvements is spraying paint of the exterior without first removing the original paint.8) The model apartment is more deceptive than even the average model apartment9) The speed bumps in the parking lot WILL damage your car.10) You can get better value for money elsewhere.

I love this community. EVERYONE is so nice. Super clean place. The maintenance man fixed the things I requested an more FAST. I LOVE to call mosaic my home!!

My daughters job is relocating from Colorado Springs to Denver so I came with her to this apartment for our scheduled guided tour. After 10 minutes of waiting for someone to show us around we decided to call the front office and the phone went straight to voicemail. My daughter gave them the benefit of the doubt for 20 more minutes, hoping they were just running long on another tour. They never called us back. My daughter and I ended up walking around the grounds ourselves. She was upset by how much trash there was, as well as all the unraked leaves, childrens toys on the stairsteps, homeless people hovering around the dumpsters, and the radio silence from the apartment. We ended up going next door to The Croft. She has started the process of signing a lease with them. Thanks for nothing Mosaic.

We have been apartment searching and came across Mosaic. Lillian took us on a tour and she was INCREDIBLE to say the least! She was so friendly and helpful and really made it feel more like a home! If you are looking into mosaic, definitely ask for Lillians help!

Like Lillian for she treats me nice. One with long eyelashes nope. I really dont like her, she comes off way to mean; was homeless 7 years as wait list was forever. Would like to use the exercise room but its its too tense so found a place to go workout. Tried to set up autopay at the computer however had a young woman works there standing over me. Dont want to at library for safety reasons. I just pay somewhere else. I like my apartment though has closet doors with too many dents. Maintenance is great. Least they took care of one who had big dogs and no leashes. I am sincerely grateful to have a home. I do have plenty of buses. Due to big eyelashes thinking of moving elsewhere. I wont use pool for dont swim. The one who stood over me at computer makes me feel like a criminal or just horrible person. Elevator dont work 1/2 time some stairs are sloped, scary to walk.

DONT IGNORE REVIEWS. I waited over a year to write this. We have finally moved out now. So get comfortable. Its LONG..We moved into Mosaic after getting married, we needed a place to move into quickly. This was the only place we could get into immediately. So we happily took it! I ignored the reviews. That was a mistake.When we were taking a tour, everything looked great. Building A (where we took most of the tour) is especially well kept compared to building B (which is where we ended up actually living). BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, THIS PLACE SCAMS ITS RESIDENTS. We were shown a model unit that was supposed to be identical to the one we would be living in. Well this model unit was clean, beautiful and a total illusion in the end. We were so excited thinking all units were that nice, so we signed a lease and handed over a large sum of money. We were given our keys and rushed upstairs to our new apartment.Upon entering the unit, I immediately realized that it was absolutely nothing like the model unit. Severely scratched bathroom mirror, good thing im not too vain because that mirror was awful. Yellow drippy stains ALL OVER the walls and ceilings. Pubic hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling??? Socks and toys from previous renters in the closets. The carpet feels like a giant bath towel that has never been washed. Not even joking, it feels like foot oils....and it smells weird.Thats just what I noticed on our first DAY.Our first NIGHT gave us another fun surprise. We saw our first of many COCKROACHES. Are you kidding me??? Thats my nightmare. Literally our first night a dang cockroach ran into the heating vent in the bedroom. Keep in mind, we had absolutely no furniture or food moved in yet. As the time passed on more and more roaches appeared. No matter how clean I kept the unit. I remember so many nights of cleaning, sweeping and scrubbing and just as Ive finished, another ******* roach runs across the floor. Really detrimental to my mental health to never feel clean honestly. No point in having them spray just our single unit either. The only way to solve such an infestation is to bug bomb the whole building. Which I doubt will ever happen.Top the incessant cockroaches with crazy loud drunken neighbors who throw parties literally every day and homeless people digging through the trash.The leak in the roof that happened last winter at 3 am but couldnt get it fixed till 7:30 so we had to use our pots to catch all the dirty ceiling water coming from the unit above. Speaking of water, this place shuts it off all the time. When it is on, it comes out lukewarm. Hot water isnt a given. Sometimes its there. Sometimes not. And sometimes the water comes out BROWN. And/or smelly. Like seriously the water stinks sometimes. One of our neighbors got his window shot out in the middle of the night. He decided he felt safer back home in Detroit so he moved out. Need to check the temperature outside? Just stand in front of the door!! It doesnt seal at all so you can feel the breeze perfectly. Same deal with the windows in bedroom. Oh and TONS like, TONS of trash and garbage everywhere outside. But still. None of that was nearly as bad as seeing cockroaches crawl all over your clean dishes. We didnt even use the dishwasher because the moist, dark environment is great for roaches. Both times we tried to use it, we opened it to find bugs all up in there. So we handwashed every plate, fork, knife, spoon and bowl we used. Builds character I suppose.All in all, it was a place that had space when we needed it most. So for that I am grateful. Just let this be a warning to any potentially interested parties. I wish I had read something like this.

Definitely an amazing experience. The staff was able to get me all signed up and had the keys in my hand in less than an hour and my other plans fell through. Amazing apartments and the grounds are definitely well maintained

The neighborhood was conveince for me except for my job. Plenty of neighborhood stores for shopping. I like the upgrade of the exterior for both buildings at this apartment complex. I wasnt always at home because I worked two jobs...I still enjoyed the scenery and the outside environment

I WOULD NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER the manager Dana and management are TERRIBLE to say the least. she doesn’t respond to tenants and doesn’t care about the tenants the building has been falling apart and she hasn’t done much of anything to fix the issues .the front desk lady’s and all the other employees and maintenance have been super nice and tried their best with other issues I’ve had. but the management is terrible they clearly don’t know how to conduct business in a professional manner and it’s sad to see. maybe you should hire someone who knows what they’re doing . If your looking to rent I would go anywhere but here 🙃

I had to move in a big hurry and Lillian, the assistant manager, was such a tremendous help. She was very informative, welcoming, and overall helpful with the processes. She is AWESOME! I’m so glad she was the one to answer my call and help me out!

Well once my lease is up, I definitely won’t be resigning .. I feel like this place is not up to part on a lot of flaws and how they actually fix these places, use a little paint, switch out the drawers .. Unbend items, stick em anywhere . There is roaches, I’ve only came across a few living here and it’s still very uneasy . The staff doesn’t do much, they already ain’t being bothered and now they can’t even return calls or help out quicker than regular . They are very unprofessional, I rather not deal with the headache and as much as I can avoid speaking to management I do . But I wouldn’t consider this place to anybody personally .

Paperwork and move-in was a breeze, the model unit was exactly like the one I moved into. The office staff and the maintenance crew have been wonderful, I had an issue with a light switch when I moved in and it was solved the next day. Would recommend.

I have lived at the Mosaic since the end of June 2019.It took some work on getting me in; being on Section8 gave the ladies of the office a bit of a challenge, but they pulled it all together. I have lived at Mosaic for a little under a year now, and from the day we moved in, I loved it. My wife and I are busy and its nice to come home to a clean and quiet community. I would also like to point out that the staff is wonderful at answering any questions we have or taking care of any concern we bring thier way. Ive read a lot of negative review here, but I really liked the place. The 1BR apartments I looked at were perfect although they didnt have a W/D. Sunny was really great! She was able to answer every question and showed me everything about the complex.

I had the pleasure of having Lillian Chavez as our leasing agent! She was very outgoing and attentive. My boyfriend and I were looking for a specific type of apartment and she went out of her way to help us lease the right one! Not only was she very friendly, but also sympathetic toward our moving situation and made us feel like we were being well taken care of. She honestly deserves a raise !!!!!!! I have never had great service like this before. If you happen to find yourself looking for a new apartment, please ask for Lillian you wont be disappointed !

We looked at several apartments for our upcoming move. Out of all the places we went Sunny the leasing agent stood out as the nicest and most genuine leasing agent. She made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We loved that the one bedroom had such a large bedroom that we could easily make into two rooms by adding a divider. The court yard style with the pool in the middle looked nice. There are washer and dryer facilities on site. Their price of a one bedroom was perfect for our budget and only had to show 2.5 times the income where some places are 3X. We could keep our kitties. There is a walking trail next to it and a transportation pick up right by them. Sunny is a transportation guru and can tell you how to get where you want and how much it would cost. This was a big deal because we have one car and it would be 37 min drive to my work so kind of hard to do that without available bus options for my son or I to both get to work. That ended up being the deciding factor. We had our search narrowed down to Mosaic and another apartment. We ended up going with the other because I could walk to work in under 10 min and leave the car for my son. We ended up paying about $200 more a month for the apartment but figured it was a better option for us. If a lease wouldnt have come open there we would have loved living at Mosaic.

The staff at the Mosaic Apartments is always very helpful! One of the maintenance guys in particular, Jerry, is always willing to help, no matter the time of day, and always with a smile on his face! Without him a lot of my needs around the apartment would have gone unfixed. Thank You!!

Ive lived here for a week an Ive already seen 2 roaches.. an they didnt come with me... is that a thing here? Is there any spraying that can be done? Unacceptable.

The new manager, Brandon, seems nice. The old one that just left was a nightmare and Im glad shes gone. I bet she left him with a huge pile of mistakes to fix. In the rest of the office Cindy seemingly does all the work. Shes always busy whenever I go in there and the other girls is either not at her desk or doesnt look like shes doing much of anything. Just my opinion of course I cant imagine this place without Cindy. She knows everyone and greets you by name no matter when you go in there. I do love my apartment but I wish I had a second bathroom. The layout is nice and well thought out. The grounds are kept up and Im looking forward to the pool this year. I hope things will improve. The past year has been pretty bad with that old manager in there. It always felt heavy and stuffy to walk in there and now it feels lighter which is why its getting 4 stars now instead of 3.

Move in and first couple of weeks have been great! Lillian has always been great to work with. Very responsive and attentive.

I just have to say I saw all the negative reviews and I was very nervous. But I needed to move and find a place fast, so I just went for it. After talking to Sunny M. I was put at ease and I am very impressed with her. She helped a lot before and even after I moved in. Yes these apartments are not the newest and yes there are going to be issues with them as am finding out. But the maintenance staff and Sunny are amazing, because they fix everything as fast as they can. The apartment is in a nice area, the area is kept clean. There are lights lighting the outside hallways. I recommend these apartments.

I have got to admit, when we pulled up to the complex, we were a little sketch. However, after meeting with the leasing consultant (Cindy) and seeing the model unit, totally swayed our initial reaction. She was extremely sweet and honest, the apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious, and in a great central location! And for under $1000/month, you cannot beat that. We signed the lease after looking at numerous nearby properties! As well as got an amazing move in special! We are looking forward to making this our new home! Thanks Cindy

Sitting in the office waiting for a package and there were people saying good by to Cindy it was sad everyone loves her. She helps everybody even people from other places with her google translate. We saw her help a guy from Africa she showed us how to use it. My mom said she really appreciates how she treat everyone the same. 114 will miss her very much.

Mosaic Apartments have provided a wonderful place to live this past year. From quick fixes as far as maintenance goes, to keeping the lawns well maintained. There seem to be many families who live here which gives it a safe vibe. As a college student, it was important for me to find an affordable location where I could feel at home- an d thats what I have found. Thanks to Mosaic, the friendly ladies in the front office, and the speedy maintenance men!

Brought my future employee in to look for a place to live, she will be relocating in August from North Carolina. The office was pretty busy, but the customer service experience was very nice. We were assisted by Cynthia, she was very informative and eager to share information regarding the community and upcoming events in the area for my employee while she is in town. It is ultimately Aurelias choice where she will live, but kudos to Mosaic, Im impressed. And I will bring other prospective employees to Mosaic in the future.

Ive been living at the Mosaic Apartments for a little over 6 months now but I can say that for the most part I have enjoyed my stay. The front office staff is among the best that Ive ever dealt with. Theyre all very courteous, available, and welcoming. Theyre never too busy for even the smallest request. They took excellent care of my needs when i was moving from a one bedroom into a two bedroom, and made sure that it was an easy transition. One aspect of Mosaic is the great transportation system right at your front door, and in addition I am less than a mile from the light rail. Its a straight shot to wherever you may need to go down south or up north. Through the 6 months that I have lived here I have had no problems and I can tell you that Im have already enjoyed my stay at Mosaic apartments so far. The neighbors, staff, and services are all world class. I highly recommend it so far.

I had been looking for places to rent all over the Denver metro area when I stumbled across this place, I pulled up to the complex and was immediately impressed by what I saw, I took a tour of the place and fell in love with it, the entire moving process has been great and I am happy with my choice, I highly recommend this place***UPDATE***6/12/2018***I moved into this place about 7 months ago now and while the place looks nice and the staff is great I am frustrated by what is happening here, so lets start from the beginning shall we, my water gets shut off on I swear a weekly basis now most of the time with NO warning of when it is going to happen, sometimes it happens multiple times a week and still nothing, I work evenings so I normally sleep until noon so I get ready at about 1pm to 3pm and its really hard to take a shower when you have NO WATER at all, a fine example, Yesterday 6/11/2018 I wake up at my normal time I go to brush my teeth and no water, I go outside to see if a note is on my door, nothing. I check my email to see if they sent something and again, nothing. the cold water came back at about 1:30pm but the hot water remained off until 4:55pm, I had to take the day off of work because I could not reliably get cleaned to go, now I have a notice on my door about a bed bug/roach inspection and removal that is scheduled for this Friday, literally my busiest day of the week from 9am to 6pm so not only do I have to lose more sleep but I have to take ANOTHER day off in order to get this done, I can not wait to move out of this place and to be honest I am getting to the point that paying to get out of my lease is no longer out of the question.

Cindy was great and went the extra mile to show us around and help put our minds at ease with the upcoming move. She was knowledgeable about the property and had a great rapport with the residents that we ran into and made us feel right at home. Also these apartments were very free of bats, I know that bats shouldnt be a thing that you have to worry about, but youd be surprised. Our last place has bats, this place again was free of bats. Dont move to the Artisans, they have bats galore.

The staff here become more and more incompetent by the minute. Moving out asap.

Looking for an apartment in Denver has been VERY stressful. But the staff at Mosaic were truly wonderful! They answered all of my questions, and were very helpful.

The staff have been really helpful and helped make our move easier. Our 2 BR is spacious and quite comfortable. The grounds and building seem well maintained and we like the location. So far, weve been very happy with our choice to move here.

5 Stars you Cindy Walton— leasing agent at this complex. If it wasn’t for her, we would have looked in a different direction. She is very attentive to my family and I. Cindy is the first and only person I go to if problems arise! Thank you so much!

I currently reside at Mosaic Apartments and had been living there for two months, overall I really enjoy the comfort of my apartment when something is not working properly maintenance is always there to fix it. I have children and due to our schedule working Monday thru Friday my boys do not get enough time during the week to socialize among other children. Cindy who works in the office most Saturdays brings activities and goodies for the children and they really enjoy her activities as she provides everything for them. Every apartment complex has the good and the bad nothing can be perfect so if you are looking for something cozy and economical I believe this could work for you guys.

Just read in the news the apartment management has refused to fix the mailbox for 6 months. Supposedly they ordered a new mailbox after the news published what theyre really like.Renter beware

I have lived in Colorado all my life and can say I have finally found a GREAT place to live. The staff have gone out of their way to provide me with beautiful apartment at a reasonable rate.I feel so safe here finally and know if I need anything the staff always provides what i need in a timely manner. Great nieghbors and lots of smiles!If your struggling with finding a place to live I would highly recommendMosaic.

Heres an objective review.-paying 870 but raising to 960 for one bedroom, pricing increase to meet Denver market.-roach problem, but staff addressed issue ASAP, we have pet control in to help situation. However other tenants dont mitigate roaches so they come back. Not buildings fault.-Many kids grade school aged, play with each other, no issues so far.-thick walls, cant hear neighbors, kids or traffic.-high line canal trail is RIGHT outside apartment, parks nearby.-parking is tight.-new windows and redone apartments. We got new appliances when we moved in MAY 15.-pet friendly

DO NOT MOVE HERE! First, this is a dangerous community, several crimes including multiple murders have happened over the past few years. The office staff is beyond incompetent, messed up paperwork, wrong charges, and extremely rude. There is a HUGE homeless problem with them sleeping in mail and laundry rooms. The mailbox has been broken for 5 months forcing residents to purchase a PO Box. There are rats everywhere you look. People and maintenance throw furniture into the courtyard and open areas that stay for weeks, sometimes months at a time. The water is out at least once a week, and at one point was coming out of the faucet blue for a week which the city of Denver had to come test before it was drinkable again. They also try to implement illegal rules such as no pets on elevator without proper notice. Unless you want to live in a crime ridden, rodent infested, disgustingly dirty community, stay clear of Mosaic.

We were sold with the model and Cindy was wonderful. We love our mountain view on the 4th floor and the office seems to be more than helpful with any issues we had experienced. Over all we are really enjoying being apart of the mosaic apartments family.

I was promised by two people that there would be a lock box and I would have a code, thus my keys, at 9 AM. Dana even said she would leave a reminder for herself. Well, there was NO lock box or code at 9 AM. then finally at 9:50 thanks to some maintenance workers I was able to get my keys. Oh, am I going to be reimbursed for the $100 I to pay my movers that were sitting around while I tried to get my keys???????????????????????????????? PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One word describes ALL of my experiences so far: INCOMPETENT. Ed Achziger A-228.

The prices are very decent compared to standard cost of living, but theyre nice enough to let cockroaches live here for free. Less than a month in here and Im already finding my way out of the establishment. Management didnt want me knocking on resident doors and freaking everyone out so Ill just try to help others steer clear of making a mistake with your money. Proudly turned a girl away by warning her before even reaching the office. She appreciated my pre-warned honesty more than I appreciate their after-you-find-the-problem honesty.

Worst place I have ever lived. And thats says something as Ive lived in a shelter before. Between the bullies for employees and the quality of the property, Im unsure which is honestly worse. Been here over 2 years and regret it every month. If you value yourself or your hard work do not live here. Unless you enjoy fees out the wazoo, rats, bed bugs, roaches, green fungi infested pools, and a minimal of 2 deaths in the last year due to unnatural causes such as shootings, then this is your dream place.Make sure to have all conversations recorded or in writing also. But boy the equal housing and fair living, its oh so swell... laughable. Cindy is the only thing going for this complex. Shes amazing and can not be replaced.

Worst service ever...if there was a way to rate in the negatives thats what this place would get. The front desk never answers their phones. They keep getting the billing amounts WRONG we are constantly being told we have an outstanding fee even though we pay in full whats written on our bills. The workers are very nice and all, but kindness only goes a short way especially when they are not doing their initial jobs...a big problem is that renters dont get their leases in a timely manner...
