Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Called the main number and they said americus office would be open since the office in Buena Vista is closed. Went Friday the freaking office is closed til August 2nd. Then they act like they cant answer the phone. Now if I cant get my insurance renewed we gonna have a problem. I do not recommend this sorry place at all. I never had any issues with the office in Buena Vista.
I’ve been dealing with Southern Harvest in Americus for years and EVERYTIME I come in to make a payment it always takes an hour or more I have to end up coming back the next day just to wait another couple hours this is getting ridiculous
Bad experience hadnt been able to reach them wanted to pay my insurance bill and then they said i let my insurance lapse

This company never answer the phone when an customer(s) calls! When they do answer the phone they most likely put you on hold for like 20 plus minutes and automatically end the phone call! Bad services

This place has the best customer service ive had in a long time Ive used them for some years now. I just hate that when it insurance saying that it.goes out of service and it cancels its does it that night at 12:00 u dont get a grace period and then I have to pay lots for it to b cut back on to my car.
Horrible customer service! Customer service isnt their priority. Taking customers money is their objective! New management needs to be retained. They dont believe in making Courtesy calls to inform customers of possible cancellation of policy. My policy was cancelled for 10 days and I never received a courtesy call before or during the time my policy wasnt valid. I called the manager to inform her that their customer service and professionalism wasnt acceptable and she hung the phone up in my face. Up until today I was with this company for many years.
A/C work very well, but the workers seem like they dont care at all. Slow, and unfriendly just by hear them talk, I went to get a quote, and I ran back out. Cause, the workers customer service were colder than the A/C.
