Great place to get your haircut. Staff are friendly and professional. They were able to fit me in, in a quick amount of time. This is important as I am an over the road semi truck driver who is only ever in the area for a very limited amount of time.

Absolutely amazing. Audrey absolutely blew me away with helping me with my thinning hair, gave lots of advice and an epic cut. The shampoo treatment with the massage chair and warm towels is truly heaven.

Went to get haircut there was a 5 min wait when i got there I sat there for 1 hour and still had a 15 minite wait to go what a joke

The ladies were so patient with my three year old grandson. He was really upset and did not want to get a cut. They talked with him and worked with us to get his hair cut. They were fantastic! Cant say enough good things!

Brought my sons in, we were a walk-in, waited maybe 5-10 mins took my first son back my other son had to wait another 45 mins. When he was called back it took the stylist almost 30 mins. Total wait time was 1.5 hrs, when I asked why they didnt take my sons back to back, a certain stylist with purple hair quickly snapped at me and gave me an attitude that we werent online check in. It shouldnt matter, you should do haircuts back to back especially when its not an appointment salon. Both boys haircuts were very poor quality and the two hairstylists did not follow the clients request. Not going back!

Terrible customer service those waiting for an hour plus treated like second class citizens compared to those making an appointment online as they can show up anytime and cut you in line.

I asked for a hair cut and a beard and mustache trim. The girl I had lobbed off a chunk of my mustache and obviously didnt know what taper meant for my beard because it was longer at the sideburns than it was in the middle before my chin. I had to go home and fix it then best I could, so at least I look less goofy now, but still goofy nonetheless.

The last three times I have went here I didnt get a very good hair cut (places not blended or just missed). I have a low standard for hair cuts but I think I need to start looking elsewhere.

The ladies are friendly and theyre good at their craft. If its your first time, be honest and explain how you want your hair cut/styled - they listen, and they take notes! When you you back the stylist LOOKS at those notes and goes over them with you. And they give Military discounts - and yes, itll be listed in those notes!

This is by far my favorite place to get my haircut. Audrey is such an amazing stylist and it really shows in her work. She takes her job very seriously and will do her best to make sure you absolutely love your haircut. When it comes to different types of hair, she knows her stuff. She is the only person I trust to cut mine and my husbands hair. A+ work!!!

My husband and 4 boys got cuts here. My 10 year old said it was the best haircut hes ever had. The stylists were so nice and patient with my younger ones. Great experience.

Missed the mark. My haircut was uneven. The stylist that cut my hair was a young lady named jordan about 20 years old. I had multiple uneven spots and some hard lines in areas that were supposed to be blended/faded. I have not had issues with sport clips in the past but I think Ill stick with the Edwardsville location from now on.

Great place for men and boys to go. They were very helpful when I took my 4 year old for his first professional cut.

Most times Ive been there I get great service and a good haircut. This last time I was there the stylist was very lethargic and acted like it was a burden. She also didnt blend it right, not even close. No. 2 on the back and sides and blend the top. Doesnt seem too complicated, lol. Overall I like this place and will come back.

I had gone to this place to get my girlfriends hair cut. When we got there we were greeted by one of the stylist, It was nice at first until one of the stylist took my girlfriend in the back to get her hair done. The lady at first seem like she didnt want to be there and her attitude was really off! But i let it go, my girlfriends hair was cut and afterwards we went back home. That night after she got out of the shower She had notice the lady didnt cut her hair right, Her bangs were not all cut short the way she wanted them. Her hair in the back was cut so uneven it was to the point i wanted to walk back in there and ask them where the hell did they go to school for at. But honestly avoid this place if you love your hair and dont want your hair to be chopped off by people who dont know what the hell they are doing. Dont go to this place.
