I never usually post reviews but this is a nice place that seems to have a bad rep. I moved into here about 3 weeks ago from PA without seeing the apartment in person first. I had a lot of trouble with the postal service when sending a same day check and Cleo was very understanding and attentive (they always answered the phone/my emails) and even held the apartment for me. I was anticipating a lot to be wrong when i moved in based on the reviews but the apartment was VERY clean, freshly painted and exactly as shown in the pictures online. There aren’t any roaches (or any bugs at all) and the water pressure is great in the shower. There were a few outlets that were loose/not working so we put in a maintenance order and ONE day later he came by to assist in fixing the problem. I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends. It’s affordable, clean and the staff is extremely friendly. not sure if new management is the reason but either way, great place to live and giving 5 stars :)

I lived here for awhile never had any issues. The Cleo has really improved with the new management. Happy to see the clean-up and renovations.

ROACHES. Roach motel. I didnt even know what a roach looked like until I moved here. There were cockroaches in my bathroom, kitchen, and even bedroom at some points. Pest control is charged in the rent. A week after moving in I had to vacate my apartment for an entire day for it to be gassed to kill the bugs. When I stopped paying because of the infestation problems, I was evicted and now theyre trying to sue me. Im undergoing a lengthy legal process just to avoid paying more for this roach motel. The picture attached is from when I would sweep my kitchen floor here. Seriously the worst thing I ever did was rent from this place.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to live at Cleos apartments. Christine and Oscar are awesome, so friendly and always quick with everything. I would rate them more than 5 stars. I can’t thank them enough for all they do.

The property is beautiful and green, tenants keep to themselves, and the staff are reliable, and helpful. Thanks for everything.

I really enjoy my home! It is very cozy. There amenities are really good. I enjoy sitting by my fireplace while enjoying the good views.

This is my 3rd year. I have had a new manager every year now which seems to happen allot. I really like my home and area. The crew is really nice and care about there residents. I wish they could potentially spend more money on there parking lots, tubs and grounds.

Ive lived here for a few months now and absolutely love Stratford at Lowry. Kendra in the front office is absolutely amazing. Kind, full of personality, friendly and very accommodating. The maintenance team is quick to help out if anything should go wrong, even when off duty. These guys are the first ones up in the morning plowing the snow from the sidewalks, salting the area, and are very approachable if there are any concerns. The apartments themselves are great. High ceilings, skylights, and energy efficient. Love the dog park, and the kid friendly basketball courts. Price is very reasonable too. Overall, best apartment and working team I have encountered thus far. Thanks guys!

I was sent over here from there sister property Torrey since they do not take sec8. They have all been very cordial, friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns since I am looking for a home after my last apartment was caught on fire. I placed my application and look forward to calling Stratford my Home.

Future Renters beware!!!!! Let me say there’s one nice and helpful person Kendra at the main office. She can’t really help any of the rest of this review or how the company she works for is run. From day 1 i had issues but was helped by Kendra. My first placed stank like someone had been smoking in there for 10 years. They moved me to a larger unit for the same $ so not bad. Units are over priced, and lack proper AC to even cool one room correctly. You can hear anything and everything through walls and floors. Neighborhood isn’t safe with shootings and break ins. I was only there for less than 6 months. I hung 2 pictures up and was charged 300$ of my security deposit to patch 4 tiny nail holes. I was told that i didn’t need to worry about tiny nail holes. They will do everything they can to get whatever money they can. I have sent before and after pictures and tried calling multiple times to resolve with no return calls. I’m glad i decided not to renew my lease. You can find newer, cheaper places with more amenities.

I’m pretty content. Torrey and Izzy really always go the extra mile to make your stay better. The guys Bill and Jason know there stuff and are on it!

I love my cozy new home. My family and I are really enjoying Stratford and the team. Everyone has been very welcoming!!

While in the middle of my lease, i appreciate the time here so far. wonderful environment, not a single harassment i or my roommate have experience for the 7 months in our lease. very laid back and thoughtful management team. only issue i had was rent drop off. now that we can pay rent online makes things even better. you guys are appreciated for the hard work. but there still room for improvement.

WORST PLACE EVER. They clean with 10% effort so when you move in you have to clean it yourself if you want a comfy living space. I do my best to see the good in people but the ones here are fake, smile in one hand, dagger in the other. They blue falcon you alot and it leaves you feeling as if they are always in your business. On top of suprise fees, uncertainty about your own water and power working properly, and concern about your property disappearing Id rate this a -2/10. Be careful about this place, I understand you need to make a living but its so much more difficult at Stratford. I would Recommend looking somewhere else. Best wishes to you.

All I can say is worse place to live . They always try and squeeze a extra dollar out from you . Oh and dont hanger pictures up cause they will charge you a 300.00 fee once you move out. So paint and patch up your little tiny holes. Dont want you money to rent from this place you will have a lot of suprising fees.

Are you kidding me? You have to have your cat DECLAWED to live here?? This is the most ludicrous thing I have ever come across. How horribly inhumane! How can they say such a thing, AND get away with this?? Terrible. Just terrible.

I COULD NOT GIVE NEGATIVE NUMBERS, BUT THEY ARE NOT A ONE STAR AT ALL. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS.THERE WAS A STABBING OUT SIDE OUR BEDROOM WINDOW. THEY HAVE ROACHES. THERE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE ESPECIALLY MARIA AND KENDRA IN THE MAIN OFFICE. AGAIN DO NOT EVER COME TO THESE APARTMENTS. CANNOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP IN JUNE OF 2018.

**This place is under new management and is called Stratford at Lowry.**My rental prices change every month, as I was forced to sign an addendum that charges me if they have to do any fixes around the area, i.e. plowing, mowing grass, fixing a sign, etc. This somehow ends up costing every apartment an extra $50-$150/month, on average.This is the new Denver: ghetto-fab apartments remodeled terribly with care only to the facade so that they can increase rent. Most of my brand new appliances do not work properly, while I have pipes bursting. All my sinks are clogged. Cant open my fridge fully due to poor design and sizing. New countertops are already bubbling. Locks are not installed properly so cant lock my doors fully. My skylight doesnt have any sunlight coming through because the contractors accidentally spray-painted it. In my opinion, management is neglectful, not detail-oriented, and sometimes plain rude and disorganized. Sometimes it takes weeks for simple fixes to be carried through. Plus some of the neighbors like to hang out in the parking lot in the middle of the night and harass my female friend. Not OK, not safe, and definitely not worth the money. Counting down the days til my lease is up so that I can leave and move to a safer environment with more conscientious and efficient management.

Very highly priced for the area. Laundry rooms not always clean. Area unsafe for on foot travel.

They increase the rent without any reason. The apartment is too old and should not cost that much. Noise always.
