1st experience (2 weeks ago) - GREAT .. Jodie did a beautiful job. I did express my concerns from past experiences, anout my dip mani lifting around cuticle. She was very attentive.2nd experience - not so great. I called to let them know that I would like to come in because I had two Nails lifting. They said no problem and could see me quickly to fix. Yen was available. She was aggressive with getting the past dip off (my grown out natural nails). Started filing my nails rounded, when the others are clearly almond shaped. Now I have one nail that is visibly shorter than the rest. Left an edge completely uncovered(which I ended up filing off), dip underneath my nail, and tore skin around my cuticle with her drill. And then charged me on top of it all.It couldve been worse. Just wasnt the greatest customer service after just being there 2 weeks ago.

Always a wonderful experience with great service from real professionals. Ive been their client for more than a year, with bi-weekly manicures and monthly pedicures. All who have attended to my needs have been the best Ive ever had in more than 30 years of regular nail care. And for men, you will certainly appreciate the graceful and delicate hands, and the gorgeous eyes of those who serve you. I will go anywhere else in the entire world but here. My finger was cut open and wouldn’t stop bleeding. They tried to glue my skin together and it clearly failed. The dip didn’t even cover my actual nails, black powder is all on the bottom of my hands. My friends finger was also sliced open. I was told it was sterilized but they charged me FULL price to bleed everywhere and get the worst dip job in my entire life. I would give negative stars if possible

My first time and it was not a good experience. The staff who worked on my manicure didnt have any idea of what she is doing. I explained that I wanted the dipping powder umbrella french design. Instead, she ended up doing something else that came out to be nude. They didnt even offer me a drink, after seeing them offering other customers drinks. I let the staff know that I was not happy..She gave me some excuses that didnt make any sense. I even tipped her because I believe in tipping people who work for me.I will like to see some thing done for paying high price for what was done.

I had my nails done and it was a lovely experience, wonderful staff and a nice atmosphere. But I’m disappointed in my nails. First, the heart didn’t turn out how I had hoped, I will say the woman tried very hard to do these but it turned out a little wonky. Second, there is acrylic under my nails up against my skin. Furthermore within a week the acrylic has fully chipped off on two fingers and is lifting at the cuticle on almost all of them.

Wonderful service for dipping powder mani and regular pedicure. Alex was VERY gentle on my nailbeds with the filing machine and took the time to explain why i was having chipping issues at another shop. The customer service was truly wonderful and I’ll be back!

I had the most relaxing afternoon at Shine Nail Spa and Lounge.The new store is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the store is immaculate. Bella gives the most wonderful pedicure and Zen gave me a perfect french dip manicure. I added a 30 minutes neck and shoulder massage which was outstanding! They suggested I get my eyelashes dyed and I am thrilled with the results. Ive never dyed my lashes before and cant believe the difference it made. I cant wait to return and treat myself to all their pampering services. I highly recommend Shine Nail Spa and Lounge.

I moved to Dallas in February and I have tried a few different nail salons for dip nails. Shine by far is the best. My nails last longer than ever, there is almost never a wait and they give a discount when you pay cash. I am always happy with my nails when I leave here!

Went here on a Sunday and it was super chill and had great customer service and my nails and everything came out spectacular. Superb quality and workmanship with all the nails and services. Will definitely recommend and being coming back.

Kelly is the best with dip manicures! She is careful, kind and my nails look great and last for weeks!!! She is an expert at shaping and keeping them thick enough not to crack but not fake looking!! She’s a super star!!

First time here, she cut me twice made me bleed, she kept hurting me and didn’t seem to care! The lady doing my pedicure was horrible at giving a massage. I don’t pay for nothing.. their actions tell me they are desperate for your money.. seriously!! I will not be back and don’t recommend, I have been to many nail salons and this one has been the WORST!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!

I was going to be paying $80 for a Deluxe gel pedicure from this location, but instead when I asked the person doing my pedicure what grit of file he was using, he looked at me like he had no idea what tool he was using on my feet, and threw a fit when I asked him what his certification was in, mine actually being a nail Tech, he showed severe lack of knowledge for his trade.Nails are at a higher risk of damage to be cut and sawed on by a file when they are wet, and you should never use a grit stronger then to 40 on the natural nail or you will cause the nail to shred. I tried to convey these things to the person doing a my pedicure and instead he threw a fit and walked away.If you want a pedicure that is from professionals, who wont cause damage to your nails,, you should go somewhere else.
