Good Experience Love My Nails...I get Powder!!!

It was a long wait but definitely worth the wait. I absolutely love my nails and toes. He did the design exactly as the picture showed and the lady who did my toes made sure i was comfortable the whole time. I most definitely am going to continue to go here.

Tommy and Trina are awesome. You give them an idea and its executed perfectly.

I came in to pick my color and they already looked confused. She brought me to the chair for the pedicure. Then, when she put the valve on the pedicure basin that filters the water, it had black gunk on it! I told her about this she looked at me like I was crazy, took the valve off and then proceeded to clean it.. She told me to sit in another seat and that someone else would be doing my pedicure. I guess she got mad because I called it out for being filthy. I sat in the other chair, but decided to leave. It didnt seem like the most sanitary place anyway and would hate to get a infection . I wish there was negative stars but the minimum was 1. 😕

Tommy has a great personality and does a fantastic job on my nails. The pedicures are off the chain and are a must have. Great job Trophy Nails!!See you soon.

Ive been going here since I was 15, and Im 35 now. I like that they keep up with the new trends and they give you exactly what you ask for. Great place, makes you feel at home. Im a customer for life.

They did a good job taking off my nails. And taking care of my natural nails. I love the color. He was sweet and very attentive

The guy was basically rude, he kept making unprofessional remarks and jokes about the clients in his chair. The bad thing about it is he’s the OWNER of the nail shop. I understand it’s a friendly environment but you still suppose to keep it professionally.

Ok they were/ No one of the older lady in there were so darn Rude and it wasnt even closing time when I went to have my Nails done I could have been finished with my nails done b4 they closed but she chose to be rude and lie to say they were closed with 4 or 5 people left SMH LIKE REALLY DUDE😒

The manager is rude. He doesnt have a system where women can come check in and get in a line to wait for a tech to be available. They dont keep in contact with one another and let people know when a tech you want to see has appointments so you get caught off guard and they think you should all of a sudden have to just wait because they didnt know.Its ghetto and rude and people think because you are smaller or younger they can be bigger and badder then you. In a reality they tried the right one because I will no longer go there again.

The first two times I got my nails done here they were beautiful.... today they looked nasty she kept pushing the powder like 5-6 times and it seems like she retaliated against me because I didnt want the powder.

Good service, rough neighborhood, some customers about that life. Linda is great with basic pedicures. Tommy gets messy when he rushes, but overall good work. Larry is excellent so be ready to wait in line. Best brow shaping south of 635.

This is the only place Ive ever gotten my nails done at since I was 16 and Im now 34!.. lol... I do miss Duck terribly 😫😫 but Trina (this is my girl tho!), Tommy and the other one who has been there for a while does a great job! Trina has always had my toes on point! Love them and this place! Yes, theres always wait.. but its always been that way, so Im use2it

Nail tech Jimmy and pedicurist Trina are 2 kind, gentle techs. They also offer eyebrow waxing and false eyelash application. Rates are reasonable.

It was the most horrible experience . So, the person that was doing my nails was rushing and he cut me three times and made me bleed. So, he shaped my nails and I noticed that he put one of them on slanted. I told him that the nail was slanted and he tried to fix it. It still didnt work and he called the manager over to fix my nail. All he tried to do to my nail was file them so it could the over way, but it was the fact that he put the nail wrong on there to begin with. Then, the manager had the audacity to tell me that its my finger that makes it look like that . Ive been to plenty of nail salons and this problem never happened. And then, I bought some nail polish and he tried to charge me ten dollars extra for using it. I told him no. But, I will never come here again. It was a big waste of money. Dont come here! They try to rush on everything.

The man I had was rushing and my nails wasn’t shaped down got the nail stuff on my hand do not look natural at all ! My mom could have did better for just $20 df ! Never coming back ever again ! Make sure if you go pick the only men that been working there longer or the ladies !

So my mom has been coming to this nail shop since she was pregnant with me and would bring me here once I got old enough, I have been coming here for forever and this was my last experience with them I already drive from Denton just to get service with the nail shop and every time its something, once the usual guy wouldnt take me and he usually do me every time then I started going to one of the experienced guys as well and then he started saying he had too many as well, but they dont deserve my money when they wont even do my nails all I got was a pedicure and was told I had to wait on one of the newer nail techs.. Not the way to do business.

The manager Larry is super rude my nails started to come off 4 days after I got them done so I went back to get them re done which he said he would do for free when I called when I got there he told me I was a liar and that I did not get my nails done 4 days before which was super rude then he suggested that he glue on the nails that were coming off and put new nails on the ones that came off the new nails then he put on had powder over my cuticles and left it there and the shape is horrible this is the only nail place I have been going to for the last 4 years and this is my final straw I just wish this would let me add pictures
