I absolutely loved getting my nails done here the service was incredible and the staff is wonderful. It feels so welcoming walking in and it’s like a second home I loved going there! I always recommend it to my friends! I’ve never had my nails done this well before any other salon I recommend it so much to anyone and everyone! My favorite nail tech is Mary she’s like the goddess of nails but all the other nail techs are also so talented and amazing. I loved it here!! 100/10

Well I can’t complain about Fantasy Nails, I drive 5 hours for Mary to bless my nails and work her magic…… She has yet to fail me and I love her creativity, and her attention to details she is extremely nice, and fast and excellent at what she loves to do.

From the shops atmosphere to the quality with an exact 3-4 weeks of perfect long lasting nails Mary and her crew are the G.O.A.T.S! I have never had an unsatisfying experience, IF you value great nail art and quality nail jewels definitely pay them a visit you wont be disappointed.

What I got vs what I asked for the nail tech from original design did not do my nails. Nail tech Cindy provided services. Application, filing, & shaping was great! However, when it came time to do the design, the tech constantly had to redo them & it became clear that she wasn’t confident at all.Peep the original picture has four spot on each nail. Mine only has three honestly wasted $80 for this set. Y’all let me know 🙃

Need to be updated chairs dirty only does gel nails and have a white poster with black writing with their rules and the one that really caught my eye was YOU NEED TO CONTROL YOUR CRAZY KIDS. Never answer the phone I called three times and no one answered but I noticed that they answered for certain people because they were answering the phone when I got there. I will never go back and I would not tell anyone else. This is not a very good place. IT A DIRTY MESS. Wish I could give them a fat 0

This is a very fun but professional atmosphere. I’ve been going here for about 7 months now! All my sets last for 3-4 weeks. I personally go to Mary or Justin but I’veSeen all the techs work they are all wonderful! I’m actually going in today for a nice full set! I recommend this place for their customer service, great nail work and the affordability.

I first went over 2 years ago to Mary and she’s been beyond words can even describe on how great she’s executed every nail look I showed her. Honestly anyone in the shop does great! They communicate with everyone so no one is left confused, you get what you pay for, it’s always a great vibe when I go in. There’s so much great things I can say about everyone in that shop. Refuse to go to ANYONE if it’s not Mary or her shop!

I found Mary on IG during the lockdown and she had awesome designs for press on nails. I couldn’t wait until they opened. When they did, I was right there! They have great procedures in place for safety due to COVID. She’s the most talented nail tech I’ve experienced. I’ve had sets last 6 weeks and besides the new growth of my nails, the set still looked as it did the first day. I always get compliments on my nails and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Bad attitudes if they dont know you they go over tax you I would not recommend they make they own rule as they go I was waiting for 2 hours just or mary to tell me she booked she heard me say I was going to wait on her ugh never again

I’ve been getting my nails done pretty extravagantly for a while. And I used to get irritated that there was so many things that I wanted on my nails that everybody was scared to do. I loved every single part about my visit here because no matter what I wanted I knew Mary was going to be able to do! She is soooo talented, and her prices are reasonable! With how I got my nails done today. She charged me $90, if I had gotten the same nails with my old nail tech, she wouldn’t have been able to do it first off, and would’ve charged $112 to do them. After she did my nails I couldn’t get over how PERFECT they were. The SHAPE of my nails is a very important aspect for me and Mary was the FIRST person to get them PERFECTLY right and clean cut! And she had me done SO quick. I used to have to go to my old nail tech for at least 3 hours each visit. I’ve already gotten tons of compliments on my nails and I haven’t even been out in PUBLIC yet. All of them are coming from social media! Definitely found my nail tech for the rest of my time living in Dallas! 👏🏾

Patience is key! If you want great service you have to have a great attitude. They are always busy and you do need to wait a bit but always definitely do great work. Anything you want Mary can create she is amazing and can design anything youd want even create a sculpted animal on your nail! Justin and Cindy are great as well I have had them both the last few times! Everyone here is great! Recommend going if you want to get something extravagant or highly creative nails! You wont be disappointed!

Very poorly customer service. I really didn’t want to give any stars. Waited 30 minutes for a pedicure just to have one of their regulars come in and they and they give her my spot. I see if you’re not one of their regulars you might as well find another shop. It was a total waist of time and the manager carries herself in such a horrible way definitely not as a lady. Approach at your own caution!! I won’t ever return to this establishment. Also the appearance is horrible. The place is very dirty and just threw together. Now I’ve never had my nails done here due to I don’t wear add on nails but they definitely need new management. I had an awful experience coming here. I also think most of the good reviews is on the work she provides definitely not customer service or cleanliness

Mary is very creative and personable which is great. However the shop is not clean, my nail tech leaves nails crusty and raggedy after acrylics. I asked for a manicure and acrylic nails and after Justin ripped my dip layer off of my fingernails, my nails were uneven and raggedy. He didn’t cut my nails or shape them and he proceeded to say that they don’t do manicures with acrylics. 3 days later I’m still trying to clean up the acrylics. Mary and the lady in the right do great work. Just not for me.

Place was not elegant. Cash only which bothered me. I called before I came so I wished that Mary would have said that while on the phone. But I did have some cash so I had to settle for less designs than I wanted. Overall I was very pleased with Cindy. She was gentle with a calm voice and most importantly she did a great job on my flat nail bed..

DON’T GO!!!! I was sooooo disappointed with my nails AND service. After I told the male nail technician who was working on my nails that my nails DIDN’T LOOK SMOOTH. He tried to justify it and did not fix my nails. Although if you plan on getting $100+ nails request Holly she is sweet, sits at the end and works to please customers.

Honestly I wish I could give no stars. First of all the place is disgusting just like the attitudes of the workers. I will NEVER come to this nail salon again.. they have their regulars that they cater to and give a welcoming vibe to. They are so rude that it’s unbelievable. A regular came in and they let her skip me. The crazy part is I would’ve never came if I would’ve just read the reviews first. I swear I am livid because I felt a strange vibe when I called and asked if they are open and I was told that they just cut the sign off to keep down traffic, meaning only the regulars would know that they are open. Wow, is all I can say and not in a good way. You find these companies on social media and never know what you’re gonna get. I walked in midday midweek, wasn’t greeted so I took a seat. Normally I would turn back around immediately if not greeted but I decided to give them a fair chance. Well, I sat there a while and after looking around in distaste I was having second thoughts again. The place is upkept and dirty. The owner, Mary was on a conversation on speaker with a bad mouth and attitude. I believe one of the other workers finally spoke up but by this time I had saw all I needed to see. Bad attitude, no customer service and the place was dirty. No thanks. Save your time. Everything or everyone thats popular on these social media sites ain’t all they are cracked up to be in person.

This place is not customer service oriented.... they skip people who have been waiting and they do faulty work. I paid 73 dollars 4 days ago for a fill gel polish and a pedicure... my polish is peeling . I never saw gel polish peel. They wont answer the phone and Im going to try to go over there today to see if they will fix it.
