Worst mani/pedi ever!They didnt use sterilized instruments. Kind of know why. Deluxe pedi and she didnt even do cuticles. Most rushed job ever! She was very rough. 2nd try here. I wont be back.

My daughter got her nails done for her birthday Saturday and a nail broke that same night. Went to get it fixed and she was told “that’s why you don’t get your names done so young”. Her feelings were hurt, will never go back! It was our first time going here, not her first time getting nails but never experience a nail just breaking without being hit on something.

I’ve never been disappointed, their work is amazing. I always love my nails and the technicians are always very nice. Make an appointment cause they’re always busy, but it’s because they’re the best in Dallas!!

Today was the first visit for my granddaughter and myself. We really enjoyed our time there. The shop is very pretty and everyone was very nice. Don’t know their names but were very happy with both of the ladies who did our nails!!

Alice always does a fantastic on my nails! They look good and last me a few weeks. She actually talks to me while she works and makes me look forward to being there. Highly recommend!

Nina is amazing! I showed her what I wanted & she made it look even better than the original. I thought the last set she made was the best one I ever had, but she definitely killed this one as well. In all honesty I have always wanted to find a salon and a technician that i fall in love with and this place is it. I have never had an issue or problem and my nails and feet are always amazingly done.Setting an appointment is easy and they are wonderful and friendly.This is my nail place for as long as I live in the ATL area!

The quality of the nail services have gone completely downhill. Im unfamiliar with the S&S style nails but this is my second time coming here to get them done and also my second time being incredibly disappointed. Both times I have left with visible dents in my nails. I dont remember if the same lady did them the first time but this is inexcusable. Not to mention the lady I had this time was rude and destroyed my cuticles. I have been coming here since I was a teenager and I really wanted to keep coming here but it looks like Im going to be looking for a new salon.

My friend brought me here three years ago for a birthday and have been coming back every few months... Tina did a great job on my birthday toes today 😂.... Im very happy! Would recommend

I have fallen in love with Dallas Nails Spa 😍 They are very personable and I like how they seem to know their customers names. Every time I go I leave satisfied. From my nails to my feet I am always pleased with my service. At most shops there is only one person that can do nails, but at Dallas Nail Spa everyone leaves me satisfied. I have my preference but when shes not available I have my backups too 😉 I would recommend them to anyone I encounter about nails and feet!

I had one one bad experience here with the older tech with the bob. She was so rude. I went again just to see if its typically the way they treat their clients but the other ones was much better.

My first visit and I must say besides the difficult communication between the woman at the front desk assigning me to my seat, my visit here was great. I met my kind and forever nail technician. Her name was Bee and did an amazing job with my manicure. When she wasn’t stuck helping other technicians barrow her polishes and helping them find or open other bottles she was extremely attentive to my nail care. She held great conversation and paid close detail to my manicure . I plan on returning for my next nail appointment in three weeks :)

This place is very nice on the inside. People are very friendly, but if you don’t get your nails done by the owners, they won’t turn out nice. I was so disappointed with the appearance of my nails. The shape, texture and overall appearance just screamed disaster! I’m sorry, but I will stick to the places I know and make sure I always have an appointment.

I was not pleased with my experience at Dallas Nails . Their pricing is too high for the Dallas area .. salons in buckhead don’t even charge $25 for a basic bare minimum pedicure .

Approx. 2 weeks ago I had a pedicure at this salon. When I sat down, I told the girl that I needed an acrylic on my right big toe. Shelooked at me and began the pedicure. When she was just about done she said something to another employee. That girl proceeded to tell me they couldn´t do my toe. God knows why. I had to walk out of there with an incomplete pedicure. I was not given a discount. I did not want to cause a scene. Every salon I have ever been to does toe acryllics. Will never go back.

I am editing my review to correct myself in that I said Holly dipped my nails in acrylic powder. I was apparently in error in that the dip product she used was NOT acrylic. I was still unhappy with the service, however, I apologize for giving incorrect information about her.

Had a great experience. My daughter and I were walk ins for pedicures, we waited a few minutes which was understandable as a walk in. They at first said they didnt have time to do a pedicure on my daughter but would fake it (shes 6, she really just gets a kick out of putting her feet in the water which is what they suggested) and then apply polish. It was a great suggestion and kind of them to offer and daughter was thrilled! In the end, they did have time for her and she loved it! We will be back! Oh also, they didnt try to upsell all sorts of services which was a welcomed relief and made the trip so much more enjoyable! We RARELY do such pampering so this was perfect!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Never have I ever had such terrible service. And from the owner of all people. I sat with her while she talked on her phone. She was so busy talking that she forgot what she was doing on my nails multiple times. Not to mention she didn’t even make eye. Contact with me let alone speak to me. She did the wrong shape after I told her multiple times how I wanted it. Then when it came to painting she put so much polish on that it was literally DRIPPING off my nails. Then I was getting a pedicure and she had me carry all of my own things to the chair not even 60 seconds after painting them. Didn’t help me pull up my leggings. So needless to say I got them maybe a quarter of the way up my legs and that’s all she’s massaged. No joke. Once I was done she shoved me to the tiniest drying area where I messed up my toe which I told her and she only laughed.So I have paid for her to cut my toes and for me to go home and repaint everything.

I have lived in Dallas 5+ years and this has always been my go to place. They are nice and do a great job. Unfortunately I will be finding another place. In the last two months I have been turned away for a walk in. Once they opened for a party so they just wanted to close early, the other times they didnt have enough people to keep up with the crowds.

I get every thing I ask for every time just amazing. My mom and I are always proud of our nails after. the managership that they have is amazing they take care of you and dont show sadness or anger in their face expect a great time and quality nails when you walk out that door!!

The nails were done quickly and the lady was nice to me and my little girl.

Unfortunately, after my first visit my experience at this salon went down hill. Starting with the inconsistent pricing, quality, and technique. My first visit was great got what I asked for, no problems. Second visit, same thing, but the technician added a small massage and the price doubled, paid, left, no problems.Today, I had the most humiliating experience. The technician was pressing way to deep into my cuticles and shaping my nails by chopping away at the plastic carelessly leaving a horrible shape to work with. Proceeds to file down way too hard on the corner where the fake nail is superglued on my thumb and she cuts me, I say ouch of course, she proceeds to put super glue over the cut to prevent the bleeding..I guess?! Happened so fast and it stung, I was surprised to say the least. Files down the top of fake nail so much it began sanding down the skin around my nails....Fast forward to the actual nail polish- it was done way to quickly and sloppy. Final product speaks for itself I was ready to just accept the work how it was and leave. I found the whole experience humiliating and couldn’t fight back tears. Also, the cherry on top, not sure if they realize but I could understand part of what she was saying about me and I hope she understands, as a minority I can understand accents. When asked if I was ready to pay I had to explain my unsatisfaction with the nails, she “fixed” them but not after having to remove the nail polish from my thumb she had previously cut causing another painful sting.Wouldn’t recommend unless you go to the same person, to ensure consistency at the very least.

I have been there twice and got gel nails and both times the gel starting chipping and coming up at the cuticles after about 4 days of getting them done. The first time I went back they didnt want to fix but they did after long debate about what Im doing with my hand and so on.. but anyway the nail tech is really sweet and she told me to come back if it happens again and of course I did the next week.. Im not sure what the are prompting but dont get the gel its a waste of time and money.. and as I was waiting another customer walked in complaining about the same thing.. fyi!!!

These people dont want your business. Walked in to get a pedicure, one person was there getting a manicure. No one was getting a pedicure. I was asked if I could come back in 30 minutes. Nope he looked at his book which was empty, and said yes. I said yes you can do me or yes come back. Out the door I went. Nail places are on Every corner. taking my business elsewhere.

The lady that was doing my toes was so rough.

My Mom and I love going there and have for several years. My Mom went the other day to get her eye brows waxed and ended up with the worst experience. She said Holly did her eye brows but she walked out of there bleeding, Holly was very rough (unlike any experience we’ve ever had there) not to mention some of the wax got in her hair so Holly CUT my Moms hair. This is not acceptable! If she had been doing it the way she’s supposed to my Mom wouldn’t have had this horrible experience.

This is the most Horrible and Humiliating experience I have ever had in my life! My nails are hidious and for me to be at the burst of tears because of how upset I am is unacceptable. If you are a first time comer, you better have an appointment. Otherwise they will lie to you, they will toss you around the salon to unprofessional personnel. They will hurt your fingers with the drill, then they will put alcohol on them, the shape of your nails will be horrible, and then they will act like they did not do nothing wrong. Sadly, they lost a great customer.

Horrible service!! Got my nails done and 2 broke with 3-4 days and I wasnt doing anything for them to broke. Maybe had the nail tech listened and made them thicker when I asked her to they would have broken! I will never go here again! Then I go back in to try and have them fix them and they want to charge me...nope will not go back again!! They are also VERY Racist!!! They only want to do white women nails and if they are too busy they will say can you come back we are too busy!! Ha I find it super funny! Horrible service

I suspect they are racist. Am an African American women. And they turned me away twice claiming they are too busy.

The lady did great on my pedicure but the lady that did my nails my nails look so bad the next day they don’t look natural . I told her I wanted square she did round and she made them really short which I didn’t want .
