I LOVE this place. They know my name, treat me well and do great work. Do I have to wait from time to time even though I made an appointment? Yes! But I know the risk and can appreciate them trying to accommodate everyone. They’re worth the wait ❤️

I never do this, but I just left and had the worst experience. I wanted a manicure + gel, paid $40 dlls for getting 2 cuts and horrible nails. Usually I don’t say anything but this was a really bad experience.

I have been going to Younique nails for several years now. I keep going back for many reasons. Let’s start with Trish, the owner. She is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your services the best they can be. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to what your specific needs are. To name a few….Kevin, Jason and Henry are all excellent along with the rest of the crew. Also a very clean and tidy salon. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

My first time here after breaking up with my nail salon of over 5 years. Very classy and I love how quiet and Serene it is in here. It smells wonderful oh, they offer you margaritas which are fantastic! Very clean! I love that they replace the plastic bags for each pedicure. Speaking of pedicures, I got a really great foot massage and overall enjoyed the pedicure. My nails were done to perfection and extremely fast! The main reason I left my old nail salon was because I would spend a minimum of two hours in there. At this salon, my nails were done in exactly 40 minutes!I probably pay $10 to $15 more than my old salon but its definitely worth it for the service you receive here!Update: Ive gotten my nails done here 3-4 times now and each time my nails have cracks in them within a week and a half. Very disappointing for the price I pay. Probably going to find somewhere else.

I usually go to ND nails but I wanted to give this try.1.They gave a wider selection of nail colour.2. They are very professional but also try to build familiarity. I watched how they communicated with they frequent customers.3. They are organized and I love that.4. What I got for the price was spectacular .My nails came out so beautifully done. The atmosphere is so relaxing too.Thank you for a great first experience. You have a loyal customer.

Ive been coming here for years theyre very personable professional and great quality as well affordable I get eyelashes dip powder nails and a pedicure and when I was pregnant they would give me an amazing massage

Horrible experience here and complete waste of money! The lady cut every single one of my nails, completely painful experience and proceeded to tell me not to touch the tip of my nails because the oil ruins the nail? They look absolutely terrible, she took twice as long on my nails as my friend who also went and had the exact same dipped powder as me at the same time. Her nails looked great!Will never go back and highly do not recommended. The owner Trish said she’d make us appointments with great nail techs, one was great, other absolutely not!

I love this place. I usually have a hard time with my nails coming off easily but this place my nails will last for the recommended 2 weeks or a little longer if Im running behind schedule. Had to go last minute to get my nails done for a wedding. I have never had my nails dipped and the nice woman explained everything to me. I give a lot of creative control to people and my nails look awesome. Now I dont know how long they will last but the guy who did them, damn awesome guy. I am super happy and will go back.

I absolutely LOVE Younique Nail Salon. I’ve been coming here for years and have to say that it’s been the best nail shop that I’ve been to in Dallas. The entire staff is great! Trish is amazing and literally knows every regular’s name. Kevin is mine and my daughter’s “go to” for ANY nail set. Jason gives the best pedicures. His massages are unmatched. Cathy does an immaculate job on my lashes. They’re ALWAYS exactly what I asked for and so neat. Overall, 10/10 definitely recommend!

Ive been going to YouNique for about a year now and Trish and her staff take such great care of us and our nails. They remembered me by name after only one or two visits which was such a nice touch. The dip powder selection is wonderful here and they do a great job with the application without being too rough on your hands. They have wine, margaritas and soft drinks if you are so inclined while you have your service. They can get busy but Im bad at making appointments and have never had to wait too terribly long.

Henry is the best for a pedicure. Ann is the best for nails. I decided to be a regular due to customer service & awesome product delivered.

Im very particular about my pedi. Ive gone to so many shops and left disappointed. My nail lady Dani told me to come here and see Henry. Listen, he did NOT DISAPPOINT! He was friendly, professional, gave the best massage and got all of my dead skin off along with cleaning my cuticles. The place is outdated and not appealing to the eyes, no massage chair but the actual work was incredible Ill definitely be back!

I have been coming here for over 3 years and have always had a positive experience! Even during their busy hours, Trish always finds a way to fit everyone in and gives the same quality service each time.

My problem with this salon is the fact that no one speaks when you walk in but the owner. If the owner is busy and you see a customer walk in there is no excuse for everyone to turn around and look at you and just go back to during their work. Please work on training your employees to provide better customer service; that is very ridiculous.

5 stars for sure! Just moved to Texas and have been around to a few places ( do not got to Amazing Nails or Legend Nails) and this is the best one in the area. Customer service was amazing! Constantly asked how I was doing. Everyone was friendly and said hi. My nails and toes look amazing. I left feeling like I had a whole spa experience. Made my next appt right away without even having to think about it!

Today was my first time coming here. I came at the recommendation of a friend who said they did great work. The place is kinda small and seemed a bit cramped seeing as almost all their massage/pedicure chairs were taken. They did keep empty chairs in between to observe current CDC guidelines, but still...Theyre friendly and attentive people. I got a pedicure and nail dip powder service. I asked for a daisy design on my ring fingers and picked a turquoise/aqua color for the rest. I loved the color! The design, however, left a lot to be desired. 😖 Two people took care of my hands: a young man and a woman, who were super polite. I ended up with a couple cuts around the nails and the cuticles, a design I wasnt happy with but I loved the color, how he shaped the nails, and how naturally thin my nails look. My pedicure 😌 was...BOMB 💣. Maybe it just hit different because I came from work and my feet were begging for a rest, but I felt like I got the royal treatment. I got the classic pedi and it was heavenly on my feetsies. The woman who took care of me was super nice, very methodical as she worked, and helped me find the perfect shade. All in all, pretty good place and reasonably priced. I live in Prosper so I have a place closer that I really love, but if Im in the area and in need, Id definitely come back.

Staff didnt tell prices up front. Didnt have prices posted. There was a 25$ extra charge for gel. Most places you can get gel for 1 base amount. For example gel nails ( with manicure)will be 45$. Their going to charge 25$ extra.

I got my nails done by Henry! This was the worst nail job I’ve ever had. I stayed there til 9 pm and still my nails were awful. The “coffin shape” was TERRIBLE!! The nails were lumpy, he made them look like lamp shades. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back there. A waste of $70 !!! Henry CAN NOT DO NAILS!!! Skip this place!!!

Friendly staff. Clean space. The pricing is more than some but certainly less than others in this area. $68 for a classic pedi and NexGen full set is decent for me. This salon, like MANY others will still attempt to use that cheese grater on your feet which is my only reason for 4 instead of 5 starts but Ill definitely be back.

I called at 130 and made an appt at 315. I arrived in time. After a 20 minute wait they led me to a pedi chair where I sat wi try my feet in water for 30 minutes. I finally took my feet out due to my toes pruning. Someone noticed me and placed a tray of pedi supplies next to me. I then sat even longer. If they are unable to abide by appointments, then they shouldn’t schedule them. Very dislrrsprcful of my time in a Sunday afternoon I won’t be back.

I have been coming here for about 4 months now and I LOVE them. They are always so nice and know me by name when I come in. They do such a wonderful job on my nails and their prices are great. I have recently been getting the Nexgen and they do a spectacular job!!! They also do a deal where you get a punch card that you can fill up and get a discount when you fill it up! When I moved to the neighborhood I tried several places but it wasnt until I found Sonny and the rest of the staff at YouNiquenails that I walked out knowing Id be back. When I call to make an appointment as soon as I ask for Nexgen and pedicure I am recognized by name. Ive never had to wait and if you got during Happy Hour you get 15% off all services. (Mon-Friday open to 3pm). I highly recommend this place and while everyone does great work Sonny is amazing.

I wish I could put negative stars on here. Me and my two sisters came in to get our nails done. One medi-pedi one full set and me just a polish. They took my two sisters and left me in the chair. I waited an hour for them to do my nails and on top of that they took 4 people ahead of me. I felt as since I am not spending that much money they didnt care to take me. Then when one of my sisters said something about it the lady that was doing her nails started man handling her hands and got frustrated got up and had someone else come finish her out. The lady that finished her nails also painted my nails. My sister wanted a design on both of her third fingers and the lady didnt understand what we was saying even though we explained it to her like 4 times. Then she still didnt do what my sister asked for. Then she painted my nails and turns out I didnt like it so I asked if I could change it. She got upset. Told me thats an extra 5 dollars like I wasnt going to pay it. Then she didnt take the old polish of well and just painted over it. This was the worst experience ever. If you never been there and you are not a regular do go there because they treat you like crap. I will never go there and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Only my second time there, I love it! They do such a phenomenal job! Its very clean and set up for social distancing. I also love that they open early enough for me to get in before work, and theyre close to home! So glad I stumbled upon this place.

I normally get subtle tings of pain when i go other locations, but they were very careful and I was very pleased with the service.

I had a Christmas Party that was black tie and was in my hair appointment a little longer than expected. I didn’t make an appointment for my nails and called YouNique to see if they had any openings for a pedicure and a fill for my nails. I ended up getting lash extensions too. The manager was so kind and told me to come in, and I will be taken care of. She greeted me and I was immediately seated and given the best treatment. Fantastic service, great nails and great massage for my feet. So extraordinary and even on a Friday night in a rush. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails. Thank you so much for making a stressful day a treat!

The service received (pedicure and manicure) were great, along with very personable staff, however the towels were not visibly clean. Nailpolish and such, I assume, are different to remove, however these were aged, oil and other product stained towels. Due to Covid, a few stained towels (i gave the benefit of doubt, but was on my fourth towel) gives a perception of everything else not being clean.

I got my nails done for my wedding here last week. They looked beautiful then but my dip nails began to peel off/come apart from my nail within under 7 days. I went back to have my nails fixed and told them my three middle fingers on both hands needed to be fixed. The same gentleman that did my nails the week prior “fixed” 4 out of the 6 nails. He rushed through the job leaving it obvious which nails had been fixed because they weren’t shaped and were about twice as thick as the rest. On top of that he used silver glitter instead of the white I had on the rest of my nails, making the contrast even more obvious. I have nail glue on the 4 fingers he redid and dip powder adhered to my skin because they were rushing. I didn’t have to pay for the “fix” but I wouldn’t have wanted to given how sloppy it was. It’s a clean place and the staff is friendly, but it looks like they’re not worried about getting return customers.

I came her in 2/14. They were obviously busy. But they got me in rather fast. They were very pleasant. Offered me a margarita. I got the nexgen dip with nail extension. The manicurist who did my nails was polite and made occasional small talk. I liked my nails. Within a week one nail did crack but hasn’t broken. I was in Vegas when it happened and didn’t attempt to get it fixed cause you can’t tell.This photos was taken in Vegas 1 week after I got my nails done.

Ive been making it a point to go to a different spot to get my nails did for the last few months and I think this place is going to be my go to. Its definitely more expensive that most places Ive been, but I feel like the cost is worth it. I definitely didnt get the vibe that they were just rushing through the job because Im a dude and I theoretically care less about what my nails looks like. Which is totally false. I do care. They took their time and actualky clipped my finger nails short like I asked them too. The hand and foot massage was much better than any other place Ive visited. They were rocking some early nineties Whitney Houston, which I appreciated. Overall great experience.

WOW! I moved to Dallas 2 months ago and after several suggestions, I decided to check out Younique & Im SO glad I did! Definitely get your bang for you buck here! I scheduled a mani & pedis for my mom & I on a Monday, which we got an appt the same day - SO NICE! We went with a tropical pedi, which was amazing! Jen was very sweet, carried conversation the whole time, professional, took her time, and pampered me! The tropical pedi includes so much great things including a hot stone massage on your legs. Jason did my mani & was also amazing! The ENTIRE staff we dealt with, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, things were cleaned, and they talked to us the whole time (not like other places where they only speak to each other). Im so happy that I have found my new salon. I highly recommend this salon! You wont regret it!

I went here today for the first time, but it will not be my last. We moved to West Plano a couple of years ago from Rowlett and since then I have driven to Rowlett for monthly pedicures. Due to safety concerns in light of Covid-19 I decided to look for somewhere else. If you share the same concerns this place is great!Cleanliness and safety are just some of the reasons that I would recommend this place. Customers are required to wear a mask, all technicians wear a mask and/or face shields depending on what is needed. The space customers out with one seat left empty to ensure 6 feet is left between customers. Plexiglass shields when distance is hard to maintain. They deeply clean and disinfect chairs in-between customers. The tools that can be re-used at other places and are not really possible to deeply clean are cut into one time use sizes and disposed of after use so you know it is not re-used.Quality is great, the technician took her time and did a great job. She paid attention to detail and the end result was a job well done! I heard another customer say This is the best job I have ever received while I was in there, I would have to say I agree.If you are looking for a place to make your new go-to I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place! I dont typically get attached to nail salons, but Im totally attached to YouNique because they have the best customer service and such fair prices. There was a particular time that I didnt really care for the way one of the techs did my nails and the owner fixed it immediately after saying that I was okay. She takes pride in her craft and the place is beautiful! Give them at least one try and I bet you will love it!

Professional and friendly like a family.I’ve been a client of Trish since she fixed a very painful ingrown at another location, 8 years ago. Now she has her own place and is able to provide the best.It amazes me most that her and all of her technicians know every clients name; even the technicians who have never worked on me know my name and strike up conversation. It feels like being around family for a couple hours 💝Kevin keeps my painful toe in check and when he has the time, gives the most amazing foot rubs. They always have the most up to date colors, everything is clean, and they are never forceful about adding services to rack up a huge bill.I will be a forever client.

This is the only nail shop I go to in Dallas but today was the worst experience ever. I walked in and they had two people on each customer. They asked me could I wait five minutes. I told them I could come back but he decides to make my water and walks away. Some advice to keep all your customers happy, try to have one person to each customer unless you are not busy. I decided to leave after waiting for assistance. Time to find a new nail shop. Anyone have any suggestions.

Peddi was good, HOWEVER this is unacceptable!!!!I had to back inside and ask the lady to clean it up, i was so embarrassed. I felt like the lady didn’t care and was doing my nail in a hurry..... i had high hopes for this to be my regular nail salon..... I will not be going back.

Have been so many nails salons in this area, and Younique Nails Salon is the best one that Ive experienced. These people are really talented and genuinely. They answered all my curious questions, and asked so many times for the shape that I surely wanted. Every time I come here, they always remember my name and call it in the right way, well it makes me feel so happy. Moreover, they do have compliment drinks as Margarita, Mimosa too. Id recommend this place to anyone. They are worth for price, service, and wait as well.

I love coming here!! Despite the other reviews, Ive tried many, and I mean many other nail salons and this one is by far one of the best! Everyone is so nice and friendly. They go out of the way to make your pampering day worth it! They did mess up on one of my nails and didnt hesitate on fixing it and werent rude about it like other places.

I was very disappointed. The gentleman who did my nails wanted to do them his way not what I wanted. Then while filing/drilling my nails he hurt my cuticles and nail bed. He man plained my nails to me and then argued with me over the color I wanted white...turned out a streaky off white. 1 star is to good

This is my new place to go! Great prices and services and the employees are very nice to customers. The only reason it got 4 was because they were so busy they rushed through painting my nails which is disappointing when youre paying a lot for the service but given how packed they were Im sure it was just because of how busy it was and hopefully next time I wont get overlooked

I went to them for my birthday weekend nails on my birthday, it took almost 3 hours and I walked out almost worse than I came in. The nails were not smooth, they were super thick and she didn’t even take the time to get the residue off of my skin. I doubt I ever go back.They were supposed to be ombré with stones and the stones were even crooked.They broke and the clear coat on top started peeling in about a week.

Visited YouNique this past weekend and our whole experience was incredible. We are from LA and have never had such a great mani/pedi with such a great group of ladies. We loved the place as soon as we walked in, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The treatments are amazing and the hot stone massage with paraffin was a real treat! We will be back for more when we move to Dallas!!!!

I have been going to this salon for about 6 months and the quality has not been fantastic but Ive had worse. Today was the worst experience that I have ever had at an establishment. During my nail visit the techs were on their phones while with clients; children were running around the salon, and it was chaotic. I can chalk all of the above to it just being a bad Monday but the real issue began when I went to pay. The woman at the front desk kept swiping my card even though the machine said approved... finally after 4 times I asked her if the machine had paper in it (it didnt). My card was charged 160$ for a 40$ manicure... She replied with oops! And that was it.... They claimed that they would cancel the transactions but when I called the bank nothing had been done on their part. Thankfully Chase Bank is awesome but the money wont be back in my account until Friday.
