It was my first time here and it was so wonderful. Amazing customer service...very friendly and professional. Nice environment. They did a GREAT job on my nails and toenails. She did exactly what I asked for! They offer wine and beer which is awesome too. Highly recommend!

Customer service is okay. Overpriced and definitely felt like my services were quicker than they should have been. I wanted a small set put on but I that got lost in translation because all I got was a manicure. When offered a drink, I was given a bent up Coke can that I could barely open and drink out of. The owner/manager is pretty rude with his staff and does not do anything to go out of his way and make you feel welcome or valued as a customer.

The last time coming to this place. The manager was very rude. I simply asked him why hasn’t no one spoke to me or told me where to sit so me and my daughter could get a polish change. He immediately raised his voice and said people that were doing pedicures come first even though i was there before them ! No customer service what so ever !! Definitely don’t recommend

I just recently started going here for my routine nails and OMGfirst of all, this was the best pedicure I have EVER had. hands down; it changed my whole life.That’s why I keep coming back.Each time I go they are just as great- no matter who my tech is.They always fit me in- whether I call ahead or not. They do appreciate appointments though that way they can plan for you —- which they do!My nails are always 👌🏽 💯 and usually last for 3+ weeks (I get powder dip manicures and normal pedicures)I recently moved to Fort Worth, but still consider the 45 min drive worth the service that I get at a pretty competitive price.

This went from the best place in Dallas to the worst in a few months for me . I went on Friday to get dip and pedi . No accurate colors for dip and my pedi was rushed I didn’t even get a hot towel and my polish is chipping and coming off like it wasn’t done 3 days ago !? My dip is thick and my hair keeps snapping my real nails because it wasn’t shaped properly . Michelle did me bogus I would not recommend. I will be in to get my polish changed because this is just unacceptable !

I go here every 2 weeks and they treat my friends and I so amazing! Cathy is my favorite girl to go to! She is a beast at nails! Her skills are so dope! I love this place because it is open so late. I don’t need to rush to go. There is nothing like getting pampered after work, then dinner and relaxing. The manager there always goes above and beyond. Not expensive!

Three days post my $40 pedicure and my toes look like I haven’t had one in months. Cuticles look bad the polish is already off of most of the toes it was a total waste of money. I’m very disappointed. The pics are truing to load

Kim, Crystal, Kimberly, and Cathy provide the best service here. They take time to make it the best mani and pedi. All four have a positive attitude. You can tell they have a passion for nail art.Cons - Before you reach your nail tech, there is a sense of urgency to get you seated which may cause customers to feel rushed while picking out nail colors. The prices are a bit high. There are about 3-4 nail salons all within 5 miles of each other so keep that in mind when searching around.

Pedicure lasted not even 15 minutes. They tried to push the most expensive pedicure but because I chose the basic one, it was apparent that they would rush their work from the beginning. Never coming back

My first time going to this place Im new to the area but this will be my last time going here I had An appointment at 10 am for me to only get my pedicure done the lady was about to start on my nails for her to see this young lady walk for her appointment as well remind you I was already there an hour before so she ask me to wait til she get done with her appointment.. Went to the nail place. Nice people. But got a gel toe polish which was 48 and they never told me until the end that they were going to change the price to $88 Just not a very good experience overall. we deserve a refund.

Got my nails done today. 07/31/2020. First Lady did not shape them right at all. Cut me once and didn’t sand the nails down. They literally were thick and just not shaped at all. Another lady came and sand them down but literally CUT ALLLLL MY cuticles on all my fingers. All the ladies were talking bad about me and my mother in law. And I use to love going there. Haven’t gone since 2017. And my experience in 2020 was THE WORST. I also got a pedicure but loved everything about it. Just not my manicure.

I want to personally thank Kim Nguyes for her amazing work in regrowing, reshaping my nails to perfection. I’m so in the with this process. I just love her personally as well. Always puts her customers first and very professional. You will definitely get what you want and what you pay for. I don’t mind spending when you get above 5 star service. Kim we love you! Hawaiian Nail BarCame here because I had a couple of SpaFinder gift cards from Christmas and this was one of the two places near me that accepted them. Was hesitant due to all the bad reviews. However, this place is wonderful! They immediately sat me down (had an appointment), offered me a drink, and began on my nails.My nail technician, Daniel, did an amazing job on my NexGen nails and I couldnt be happier. I will be coming back here again and requesting Daniel. He pays very close attention to detail and is nearly a perfectionist when it comes to shaping the nails and checking for bumps/dents before sealing the powder. 5 stars!!!

Very overrated. The lotions and scrubs they use are so cheap. Biggest plus here is their long, late hours. I got the green tea pedicure. Um what green tea? It was super cheap dollar store type green lotion. Also the chair was annoying. Kept turning off.

Extremely clean with a ton of services a varying prices that are all reasonable for what you get. I came first thing in the morning and there was no wait for a pedicure. Staff cleans everything. Even saw someone sanitizing and cleaning the lid to a trashcan. Fantastic experience both times Ive been.

Loved my peppermint pedicure and leg wax. The staff was very friendly. Now I have to drive across the metroplex to get my feet done.

This was a second attempt after they we’re highly recommend by an associate. The level of service I received today mirrored that of my first visit.The entire service was rushed and the nail tech was not attentive to my needs. She became irritated when I asked her to correct areas that where not to my satisfaction.I would not recommend this nail shop if you’re looking for quality service, you will not find it here.

Great place and professional

I come here all the time. This is the 2nd time where I’ve gotten my nails done and the whole nail has came completely off in less than a WEEK. I came back to get my nail fixed & the guy told me they were busy to come back in 45 minutes. I came back then I STILL waited 30 minutes for them to fix one nail-still didn’t get it fixed so I just left.Also a different time, one of the nails techs put GEL POLISH on top of my POWDER nails. I came back for another manicure and it took almost TWO hours to soak the previous nails off. They were so hard they couldn’t even file them down.Just ridiculous!!!!!! I always spend at least $60 every time I come! Gotta find a new salon!Update: the manager was nice about the situation and he did say sorry about the wait so that did make it better. thank you

Had a horrible experience, save your time and money and go else where. They do what they want to do to you not what you SPECIFICALLY ask for. They also made my friend wait for ever and got mad because she didnt end up getting her service done. Just not a pleasant time here.

Staff extremely rude. If you’ve never been they try and charge an exorbitant rate for minimal work. Only when you speak up do they back pedal and charge a more realistic price. I was paying for multiple services for me and my husband, and when I asked to change my gel color BEFORE they had started polishing, they had major attitude and mocked me to their coworkers. Will never go back. Totally different experience than the location in Southlake which was lovely.

First off, this isn’t your high end salon like in uptown so don’t expect that. I think the prices reflect that so you get what you pay for.With that being said, I’ve had good experiences. I came despite the reviews and met Sandy. She’s been the only one I’ve seen so far. I come back regularly. My nails were exactly what I wanted. They have lasted longer than usual too. They’ve all been friendly to me as well. I don’t really think the place is dirty, but I also only get my hands done. Huge selection of colors and they have the fun extra stuff like matte topcoats and rhinestones.If you come in with reasonable expectations, you shouldn’t be disappointed and I can’t recommed Sandy enough! She’s my fave and worth any wait 💝

I’ve literally never left a review before but oh my god this is my worst experience ever having had my nails done. A dip-gel manicure has never taken two hours or needed two technicians to finish, especially with such a short, simple style. None of the lengths are even, every nail is crooked. I didn’t even have the patience to ask for a manager while I was there. I have never regretted spending 50$ more in my life.

Went in this past Friday to get my nails done. I got dip set dont. Come that Monday my nails started to chip right off. Noticed that this time it was such a thin layer and by Tuesday 3 more had lifted off my nail. Now its Friday and missing 4 nails already.

Worst experience i have literally EVER had at any type of salon. The customer service is non existent, the technicians are very unprofessional, they are already EXTREMELY over priced & then really try to hustle customers into upselling, they were cold, and Jimmy or Timmy was down right rude to my friend. The quality of their work matches their professional customer service... its a joke. I rode home from the salon and went to get out of the car & 3 of my nails crumbled off of my right hand..... 3?!?! Unacceptable. I went & had the embarrassing nails soaked and redone at another salon i had never been to & I hope that anyone considering going here for the 1st time reads the hundreds of reviews on here that clearly show this place is NOT where you want to spend your money. I wish i would have.

The worst customer service! No one is there to greet you at the front desk! Customers are standing around confused! I had an appointment at 10:30 and there was no one available to assist! One hour later still waiting! What’s the point of calling ahead? I was offered a drink after waiting 30 min but didn’t receive it for an hour! Should not be open late if cannot provide great service. As a business owner and service provider myself I would be very upset if paying clients/customers were treated this way! Will not be returning! EVER!!

My pedicure lasted ever bit of 12mins they remove your dead skin soon you sit down dry. It’s covid 19 and he didn’t use NO GLOVES UNTIL I ASK.

I now know why l this place SOLELY for Cathy who does my powder manicures. I recently received a pedicure that was WAY overpriced ($75) for gel and a extended massage. (I say this because my massage was about 5 minutes long.) Then, not even a day later, the polish on my pinky toe came off. Jenny was great and fixed it, but for $75 I shouldnt have had to come back until my fill date. I will only stick to the manicures from now on.

I have been here for manish and pedis before and been pleased and was in the neighborhood so I decided that I might as well pop in for a wax. It stung a bit more than normal but I didnt think anything of it. Normally they hand you a mirror to look, but she didnt. When I got to my car, I realized shed torn my skin. I wont come here for waxing again, only nails.

Do not come to this location to do your nails pay very close attention to how they are not sanitary !!! I heard a girl had to get her foot amputated because they do not sanitize the equipment they use on your feet! I have also seen it myself. They are not careful and they use the same equipment on everyone, which is disgusting easy way to catch foot fungus! The staff is also rude and they give you tiny cups for alcohol, they also have the worst selection of drinks compared to all of the other Hawaiian nail bars. They have cheap wine, it will give you a headache for hours. The staff is rude and the employees there talk bad about their clients I went once and know their language and they will make fun of you and charge you extra if you have anything designer!

Horrible service. They hurt me a lot and Less than 4 days later I had a broken nail. I went to get it fixed and they didn’t want to do it. The manager or whoever the guy at the front is was super rude ever yelled at me.. I recommend everyone to go to ROYAL NAIL SALON in Forest Ln instead. After I was refused service at Hawaiian Nail Bar, I went there and in less than 10 min I was out the door with my nail fixed..

This nail bar needs some serious improvements. The owner is a bully, yells at his employees in front of customers and the place itself is very cluttered and not very clean. Many of the best employees have left making it difficult to continue to supporting this location financially in getting my nails done here. Customer service and care for repeat clients is not their top priority. Its herd them in and out as quickly as possible. Nail Club across the street is much better, clean and elegant.

I wish I didnt have to give a star period. Came here because it was the only place open. Worst experience ever. I dont know if she was the owner or manager but she did an overlay on my toe because my nail was chipped and she didnt even bother to make it look like my other toe. She also did a short acrylic set and charged me $10 extra for long nails. Completely rushed and Ive never had nails look so unequal and horrible in my life and when I asked why, she had a full blown argument with me about how it was long and she TOLD me Go home, I dont care repeatedly. I was completely calm until then but after she told me to go home I went off and told her Ill never be back and her response was Good, I dont care now go homeI have never wrote a review but I have never experienced service like this in my life so I needed tell people how horrible of a place this is. I actually went there last night but definitely want to share my experience.I am super picky about nails and getting a dip is always a struggle for me, so.... I barely ever do it. Happened to need a last minute manicure and this was the only open place in the area.And it was a great experience! I was not wowed by the place itself but the technician was AMAZING! She absolutely nailed🤣 it! So if you ever go there, look for CINDY, she is the best!👍Cons: no discounts, and Cindy doesnt speak English 🙄

This is a terrible place. Their product is cheap and customer service is extremely poor.I have been there 5x now because I wanted to see if their product and service was consistently bad and it was! First of all, I only get gel polish done and this place buys the cheapest gel polish out there because it starts chipping day 3 and by day 5, the entire nail bed (polish) is coming off. I thought I was doing something wrong but after experimenting, I found out I wasn’t. 2ndly, I took my sister there and she wanted acrylic full set, so the lady helping her puts the nails on and start finishing it off before doing her cuticles. When my sister asked that she wants her to do the cuticles first, she just said they do that in be end. Makes no sense! The reason why hey do that is so you come back for a fill sooner than your normal 2-3 weeks. When you leave the salon with supposedly fresh nails, it looks like your nails were done over a week ago.Anyway, their service is crappy and they find shady ways to make money as mentioned above.DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!!!

The service was TERRIBLE. They made me rub off my powder nails. It was not relaxing one bit, I had to pay attention to them every second to make sure they didnt mess up on my nails. I suggest not to go here and it is the worst nail place I have ever been to in my entire life.

I did not have a good experience. I paid $60 for a dip powder acrylic manicure which is way overpriced and have never paid that much at any salon I’ve been to so I was surprised when I got my total. For that amount I can get a mani and pedi elsewhere. She kept filing down on one of my nails and it was very painful and she cut my cuticles up. She also left a harsh line on my left thumb. Will not be going back.

Not only has anyone came over and checked on me because Im still sitting here and its 8:40 but this has to be the rudest place Ive ever been to! Never asked me do I want a drink while I wait. The ONLY good thing and why Im even here is because theyre open late and I need my nail fixed for work. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE. This place is horrible and the people who work here are RUDE!!

Didnt want to try this place after seeing the bad reviews but was looking for something last minute as got off from work late anyways asked for prices first,would give me different prices and as the process was going great till when she finished she didnt have a fan to let my nails dry and Im sitting there blowing my nails and the lady touches one to see if there dry of course they wont cause Im blowing on them but she mess one up and asked if she can redue it she ignores me and tells me dont try to mess them up like I wouldnt if I was able to dry them with a fan than blowing on them myself. Never ever coming back! Worst mistake to go to for last minute ans thinking to give them a try

Worst pedicure ever! Awful service! If you dont pick an upgraded pedicure, they treat you awful. I guess they arent concerned with getting a good tip. My entire pedicure was under 30 minutes. There are plenty of other places within a mile from here. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. I certainly will be.

This place is the most horrible place. It may be in nice location, however rethink it! They are very rude and unsanitary. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I actually really enjoyed it but when I got home took a shower my nail polish had came off on 4 nails and they are supposed to be gel. Not happy with service at all.

Worst service ever. I have come here for years and today ruined it all for me. I told the girl that my nails were uneven and she got the filler and rather then fix my nails she took off nail polish that she had also left on my fingers.she said my nails were even when they were clearly not. They clearly do a half done job and call it finished to move to the next customer. Will never come here again. After over 5 years of coming and also recommending people to this location. Ive been here 3 times now and always had a good experience! Staff is very friendly and does a good job. The pedicures are expensive, but they really take the time to do a good, long massage, so you get your moneys worth! I would recommend this place for sure!

For the Love of God, PLEASE do not go to ANN or this location PERIOD. She was horrible from when I first stepped into this place. This was my first time going to this location, when I first walk and I was little confused on what to do since there was no one at the desk. She came in through the door and asked me what do I want and in the middle of me telling her she walked away on her phone. I asked for a manicure and pedicure if I got a half at the job on a manicure and never gave me a pedicure. She was super Rough, unfriendly, and very rude. My nails are super uneven and not smooth at all. I will never go to this location again.

6/14/17 WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! My friend and I showed up here for pedicures at the time of opening and there was no one there to seat us. We had to wait 15 mins for two employees to show up. No one offered us drinks, the two female employees that finally showed up, hardly spoke to us and when they did, it was very short and rude. They never engaged into friendly conversation with us, chit chatted with each other, and watched the tv hanging above us throughout the pedicures. The employee that worked on me proceeded to place a very hot towel on my legs and when I complained that it was too hot, the other female looked at me as if I was in the wrong! She continued to do this throughout the remaining time we were there, especially when she proceeded to wrap my friends legs with towels.(Mind you, we were pleasant to them throughout all of this) I didnt receive clear polish nor inserts for my toes at the end of the pedicure and when I pointed this out, the female working on my friend, acted as if she didnt care. This place is a joke, save your money and go somewhere else. My friend also received a eyebrow wax and she hated it! Too much was taken off and she was pissed! AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Walked in and got a price quote at the beginning, it was 40 for my nails and 25 for the pedicure. 😒Got finished and suddenly it was $75I guess they include their own tip without your knowledge.I wanted to tip her myself but since they steal from folks I didnt find it necessary to do so after that..great place to throw away money!
