Quick service and staff. I rated them three stars because depending on who you have depends on the price and service quality. I got the same dip powder manicure and gel pedicure and paid a different price on separate occasions. One of the times I went I paid $76 and the next time I paid $92. The only reason I mention the difference is because of the service. While everyone was friendly both times the experiences were markedly different. One time I was treated like royalty, the other time I had to ask for them to use lotion on my manicure 💅🏾😯. Considering they don’t have a set price or a set of service standards I probably won’t use them unless I am in the area.

Staff isnt very friendly. Need training on how to deal with different cultures outside of their own.

Got a pedicure here and it was amazing, loved the mineral scrub and the hot stones. Never had my feet soaked in hot wax before but it was very nice. The ladies are very welcoming and pleasant, don’t be afraid to talk because they love chit chat. Would highly recommend. They took great care of me

Nail tech was straight trash! Left the shop with a bleeding nail bed and an unfinished manicure... The wax lady did a great bikini and brow... But i wont be back for my nails.

Lee is the best at massages! If you are in pain, she will fix you! Holly is great at pedicures. Very thorough! Shell even tell you if she thinks a color isnt right for you lol. Melrose day spa is a hidden gem. So cute inside, with great hospitality!

My friend took me here for my birthday and it was one of the best experiences ever! I got a hot rock massage and spa mani and pedi. I felt feeling super relaxed!

It was my first time in this place and it was AMAZING! I love the customer service and how everyone is very sweet and kind. Plus they also take their time with each customer; it’s not like the other places where they botched your toes in order to get done.

Did a great job, but took almost 2 hours. I was a walk in and as people with appointments showed up they would switch manicurist.

Hands down. Best place in Dallas. Look lets be honest. There are over 100 nail salons that can just do your nails. Melrose provides actual service. They provide an experience. If i am going to pay over 100 dollars for feet and nails...I am also expecting attention and comfort. Melrose provides all of this. 4 years strong.

The technician did a great job on my pedicure, but unfortunately did not completely seal my manicure with the top coat (polish did not reach the end of my nail tips on most fingers). Resulted in peeling polish by the next day. I’m willing to give this establishment another chance in the future, and hopefully update my review with more positive feedback.

Went to this wannabe-ritzy Uptown nail salon instead of going to my regular place for a dip manicure. The nail tech left dip polish under, on top of my nail bed and on my finger tips, to the right and left of the nail. I had to ask twice for it to be removed. The second time I asked she dug in between my nail and finger with HER FINGERNAIL very hard to get it out! I asked if she had a nail implement she could use instead of her fingernail. I got no answer. My nails still look like I did them myself!

My first experience here was amazing. The place is beautiful, they served me wine, and Lynn did an incredible job on my nails. The most beautiful nail job I have EVER had! I highly recommend.

Came in over lunch on a Tuesday without an appointment and was told I could be accommodated. Sat with my feet soaking for 20 mins before a technician came over. Then was charged full price (didn’t realize until I got home) even though there is a discount of 20% for services on Monday-Thursday. The pedicure itself was great, but customer service needs improvement.

Nice decor, nice staff. My only complaint is the 20% Mon-Thur is not automatically applied to your total, After I checkout went to my car and then realized I didnt get the discount, I went back in and she credit the discount back to my card.

This place is a rare gem. Given I just left during the Tornado Sirens...lets day stuck at a nail salon is the best place to be at. I had a young lady do them and is a manicurist from California! Woot woot! Im from California and we tend to be way more critical in appearance and she is my go-to dallas gal to prep my nails! ;)Curiosity never killed the Cat...but $40 for dip and $5 per nail for gold stars

Melrose nails is exceptional. I have never been disappointed leaving here. I am extremely picky about service/cleanliness and this place checks all the boxes. I have been coming here since August. (I went to a place in the mall in December for convince and instantly regretted it.) Came in today and they gave me a gift for the Vietnamese new year! Ask for Vo, Lou or Anne. Those are just my favorites, but everyone is good! They also have 20% off Monday-Thursday. I can get shellac mani and a lavender infused pedi and leave for $85 with close to $10 tip usually. Stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

Do not go to this nail salon. The woman that did my nails had good energy but she completely rushed my nails. When I asked for a line, just a line on my nails it didn’t even look like a line and her excuse was because I didn’t get a “gel nail polish”. She kept trying to tell me it look great when it looked ridiculous. I also asked for matte & my nails look nothing like a matte. This is my second time going to them & not satisfied either time.

I’ve been going here for about a year,and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m greeted every time I walk through the door,seen immediately, and asked what I’d prefer to drink. Anne is amazing! She takes her time with my pedicure and her regular manicures last. I love this place! Plus M-Th select services are 20% off.

I have been to this salon three times, I find it quite rude to have people that are doing ones nails to be constantly talking. It’s pretty clear they are talking badly about customers in another language, not a good look if you want to keep regular customers. Take away spa from the name. Also, my manicure was subpar last time, as it is peeling and my cuticles still have hang nails.

Saw this place while looking around for a salon. Its very clean and the staff working here are very friendly and polite. I went in to get my back wax and it was probably one of the bet experience I ever had. The services here is just wonderful. The lady waxing me was gentle and would wait in between and than proceed with waxing. When she was done, she didnt miss a single hair on my back. I really like this place. I will definitely come back here for sure!

Customer centric, prompt service, greeted upon arrival, friendly staff, nicely decorated, clean, uses new file and buffer and opens packages In front of customers. Sounds strange that I mentioned that? Ive seen nail/day spas repeat usage on customers. Just love the place. However, I havent gotten to the place in my life where I can afford to get my nails Painted for 35 bucks. Also, the job done on my toes was not the best. Thats the easiest job one can do. Besides that, Id refer Melrose to anyone.

The prices here are really affordable! You really get what you pay for! Really like the nail tech working on me, she went above and beyond! She massage my hand whenever she got the chance. Did everything else perfectly too! By the time she finish, my nails were just perfect!

Nails are not a regular thing for me. I have gone a few times with my wife. The place is nice and well appointed. The staff is very nice and does a great job making you feel comfortable. Especially if you are large dude who has no idea whats going on!

OMG the place is just really amazing ! Love the beautiful interior and decor they have there. They have everything I would expect from a super fancy salon but for a super affordable price. Everyone is nice and friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable for the whole time I was here. They have new modern equipment and sterilize them after every use. A huge set of good quality products and beautiful colors for you to choose so I highly doubt that you would not find your favorite one here. If you live in the area and still looking for a place that you can trust, you definitely should try this place out!

Ive been coming here for almost a year now, and I love this place! Ive never been a big fan of paying for someone else to paint your nails because typically (especially in Dallas) its overpriced, and Im pretty hard on my nails. But this place is fairly priced compared to other salons, and my manicures actually last! Not to mention, the staff here is so friendly, its clean, they play awesome music, and they offer complementary wine and champagne.Additionally, they offer dipping powder, which I didnt realize isnt something all salons offer. They also massage your hands, arms, and neck if you get a manicure. Ive yet to be disappointed!I typically go to Linda (she rocks and pays attention to cuticles), but Im giving it four stars because theres one (male) nail tech who always makes rude comments about how short my nails are and how hard it is for him to paint them. Its pretty off-putting when youre trying to relax and enjoy the process.Other than the isolated individual, this is a fantastic hidden-gem of a salon in Dallas!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I went in, asked for a nail set medium length, At 7:00, after sitting there for almost an hour, and she was cleaning up and trimming my nails, I explained the style i wanted and she told me i couldn’t have that style because they were about to close. I don’t feel like you should have even accepted me as a customer if you couldn’t do what i wanted. THEN I CALLED IN AHEAD OF TIME AND SAID WHAT I WANTED AND STILL DIDNT GET IT. That doesn’t make sense at all to me and I hate wasting my time !!! If you couldn’t do it then why did you accept my walk in ? HORRIBLE and then they laughed as I left the store.

4 of my nails broke off two days after I got them done. I went back and was told it was because I got long nails.... well I have had long nails before and they did not break off at all until I came here....

Expect a long wait. More importantly, the pedicure was sub par - nail polish wasnt applied to entire nail and technician cut nails incorrectly (middle of nail is lower than sides so essentially a u shape). Wont be back.

Ive been going to Johnny for my acrylic-gel nails and gel pedis for four years at Hollywood Nails. When I found out that he moved to his own salon (within walking distance of my house), I was ecstatic! I decided not to review Melrose Day Spa until I had been a few times. This is my fourth time here and its better than I had expected! Great music (which Hollywood was lacking), very clean, nice ambience, superb customer service...and Johnny, who has always done a fantastic job with my nails. Johnny does my nails while Annie does my pedicure (her leg and foot massages are to die for). Ny does my eyebrow wax (she shapes them perfectly and even tells me where to pluck and not to pluck in between visits - depending on current trends). This place is the bomb-diggity!

Amazing!! Im very picky when it comes to beauty services and I have to say that Melrose delivers. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a best uv gel nails in town!

I give it one star because the work the nail tech wasnt actually bad, but his attitude and the whole vibe of the place was pretentious and judgey beyond my comprehension. My friend and I walked in and instantly felt unwanted and rushed out. We werent offered beverages (unlike every other customer who proceeded to come in after us). Our services were rushed and left unfinished to tend to other customers, one of which had three people tending to her (mani, pedi, and massage). When I reminded them I wanted a gel manicure as well, the guy came over and proceeded to talk bad about my hands and nail quality to my face, in English, the entire time. No one likes to be verbally berated when they get their nails done. Its supposed to be relaxing and pampering. When my friend nicely asked if they were going to do a top coat (because her tech left mid pedi as well) my nail tech told her she needed to chill out. I honestly couldnt believe how unwanted we felt. Ill never go back there.
