I went another salon and had a horrible experience and pedicure. The lady whose name I didn’t get was so nice and did her best to fix what the other place messed up. They look great! The salon is so nice and clean. They’re decor and aesthetic is everything. Love the women working here!

I love Elite Nail Spa! The place is clean, and they are all very friendly people. I always see Josie for my nails, because she’s awesome. Josie does a really good job at understanding my style. Sometimes I want really creative designs and sometimes I want something simple, either way, she always takes the job seriously and does her thing.

Great and professional service. Soy and her team show great communication and team work. The atmosphere is bright and clean, and I’ve seen them sanitize their work space.Went for a full set and pedicure! The pedi was amazing. I got the VIP pedicure which include a lot of perks, my main joy was the paraffin wax and hot stone massage 💕. I definitely will be back for another pedi, she took her time and got my feet right!

I followed Ashlie out here as I had been a client since before. Absolutely loved it. Nancy did my pedicure and did a great job! Ashlie did my nails with Luminary and I continue to be a huge fan. Will definitely come back.

Soy and the other ladies in the shop are all so sweet, personable, and work really hard. It’s the best experience I’ve had at a nail shop. Soy is so meticulous, and does FABULOUS nail designs. She’s super creative.

Unfortunately this was my first and last time here. I came in at 11:30am on a Wed thinking I can get in early and out during my lunch hour before others came in. The stylist assigned to me was new and Im reasonable so gave her an opportunity as everyone has to start somewhere and learn. I was getting my dip and tips taken off and just painted nails (not gel or dip). Let me say...2 hours in and I still wasnt done! I must have been sprayed no less than 8 times with fast drying spray. Also I asked the Manager why my nails werent filed on top because they were all wavy with ridges, she said with regular polish that looks that way...no it doesnt. Literally in 1.5 days my nails were cracking, chipping and splitting on the sides probably because of the drying spray or product, such a waste of $28. Needless to say with so many choices, go elsewhere!

Horrible customer service! I humbly went in for dipped powder and a pedicure. As I walked in the door, the host RUDELY asked “what do you want?” I left after that response.Never have I EVER felt so disrespected by a host of a nail spa.

I’m visiting Dallas from Atlanta and this by far is the best nail tech in the city. I’ve been to two nail salons since I’ve been here and both times my nails were horrible. But Soy, has truly been amazing.Thank you Elite Nails for providing exceptional service to me.I’m really thinking about flying back every two weeks just to receive service with Soy.

Salon was very clean. They sanitized everything after every client. Everyone was so friendly and polite. My nail tech was so nice and did a great job on my nails. I asked for complicated art & she took her time & talked me thru to make sure i was happy. I highly recommend & will return!!

The staff is courteous and friendly. They did not rush my appointment even though we were there past closing hours. I was not aware of the hours so I do apologize. (Sunday’s they close at 5PM) However, they did not rush nor seem impatient.The salon it’s self is clean and the staff follows appropriate pandemic protocols. They even go beyond measures for additional safety such as a plexiglass barrier when doing manicures and requiring customers to wear masks all through out the service. I will return and highly recommend everyone to this establishment.

The ladies working there were all friendly, and took care of 3 of us upon arrival. We were their first customers of the day, and they were all ready to work. Cute, cozy place go get your mani pedi. Thanks, ladies. 5 star experience for us.

Great service, it you like fancy, standout and popping nails this is a great place to come. Soy has done my manicures for years, she is fun and has all the latest nail delights. Although I have yet to a pedicure from who I selected when I book I have had fantastic service from Ashley the each she filled in. This shop is on top of all the latest covid sanitation requirements and I would recommend this establishment for all nail needs and desires. If you like a royal pedicure I would suggest the Jelly pedicure it is a sure pleasure that you wont regret.

Ive been to A BUNCH OF NAIL SHOPS and let me tell ya this is IT!!!! Loved how they pay attention to you and give you VIP service. You have to schedule a appointment which made the visit very personal!!! Dont quote me on if they take walk in if you are in the area but please do visit!!!! Wonderful and professional staff. Lastly the playlist while sitting in the spa chair was on POINT! Ok now Im done.

Go next door when they’re open... the brow lady is too new and they charge $15 for literally what I could have done at home. They do not have experience...

Stopped in after seeing the sign while in town on business and had one of the BEST pedicures ever! Great attention to detail, never felt rushed. All around great experience. I highly recommend this place.

Last appointment of the day and Ken was flawless. Master of NexGen. Thin like I prefer, smooth and no gaps by the cuticles. Beautiful consistent color. All that AND cheaper than all the other salons.

After having an absolutely horrible experience at another salon, we came here and had the best possible experience. Ken is amazing and he fixed everything the other salon messed up. No pain, no mess, it was fantastic!

My Matte Black Nails are ON-POINT! This is my 2nd time here and each time, Cane has done an amazing job by cutting my cuticles and making the shape perfect. Great skills and service, Solid 5 Stars.

Ive been here twice now- found them because I get my eyebrows done at Bollywood Stylz next door. This is my new favorite nail salon! They are really friendly and quick and have done a great job with my nails. I also like how they have their polish colors arranged in color order instead of scattered about. Competitive prices too! Definitely check them out!

I am truly impressed with this nail salon. They are super friendly and professional! Please check out the quality of the air at this salon. I have never seen a ventilation system in any of the other salons in the DFW Area. You might want to ask if your salon has a ventilation system and if not then why? I wasnt aware of the dangers of air quality at nail salons until recently. This is truly good for people with respiratory problems or those concerned about the quality of air. I recommend everyone see for themselves!!

I love getting my nails done here! They are always fast and do a way better job than Onyx or Nail Lua. I dont mind waiting if they are busy, Ken is the best!

Awesome and very clean nail salon. My friend and I were having lunch in the area and decided to pop in and get a mani and pedi, best decision we made. They are very thorough in their work, not sloppy and rushing to get u in and out. They also offer wine and beverages. Most definitely will be returning!

Terrifying. very disgusting nail salon. they did NOT throw away the pink paraffin wax for pedicure. Instead, they hid all the pedicure paraffin wax in a huge bucket in their kitchen and broke the paraffin wax down for reuse. They do NOT care about state laws or customers’ hygiene. I even asked them are you going to throw away the paraffin wax? they said no we’d like to reuse it and we don’t care much of the state laws or hygienes! They are pricey and horrible!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I had a manicure and pedicure from Lucas on Saturday, June 10 and both were fabulous. I would highly recommend Elite Nail Spa. The shop just opened at this location and is very comfortable and clean and has a good selection of polishes. Elite Nail Spa performs nail services (mani/pedi/sculpts) and eyelash services. I am a client of Bollywood Stylz, which is 2 doors down, and watched the shop being set up (it was formerly a hair salon). I believe it opened last week. Right now for its grand opening, it is offering 50% off its manicures and pedicures. I also appreciate that Elite Nail Spa stays open until 8 pm during the week and is also open on Sundays. Ill definitely be going back and recommending it to all my friends.

I called this place prior to visiting to make sure they could do my nails the way I wanted them. Mind you I live in Mesquite and that location is in Dallas, to drive all the way over there with an appointment and all to get told that he does not do the nails I wanted and that his “friend” does and doesn’t work there anymore! I told him “Ken” that that’s why I called and I asked you could you do the “marble look” that’s on YOUR site, explained the color and all and all he could do was apologize. That was a horrible mistake and drive
