We called the day before to have our whole family (6 of us) get mani and pedi today on Mothers day! They were awesome with our 4 daughters age 11,9,7,and 5. My husband enjoyed his as well no polish extra massage time. We will be back! For all 6 of us the price wasnt bad at all. Great place to go!

Don’t even bother going in! Had to repeatedly tell the guy to redo my pedicure because every single nail had gel polish on the skin and cuticles! To make everything worse, the polish was already cracking on my big toes. Worst service ever, product quality, and utensils do not look sterile!

It had been years since I have been to Coco nails because I moved from the area. I happened to be in the area and stopped by. Its really clean, updated, great service and they did a great job on my hands and feet. Now I drive from Carrollton to Dallas to get my nails none.

Quinn is professional, easygoing, and soft spoken with a good personality. Kevin be on point with the New Villa always popping. I been coming to the location almost twenty years. Thanks for the beverage a Girl do get thirsty sometimes.

My nails look horrible. My salon I go to was closed yesterday, DJ Nails in Arlington. Since I was in the area I stopped by. The best part about the place was the receptionist. They are cheap but my nails look like my daughter painted them. This was done yesterday.

Get here at 5:43 pm for them to say they are closed. But yet online says they close at 6 pm. What a way to treat customers. Maybe you should try locking your doors. If you dont want anyone else walking in.

Been coming here for almost more than a year now. Literally this place never fails!! These techs really take their time on making your nails stunning!! If you ladies are new and need a tech, ASK FOR BENJI! He makes miracles happen with your nails and leaves them beautiful! Most humble people here from reception to the techs!

The front desk lady Fabiana is very rude and always has an attitude towards the clients, I really like this place but that attitude manages to ruin the experience.

Called front desk to see what time they close home girl said “7:30”. So I try to make an appt. she decided to tell me she can’t due to short staff... um... ok?? So I go at 6 just to wait an hour and not get anything done at all. She didn’t try to talk to me, update me, ask me what I wanted done. Nope. Nothing. HI know Tammy, Kim, Paul, and Tina bc they’ve worked there for years. They are amazing at what they do... but the front desk really needs a change. POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS! My whole family comes here! I’ll be sure to ruin her time just like she did mine. 🙃

This place was highly recommended and my wife and I had a blast. I even opted to get my toe nails painted with a design and the techs were laughing and taking pictures xD friendly staff and very large, clean shop. Lots of complimentary drinks/snacks and waiting areas. Will definitely visit again if we’re back in Okinawa

I love the fact that the owner works just as hard as the other techs. You could never tell that shes the owner of a few shops, shes very humble and excellent at what she does

One of my favorite nail salons, I’ve been a customer here for over 16 years. Since high school. Tina is the best when it comes to my pedicures. She’s the only woman I let touch my feet. Kim is the best nail tech. The margaritas are tasty as well!!!

I normally do not post reviews, but I’ve had it with average nail bars that overcharge. I do NOT mind paying for quality. But come on, do a good job!I work retail for a company that strives to provide the BEST customer experience. And guess what? People keep coming back.I decided to save 8 dollars and go to Coco Nails instead of my regular salon (Adore Organic Nail Bar). Just to save a few bucks, but I have learned my lesson.At adore, they really go above and beyond to make sure my toes don’t hurt when they’re working on them. Or that my nails are not crooked.Not at coco nails. And any other average nail bar for that matter.Sure, I saved my 8 dollars, but hell no I will not be coming back. Better customer experience guys!! Get with it.

I have been going here for years. Sometimes it seems like you are not getting the proper communication. They ask you to fill out a form for the service you want. They never verify to make sure this is what you want. Always tell them what you want done or they will give you a 50.00 pedicure instead of a 25.00 pedicure. They speak all kinds of languages that make you feel uncomfortable. Its all about the cash!! Customer Service is not the best.

I really wanted to love this place. I got the signature pedicure and asked for white gel. Right before it was time to add the color she told me it $20 for the gel because it was so good. (I pay $5 extra where I usually go) by the 2nd day it my big toe nail got a yellow/dirt color on it

STANLEY IS AMAZING!! Me and two friends got our nails done and they all look amazing! I don’t know the names of who did theirs, but Stanley did mine and they are perfect! I wasn’t going to go bc of the reviews, but I’m so glad I did!

I went in for a manicure and took my 7 year old son for a pedicure. We waited for 30 minutes only to be passed over by the two male nail technicians who had become available at separate times. They both refused to seat us once I informed them that the pedicure was for my son and not my 5 year old daughter. Please do not support such unprofessional and immature businesses whom allow their employees to act in this terrible manner.

I was skeptical because of reviews and that Kim was on vacation but Leon did my nails and did a great job. I will be back next time ! Clean very nice shop. Took his time and detailed in his work . I enjoyed my experience, I walked in unhappy And stressed And left happy ! And the wine was a nice touch

My nails look horrible. I normally go to this place close to my house but my sister took me to this place because she wanted to see how they do. I walked in and It was very fancy and I was convinced I was gonna like it but NO. First the man cut my finger with the EMERY BOARD not the drill the emery board and I wasn’t just a little cut no It was DEEP. I got coffin and they looked cute but were very thin. The same week I changed the color because I was tired of it and realized that the nail was so thin at the cuticle that it was peeling on multiple nails then my middle finger cracked IT CRACKED it was so thin that is cracked in the middle like a piece fell off the nail. Then today I was minding my business didn’t do anything nail breakable and I looked at my nail and it was broke.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. On a good note though the man was nice and they had good service but I don’t like my nails.

This place is great. Kim is the best nail tech and Tina does amazing pedicures, YaYa is always super sweet to greet me at the front. Quick tip: if you want to not wait, just schedule an appointment and get there on time. Even if they are backed up, theyll help get your nails soaked.

Don’t waste your time here. Waited for 1.5 hours for an appointment and left without having the service done because I had to get to work. I know places are short handed post pandemic but why they scheduled more appointments than they can handle, especially when the staff working are as slow as molasses, I really don’t know. Poor service and bad communication overall.

Kim does my nails and she does a fantastic job! I think shes the manager too but she has great attention to detail, gets acrylics and dipped nexgen both really thin and natural looking...just awesome. Also the pricing here is very competitive for a full set.

Alright my family has been here so many times and they have an okay experience but for some reason I dont. Every time I go here theres something wrong. I paid over 50 dollars and even though from far away they look pretty but the person who did my nails didnt bother alerting me to clean my hands before he put on the final seal. So theres a bunch of little hairs and dirt that are trapped in my nails that make them feel bumpy and look really gross upon close inspection. I didnt notice until the morning after. My friend got the exact same thing I did and hers look perfect.

The nail tech did a good pedicure but only giving three stars because every time I go there are techs asleep in the chairs or on their stools with their heads on the arm rests of the chairs. This last time one of the male techs was watching something on his phone VERY loudly right next to someone getting a manicure. It just seems like there is no management and things are not run professionally.

I love this place. Everyone is very professional and courteous. They always take really good care of me. Love It! I have tried other places but nothing beats this place.

I use to go to this place but please! Neves ask for Tammy! She does the job like she doesnt want to. As additional service. I asked for whole arm waxing, OMG! Horrible! The nail tech was angry n mean. He filed my big toe n went over all the other toes. The he poured acetone on my foot instead of on my toe nail. When i complained he said he was cleaning my foot. Then he put trash in the plastic liner next to my feet!! Filthy n unsanitary! I left n was disgusted by the rudeness n dirty nail tech putting his trash on me. Dont waste your money! !

Quinn did my nails. She was gentle, extremely quick, and she has extrem precision.Also! She used a BRAND NEW nail file on me. Very sanitary!

Great customer service. Tammi is the best tech there. They are very organize and keep track of there customer so you never have to worry someone will cut or attempt to get service before you when they actually came after you. Free refreshments.

The two ladies that did my manicure and pedicure whispered and talk about others in the salon the whole time they worked on me. Not friendly at all and provided mediocre nail services at best. Ive been here before and was treated better. It just depends on which provider services you that day. I am still learning the employees so that I know who to ask for when I come. But this place is good enough when I cant go to the nail salon I prefer.

Leon did my nails the first time I went in and I love them. He also did my daughters but she was not thrilled since a few were crooked and very thin so she broke three of them within first week. Went back to get a fill with Henryand I love them. Taking daughter back for fill today so we will see if she likes them this time. This is the first time ever that I went to get my nails done where they were very gentle and did not come out with the edges of my nails on fire from overuse of drill/file etc...place could be more sanitary but over all not bad.

I was just there today, im so glad I did. The nails were great. Tom, I think was his name, did great. Although, I noticed my right thumb has a dip. Its ok though because the shape and length were absolutely great. Most places Ive gone always make coffin shapes a little off but this one is by far the best!

Had a great experience, a very organized business, treated me well, even had margaritas! Only problem is that my nails popped off 2 days after getting them done, 4 of them to be exact, felt like it was cheap materials from other experiences for the amount i payed, a bit over priced too.

Stanley fixed my bad nail job I got from another Salon.Im only giving 2 stars because the ugly Hispanic chick at the front desk spoke to me like I was slow or stupid. Needless to say, I put her in her place REAL quick! If you dont like your job then you need to find something else! Dumb girl.

My nail tech was nice but the receptionist is unprofessional. When my tech went to get my hot towels, the tech next to me threw her clients empty water bottle into my footbath and hit my leg. #1 thats not the trash #2 Im still sitting here! I told him what happened and he apologized. He said something to her but she didnt apologize and wouldnt look at me.They have complimentary beverages but no one offered me anything. I didnt feel welcome at all. My tech did a good job on my feet but I cant come back. Customer service was trash...

This is one of the best nail shops Ive ever been too. They have a soda fountain And shlushies. A water fall. I loved my pedicure. And my nails are the best Ive ever had. They feel like my own nails the guy that did them had a little swag. Houston we need to step out nail shops up after visiting this one near farmers Branch it will be hard to be satisfied at home. This is a nice place but when I went with a friend to have my nails done for my graduation, the older man doing my nails (acrylic) was angered when I told him I did not want them square shaped, that I wanted them kind of round and more natural looking. I tried to play it cool and make jokes so he would lighten up but he ended up messing up my nails intentionally and the girl doing my toes ended up having to take over while the old man ended up leaving to do other people’s nails. -_- The girl who did my pedi was sweet and did the best she could to correct what the man had messed up but they were too funky. I was really upset and was not offered a re-do. They were individually uneven and not even with the rest of my nails. They told me they would last over two weeks but they didn’t even last two weeks. I would recommend this place but that man ruined it for me and I will never go back.

I just got the best pedicure with hot stones, hot towels and massage ! The guy doing my pedicure was extremely nice ! Highly recommend!

If you give them a budget for an acrylic and powder theyll laugh at you.They do great nails but they overcharge you for everything.If you want matte its 10 dollars more than the original price it almost ends up being to 70 dollars for normal nails.

My former coworker told me about this place some time ago and I finally made my way there. The atmosphere is nice the decor the staff everyone was pretty nice except the guy who did my nails. His name is Tom (wears glasses). I told him I wanted French tips but he put the clear tips on instead of the white tips. I told him I wanted them long and he informed me of the fee for longer nails that I agreed to pay Bc that’s what I wanted and I wanted them to be a particular length. He got upset with me for not just letting him do my nails however HE wanted to be done. On top of that he tried to leave gaps between my cuticles and the acrylic which meant I would be coming back for a fill within days and he got upset for me asking him to fix it. He had the worst attitude. They ended letting a nicer young man finish my nails and since he didn’t use the white tips in the first place the nicer guy had to try to paint them on which looked ok but I ended up just getting the whole nail painted 1 Color. I wish I could remember the nicer guys name he did a great pedicure too. I will be back to try out another nail tech. My advice IF YOU SEE “TOM” written on the top of your sheet when you sit down for your service DONT DO IT. REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE IMMEDIATELY! I would’ve given more stars but TOM almost ruined my experience.

Person upfront is rude.When someone asks you for pricing you kindly tell them the pricing. Yes I know you have a menu but sometimes menus dont show everything your business provides. She straight up gave me the menu and made me look for the pricing instead of taking a second and telling me the price.If youre having a bad day or hate your job you could always be working at Walmart and be having more fun.....

This is my very first review. I normally just never come back after a bad experience, but i needed to speak up about this nail salon. Ive been here a few times, and each time it gets worse!!!The receptionist needs to be trained on how to properly greet people. I stood there for awhile before being acknowledged by her. She told me to sign in, however, there was no sign in sheet. There were several mini clipboards, with a printed menu on them. I asked her if that is what i needed to use. She said yes. Who knew! She seems like she may not be happy with her job. Maybe she should find another one....but not one in customer service.My youngest daughters technician painted her toes and then turned her back to my daughter to be on her phone. I gave it about 5 minutes and asked her if she was going to put a clear topcoat on. She said yes, but she needed the other polish to dry first. And then put her phone down and finished my daughters toes. Playing on a cell phone while you have a customer should not be allowed. It shouldnt matter if the customer is 5 or 45.The only person in that place that was polite and did a good job with my oldest daughters feet, was an older man wearing a hat. I did not get his name, but i made sure we gave him an extra tip in cash. My 8 year old was very happy with her pedicure.My nail technician rushed my pedicure. I felt like he had somewhere else he needed to be. After the paint was on, I noticed that my toenail was cut and shaped in a diagonal. I pointed it out and he told me it looked fine from his angle. Then walked away to help fix the receptionists toenail. So after seeing that he clearly had time to fix things, i called him back over to fix my toe. He argued again, proceeded to tell me that my toe is crooked and that is why the nail looks like that. I let him know that ive had this toe my whole life and ive looked down at my feet all the time, and ive never had a toenail look like that. He attempted to fix it, but it was still diagonal, so i asked him if i could clip it myself. Once i fixed it, he proceeded to tell me that it was crooked now. Unbelievable! I realized then that customer service is not a priority for this establishment, and it was just better for me to get it fixed somewhere else. What should have been a relaxing afternoon with my daughters, actually caused me stress and anger. I will not be back here, and i caution anyone who may consider it. Please stand up for yourself if you are not happy with the service you are paying for. We are people, not numbers!For the owner of this place, i would like to say, there is a nail salon on every corner, customers have options, and if we are not being treated right, we will move on to somewhere else. The customers keep you in business. Please educate your employees in how to provide customer service.

Last week was my thrid time visiting this establishment and again I was disappointed. I was charged $45 for a “classic pedicure” that was horrible. Anywhere else would have been $25/$30 most I didn’t get anything extra. I had polish all around my toes. The employee attending me couldn’t make a simple flower design and he cut my nails down entirely too short. The polish was also lumpy and uneven. This place is over priced and not worth the hassle. They can’t do simple designs such as: chrome, marble, transparent nails, ombré, 3D florals, flowers or line work. just to name a few things. If you want anything that’s modern this is NOT the place to go. This is definitely for someone wanting something very basic. The only positive attributes are It is clean and the staff is fast. I wasn’t offered any refreshments (despite everyone around me having a drink or two) and at check out when I asked about the price the receptionist demeaner changed and she became very rude. Apparently the thrid time is the charm phrase does not apply here.

I like the great job they did on my nails, been there several times, i have to agree the front desk ladies are not the best greeters. I had an older Asian man do my nails, he did a good job, but I didnt appreciate non of his jokes asked for a margarita and joked about me being an alcoholic, they have complimentary wine and margarita machine, i just thought that joke was not very professional at all!!!!!

Really dont do reviews, But I couldnt keep my mouth shut after this horrible experience. Was suppose to be a date with my mom but it turned out horrible. One of her finger nail came out crooked and one of her toe nail got an infection... not worth it! Regret going here.. wont ever go back

The young lady that did my daughter nails was very good and courteous but the two guys that did mine not so good especially the young guy that did my nails I had to keep telling him that he wasnt putting enough polish on my nails and he had a attitude! The Hispanic girl at the desk was kinda rude talking to me like I was illiterate on what service I wanted!!

Lady that did my nails seemed like it was a bother to her to paint my nails. Wanted a heart design and when it looked small and lop sided just asked her to keep it all black she got upset put top coat on and left. My nails where still wet when they told me they were dry that I could leave.
