Very nice team! I totaled my car and the Caliber Collision team was very helpful throughout the process. My car ended being totaled and I forgot to grab my license plates. I called the team on a Saturday, 10 minutes before close, and they were able to take my plates off my car to pick up at a later date. Thank you!!

Its my personal experience and cant speak for others...but from the first call I made to them to them handing my car keys back to me after the repairs were completed...5 stars all across the board. Polite and attentive personnel. Explained all the details and price and time line. Every step of the way was well explained and they took care of my car like if it was one of theirs. I got several updates during the weeks my car was in their possession. Every other day I would get an update as to where they were as far as repairs. They even have an on-site car rental company to make it easier for you to pick up and drop off the rental. If I ever need a car body shop again or any of my friends and family need one Im recommending caliber collision at west allis first. Thank you Dan for all your professionalism and courtesy. AMAIZING job on the repairs!

Don and his team at Caliber Collision by far exceeded my expectations! My vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule with all repairs perfectly completed. The damage was repaired and the interior cleaned (a huge bonus which I was not expecting). The daily updates via phone and text were greatly appreciated. Don made sure everything was perfectly taken care of and all questions answered.While I hope to not have to use Calibers services again, I am thankful to have a trusted resource in Don and his team. They went way beyond what they had to do. Besides doing a fantastic job on the body work, they washed the car and cleaned the inside and trunk. Their staff made us feel welcome.

Caliber in West Allis was fantastic! I was concerned with taking my car in during the pandemic and Caliber was nice enough to do a contactless transaction outside. Even in the cold! What started out bad -- getting sideswiped -- ended up good when Caliber fixed the issues and stood by their work. Don and Stacy were fantastic to work with. My car was processed quickly. I was kept informed throughout the process (which coincided with the GM strike so there were some delays to manage that were no fault of Caliber). The car I got back was as nice as the one I bought at the dealership years prior. About six months later, I was out of state when I heard a rattle that I thought might have been due to the accident. I called Stacy. She put me in touch with a Caliber shop in my area who inspected the car (no charge) and found the problem (minor and unrelated to the accident). They made the simple fix and sent me on my way. A great experience. Highly recommend them.

The office staff was very polite and accommodating.They made everything very easy on getting vehicle dropped off and picked back up. I was updated very often of the status of my vehicle. The finished job was spectacular, my vehicle looked just as it did the day I purchased it. I couldnt be happier.

I would highly recommend this Caliber Collision. I recently had some body work that needed to be completed on my Dodge Ram, through an insurance claim. Don and his team did a phenomenal job fixing the damage. I worked with Don through the entire process and he was fantastic the entire time; he worked everything out with my insurance, gave me constant updates, and reached out to me to see if I wanted to get additional work done that I needed since my truck was already there. My mind was at ease the entire time and would drive out of my way to work with this location again.

I waited 30 minutes in there drive-in garage. A lot of employees including two people in the managers office saw me. Nobody came out to greet me or ask how they could help. I have Two vehicle’s I was looking to get painted. Don’t waste your time here.

Worked with my insurance. Enterprise Rent-A-Car on site. Did great work timely and kept me updated.

They had my car two days, didnt bother to figure out why they had it, what was wrong with it or anything. I had to call them to jump start the process. My Ins co. recommended them and had my car towed to them. Since there was no bodywork needing to be done, Caliber had it towed to their mechanics, then charged me for the tow (it was sent to Caliber to fix, the tow shouldve been between them &/or ins co., not me). The ladies at the front desk and the guy they had me talk to were very rude. Once I jump started the process, the young lady (Shannon?) handling everything was nicer than any of them and kept me updated.I dont believe in giving my hard earned money away to rude people/businesses; I definitely wont go back!

I just had my car fixed at Abra on 113th Street after having a run-in with a deer.The experience was five star from beginning to end. The woman the took my car in was friendly, thorough, professional and very helpful. The General Manager made sure to meet me when I arrived AND when I picked up my car. The estimate was fair and the work was perfect. This place is clean, friendly, reasonably priced, timely AND they send texts updates throughout the process. I hope I dont have a need for auto body repair in the future, but I wouldnt hesitate to go to Abra if I do.

My wifes car was repaired throught this shop. After less than a month the car was leaking transmission fluid and the heat was not working.It turns out they didnt tighten the replacement hoses to the transmission and never fully filled the radiator fluid!I would not recommend.

Super helpful in explaining the process of my repairs, kept me updated everyday, cleaned the inside of my car (it smells amazing!) my door that got hit looks amazing. So happy I chose these guys!

Very friendly, professional service. Top notch work. My car was damaged in a accident. The insurance company suggested ABRA and at first I was sceptical, but all fears went away as soon as I walked in the door. Greeted by friendly staff all throughout the process. Once my car was taken in, Enterprise car rental was on site and set me up with a brand new car to use for the duration of the repair. Couldnt have been easier. They take pride in thier work and it shows in how they treat you and your car. I highly recommend them and will tell everyone I meet to get body work done here. Great job ABRA!!

Great service

I wish I could give 0 stars. The people that work at this shop are liars and manipulators and dont think speaking to Stacy the manager is going to get you some where. Stacy was very rude and cocky and wouldnt listen to anything I had to say; even though her staff were completely wrong. When I brought up a valid point and started replaying the voice-mail of what her staff left me, she abruptly put me on hold without warning; elevator music started playing in my ear. Dont waste your time or money.

Couldnt even make an appointment with this particular establishment despite high ratings. Made several calls by me and my insurance company (over a week, no contact at all). If customer service is valued to you, look elsewhere

My Suv was in an accident recently. My dealer recommend West Allis Abra body shop. They told me they send all there car to this company. I went made an appointment, took my Suv to fix and I have a brand new car; you cant even tell it was in an accident. I consider they did a excellent job overall including customer service since you step you foot in the door they greeted you kindly and answer all my questions. The manager was also very nice and clear my doubts, the technician that took care of the fixing part was marvelous, Don would give me updates of everything that was happening from the shipping to what they where going to work for the day. I felt very comfortable knowing what was happening every step of the way. Thank you very much!!

The process was smooth from start to finish and the staff was WONDERFUL.

I unfortunately have had to use Abbra several times. Each time I took it to the West All is office and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They are fast with repairs and most importantly the quality is superb. From Terri at the front desk to Dick, who did our estimates, was awesome each time. Even though our vehicle had to go to another ABRA on two ocassions, we got the same quality and service. The only complaint I have is the ABRA off of Rawson in Franklin, they used a auto business next to them called Girards Service Center to get an estimate on a mechanical issue that evidently wasnt part of the accident. I took the estimate to an auto machanic Ive used for years and first of all, the estimate was twice as high as it should have been, they double charged me for a part, and their diagnosis of the problem was completely wrong. I know its not ABRA but they recommended them and use them alot for other services. ABRA should use caution with those they associate with to ensure that relationship doesnt negatively affect ABRA.

I was involved in a hit and run accident. Abra was able to bill my insurance company and tow my vehicle. However it seemed very expensive and I wasnt sure if I could trust them. Four thousand dollars later and there still seems to be a bit of rattling when I drive on the highway.

My vehicle blew into a tree last january 2013..had body damage so my insurance recomended ABRA. They made it like it never happened.great place for insurance related work!expensive if its just touch ups.
