I am from out of town... I stopped there once, figured they have been open 10+ years they are going to be okay. I left with nothing I wanted. But the People working there were nice...I asked for gel polish change on my hands and regular toe polish change on my toes. Be in and out quick probably 2 hrs. Wrong.The man cut my toe nails, not even. The man that did took off my color, normal. Then he got the bowl out to do a manicure, I did not want that, my hands cant handle manicures, but its fine I let him do it.. I had to tell him to go back over some spots it because there was hang nails/the cuticle hanging up... when he went to cut and shape, all uneven and not even the correct shape... I tried to see if i could file it myself, he would not let me. Thats fine, normal but man the shape was jacked... Then when he went to color my nails, the color was not the same as toe polish, my polish was deep purple. The gel polish was orange... how I know it was different was my friend also made a comment on it... they wanted to continue, that was the last straw, i said no, that is not the color before you do my other hand make sure it works... They as in owner got called in and painted about 4 layers of color then top coat... I wanted to cry out of frustration... I just wanted to pay and go fix it myself.I was going to let this go but mann its been 2 days and Im looking at my hands and its catching on all my clothes...I use to do nails... I know when Im looking at.

Kathy was beyond professional from the moment that I walked through the door I showed her exactly what I wanted and she delivered! Every time I come to this establishment I never have an issue they’re always so professional and kind! Definitely would always recommend 10 out of 10!

So I booked for 90 minutes and got an hour for the 90 minute price plus they started 10 minutes late and place isnt very comfy or clean. However the one hour I did have with Tony was good. He did a decent massage.

I was very pleased with the quality of the service. And the outcome of my nails. Annie did dip on my nails and Peter did my pedicure. Both of them were very nice and easy on my nails.The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is that I wish there were more color options. I felt like there was definitely not enough colors from which to choose.

My daughter and I got pedicures that were supposed to come with 10 minutes of massage... the entire pedicure didnt last 10 minutes. They rushed our pedicures to work on multiple people at one time and you could tell. The paint was see through in spots, missed the sides of multiple toes, had to ask to be redone. Also, I got a look at their drink station (I would not call it a bar) fruits laying out in open containers, no lids, and I did not see one person wash their hands in between taking money, performing services, and making drinks. We also had them soak off our previous dip so we could get manicures but after the sloppy way they half @$$ sanded the dip residue we decided not to have our hands messed up any worse. Left with underwhelming toes and sticky hands. Highly unrecommended!

Do not go here, they do not have enough staff. They told me to come back tmrw and it was on a Thursday. As I walked out they serviced 3 more women (Caucasian) that walked in after me. They accommodate those they think will tip. However, Ill find another nail spa that doesnt look at race.

Terrible product quality. I have been going to this nail salon for about 3 years. This is the first time I get gel on my nails and I was so disappointed. Not only did they leave clumps on my nails, which they fixed one at the salon...The nail polish chipped off an entire nail and the color was watered down. This is just two weeks...it is just unacceptable. I would not recommend it to anyone.

My friend brought me to this nail salon for her birthday and in so glad she did. Ive been back about 4x and have had everything from lash extensions to eyebrow waxing. They have the best nail happy hour and the ladies are quite lovely.

On a lark, I decided to hunt for a new nail salon in my new neighborhood. I was thrilled to find the Nail Spa! The staff was friendly and professional! Kathy did such a great job! Definitely going back!

Not the best mani pedi but also not terrible. I did get cut a few times. My nails are a bit crooked and slightly uneven shape. My toes weren’t fully polished, there’s a lot of blank space around the sides. Lots of excess cuticle got left behind. I did get two free margaritas included which was nice and helped me relax. I’d probably give them another chance but this is personally the worst mani pedi I ever had.

A quaint location, but very clean. Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating (granted, I went at like 1130 on a Monday lol). I didnt try the complimentary beverages, but they look to have a good selection. I got a manicure with dip powder and a pedicure with regular polish. The techs were very gentle, informed me about what was to be done, and made sure that I was comfortable. The mani is by far my favorite! The nails are beautifully shaped and more lightweight and durable than I expected. Unfortunately, the credit card machine wasnt working :/ luckily I had enough cash on me to pay and tip.

No mask required, no 6 Foot distancing between customer and specialist when no mask worn...I required a mask of my specialist and a barrier between me and other patrons...

Theyre nice but cant really do nails outside of your basic manicure and pedicure. The one guy that I like going to is leaving. My friend got her eyebrows waxed and the waxed burned her skin to the point it left a scars. The drinks taste good but they use cheap liquor so after one drink you already got a headache.... finding a new spot to go to in the foreseeable future.

Was looking all around for places to do a quick pedicure and everyone had already closed or was closing and didn’t want to squeeze me in, luckily I called nails spa and Cathy answered saying she would WAIT for me after closing time to get me in! That already was like wow how awesome is that?! Then I come in and she was so sweet didn’t even seem mad that she was there waiting for me (Unlike a lot of other places that get upset if someone walks in close to closing time) I was greeted by alisa (?) who did my toes and she was also so kind and very professional, they both offered something to drink (they have complimentary drinks) overall my experience here has just been nothing short of amazing! Thank you guys so much!

This is my second experience and it was horrific! The wait was LONG. The water was cold and no pressure in the water. I had to tell the gentleman that it needed it! The service was PISS POOR AND I was soak and wet and nothing was said. While soaking my nails the pillow was soaking on me. My nails are still not nice at all! I had to ask the gentleman to reapply before I left! Worst service and this needs to be addressed! I need a full refund! Transaction 008338! I need a manager to call me back ASAP! Unsatisfactory service!

This is my go to place for my manicure and pedicure.

I was there today. Went for a deluxe manicure and pedicure but unfortunately below my feet and on the heel area still feel rough. It means it wasnt scrubbed well. I really miss the pedicure I used to do in another country. The feet felt so so soft during that time.The techs are friendly which is really good but they need to scrub the feet more. I like the massaging too.

Always a pleasant and easy time. Loved my nail color and shape. They always make my pedicure super relaxing. Their so good my fiancé faithfully comes with me for a mani pedi.

I love this place with my whole heart! I drive over 30 minutes to get my nails done here because of the service and the quality of their work. Everyone is always super kind and I feel so well taken care of regardless of if they’re busy or not! Kathy and Annie have never done me wrong and I refuse to go to any other nail salon! They really pay attention to detail and are very understanding and open to any suggestions or anything you’d like to change about your nails!

This was my second visit here. The first was great; Mia and Charlie did a fantastic job. They took their time and made my visit worthwhile. However, my second visit didnt go as well. The lady (cant recall her name) who did my nails wasnt focused on me at all. She rushed through the process, placing more attention on other things than my nails. Kept stopping throughout, filed my skin a few times, left my hands filthy with powder, under the tips wasnt filed, didnt put oil on my cuticles, and didnt even massage my hands afterwards. I had to asked for certain things to get done. Very disappointing. Gave three stars because of my first visit.

I am new to Dallas and I had been reading reviews and decided to check them out. I called early in the morning and made an appointment for 1PM, they were very accommodating. The lady on the phone was so sweet. I went in about 10 minutes early and I was seated right away and they got started on my pedicure. I did not catch the ladys name that did my pedicure but she did an AMAZING job. Annie did my manicure (Dip nails) and she also did an AMAZING job. Their prices are very fair for the high quality in their service. I will definitely be back!!

They didnt have my appointment that I made thru Google and confirmed calling 3 days ago, but only waited 2 minutes before getting pedi and mani for 2. The technicians were great, very attentive and offered complementary beverages. Now this is why Im not putting 5 stars, shortly after I arrive and before I left an old man that looks like the manager or owner started yelling in their foreign language to one of the techs, she was embarrassed, you can see it on her face. That hostile treatment to coworkers or employees is unnecessary and unacceptable. But you didnt know what they say. Listen I doesnt take a lot to understand the body language of a person that is mad and the look of the eyes of someone embarrassed. For the guy wearing a polo shirt yesterday, screw you and your hostile treatment to that technician. Hope you can translate this.

I live two hours outside of Dallas, and still this is the only place I’ll get my nails done. It blows every other salon I’ve been to out of the water. Good prices, great quality work, and free drinks make it amazing. I always try to request Michael for my nails.

Today was my first visit and after a long day at work I received a well deserved manicure. John worked on my nails. I really appreciated how focused he was. Most places rush to get me out of there and move to the next. I was greeted, I was served a delicious margarita, and given an awesome hand massage. I highly recommend this nail salon!!!

I had an amazing time here. Dawn did my nails, I was so satisfied as to how it turned out. We had a casual conversation, she asked about how my day went. Dawn was so kind to me. I have to mention that whenever she did my nails, she did it so gently and smoothly. The shape of my nail was spectacular! I was having a bit of a problem with my nails and she fixed it just like that. They feel so much better now, thanks to Dawn. Dawn was always so happy when she did my nails for me. She was very friendly and very sympathetic. Overall, Dawn did a great job on my nails. I am definitely coming back here!

I have been coming here for several months and always leave very pleased with my service(s). They use quality products, my nails last longer than any other place I have been to. I get compliments on my nails and eyebrows all the time. I will never switch salons again. Mon-Thurs before 3pm is 15% off your service.Oh and my qualified service tech is Cindy. She is AMAZING!!!!

I got my nails done today—full-set, white tip—wanted to channel my inner Cher (Clueless). I got the most poorly done, ghetto manicure I’ve ever had. The tech was pushy, didn’t want to listen when I told him the acrylic wasn’t buffed out evenly, and that he wasn’t covering my full nail with product. So the corners of my nails aren’t lacquered.It’s just UGLY. I wanted a sleek French manicure but I got a thick, chimp-fingered HOT mess with air bubbles.I’m distraught and will be going back only to get these abominations soaked off.

Came in town for a wedding and my husband and I needed a mani/pedi. We had two people working on us at one time, and the service was outstanding. We paid for the Premium and received massages on our hands, feet, back and shoulders. The staff was extremely friendly, and exhibited a great sense of humor! They served complimentary water, wine, soda, and margaritas. The lady saw me carrying my shoes in my hand and said, “oh no,” and got me a bag to place my shoes!

It was my first time coming here and I had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly professional, helpful and sweet. Everyone was smiling and constantly making sure that I was comfortable. The complimentary drinks were a cherry on top of a very delicious cake. It was my first time getting a manicure (more of a pedicure person) and I felt nervous, not knowing what to expect, but was made comfortable every second of the way. I plan on coming here regularly from now on. Id highly recommend them and Im very glad that I was able to make it there today.

Not impressed. My manicurest was fairly rude first of all. But most importantly the quality of paint job / polish is terrible. I wanted a deep red and went through two polish colors and still not happy with it. I left with indents on my nails and this was after 7 coats, which I specially spoke to them about not liking thick polish. Way too expensive for the service - I recommend going elsewhere. I now have to waste another hour of my life going elsewhere to get it fixed.

Visited this place based on reviews & was satisfied until the lady doing my pedicure was cleaning and drainingthe water spit in my water. Yep, you read that correctly. She spit in my water 🤮Thank goodness we were done and I only needed my toes painted but that was disgusting. Ill never be back

Walked in and was instantly greeted with kindness. Ive been to TONS of nails salons, and this one is DEF the nicest around. Most places offer the cheap boxes off wine for a complimentary drink. This place takes that to a whole new level. They have beer, margaritas, and REAL wine 😍 If you dont come here, youre dumb.

I’ve only been here once and it turned out to be the worst experience I’ve had. The nail tech kept talking poorly about my hands and how sweaty they were. I obviously realize this and didn’t need him to bring it up 10 times. I got dip nails and two have already fallen off within a week and another is starting to already. I know that this wasn’t on account of my hands because I’ve had my nails done multiple times and they have all lasted well over a month. I would save my money and find another place to go because this just isn’t it.

Well for starters, besides the guy that does the massages everyone is rude!The lady that did my pedi pulled an ingrown toe nail but left a sharp edge that ended up cutting me and caused an infection. She also did a really bad job and didnt fix any mess ups leaving polish on my skin. The only good thing about this place is the drink are strong.

Shop allows people that are not licensed to do nail services. I visited on 2/5/19. The young man looked over to his co worker and asked what to do next. I asked to see license and could not provide. He stated it was being processed. He could not provide a TDLR registered number. This place needs to be fined. The guy in the picture below is the unlicensed guy that was working on my feet.

Hours by the door and online both show they close at 8 pm I pull in at 7:15 and they have the doors locked and salon closed. The receptionist or whatever he is comes out and says sorry we are closed even though the sign clearly says Wednesday-Saturday they are open until 8pm. Needless to say I will Never come back to this location simply for the fact that the owners pick and choose when they want to close early or stay late.

I had a very nice experience. Very Relaxing atmosphere and skilled technicians. I higgly recommend this plaxe. I am visiting from San Antonio but when Im in Dallas THIS is my spot!!!!
