I walked in asking for a manicure. I waited 15 minutes then went to sit at a table with my color in my hand. The tech kept insisting I get gel I said no 4x’s she started to file my nails without soaking hands then went to get the cold water to soak and doled for 30 seconds. And painted my nails. She didn’t rub lotion didn’t give the simple massage they usually give no oil after paint. Then changed $15 for a paint. I tried to give this place chance after chance and no luck. Once I walked out my Polish peeled I feel like she put a different coat so it wouldn’t stay.

Nice service but I didn’t like how they over charge the nails. I had asked for a color coat added with some color lines. It was simple, no diamonds and not much of design. With that they charged me $60 with just short nails and lines. The lines weren’t even perfect so I don’t recommend it.

I had called about 2 weeks in advance to place pedicure appointments for myself and 3 friends but when we arrived the day of the appointment they had us wait an extra 30 minutes past appointment time so we ended up leaving. They shouldnt schedule appointments if they cant keep up. Recommend going else where.

I absolutely love it here. Everyone is nice and welcoming. They all give great service, but my favorite is Hannah because she is great with my toes! She makes me feel so relaxed and makes my nail polish nice and neat😀

They have a very nice atmosphere. Very clean and modern. They give great service too.

I got gel nails on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day my polish chipped big time on my middle finger. This has never happened to me before in all the years of getting my nails done. I tried to go back on the January 2nd and they are closed from the holiday. I live out of town so now I have to pay someone else to clean up their mistakes. I would NOT recommend this place

Ehh theyre okay, they are too pricey for the work honestly. Every single time i go. And get my nails done here they dont last a week! If i paid 55+ for a set i expect for them to last a lil longer than a week.

First and last time I go there.... I guess if your not a regular you get treated differently. I notice people who are regulars get better service. It’s unfortunate.

Recently moved to Dallas and I have found my nail salon! I absolutely love that they sterilize their equipment after each use! I went to a few other salons who did not, thank goodness I didnt get anything! I have also done my eyebrows and a full face wax here and they came out amazing!

Worst customer service they give you a price and when its time for you to pay they keep adding for a white tip they charge me $55 like seriouslyPlease dont go to that place

What are the prices for gel or shellac nails ? And pedicures?

No stars, literally !!!!The guy messed up my nails so bad. They cut my toe. My nails were crooked and my paint looked like a little 2 year old painted them

This nail shop is great, it’s a bit pricey but it’s very much worth it. Out of all the nail salons I’ve ever went to it’s been 2 1/2 weeks and all my nails are still on. Will return !!!

Love the pedis! Especially the milk and honey. They focus on every toe and rough patch ! I walked in about 20- 30mins before close and she didnt rush. She took her time regardless of the time!

Love that they cater to what I like and not just what everyone else usually gets. I love going with Loan or Le.

Left my old nail tech for this one.... no waiting line there was enough people there, it really shows they know how to run a business. First experience here was awesome. Beautiful and open space and they actually play music, so I won’t be taking my earphones anymore. Highly recommending this place.

This was my go-to salon since its just a drive down the street. Buttttt yesterday was the last of it. It seems they have a few new people, they dont know English (understandable). I was never asked what kind of pedi I wanted it was more of what she wanted which took forever for the basic service I receive. Anyways, my daughter got her nails polish... well half of the nail was missing polish. I asked her to fix it but all she did was add an extra layer of polish on top. My nails were okay again the polish didnt cover my whole nail... Definitely not worth the price at all. Time to find a new nail salon :/

LITERALLY NO STARS IF I COULD! They did a terrible job. They had new people, they lady did an okay job just doing the massage but I had cut my nail too short by myself so I asked for acrylic on my thumb... the lady didn’t know how to do it so a guy started doing it. HE DID A TERRIBLE JOB and I could tell he did it with a bad mood. He cut my toe and didn’t apologize or anything, and he left acrylic all over it too, horrible horrible! Not worth the $45 never going back there again!

Got a Deluxe pedi and it was the most relaxing experience

My nails haven’t looked this good in so long even after two weeks! Highly recommend! The lady who did my nails asked me so many questions even offered to removed them if I didn’t like them!I got so many compliments!

I have gone there twice and I’ve had men do my nails not because I pick them but I really don’t know who to pick. This time the guy cut my thumb with the electric file and pretended like nothing happened and tried to cover it up. Then he wasn’t paying attention and did the same thing on my ring finger. At the end he had the audacity to tell me he should’ve charged me more because I got gel. I didn’t say anything back or complain but I should’ve paid less because he didn’t even bother to tell me to wash my hand when I started bleeding he just kept doing what he was doing. I didn’t say anything because I was waiting to see if he was gonna keep tryna cover up what he had done. They have left my acrylics like they have a week or two of growth and I pay a good amount of money for that. They are overpriced.!

I really just did really short nails nothing really important about just gel polish and he told me the price until the end when I gaved him my debit card and said 40$ it was to much for me for these short nails I always get long nails and their either 45 or 50$ I got tired of them of charging me to much and looking at people faces

They didnt have the exact color that I wanted but they managed to put something together to give me exactly what I was looking for and they came out looking okay.

It is a very clean place. Everything is great. Only that the price is somewhat exaggerated. Paying for a $ 73 pedicure is too much.
