Walked in for a quick gel manicure and ended up being easily talked into doing the dip manicure, which was the same price. The person working the front desk was very polite and asked me to wash my hands before touching any of the nail color samples. I was quickly offered a drink as well as a seat at one of the stations. Not sure if I just came at the right time, but I was in and out of there in under an hour. Overall, did a great job.

Beverly Hills has been my go to nail salon for almost 10 years. Customer service is great. Massages never disappoint. Nails always come out wonderful. Thank you for always taking good care of me!

Steven kills it every time! These are my natural nails with a dip overlay. He keeps them thin and natural looking — never thick and chunky or misshaped. The music is calm, and the pedicure massage is so relaxing! Fav place to go! Can’t beat $75 for basic pedi & dip either!

I typically go for reds and pinks when choosing a color for my nails but this time I went for a more neutral tone. This is my second time to visit Beverly Hills Nails & Spa and I chose this place initially because of the ratings and because its within walking distance of my home. For me to come back a second time is impressive. I tend to be rough on nails (unintentionally) because I use a keyboard daily for long periods of time and Im always cleaning, picking up things or grabbing things. Im always in and out of my purse grabbing keys or my wallet so I need nails that are durable. The nails at this salon was able to meet the demands of my hands without breaking or chipping. The service is decent and Im usually in and out within a reasonable amount of time. They just may have a loyal customer😊

Phenomenal work. They can get busy but even when there is a line or they ask customers to come back in half an hour, they never rush your services. Pedicures are long and relaxing! They usually have a deal during the day Monday thru Friday if you get a mani/pedi combo. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and it will always be my go to. Owners quickly learn who you are and always make it around to every customer to check in and see how you’re doing or how you’ve been. Parking can be a pain, but that’s more an uptown Dallas issue.

I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be going back! I had a dip manicure and basic pedicure 5 weeks ago and all nails are still in perfect condition! No nails have chipped and they are all nicely shaped and well aligned. Ann did my dip manicure and I definitely will be using her every time again going forward! Not only did she do a great job, but was also very nice and easy to talk to, which made the experience more pleasant!

Literally never going back to this place. Had an appointment scheduled for 530 and still was not helped 45 minutes later. During that time I got a “sorry we are running 10 minutes behind” and a clear regular came in and was helped immediately as a walk in.....upon me getting up they notice me and ask me why I’m leaving??? Running 10 minutes behind? I get it. Running almost an hour behind with an appointment?? Not acceptable. Also saw them not clean manicure tools going from one client to the next. Would advise going anywhere else in uptown and or all of DFW!!

Worst experience ever! She asked me to come back in 30 mins to which I agreed. Once in chair she must have gotten up no less than 25 times! My nails looked like a first day new student from cosmetology school when I left after 3 hours I might include! I was so upset I went to another salon same day to have redone 😩

I initially called at 6:30 PM and inquired about their availability for a soak off for the evening. I was told to come in at 7:30 PM. When I arrive, a gentleman asks me if I have an appt, to which I respond yes, I called and someone let me know to come in at 7:30 PM. He then lets me know they are still working on clients and asks me to wait outside for about 10-15 mins.Meanwhile, there is a young lady in one of the two empty available waiting area seats already sitting down and seems to be waiting. This is in addition to several empty pedicure seats and other manicurist station seats available. Nonetheless, I didn’t make a deal about it and went to wait outside in my car. Mind you I have a mask on, which to be is a no brainer must do for me. Reason this matters in this context, is that other guests, including the young lady already waiting, do not.I return back in after 20 mins (extra 5 mins just in case), but I am literally left standing at the door/reception with no acknowledgement for a full 5 mins. Blatantly ignored.I literally just turned around and walked out. Completely disrespectful and utterly unprofessional. Do better for the next guest please.

I’ve been going to Beverly Hills Nail & Spa for a year but today has changed it all. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT in that place again!!! I went in for my regular pedicure today... and was totally disrespected. The guy who was working on my feet took a picture of my toes and sent it in a group message with many emojis. Firstly, how RUDE! Someone who is here to receive a service and was going to tip way over 20% is totally validated! I will never go in that salon again. I will also be posting a YouTube video about this situation. He thought I wasn’t someone or “status” but little did he know. It’s all about professionalism and respect. Ladies, don’t go here. There are other amazing places in the area. Nailed Bar on Oak Lawn is one!

I love going to Beverly Hills Nails. Everything is clean, the service is fantastic, and it is affordable. I have been thrilled with every service and will keep going back.

4 days after I got my gel nails the polish on my thumb just fell off randomly while in the shower. 6 days after my middle finger is about to fall off. I asked the lady to please not take the cuticle form the middle part.. next thing I know I’m hurting and bleeding as she is taking the cuticles off. Just not work the price if a gel manicure is only going to last me 5 days

Nails done by Steven black dip powder on my real nails with gold flakes. This was my 1st visit on Nov 5th to the spa. I really enjoyed the visit. The salon is very clean, the nail tech are friendly and very welcoming

I got my nails done here. $75 for a new set of acrylics. While i was getting my nails done another girl came back and said one nail just popped off and she just got them done today. So I was already nervous knowing I was paying 75 dollars but the reviews were promising. The nails turned out absolutely stunning but that same night one nail popped off. I was very unhappy. If I spend 75 on some nails they should be staying on longer than a couple hours. So the next morning I called and told them about it. They told me I could come in and they would fix my nail for me. When I got there it took 40 minutes for them to fix 1 nail and made me pay 5 dollars. Not coming back again.

They always do an AMAZING job on my manicure and pedicure. All of the techs are pretty good at what they do. But Lilian and Tony are my favs. Worth every penny!

Came here last week for a set of dip powder nails with extension and pedicure.. I got Michael doing my nails and he needs an amazing job on them! Ive been to so many nail salons and havent been happy with results until I came here. Very professional team, they allow you to lay back and relax while getting your services done. Also this is one of the cleanest nail salons Ive been to since reopening after Covid-19. Theyll ask you to wash your hands before and after getting your service, they wipe down everything once youre leaving, I watched him sanitize his hands well before touching mine and he wore face shield/masks as well. Its always much appreciated to see them take safety so seriously; makes me feel better about getting these services done. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends!

This review is LONG overdue. I’ve never been so loyal to a nail salon, but Beverly Hills Nails has forever earned my business. They’re always so welcoming, the salon is always clean, and they always go above and beyond to take care of their clients. THE best nail salon in Dallas- trust me I’ve tried so many of them before finding this salon!

At first I had given this business 5 stars but at the end of our services they tacked on an addition $30 for nail color (I thought nail color comes with the full set gel nail service) amd an additional $15 to shape my nails (I thought this also comes with nail service). My eye brow wax was rushed and my eye brows came out uneven in length and one higher than the other. I was visiting from California and had a special family gathering to attend. The massage was literally just me sitting up getting my nails done and the lady rubbing my shoulders and back, my mom couldve done this. My niece had her full set gel nails amd a pedi as well. Hers was $30 and mine was supposed to be $50 but after I had given the $40 tip they startimg raising and adding prices and costs. It came out to nearly $300 for 2 sets of gel nails, 1 $30 pedi, 1 $50 pedi a $20 20 minute massage.Apparently they never told me that they were going to charge me for my nail color an additional $30 which should come with service amd an additional $15 to shape my nails, which should also come with service. My brows were horrific and ot was just an awful experience. Two days later my nail polish started peeling in layers. I have taken photos of my brows and nails and will report the price gouging at the last minute. I even had their clients tell them that they had first told me $185 then raise it to $285. I paid the $285 and let them keep their $40 tip but I will be sure that I let the BBB and others know what kind of business they are running here. They got mad at me when the amount did not add up a d I asked them to explain. They are shady and do not document things on the reciepts for their own shady reasons.

I liked their cleanliness, they had all guests wash their hands upon entering the nail salon. There service was great and it was the best massage during a pedicure Ive ever had.

Me and my mom went to the spa, and my legs feels so good! And I got my nails cut, and they did it so neat! Me and my mom had a good time there, I will go back again if we have a chance! 🙂 if you want to get your nails done, pedicures, manicures, and more, this is the RIGHT place to go if your in Dallas. :)

I usually love this place as it’s close and the people are friendly. I’ve been here about 3x after reading the great reviews online. Both times I loved my dip nails and they make my nails grow long. Also, I love their pedicures! The last time I was here I had a HORRIBLE experience that I waited 2 weeks to leave a fair review. Sony the male nail technician was unprofessional and didn’t even acknowledge my concern when I told him the color was too bright as soon as we started with the dip. I figured I would just wait until the end and see if it would be better but it turned out horrible and he filed my nails crooked that I wanted to cry. He could obviously sense my disappointment but he didn’t seem affected by it and when I told him it was too crooked he just filed them more. I had to walk to the next nail spa to have them fix my nails. Overall, I will not be returning after this experience.

I had been looking for a great nail spa with a variety of options and great service. May I say I was definitely not disappointed! As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately and offered something to drink. The owner steven took his time to show me colors and options for what I really wanted in this case I was looking for chrome nails. Maria did my nails and I just love how she really took the time to make sure that my nails were perfect. Anything I asked she had no problem with and kept making sure I was loving it. Steven came to check in a few times to also make sure it was going great. I love how much they care in the work they put in. I had a great experience and will continue to be coming back.

I absolutely loved my first visit. The decor was crisp and tranquil. I felt in complete zen. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Mindy who has been my nail stylist for years moved to this salon. She is one of a kind! So tentative and very meticulous. If you do decide to spa here I would recommend her every time.

The prices aren’t actually worth the service but they do okay. You definitely have to watch them while they are doing your service to be sure everything is even and correct. They try to charge you for things other places typically make part of the service which is definitely not what I’m used to. Also the lady NEVER offered me water, drinks, anything. I’m guessing I wasn’t spending enough money.

If you care about wasting money ... do not waste your time going to this shop to get your nails done... my nails look like press ons.... I payed $75 for powder... and if I am able to post the picture I will for sure... they look like press ons for sure !!! Day 4 one of my nails popped off.

First impression was excellent. Steven did a beautiful job on my coffin full set and the spas here are great. I also was outdone by the amazing customer service. I had recently had a bad experience at another salon and was taken away at the help of these guys. They were able to give me directions on how to get there and park, being that I’m not from the area. Highly recommend.

This place has incredible customer service & is the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars. I just think the girl that I got was new at doing nails, as she spent a REALLY long time doing something incredibly basic. She left a good amount of space between my cuticle and the acrylic, where it’s been ONE day and I already need fills. She also destroyed my cuticles, even cut me, and didn’t give me any type of oil for them afterwards. This place has good reviews though, so I would probably return & just ask for someone else.

I recently moved to the Dallas area. This was by far, my best experience. EVER. My pedicure wasnt rushed and was so relaxing. My manicure was to perfection. The staff is polite and attentive. I did not catch the names of my manicurist and pedicurist, but these gentleman were great. The interior is clean and sanitary. I think I will be a long time customer.

Very content with my nails!! However, I did want crystals on one finger and each hand. And I guess the glue didn’t harden, because one of the crystals fell off almost immediately. My nail artist was very nice to reapply the crystals for free, very sweet! But then the other crystal never stuck and fell off too. But I’m not mad too upset about it. :)

Ive never had a pedicure before and never thought I would because it didnt seem right. One day, My girlfriend made me give it a try and i did. I opted for both the pedicure and manicure. Man it was a weird experienced, but a very good one. I didnt realize that my fingers would be so glossy after the manicure and buff. I could not keep my eyes off my nails! The ladies there were very friendly and actually spoke English so we had a nice conversation. Everyone was very friendly and it was a relaxing experienced. I would love to come back here again. You never know what you like until you try it.

I paid $50 for a basic dip set!! And I had 2 nails break in one week!! This is my 2nd time here this week! And today when I come in they ask me to come back tomorrow ... I explained how far I drove and that it’s only 1 nail that I need fixed how long could that take? I’ve literally been sitting here a HOUR and it’s only 1 NAIL! I understand you being busy but you took 3 clients before me when you could of just fixed my one nail and I would of been out of here. It would of took maybe 10 minutes!! I usually pay $35 for a full set dip powder they charge $50 and it’s not worth it at all!! Never had my nails break so much and pay so much for a simple dip set .. Definitely not returning !!

Please do not even waste your time or money here. I got a full set of acrylics and 9/10 nails fell off within 2-3 DAYS of getting them done. You think it’s a good place because it’s in uptown but do not be fooled. The nails didn’t even last A WEEK. Never coming here again :(

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m honestly surprised because I’ve gone here for over a year with no complaints but today was completely different. My sister and I scheduled an appointment for a mani and pedi for 6:30pm and we arrived at 6:20pm. Due to covid19 we were told appointments only and upon arrival we were already told we couldn’t get our pedis something about being short staffed. So we said ok however we waited for almost AN HOUR after our appointment with no acknowledgement on how long it would be. On top of that TWO ladies( who happen to be white) WALKED IN AFTER us and they helped them immediately! After waiting for an hour we decided to just leave. VERY DISAPPOINTED. on top of that we drove 30 minutes just to get our nails and feet done despite there’s a salon right by our apartment. Will not be returning EVER.

First off, this place is wonderful and I will continue going there despite my negative experience today... They provide drinks, pull out chairs for you, neck massages, etc...I have been coming to see Cindy for almost a year now. Today I got a dip powder that I figured was the same price as other dips... There is no price difference for the dip powders in their price list, so I expected to pay my regular $40. I already had my two colors picked out, then I saw the dip I got on my nails today and was amazed with how pretty it was. I was just going to get it on my ring finger, but Mindy came over and suggested that I got it on all fingers, so I did... Some of my nails look lumpy still and dont look right and some arent all the way on the sides of my nails. Once I was finished, they told me it was $55... I usually pay $40 and did not get anything different in my opinion, and Cindy or Mindy did not initially tell me that it was an extra charge. I should not have to ask... And it should be in the price list (which it is not). I had to argue with 3 people to pay the $40 that I intended to pay. Mindy said shed give it to me for $50 since Cindy did not tell me it was extra, but I dont think thats right. If its not told upfront, and is not in the price list, then I shouldnt be told that I have to pay $50... Steven (the manager) came up and said I could do the $40, but seemed kind of annoyed at the fact that I wasnt told that it was extra and wasnt about to pay $15 extra dollars that no one told me about.... Thats not my fault, and the employees should Tell customers anything that is extra... I ended up paying $40 in the end. I know Cindy put time in effort into my nails, and I appreciate her for that. I have had no issues with this place and have been going here for months so today was kind of a shock and left me with a negative feeling. I will still go back because I love the place and love how Cindy does my nails, but I expect way more from the customer service than what I received today.

Love this nail salon. It’s clean and has friendly nail techs who don’t rush you, listen, do a good job and make an effort to have conversation. I have had dip here as well as a regular mani and pedi and I’m always happy with the results. They often send emails with discounts when you haven’t been for a while, which is an added perk.

I’m very pleased with my services today. I went in with my daughter and baby and they made us feel so comfortable. Even though they were so busy, Steven fit me in. I will becoming a regular customer. ☺️

Great customer service, they offer you drinks, water, wine, soda. Overall they have nice a nice location. I love my long/acrylic or powder nails but they just do not last. I got my nails done YESTERDAY and they broke today. I’m really upset since this salon is sooo far away from my house. I recommend this salon but I don’t recommend getting a full set of long acrylics from here. They charge a lot for your nails to last only a couple days. Make sure you have some coins ready because they are VERY expensive.

I don’t really do reviews but it’s been forever since i found a nail salon that really takes care of your nails and what you really want without being pushy in getting you something you don’t . My hand nails and toes are looking great if i could give 5+ i would !!!! I alway leave everything last min, they were really great getting everything done in 45 min 💞 thank you guys !!!

I came in for a pedicure and it came out perfectly. The staff is very friendly and they ensure you are happy with the service. I got the delux pedicure and it was worth the money. They do offer a happy hour special which I believe is Monday and Wednesdays, next time Ill be back on one of those days.

I came here about a month ago to get a fill in and the lady did a really nice job. I decided to come back due to her doing my nails to my liking, but this time wasnt the same. A guy did my nails and they are hideous! Theyre not shaped properly and they are not evenly smooth like they should be. I paid $115 for a full set and a pedicure that was not worth price! Im beyond angry!

I am always impressed by the kindness and quality of the staffs work. They are really nice people. They also do Nail Dip Powder which can be really hard to find. Plus they are right on McKinney Ave... Throw in some white wine and youre good to go! Youll be happy with their work.

Checked online for pricing & told the technicians on my arrival what I wanted. They did not correct me and/or advise me that what I was wanting was a different price than what I said when I referenced the online pricing. My pedicure was good but the attendants kept talking to me. I don’t mind a little small talk, but when I go to get my nails done I’m in my own little zone. I don’t want to feel obligated to converse, I’m trying to relax. When I was done I was told the services rendered were $100, a $35 difference from the website. I pulled up the website and showed it to them and they said it was for something else. That may be so, but the website made it seem like what I requested was $65... also, if it wasn’t, then I should have been corrected by the attendants when I first mentioned what I wanted and the prices on the website when I arrived. I was caught off guard and somewhat embarrassed when I was told I owed $100. I would not have paid that price had I known initially the services were that expensive as I didn’t have quite that much to spend. Here I am TWO days later and my gel polish is already cracked and flaking. Very disappointed in this place as it had great reviews. I will not be going back & would not recommend this nail salon to others.

I didn’t have a regular nail place. I had tried other places & been disappointed. I don’t usually post reviews but this was a great experience. They were helpful picking out colors & finding matching for my toes. My nails look awesome! They got me in & out. I messed up my toe, went back the next day & they fixed it at no charge. If you don’t have a nail place, you can stop looking.

WOW! I from reading the reviews I had really doubted Beverly Hills Nails but just got my nails done here, and I am absolutely in love with them! Had gotten my arcylic nails filled with shellac and it looks amazing! There still hanging on to my nails!Just one of the lows is the parking! Takes forever! Other than that, the staff here are amazing and so professional! Highly recommend if you are around here.

IF I COULD PUT LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD, DONT COME HERE THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING, me and my daughter went here and she got the gel manicure and in their waiting room they have a sheet of paper that says that kids gel manicure that are 12 AND UNDER get it for one price and same on their website it said the exact same thing and whenever I was paying the lady said that it would be more than the actual price and she said that the price on the sheet of paper was the wrong price and she said that the actual price was on the website and I looked on there website moments before and it said the same price on the sheet of paper and when I was showing her the paper and she grabbed the sheet of paper out of my hand and said that it was wrong and the actual price was on the website when it was the same price.

Cant say enough good things about Beverly Hills Nails & Spa. We came here because of the good reviews and our friends referral. The husband and I got the signature pedicures with the hot stones and wax. I also got the nexgen powder dip nails. They looked fantastic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating on our rare but special retreat from everyday life. I definitely will come back to this spa.

Walked in here randomly and had the pleasure of dealing with Lily. The sweetest young lady who loves her job, works with great detail and strives to make her customers happy. I love my nails. Wish I was living in Dallas to be a forver customer of Lilys.

They have awesome customer service. They are very attentive and into what their customer wants. They always go above and beyond when I’m there no matter who I go to and they stay open til 9 so I can go after work.

I told my nail tech that I only had an hour to spare and he finished my nails perfectly and in enough time. The shape is wonderful & they also carried the color that I had been looking for for the longest.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They charge a fortune but don’t even bother to scrub the feet properly. The polish quality is not worth a penny! Please avoid this place as I’ll do next time.

Super friendly and did an amazing job. Steve took his time even though people kept walking in and a line formed and I appreciate that so much. My nails have never looked better!

I broke 2 of my nails after just one day of having them done. Stephen, Micheal and Tony 💛 helped me to make things right. They were all polite and professional. I will definitely be back.

I called ahead of time for a pedi and dip. No one did my nails for an hour. They were more interested in a large group that came in.
