Very rude to customer. They charge a $1.00 for message if your waiting. They cant do any designs. I wanted just palm trees on my hands! I was visiting from Mn and I will never come back here again! I walked out of there fast and in a hurry.

Idk if it’s just me but I try not to leave bad reviews I wanted to give this place a good one because the ladies were nice to me but I think a little of the work done on my nails it’s just not hitting the spot for me ! I even went back to get them fix because they were a little too square and I wanted coffin shape but then the mess around my cuticles I just don’t like how messy that looks ! And I was just too embarrassed to tell them because I didn’t wanted to seem like high maintenance but the more I look at them I just don’t like them :/Update:I went back to get my nails fixed today and Steve and his wife were very sweet and polite and eager to help me with my nails ! This time my nails look so much better and I love them !! I’m definitely going back because they not only redo my nails but offered %10 discount for my next service !!! I also posted of my new set!!! ❤️

I hated this place!!! Never ever again! I usually get my nails done at a place in Richardson because I work in Richardson so I usually go after a long day at work, but today was my day off and didnt want to drive all the way to Richardson. I decided to try this place thats closer to my home and it opened not too long ago. Plus,I love getting my brows done at the place next door. I wanted to give this place a chance because its closer to my home and it actually looked nice and clean when I came in. I regret it!!! The guy who did my nails was terrible. He was so rude. Worst customer service ever. He didnt even greet me. He kept barking orders at me and pointing..do this do that. Sit down. I tried giving him my polish I had picked and he just looked at it and ignored me. Left my hand hanging. I though: well maybe its been a long day for him.. I get it. I have those days too. I work at a clinic and I know its hard having to be nice all day,especially at the end of the day when its time to almost go home, but there was no need for him to be this mean. Then he went on to do everything else in a hurry. The worst was the job he left me in the end. He didnt even ask me how long I wanted my nails or how short and just started cutting away. After he finished, he put my own shoes on instead of giving me new flip flops and was like okay you can leave. Didnt even tell me to wait to dry off my feet or anything. He was just like: okay leave. So I just stood there like..what? I paid and even gave him a good tip. The guy who charged me did ask me how was everything but all I said was fine. I didnt want to complain about him but one thing is for sure is that Im neverrrrr coming back to this place and boycotting it for sure. Going to tell everyone I know to avoid it as well. Im sharing pictures of the terrible job this dude made. Shouldve asked his name, but its okay.. not planning on seeing his face again for sure. There were other things I saw about this place I didnt like but Ill let others judge it themselves. Many other customers around werent too happy either with their jobs. Hope this place gets better nails techs for their own good. As for me Ill stick to my place I go to in Richardson instead.

I was so excited to get my nails done. I wanted just regular set and was talked into getting the more expensive nails by the technician. It was around closing time when my nails were done and I rushed out. Once I got home I realized my nails looked like they needed refilled. After a few days my finger started hurting and I noticed there was a black piece of acrylic deep in the side of my finger. Then after a week the nails started falling off

Husband and wife shop always have a million colors patterns and designs. The female owner does buildups (no tip) with nexgen that helps me with thin nails (can’t file much) when I cant Add a tip. Open late, during the week specials, been coming for years! Hit this up before going to love field airport- I have. Out under an hour

I went here for a straightforward gel manicure today nothing fancy and she barely did anything. I asked to have my nails filed down and rounded, she didn’t neither. She was on her phone a lot and the polish came out with air bubbles and was not smooth. The edges of my nails were rough and uneven. She had the nerve to ask for a tip. She was a sweet lady but the nails were no good.

I’m always really happy with my sets but today was completely different. From the start everything was wrong. The lady cut my cuticles(twice) and made me bleed, I wanted coffin and obviously this isn’t the shape, there’s excessive amount of acrylic on my fingers and the experience was terrible. One of the workers kept staring at me, another one looked at me up and down, and the workers kept talking loud and laughing. It was terrible.

Went there yesterday with my daughter and husband for pedi. The ppl seem very nice but the quality of work is not good. The lady i had didnt kno how to do any design i ask for so she put a couple of diamands on my big toe tht has already fallen off she didnt put clear coat. She cut one of my toes twice it was bleeding idk i paid like 75$ and was very dissapointed the more i look at my feet the more dissapointed i am. Will not be going back there. It was an unskilled rushjob

Went twice. Both times I had to go back because the gel polish lifted and peeled within just a couple of hours. The second time the nails began lifting as well with just normal wear. They ended coming off at right around 10 days and normally mine last much longer. For the cost it wasnt worth it. I will not be going back. Very disappointed.

Used to get my nails done by Jenny because I loved how she did my nails but as soon as she had a customer waiting on her she would rush on me and not do a very good job like she usually does so I switched to Tom and he is amazing. Love how he takes his time and is so attentive on his work. You don’t even have to tell him something is wrong because he makes sure his job is completely right.

Have gone twice and both times the lady with black glasses and short hair has been rude to both me and my mom. When I would ask her a question concerning my nails she would answer me very rude and then proceed to talk bad about me to her co-workers. She also was very rude to my mom. If you do go I recommend having the men do your nails they are much nicer than the ladies and can do a good job.

So I went to go get my nails done here about a week ago and already I need a refill smh I went and btw I will say this my nails came out beautiful however here were the things I wish had taken placed. One, I asked for simple Acrylic full set on my hand nails and my toes nails with u know one Regular color nail polish, well unfortunately that didn’t happen. The person who Had greeted me at the front door kept insisting that they did not have regular clear acrylic but only powder so unfortunately I had to go with that since he kept saying that there was no regular clear acrylics. I just wanted some simple acrylic right but now it’s gonna cost me a little more to get the powder colored acrylic which I sincerely did not want but because of the information that was given to me I went along with it. When it came time to do my toenails know I wanted a full set on those as well but they ended up doing an overlay which I didn’t mind however they charge me as if they did a regular faucet on my toenails in which they did not they did an overlay which is no longer holding up on my toes lol see this is why I asked for an full set on tie nails. Now after everything was done I wasn’t dissatisfied on how it looked I was only dissatisfied that I was not heard properly when I made request they weren’t heard that’s what kind of upset me. Also when it came time to finish the lady who is doing my nails and then try to upscale me with the sale about doing something about doing my eyebrows which at first I kept saying no no no no yet again feel like she’s not gonna stop asking me saying only 7 dollars I’m like lady lol wow . Look I don’t mind being asked if I’d like maybe twice but if I keep telling you no please please don’t keep asking me let twice be enough and just say ok well I hope next visit then. When I came there my thoughts were to spend at least up to $70 or somewhere around that price range unfortunately I ended up spending $112 and that was including tip but overall I might’ve satisfied with their work no not at all I got coffin shape my nail person knew what they were doing, but on everything else I was displeased. I wanted to go back and get refills but I’m afraid it might cost me waaaay to High again.

I really liked my how my nails looked after my first experience here, so I decided to return EVEN THOUGH they caused me to bleed during my pedicure. When I returned, I bled during my mani and pedi, and it was painful. This happened over a week ago and my toe still hasn’t fully healed. Basically, don’t let them “tweeze” the skin around your nails. I’m bummed because I thought I’d finally found a great nail shop in Dallas - especially at this price point.

Worst service my hand nails look like a mess. I needed a fill by the next day. She tried to charge me $5 extra for a shape that my nail already had. Avoid the lady with the black glasses on and short hair. She is the only problem there. Other than that pedicures are ok.

Im so pissed and dissapointed. I decided to try this place because its just around the corner from my apartment and because of the good reviews. I sat there like an idiot for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to give me a pedicure. Not once did someone look over at me or ask me what I was there for except when I walked in a lady told me to pick a color then helped someone else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. There was only 3 customers in there. THREE. One lady literally sat right next to me after giving a lady a 3 minute back massage on the pedicure chair and sat on the couch on her phone then walked off to the back. Another 3 or so employees passed by me and didnt ask me anything or let alone glance my way. I finally got up and left. This type of customer service is ridiculous. If youre willing to try it, go at your own risk. Unless youre there to spend alot of money or are a regular they wont help you even if it is on a mid Thursday afternoon when theres NOBODY there.

I would give this place no stars if i could!!!!This place is horrible! went once for a full set and one of the nail techs did them crooked and tried to say my fingers were like that! Im not those people who like to to start something so i just let another tech fix them. I Tried to give them a chance again with my eyebrows since i was in a hurry. The girl that did my eyebrows did them in such a hurry, and even left one eyebrow with a bald spot and the other with hair still on there i do not recommend this place to anyone.
