Me and my sister went to get our nails done together. It was our first time here. I had been searching for a new nail salon for a while and I really couldn’t find anywhere decent but I came here based on the reviews. The salon was cute, clean, and everybody was super nice. We both got dip. The first thing was that the lady doing my nails didn’t really look at the form they ask you to fill when you come in. She came up to me and asked what color I was wanting. I assumed she looked at the form and saw what I was wanting but wanted to confirm the color. Once she started doing them, I noticed it wasn’t what I asked for. I explained this to her and pointed at my form and you can tell she felt bad. I was very understanding. I know mistakes happen so I went with what she was doing. My sisters nails started popping off after a few days. I thought she was being too rough on her hands but mine started cracking almost a week later. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I get my nails almost every month and this was the first time a dip nail has ever cracked so easily and so soon. I’m not rough on my hands whatsoever. I do light work. I’m a little disappointed. I was hoping I finally found a good place.

A fantastic pedicure with very short walk in wait time. The massage chairs are comfortable, Kim gave an amazing pedicure and just the right amount of conversation. You get a free drink of your choice and they just relax your week away. I recommend the coffee scented oil, very warm, comforting scent. Go treat yourself at this pretty and welcoming spot!

Did an amazing job on my pedicure and my nails. I 100% recommend this place! I wish I got the lady’s name that did my nails she did absolutely amazing it was my first time doing something other then my natural nail. She recommended what would work best for the look I wanted and recommend other options I could try along the way. I will 100% be returning for her!

I went for the first time this past weekend & my experience with the pedicure was phenomenal. They didnt rush & they actually scrubbed your quarantine toes & took their time with everything. You also get two complimentary cocktails! They even have a kids menu (me & my daughter had a little girls date 🤩)!

Fefe, Rose, and Lee Lee really helped me out my feet looked like a homeless persons feet, and my nails were horrible. Lee Lee got me in at the last minute, and she was nice. Fefe did my nails and was sweet. She cares about nails being even. Rose she was good at getting my dead skin off my feet. Sure, did I spend time and $$$? Yes, but I felt very blessed after my visit. If in the Casa Linda area its worth taking time for yourself and going to Aria. 💋

It can be difficult to find a good nail place that isn’t too much but does great work. Aria Nail Bar marks both and more- it’s nice and clean, they have plenty of staff, they have an almost completely full bar that is complimentary, tons of color choices, and most importantly they know what they’re doing! They do take walk-ins but it’s better to make an appointment. I gave four stars instead of five because it’s a pretty large establishment and I prefer smaller spaces; but that’s just me.

Went with a friend for a pedi and loved how clean and nice the staff was so decided to start coming for my nails. Made an appointment and had a bad start but the Manager fixed it and made sure I got amazing service. His Wife Han is amazing and an amazing artist and makes sure my nails are perfect!! Love her and most definitely will be back because of her .

I got my nails done by Ly and she did a PHENOMENAL job. Best my nails have looked. She spent so much time making sure each nail was perfect, and was really helpful in figuring out how I wanted the design to look. I cannot recommend Ly enough.

Unfortunately not a good experience for me! Despite having an appointment and filling out a paper, nobody paid attention to what service I had requested. I wanted a simple french but was asked to pick a color and I had to interrupt the nail tech because he startwd working without even looking at the instructions. The tools had obviously not been cleaned and he wore no gloves (even though the other nail techs did). He also almost cut my finger while shortening the tips because of his carelessness and he dipped the french so far on the edge, it looked like it had already grown out since two weeks. The worst was though that instead of using a proper tool, he used his pinky nail to clean the skin around my nails. It had residue of different nail polishes stuck to it which transferred onto my nails. There was also hair or fiber from the ragged towel he used as placemat very visible enclosed on three of my nails. I did not say anything because if somebody does not see anything wrong with this, there is no point and I just wanted to get done. The salon made a good and clean first impression, staff was friendly and there are plenty of good reviews so I was ok with the price but for the unhygienic and unprofessional service Ive gotten that day, way too overpriced.

This is what i asked for... this is what i got. they were extremely rude when told these were NOTHING like the picture. they said it was my fault because i told them to do it like that and when i asked for them to redo it, they said it would cost extra. they said to shape them in the almond shape it would cost more... that’s absolutely unreasonable. eventually after much disagreement they accepted my request to redo my nails. they still charged me.

My 2nd visit here and it was such a disappointment.. they charged me more than they did the first time for the exact same thing, but quality was very poor! My nails were not shaped how I asked, she said she couldnt do them how I wanted, but they did it perfectly the first time with no problem. She messed up my nails and made gashes on my nails with one of the tools. I found out the nail tech who made a great impression on me my first visit, Lily, is no longer there.. I was hoping the lady doing my nails this time would also do my nails great but she could not measure up to lily 😞 IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO GET A HOLD OF LILY, OR WHERE HER NEW SALON IS PLEASE LET ME KNOW! SHE IS GREAT!

Ive only been here once, and my mom and I went to get pedicures. We just walked in on a Saturday during the early afternoon, and it was not too busy. We were pretty much sat immediately, and the people at the front were super nice. We chose the basic pedicure for $28, I believe. Pretty color selection. The inside of this place is pretty big and is super clean. TVs throughout. The chairs were really comfortable. We were offered drinks but declined. All of the staff is so nice and accommodating. The lady who did my toes was sweet and gentle, because Im super ticklish. The leg massage felt sooo good. She did a really awesome job. I would definitely recommend this salon.

After moving to a new area and searching for a new nail salon for over a year, I landed upon Aria and will be a forever customer. The customer service is unmatched and I always have an amazing experience.Ly, Vy, FeFe, and Amy have always provided me with exceptional service and they are all highly recommended!

I have been coming to this nail shop faithfully from the moment I moved to Texas. It’s right down the street from my home. Never again will I come back. Me and my 7 year old daughter sat in this nail shop for almost and hour today. Sitting there wasn’t a problem at all, because again this is the one I’ve been coming to. The problem is we sat in this nail shop again for almost and hour. 2 white ladies walk in and explain how they needed to be gone by a certain time( Mind you I’ve been sitting here for almost and hour) I keep saying this over and over, because I want people to get a clear understanding and why I am heated. So these ladies pretty much explain how they are on a timed schedule. Just as myself. Instead of a nail tech coming to me. They get a nail tech immediately after being in the store for about 5 minutes. I explain my situation to a manager and she proceeds to say “Well in some cases” she starts talking about appointments. I tell her “The ladies had no appointment” I heard their whole conversation when they walked into the shop. Then the manager talks about what they are getting done to their nails. Personally, I don’t care what these women had to do or what they were getting done. I WAS THERE FIRST. For almost and hour. Moral of the story this nail shop was wrong for allowing those ladies to go before me. Everyone’s time is valuable INCLUDING MINES! The right thing to have done was take care of me since I was there first. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will not spend another dime in this shop, because these ladies was allowed to get service before me WITHOUT an appointment, because of them being on a timed schedule. You do not treat customers this way when they are spending money in your shop every 2 weeks. I don’t care how people feel about this shop. WRONG IS WRONG! and this was completely WRONG! If it was the other way around and I had gotten service before those ladies after they had been there for an hour I would have understood their complaint completely.

They have great customer services and are awesome but they don’t really do the nails with quality depending On the nail tech been there a few times and I’ve only liked my nail outcome twice the money is not worth the quality of the nail

They are extremely sorry, tried this place a couple times and each time was very disappointed. I went for a soak off and there’s still acrylic on my nails, went for pedicure and it was not done correctly, and she kept hurting me in the process and when I told her she got upset at me? If you can avoid this nail place.

I just want to start off by thanking Ling and Mimi for their wonderful services. I feel bad that I didnt catch the guys name who did my daughters (8) nails. They all did an amazing job. My anxiety doesnt allow me to experience much as I overthink and Im honestly really insecure about my feet. I had been researching the Aria nail bar for months before just biting the bullet. I am SO happy I did! The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing! Omg I got the silver pedi package, I almost melted into the chair. I didnt feel rushed or even ashamed. I genuinely felt comfortable. I wasnt expecting miracles but my feet and hands look amazing. Drinks were awesome. Prices were good. I definitely will be back.

They tried to take advantage of my nieces and overcharged them for their nails. They were also trying to force them into buying food, repeatedly insisting they are hunger when they said they were fine. They also made fun of one my 12 year old nieces nails while working on their nails. Absolutely terrible service and the quality of the nails are terrible as well with bubbles in them. Find another place to get your nails done and avoid this one.

Andy for pedicures. He takes his time & always gives amazing massages. I had surgery on my left foot & he is so careful and still manages to get that foot feeling right as well. Always ask for him for my pedi.

I ask for acrylics coffin shape they were not straight at all they were really uneven.They charged me almost 50 dollars and they just one solid color no design or gems.Although the service is awesome they take great care of their customers.

I have visited this location twice already for the same work, new acrylic set. Both times i was assigned to the nail tech named Tracey. Tracey is supposed to be one of the only techs in that nail bar that know how to work with Acrylic powder. Both times i was disappointing at her technique to apply the powder. She does not take her time to apply and mold the powder as she goes. she just puts the powder and tries to fix any imperfection by filing and fixing the nail. my biggest issue i have with nail techs is they do not know how to take any criticism weather it is good or bad. IF I AM THE ONE PAYING FOR THE NAILS AND SERVICE IT BETTER BE HOW I WANT THEM AND ASK THE TECHS TO DO THEM. I AM NOT PICKY AT ALL BUT I DO LIKE TO MAKE SURE MAY NAILS ARE EVEN AND RIGHT. But any time i would ask Tracey to add a bit more powder on one corner or nail she would always comeback saying i will file it and it would look good. This makes me so mad because i now know the outcome of the nails Tracey builds and makes and it is poor work and technique. So now i have a new apportionment for the 3rd time with a different tech Hanna. I am still trying to give them a shot and hope this 3rd time around meets my expectations especially for the type of nail bar this is. unless the nail bar will pay for my full set completely they can do my nails as they please.

Tried Aria for the first time on Friday and the results were not satisfactory. I was headed out of town for the holiday so had to wait until Monday. Walked in and showed them my nails and was immediately taken to a station and was given the best treatment. Thank you Ly for fixing my nails!! I love them! I will not say the name of the tech who messed them up. Just glad I gave Aria a chance to fix the mistake. Love this place!! 😍

For a girls day, my young daughters and I came in for a bit of pampering. Peter, at the front, was very attentive and even changed the channel on the tv for the girls to watch something that they would enjoy. The ladies that provided services for us for very good and made sure the girls were comfortable! This was the time time for us, and wont be our last! Glad I looked up places to go and found this place. Side note: they have a complimentary full service bar for 21 and up! Ill be coming back next time lasted in the day to enjoy it!!

I was greeted at the door and they have ALOT of colors to choose from. The pedicure and Nexgen I got was amazing and they also have a variety of drinks they offer. The Mai Tai was so good😊

Best manicure I’ve had in a long time! Got a gel mani from FiFi. She was thorough, made sure it was perfect, and ended with a mood-changing hand massage. This will be my new regular spot.

I went to Aria yesterday because I could not get to my normal place to to the heavy rain and flooding.The place has been completely redone from the place that was there. It used to be New World Nail and Spa. And I loved that place. The new place is just as nice looking and a little bit bigger.However, what they fail to tell you is that they add their tip in with their service and then give you the option to tip on top of that when you pay your bill. Most people dont realize that and go ahead and tip again anyway. So basically I wound up double tipping. Dont get me wrong, it was decent enough service. Just not worth it to tip twice. And to top it off, within 24 hours I have 2 of my nails lifting and trying to break. I am debating whether to screw up my schedule for today and go back and have them fix them or just get the super glue and deal with it myself. For what I paid, I should make them redo it. I just dont have the time to go all the way across town to deal with it.

As someone who is photographed constantly, there is no room for error. When In Dallas, I love Aria and their staff. It’s nice to be able to get all of my services in one beautiful salon. Mani-dip, pedi-gel, body and brow wax, along with facials; they even do lashes. Of course all with champagne! The manager Vi, is a powerhouse. Tell her Lorenzo sent you!

A menu is available of options for manicures and pedicures ranging from hot stones, paraffin, and scented oils. Nail polish choices are abundant.Staff are very friendly, and are very thorough.The salon is clean, comfortable, and well lit. The chairs are roomy, and have great massage programs. In short, the salon is lux.I highly recommend this salon.

My first visit was wonderful. Ly was the tech that did my solar pink and white but when it was time to get a fill I saw the tech named Tracy and she did a terrible job. They ask if its your first time and they lay the red carpet out but if you return its at your own risk.

The environment is so nice, and the people who work there totally doted over our group. My gel nails have lasted over 2 weeks, and regular pedicure still looks great. Love this place!

Anna did the best job on my nails. I brought in a photo of what I wanted and she made it come to life. This is my new spot!!!!!! They really did a wonderful job with the design and layout. And not to mention I was able to sip a margarita while I got my nails done!!!

Never going here again. The worker I was assigned was VERY rude! I tried showing her a picture of what I wanted, and she kept trying to get me to pick something else. AND, she spoke very little English which made it hard to understand what she was saying. And when she was filing my nails, she kept hurting me. My nails turned out “okay”, but I was still disappointed that it wasn’t what I wanted them to do. Wish I could get my money back.

Gorgeous & exceptionally clean. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is excellent- very polite & professional. I had a mani/pedi with gel polish & my daughter had tips. VERY relaxing. We’re several days out from our visit & no chips or problems at all. I’ll definitely be back.

For the second time I was in this nail salon, they gave me a man to make me classic manicure, and I dont normally like men because they do not know how to do it accurately, anyway we started and he cut my finger, it was bleeding and he started laughing and called another man who worked at the front desk and both started laughing with my finger bleeding. Horrible experience, I will NEVER return. Be careful. You might lose the top of your finger there. Seriously
