My first time and easily not my last. Glad to be introduced to this place because its a 9.5 out of 10 from atmosphere to experience. The staff are friendly and quick to set you up when youve scheduled your appointment. Walk-ins are totally fine but not recommended during the busiest days. Dont leave things up to chance if you have a choice. My technician was excellent from start to finish, giving me a prime experience on my not so bad, but could be better feet. The citrus pedicure was brilliant, the massage chair was so relaxing and the complimentary drinks were pretty good. I definitely will be back!

I was visiting Dallas and looked up places to get my nails done and oh.my.God!!! Such an amazing place! I had the amazing opportunity to get my toes done by Cindy 💖 yall, she has such attention to detail and doesnt rush you at all. She takes her time and works on your cuticles, getting those hangnails out, etc. If I ever come back to Dallas, I will be coming back here! I got the Lavender package and it was perfect! And I got my nails done but hands down, best pedicure Ive ever had!

I have been here the last couple of months and can confidently say I’ve not been disappointed. Any other salon I’ve been to has been hit or miss - I’ve had several different people do my nails here and all are wonderful at what they do. I’ll go here as long as I’m in Dallas or close to it! Absolutely loved the experience at Aura. It’s been a good year since I’ve gone to a nail salon, as I like to paint my own nails and am very particular about my nail shape. Steven did such an amazing job on my nails! He was very kind and meticulous from start to finish. I asked to keep my existing length and shape, with a dip powder overlay. He executed my request with such ease and end result was PERFECT.Might I add that the cocktail I had was the best Lemon Drop I’ve had in a long time also!Overall; skilled nail tech, delicious drinks, and good vibes! 💜

Absolutely loved AURA! My nail tech was Kelly, and she did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable. She recommended a different technique for dip that would make my nails look smoother and last longer!

The service was great and the wait was no more than 15 minutes. This is a really nice salon. The polish looked good for about two hours. After my shower, this is what I ended up with. I have never experienced melting polish. This lasted less than 24 hours.

This is my 2nd visit to this nail bar. I came back because of my 1st visit. This time it was Ivan on the pedicure & he did a great job! The next was the nails done by Tuang this is where it went south.. She rushed through my nail service because they were short staffed. I leave,get out of the dim inside to daylight & see that my nail were horrible. They are raised so high, it looks like press on nails not professionally done. Rushing to get to the next dollar is sooo not cool.No smooth transition from thecuticle at all!! If it wasn’t for Ivan this rating would be much lower.

Came here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. Only 10 min wait. Had a pedicure with Ellie and powder dip manicure with Sally. Both great. Salon was clean and has tons of color options. Will definitely be back!

Found this nail spa based on reviews and it definitely lives up to 5 stars! Sally gives an awesome neck and shoulder massage and pedicure. The detox pedicure is the BEST!!!

Amazing experience. I went in 1 hour before closing for a soak off and dip powder if my natural nails. My nail tech immediately greeted me and asked if I wanted a cocktail. I casually mentioned I would come back for a pedicure next time. He instantly changed course with out any fuss, added on a pedicure service. Another nail tech started working on my hands while he worked on my feet. The drinks were flowing and both executed my hands and feet flawlessly. I will definitely be back! Ivy and QB were great! I had to create an account to make this review. This is the best nail spa I’ve been to in my life. It literally made my entire day. I went to get a bad pedicure acrylic job fixed. Was immediately seated. My toes came out BEAUTIFUL. Ambers attention to detail is amazing! I have literally never had that good of a foot and leg massage. Margarita was so good. Everyone was so nice. Prices so reasonable Overall just the best experience ever. This is for sure my new permanent nail place. ASK 4 AMBER!!!

They do SUCH a great job here and the ambiance is perfect. I absolutely love their work and everyone is so nice and helpful. My only issue is that making an appointment is irrelevant, because you wait in the normal line anyway. I had an appointment at 3 and they didn’t start working on my nails until 3:30. A first world problem, but something to be aware of.

Maya was amazing! She helped me with my toes and my nails both of which are for my wedding this month. She paid attention to detail she was patient with me and she even made me laugh. She made the time enjoyable and relaxing and I would definitely recommend all my friends to come and see her.

Absolutely love Aura Nail bar! I have been coming here for about a year and have never been disappointed. The service, attention to detail and customer care is unbeatable. I have brought friend and family here who have switched their nail salons to Aura. Some even make a 40 minute drive!I highly recommend either walking in or making an appointment with Michael, Judy or Mia.

Could not do the simple nails I wanted, did not want to give me prices and my dip nails broke not even 2 days after getting them. The women doing my friends nails we nice but everyone else was rude. They tried to ignore us at the front of the line and start serving people behind us. I will never go to this place again. I have never had this bad an experience before.

Been coming here since they first opened and I have to say Sky the manager is very professional and have good bedside manners when it comes to customer service, sitting clients down, and asking what they would like to drink. They have a full bar that has complimentary drinks. I would definitely recommend Maya for nails and pedis. She takes her time and will do a really good job on both your nails and toes, perfectionist to the fullest, and also specialize in nail art. Just show her a picture and she can do it!

Great place drinks pack a wallop! Besides waiting a bit longer than was expected -nail tech worked quickly and efficiently. Finished in record time. Large space great uptown atmosphere. Friendly and well priced. A fun place to go with girlfriends.

By far the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. So relaxing! So clean! We are visiting from Detroit and I would fly back to come here!! So magical !!! Cindy and Ivy were absolutely amazing!

I don’t know why more salons don’t do nails and pedi at the same time. No one wants to sit in the salon for 2 hours. The shop is beautiful. I feel like a queen. Took me 6 months to find a good spot. Add on the callus remover and paraffin treatment for the pedicure. My feet have not been this soft in years.I’ve never waited more than a few minutes and always leave feeling good.

They make sure everything is done neatly and keep you relaxed.

The front desk is very rude, the rest of the staff is amazing. The little Asian dude at the front desk thinks he owns the place, he never tries to make the appointments on time when I book it. I had an appointment at 7:00 and we didn’t get started till 7:30. He’s very unprofessional yet the staff is great. He will catch these hands if he keeps being rude

Today I took my mom and niece to get their pedis here. Honestly I just looked up the salon with good reviews and close to where my niece lived. I wasn’t expecting much cause I’m from California (super strict restrictions) and heard in Texas everyone is running around freee. Lol I was pleasantly surprised when I came in. They took our temperature, everyone was masked up. We signed in and was seated distanced from others. When seated they even asked if we would like a drink. During my mom’s pedi.. I looked around and saw how even though they were busy they still tried to social distance everyone. During such a rough year for everyone and esp this salon (heard they opened not too long before the pandemic happened) they are really trying their best and doing a great job at it. The 2 girls working on my family (even though 1 wasn’t very talkative) they did great. Both took their time and was nice and professional.Hope everyone remembers that even though we are towards the end of this pandemic but small businesses are still suffering and trying to rebuild.Thank you Aura for taking care of us today. =)Ps we got the 2nd pedi (Orange something) had everything you would need if you haven’t had a pedi in awhile plus the pricing was super reasonable.

Celebrating a milestone birthday, so I decided to research some nail salons in the area. Being new to town, it was difficult to find a place that met my expectations like my salon back home. Delighted to say, AURA nail bar exceeded my expectations.They were flexible to book me last minute after work hours, gave me star service ensuring I had a drink to sip while I was pampered, and gave me exactly what I wanted in respect to my mani pedi.I had the pleasure of meeting Alice (pedi) and Jackie (mani). These ladies topped off the experience with thoughtful detailing and engaging conversations. Between the ambiance and the professional experience, I will be visiting again soon!

Great people amaizing nails works

Came here with a friend today and had the most relaxing experience. Full bar, had two mojitos and got a manicure & pedicure. We spent over $100 per person, but worth every nickel. I feel like Ive been on a very relaxing and stress free vacation.

If you want to take a trip to Urgent Care and be on antibiotics for 42days or more go right ahead. I use to love this place until Sarah left. I’ve tried three nail techs and the last one failed me. I started off by going to Steven, my nails were good but he couldn’t deliver when it came to the shape I wanted. Furthermore, my nails would pop off and I would have to pay for repairs every time.I then came across Sarah and when I say she was the bomb.com she was all of that. She was gentle, patient and good at what she did. Sarah moved away for school so I had to find someone else to do my nails. I made an appointment and I told them that I was a little hesitant to have anybody else do my nails. They told me not to worry and that they will have “the best” person do my nails which was Judy. So while Judy doing my nails she’s getting impatient bc I’m very particular about my nails especially when I paid close to $100 with tip for a fill. Fast forwarding to now. On 5/20/21 I had my nails removed and found fungus underneath both of my two pinky nails. I never had anything like that happened and I’ve been getting my nails done since 5th grade and might I add that I’m also a licensed cosmetologist. I then informed the Judy of what happened she immediately try to reverse it on me and say that she don’t know what I did and that Sarah put them on so it was either me or Sarah’s fault and not hers. Wrong, I was due for a my fill which was 2.5 weeks later and that’s when it had developed. Judy then tells me that many of her clients get it and that it’s normal (as a client walks up) I show the client and informed her that nail fungus is not normal and that it can cause health issues if left untreated. Michael then walks up and tells me to go to Sally’s and get nail fungus polish. I told him no thank you and that all Im asking for is to cover my medical expenses at this point he agreed to and told me to go to urgent care and bring the bill back along with my medication receipt. I did that abd once I got there he said he would contact his insurance and get everything figured out. Well it’s coming up on three weeks and I have not heard anything from them. Every time I call they tell me that he’s busy and will call back or that he’s not there. I have a busy schedule which permits me from just walking in and at this point I’m fed up with their lies and unprofessionalism. I started going to Aura during the pandemic when no one was there and I regret it because this is how they treat clients that have supported them when the world was in a crisis. It goes to show you that they are all about money. After my experience I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I love coming here! It’s so modern and beautiful, free cocktails, and the staff is SO friendly!!! I get my pedi and full set, and each time it feels like they genuinely care about doing it and ensuring you’re relaxed and love the final result. This is the only place I go!

Aura is a fabulous stop for anyone needing anything. I’d recommend Sally for your nails- she’s quick and able to adhere to your every ask and wine preference. Defo make this your next nail stop.

Very clean and chic nail spa. I love that they have a very extensive nail polish selection and the pedicure; WOW! It was excellent! However, it was kind of expensive. Overall, I would recommend it.

My Cousin and I got our pedicure done for the first time here. It was great experience. The shop is very clean, bright and soothing music is a plus. Friendly staff who took their time.IVAN did my pedicure, he is gentle, polite and detailed. Communication there is easy. Jason got my cousin pedi, he is fun and did a wonderful job. Ly or Lee I didn’t get a chance to ask a right name, she was amazing as well. Highly recommend this place!Ask for IVAN AND JASON. Very satisfied!!

This place is super nice instead and the ladies working were amazing and when I first got my nails done they look so good! But after only a week they are cracking on the sides and growing out and it looks like I already need a fill. I got dip & overall the nails were very expensive so I’m upset they’re not lasting very long

Although the manicure and pedicure were good, they are inconsiderate of client’s time. I had an appointment at 1:00pm with my sister. We got chairs almost immediately but waited until 2:15pm for services to begin. I was desperate for a manicure, or I would have left.

I love it there, Ivan and mya did such a great job. Ivan massages for pedicures are to die for! You guys got your self a new LOYAL customer! Very happy with my first experience @ Aura Nail Bar. De did my mani and Ivan my pedi...it was so relaxing with massages and hot wraps. I have neuralgia, and it was not painful. Ivan was very attentive to the amount of pressure on my feet.Everyone among the staff had masks on due to covid. They were all friendly, the mask helped with acrylic scents, yet it was minimal today. Staff was professional and down to earth. I will be returning!!!

I had a 2:00 appt and it’s 2:55 and they haven’t started on my nails. Two customers came in after me (Walk ins) and they were seen before me. I’m having to scramble to get into another nail salon to get my nails done since all they did was let my hands soak in acetone for way too long.
