Dip manicure was good and overall quality of service was good. Salon was clean and they worked quickly. My only complaint is that during the pedicure he destroyed my foot with the scrubber - literally have never experienced anything more rough. Left with my foot stinging and bleeding, the skin is totally raw. Will likely not be able to wear certain shoes for a few days.
The people are friendly and professional and the services are done pretty well. I’ve never walked out with a bad mani or pedi. Ever.I have had to, on a few occasions, wait a pretty long time past my scheduled appointment… but I guess that’s life in the fast, er, slow lane, right ?
Super good. Dont go anywhere else. From California and I was so happy and pleased with the serivces. Everyone was so wonderful and professional ❤️☺️❤️ Will never go anywhere else when Im in Dallas, neither should you dont waist time. Get it done here, right!👍👍👍
My go-to nail salon! The manager (I think under new management this year?) is a very gracious host and works hard to keep customers safe and satisfied. Shout out to Stephen, who does great work on my dip manicures! I’m not an SMU student, but it’s worth it to go there!
They are welcoming, treat you well, use quality products. They service men just as well as women. They are popular, so call ahead or book an appt.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Especially the manager, after her employee filed out my nail to where my nail blades were broken and bleeding, wanted to give me a 10% discount. I have never encountered such disrespect for an injury caused by an employee let alone a bad $50 manicure.
Everything here is sooo nice. I get my nails, toes, lashes, and now my brows done. Definitely very friendly and clean. What’s best is that they are patient and nonjudgmental. Very caring and they will try to cater to your needs to make you comfortable.
I used a new nail tech after mine left and I asked for someone who knew what they were doing when I booked my appointment. The tools they used were dirty and had already been used on other people. The shape of the nail was good but I asked for an ombré effect and it wasn’t really ombré at all, the colors didn’t really blend into each other well. Not only that but they were overly filed to the point of being too thin. My nails are breaking off like they’re stick on nails and I never break a nail so that was one sign that they were poorly done. I’m super disappointed because I really liked this salon when I first started coming and now I have to search for a new place again.
I have been trying to find a good nail salon since I moved to Dallas and have tried many salons and this place is the absolute best! Clean, the customer service is great, and they do a great job! Love this place!
I am in L O V E with this nail bar! The cleanliness and elegance of the salon was above the rest. Also the staff were super friendly and up-to-date with all the latest trends! Annie is by far my most favorite but EVERY tech in there are really good and experienced! And the best part... they’re so AFFORDABLE !!!
I can’t say nothing bad about this place. Love here so much and it become my regular place. The owner and staffs are so sweet, great at what they do and a pleasure to talk to. The salon is super clean and well kept with a lovely atmosphere. As an added bonus, if you need a massage ( shouders, body,..), they have amazing services. Absolutely a must try salon.
A 10 year old can do a better job. My nail look thick, not smooth and deformed.
I got dipped nails and a pedicure by Annie and she did a great job. She was very friendly and sociable. I will be going back. In regards to pricing it is priced like anywhere else but they do have discounts sometimes which is great.
Loved this place! Everyone was very nice and the service was great. The salon is very clean and all of the prices are stated up front (and they are priced well). Annie was awesome and I would highly recommend her!
Best nail salon in Dallas! The service is amazing. The employees are fast and attentive to detail.
Beautiful place and the cleanest salon in Dallas!! Kloe, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure her clientele is satisfied. A very relaxing atmosphere and such a convenient location to boot!
Had a great experience. powder dip and pedicure. Will be back for sure.Excellent service, super clean, colors are organized and easy to pick and they people who work here are delightful. Highly recommend.
New salon and new owners to the area. Not to pricey for the area either. Sarah does a great job on pedicures. For people who are on their feet all day try the jelly pedicure. I will most definitely be back here.
Love this place! I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done! Lots of colors and designs to choose from, a very clean salon, and the massage chairs are AMAZING!
Really beautiful! I tried it out for the first time today and it’s brand new, very neat and clean, great service and good drink! Oh- and no wait :)
Staff was rushing and so rough with cuticles and nails they almost ripped my nail off! 2 a.m. and Im in severe pain and cant sleep. When I asked them to be more gentle, they were rude and my nails were half done. 👎 I should have walked out. Train your staff.
Sparkles and luxury are the first two words that come to mind when you visit Aria Mockingbird. Chandeliers and plush pedicure chairs with large TVs tunes into hgtv and peaceful music in the background. There is a broad array of colors including OPI and Essie of course. The staff here are welcoming and friendly.I came for a herbal pedicure and chose the eucalyptus scent for muscle relaxation. You get to pick your own scent so major plus. Annie was my nail tech and she was friendly and thorough which is a must for a pedicure. My herbal pedicure started off with limes in the water so the aroma was very pleasant. Then my legs were massaged with a herbal scrub to exfoliate my skin and then I was massages with eucalyptus oil. The aromatherapy aspect makes it even more relaxing. After taking care of the standard pedicure protocol like cuticles and nail clipping then came the hot stones. A hot stone massage with essential oils took it to the next level. Very relaxing experience and the paraffin wax is the icing on the cake. Smooth skin, herbal relaxation and fresh ingredients for the win. Annie took her time and I felt like I was the only person getting a pedicure. No rush and great quality work. Ill be back for sure to try the jelly pedicure next.
Huge. Clean fast efficient. Reasonable pricing. Will be back
Went in for a pedicure lady filed me down till I bled. Only to say sorry and she put super glue to stop the bleeding. I wasn’t able to get my wax due to my toe bleeding. All she offered was to massage a little more longer which she didn’t do that either lol.
This place may be clean, but the actual services are not worth a visit. My nails were left uneven in shape, and my cuticles were cut unevenly as well.As for the pedicure, the nail technician cut too deep on my nail. Not only did this cause bleeding, but left the nail itself in terrible condition. Finally, both massages were less than one minute. When I explained my concerns to the host, he did nor said anything. There are much better nail salons right around the corner. Dont waste your money here.
No bar, but it is a vary good service!
Everyone was nice however the service was mediocre. I expected more; they did not look professionally done.
This was my first time coming. The place is beautiful, and the service is wonderful! I got exactly what I asked for
Great massage with the pedi and very pleased with how the dip turned out! Excellent service and relaxing environment!
Ive been to probably 100 nail salons, and have never been to a place with such great customer service and quality as Aria. Annie is an amazing technician and is too sweet, and Chloe does an incredible job of running the place. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
The place was okay. The lady who did my nails did a good job but the people who worked on my sister weren’t good. She got a gel manicure and they made her bleed twice. Her pedicure wasn’t that good either. I got dipped and it was supposed to be $40 but the shaping is $5 extra which is said no where on their prices. I don’t think I’ll return.
Best in town. New, clean Nail salon and has the best price in Dallas.
GO HERE! You won’t regret it. So many drink options and nail colors to choose from 🤩I’ve lived in Dallas all of my life and getting gel or dip nails for years now - this salon by far has the BEST customer service, inexpensive, mani pedi experience and nail dip job I have EVER received. I have been to plenty of different salons all over the city and there has always been something off, either a bad nail or bad customer service, even at the most expensive salons. (I am kind of picky and OCD). The staff/technicians are well experienced (10+ years), not to mention they are SO kind and personable. Also, the owner/manager went out of her way to ensure my experience was not just good but relaxing and the best of the best. She owns the salon and is such an intelligent sweetheart! Can’t wait to continue supporting her well run business. 10/10 🤩My go to place was castle nail spa but I could never relax with their constant crowd - NOT ANYMORE. I’ve FINALLY found my go to spot for everything! Couldn’t be happier.
The place is brand new, just tried it out. I got a mani/pedi, very decent prices. They are attentive and good, my nails look awesome.
This was my first mani/pedi since going through cancer treatment for the last 10 months. Chloe, Hal (Not sure if I spelled his name correct), and Annie were great. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff is very personable. They did a great job on my nails. They had a 20% Grand Opening discount, but without the discount, its a great price. I will definitely be back.
Very classy place, LOVE Evona SHE IS AWESOME!!
Have no memory of visiting this place
They do a good job
