Customer service was awful compared to most other nail salons I’ve been to and my nails look cheap. I would not recommend this place.

Wonderful place. Its my favorite in this entire region. Customer service is amazing and their services are adequately priced. Definitely recommended!

Always clean and they really do a great job

I came in to get a fill and gel polish. The guy that did my nails, did not know what he was doing. While sanding one of my nails, it was burning..I believe he sanded into my real nail. It has been 2 days, and my pinky finger is still hurting. I will never go back there, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. This guy who is representing this business, needs to go back to school.

LOVE THIS NAIL PLACE !!! My nail tech was super awesome, treated me with care, a shaped my nails PERFECTLY !! The whole place is decorated fantastic clean and I will definitely be coming back !!!

It is difficult to communicate with most of the staff, while others are amazingly helpful. They recently hired an English speaking hostess whoseems to get it, but despite this new lady’s role to interpret and communicate nicely w customers, Holly continually screams inappropriate things about customers throughout the salon in her native tongue. Because of this, it puts everyone on edge. It is distressing to go there, instead of relaxing. I’ve seen other customers show they were disturbed by the constant screaming across the salon in Vietnamese, instead of just addressing the customer directly and assisting with their requests or needs. My 11 year old daughter was treated horribly today, after requesting a simple manicure/pedicure for a school trip she was preparing for, Holly told her staff to only do a polish change. The polish was peeling off before she even made it out the door. We have spent over $200/week in that salon for well over 10 years. We sadly wasted the one evening we had to get her mani pedi before her trip w Allure! :( We will never go back. They have always rushed through the mani/pedis and done mediocre work at best, yet we continued to go And tip well!! Again, we will never go back there. The $120,000 I have personally spent there, not to mention gift cards for others, obviously means nothing in that they could not even treat my little daughter w respect. Thumbs down!!!!!
