Made a last-minute appointment, booking online. Front desk was very pleasant and greeted me nicely. Had Nicole (naked pedicure) and Crystal (naked manicure). They did an excellent job. When client beside me left, salon immediately started cleaning. I felt very comfortable with the cleaning protocols. Nicole / Crystal made sure I was happy with the results, which I was. My first time here so next time I will do something more fun.

My sister introduced me to MiniLuxe and now its the nail salon my family & I all love going too!! The nail tools come in their own sterilization packet which Ive never seen before in a nail salon, it gives the experience a more peace of mind knowing that you’re taking care of! I was in the mood for something fun and Morgan did a beautiful job giving me this creative mani!

If you’re a new client, call and ask questions or don’t waste your money. I had no idea they didn’t remove dip from nails so I wasn’t able to get the service I booked, however, with the additional fee for removal I ended up paying the same for less service. If MiniLuxe books based on time like a doctor office then they should call clients the day before to review questions and need to know information. Techs were great which was a bonus.

I never write reviews but I felt compelled after my appointment because I was so impressed with this place. Staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the salon was the cutest. I love my nails and my technician was very nice and well informed of the services they offer. I was really impressed with how clean and neat the entire salon was, and it felt much more upscale and spa like. Absolutely plan on coming back and highly recommend swapping your normal nail salon for miniluxe!

I cannot say how much I love this place! Ashley is so professional with her team. They are always on time and ready for me when I come to my appointment. My nails always look classy and not tacky! I only wish that they had a location in Houston where I live now. When I go to Dallas it’s always a stop!

Awesome first experience! I walked in because most nail places open at 12 on Sunday and I really only had the morning available to get my nails done. Well, I’m sooooo glad I discovered this place. Great quality gel manicures and a unique, clean and top-knotch experience all together. My nail designer was Stephanie and I appreciate her hard word with getting my dip manicure off! 10/10, MUST try!

The minimal yet high end esthetic was absolutely gorgeous. The environment was impeccably clean, so clean it made me thing the air was filtered though a system that would be made by TESLA lol.As I entered, I was greeted by the store manager and another receptionist. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and answered my many questions in regards to services and the local area! The were also very fashion forward and as odd as this may sound THEIR MANIS and PEDIS WERE ON POINT, which resulted in me having gaining the confidence that this was going to be a great experience!Just when I thought it couldnt get better I meet the most amazing nail tech ever Crystal H. Her calming energy was unmatched. I thought I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted but had no clue how to articulate it. I came here recently for the first time with a friend and I was so impressed! I got a manicure using their Performance Polish and a pedicure. My nail artist Monica was professional and did a great job! My mani lasted for 10 days without chipping which is amazing for normal polish. I really appreciated all the precautions they took with COVID and I felt safe and comfortable during my services. I will definitely be back!

MiniLuxe was my go-to for pedicures because I absolutely love it’s nail polish. However, I am extremely disappointed with its gel polish and likely won’t return to this location due to the poor customer service. After exactly one week from my gel manicure, which cost $53, i noticed that the paint was starting to raise and peel. This was at night before Christmas Eve. I couldn’t contact the store fore the next two days because it was closed for the holiday.I called them the day after Christmas and explained the situation. Management declined my request to remedy the damaged mails because it had now need more than seven days (because I couldn’t reach them on the holiday) and said they’d charge me $5 a nail to fix them.As someone who goes to MiniLuxe regularly for such a long time, I was really bothered by their poor customer service. And more so by the poor quality of gel polish. Bad look, MiniLuxe. You lost a dedicated customer.I’ll be looking for a new salon.

I also learned so much about taking care of my nails and just an overall fantastic relaxing experience. They’re taking all precautions due to COVID and I’ll be returning for my next manicure soon!

I haven’t been to any salons due to Covid, but I was given a gift card to Miniluxe by someone who promised they were taking safety seriously. I got the recharge mani with gel polish and my nails look gorgeous. I’ll be back again!

They were unprofessional, rude and condescending when I walked in for a manipedi. I looked at their availability online, saw several openings but their system wouldnt allow me to book. Called twice and did not get an answer. I walked in to three people standing around, and empty salon and was told that they had no availability for another hour or so. The wait was no big deal, but being scoffed and laughed at wasnt really necessary. I was prepared to wait a little, but definitely wont spend my money for people to be rude.

I love this salon. All the techs are great and attentive. The interior is attractive and comfortable. The experience is so much better than other nail salons. My favorite service is a deluxe massage pedicure. ask for CC!

Booked an appointment for my wifes birthday for some much needed pampering . Nail tech CC cut my wifes toe (bleeding) she decided that her equipment was going to get contaminated and could not continue the session, how convenient. Ive tried to get in touch with a manager but I cant ever reach anyone. Be aware that if they cut you you will be kicked out and shamed when they are at fault.

The interior is very clean and chic. The service is fair to good.. However their work is below average especially for the price.. had a gel mani done and they started chipping and peeling on day 3 because my cuticles were not properly done and they had painted the nail polish over the cuticles. Also the nail shapes were all different and too sharp on the edges... I dont think I will be going back..

Morgan is the best here and so is Guadalupe. Everyone else is just ehhhh. Just keepin it real y’all. 👌🏼✌🏽

Rip off city!! They charge me more for my mani/pedi combo than what’s on the website. Check your receipts. Also the Dazzle Dry is $10 for hands and $12.. go online and a bottle if Dazzle Dry is $18!!! Go here if you want to be ripped off. The experience is the same as any nail shop.Follow up: I emailed them per their response below and it’s been a week with no response. Besides the horrible service they ripped me off and charged me more than their website. I want my money back!

High price tag for crappy service. My polish started peeling after three days! Went back to get it replaced and it just happened again. Location is modern and clean but the staff is smug. If you are lookin for a posh location, this is it but the service is not worth it at all!!
