Over priced. Somewhat friendly service. Based on my experience they care more about money than customer needs. I wouldn’t go here unless you’re willing to over spend just for someone to do the bare minimum. These pictures are one day after getting them done.

Last Saturday, I was upset that the gel did not stay on well on top of the dip powder. First time to happen after coming here for a year.I returned Monday after work and explained what happened. They stated in their policy within 10 days after receiving service. That they would fix it and correct the design.Thank you Johnny and Snow for assisting me. I absolutely love the color and simple design.I will return again. 🥰🥰

I thought I would have a good experience here, but I did not. I asked for a design and an acrylic full in, and at first I loved their work. 8 days later, I am in Dubai and my nail is cracking. On the ninth day, my nail broke and I had to deal with a painful broken nail for the remainder of my beautiful vacation. I DO NOT recommend this place, save your $!

Everyone here is amazing! We come to Nail Lounge because whoever helps, makes sure you are relaxed, and pampered. They are consistent, & always do such a thorough, detailed job. The owner Chris, makes sure you feel at home! We have recommended several people here and everyone has great feedback.

I love this nail place. I moved to Addison 2 years ago and it was hard to find a nail place that I loved. And I ran into this place and I love it. V and Lisa are amazing. All the ladies there are very professional and gentle. I started to bring my daughter and she loves it. I highly recommend this place!

I made a request to have nails like the image below and requested the almond shape! I think this came out really well! The only thing is I wish one of the line work was thin and bolder. But that must have been the polish that was chosen.

I walked in. 2 different ladies came in after me. They sat them down and immediately started on their pedicures. After waiting over 20 min the manager came up to me with all his excuses. I told him the other 2 had come in after me and I sat another 10 min. Ridiculous. And 20 min flat my pedicure is done. So much for relaxing. 👎

Went as walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. They rushed me. The girl doing my nails was so rough and just seemed mad the entire time. She gave me what I asked for but could’ve did better on the shape.

Honey and Lisa did my mother and my nails and pedicure... And I must say the best in Dallas since Ive moved here. It was a little pricey but the service was amazing and fast! Worth the price.

I got a dip manicure from V, and i love them! I did have to wait about 30 minutes before anyone was able to help me, so I may make a reservation next time. But V was super fast, but still did a great job. The price is right about what youd expect, so im happy with the experience!

First time coming and they allow to bring my child. (Huge plus when you’re a single parent and have no sitter!!!) Their service really was a shock for not many places would interact with you. Both hands and feet came out fabulous! Only thing I’d suggest (even if it’s an increase in sale) is to ask if a fake nail to make my toes look normal lol, sadly I chipped my large toe nail prior but the polish was still clean and the trim came out fairly even. My greatest smile was with the nail tech!!! Johnny made my nail dreams happen!!!!! Though the design is simple the shape was perfection. I would definitely recommend to schedule an appointment!

I come to this nail salon faithfully and have a great experience every time somehow yesterday and today they seem to upset me I’m not sure if it’s because I had I new nail tech but I was very dissatisfied with my service I asked for a classic manicure with gel which the nail tech did for me but later that day my nails started cracking and causing pain to my fingernails I wasn’t sure if it was the polish or whatever the case may be but I arrived at the nail salon today to have it removed they had me wait a very long time before someone could get to me on top of that the gel polish is STILL on my nail after I came a second time for them to put my hands in some solution for 30 mins just for the gel polish to still be on my nails for future reference to others just MAKE SURE THERE WORK IS UP TO YOUR SATISFACTION BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE!!!

First time walk in. Was seated immediately and the place was very nice. Nate did an amazing job on my nails and did exactly what I asked for. Would have given this a 5 star rating if my nails weren’t so expensive. But I guess ombré with glitter was extra? Not sure because I didn’t see prices posted and they didn’t tell me it was extra for what I asked for. Overall though it was worth the $60!

Place is clean, staff is friendly and frat you well. The reason I gave this 2 stars is because I did NOT get what I asked for at all and I’m quite displeased with the state of my hands and my nails when I left. I didn’t get the design I wanted and my hands were left a mess with glue everywhere. What I wanted is photo 1, what I got was the photos following. I’ve had this done before so I don’t know why it couldn’t be done again. I even showed the photo and ended with a different result.

This is a great place if you get the right person. DO NOT let the guy with the bun do your nails. He rushes, does a sloppy job and cut my cuticles so far back that they all were bleeding. He used the brush to “wipe the blood off” and brushed the blood into my nexgen. I spoke with the manager and will continue to go there but this is the second time that guy has completely butchered my skin. He has dropped the nexgen powder on me both times he has done my nails and they are completely uneven. I will refuse his service anytime I go there.

Ugh... First time trying this place and their skills are the worst. The person who did my nail was in a hurry. She did my nail in 20 mins and this is how it comes out. I am so upset and told the person who works at the front desk. He was really nice and helped to try to fix my nails. But it still comes out SO BAD. Spend 40 dollars and there are all glue around my nails. I hate them so much 😭

Love this place!! Everyone is so friendly and provides excellent customer service. I loved meeting Kelly today, she is so kind and is very talented! My pink/white mani is gorgeous. I also had a pedi done there a few weeks ago and Johnny did a fantastic job! My feet and toes still look smooth and sandle-ready. Impressed by the whole staff there. Will definitely go back!

We came in almost a hour before closing and they took great care of us. My mom and I had been worried because we have been mistreated and rushed by other places. They took their time and I love my nails. So much personality and professionalism it was great and we will be back. Thank you Vee for being honest and being you! My nails are sooo beautiful. I will see you in two weeks.

$180 for my nails and toes and 3 nails started lifting within 2 days and 1 completely popped off. I always get my nails done and I have never had this issue. I tried calling and was told i would have to pay again. I will NEVER return to this location!

I felt like Lee was rushing from the time I was picking my color to the end. She also keep making statements about money or the price of the things I mentioned which I did not like. I know extra things cost extra coins. My nails are okay. I’m undecided on if I will return.

They rush you and are very very rough. Do not recommend at all. I dont believe sanitary either. Try another location. They are everywhere.

I went there today got a new set purple French tip and gel French on my toes..... my nail technician was not soo friendly they were very Impatient. The quality of nails and feet are not soo great he left super gel all over my hands... I felt like it was over price for the work I receive... I made a mistake by trying a new place..

I love this nail salon! Ive been coming for almost a year. I always the spa pedicure deluxe and dipping powder. I always feel so relaxed and refreshed after leaving. The do provide free alchohol drinks there if you are in the mood for one! Price is fair, staff is friendly, parking is easy & salon is clean!

Unfortunately i change my review after this last time. Im so so so so disappointed at this place, they didnt cover my nail with the powder dip.. they didnt shape my nails right at all. I got coffin nails they are not suppose to be sharp but they are and uneven. I wont ever go back.

Most unprofessional nail shop I ever been to! I even gave them more than once chance. They do NOT care about their customers. They double book a lot. They have a hard time with scheduling. The nail products they use are old and cheap. Nails break often.The employees are also very rude.

I was there yesterday i had both my pedi and manicure dip in but they were really in hurry i got injury on my toe nail frankly not impressed by their service last time

I will preface this with the fact that the guy who did my pedicure did an excellent job. And he tried to save whatever this is. I wanted a gel manicure, but kept getting talked into the powder dip so I caved. She didn’t even shape or touch my cuticles. Basically just threw the powder on. I could have done it myself. This is definitely not worth $40.

I have been coming to Nate at Nail Lounge for almost 3 years. He knows what I like, and takes his time to complete the looks I want. I can always count in my nails lasting me for a month and they always turn out amazing. Nate is the best!

This place is great ONLY when the owner is around. Everyone do their job correctly. I went yesterday to do Mani/Pedi and everything was not professional. Let me put it this way, I waited 10 minutes for the guy who did my Mani to come back and finish his work.. but he have already started on someone elses Mani. I called the women that did my Pedi to finish his work. If Im paying full price I expects a full service. Like I said, Its not a bad Nail salon. The service is much better when the owner is managing around.

I recommend the ALOE VERA treatment ! They use the ACTUAL aloe Vera which is outstanding for your skin. I was so amazed that it’s on the actual plant still so it’s fresh.

The nails look beautiful!! This lady named “V” did the exact shape I wanted and they were so smooth by the end of it. Definitely driving further to come back to this one.

It was a Valentine trip for my boyfriend and I. The staff treated us so amazing! Quality of service is superb! Christian greeted us and made sure that our experience was nothing more than awesome! We will definitely return when we’re in Dallas. Thanks to you and your staff again for the courteous and caring service.

They rush your nails. When you walk in it’s strictly business. No customer service at all. Also it’s incredibly rude to speak in another language in front of your customer. I won’t be back.

I hardly ever write reviews but it’s also hardly ever that I find a nail salon that I’m impressed with. I stopped in here to get my nails done for my birthday, and was incredibly impressed. The lady that helped me was so sweet, she didn’t pester me to buy this or that which is typically my experience at nail salons. The place is incredibly cute and modern. The prices are reasonable for the service you receive. Not to mention typically nail salons forget to offer me a drink, this place got me a glass of wine right away and made me feel so comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning.

Don’t go here. Worst, most unorganized, most unprofessional place on the planet. They will charge you 5 dollars for having a certain shape. Another 5$ for length even though I didn’t want them really long just medium length. And they waited until I waited an hour to tell me this. To top it off I waited an hour WITH an appointment. Save yourself the time. Go anywhere but here.

The fastest pedicure i have ever recieved.The water they used was FILTHY. I found a nail tip and dead skin in the water which made my skin itch. On top of that there was people with no masks on. Never coming back.

Nails were okay, though for the price I would expect better. Vee didn’t seem to be too happy to attend me at first? You know stereotypes and whatnot but she pulled through lol

First time at the Nail Lounge, and I’m already hooked! Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I stepped in. I went in for a new set of acrylics, but Chris the owner, talked me into getting dip powder nails. Not only do they look more natural, but they feel AMAZING on my hands compared to acrylics. Nate was a wonderful nail tech, and did an amazing job on my nails! I work in the restaurant industry so I’m very happy with how my nails are holding up. They look just as great as the first day. I’ll definitely be back at the Nail Lounge!

This place is consistent. Tracy and Snow are very good technicians. The owner/manager guy is a bit hot and cold, but I don’t care- he’s not doing my nails 💅🏼

Staff is friendly, the environment is always clean. They get a lot of business. Ive been twice as a guest traveler in Addison. Now, that Im a Richardson resident, Ive gone again and was not disappointed with their service(s). I plan to frequent them regularly.

Love hitting this place after a long day at work. The staff is friendly and efficient and always makes sure that you are enjoying the experience. I usually get the Deluxe Pedicure - they have several options and I always get a great massage. I’m always impressed with the cleanliness. Also, I love a drink while I relax and they serve wine and margaritas while you are pampered. See Kelley - she does a great job!

Almost 2 weeks later and my nails still look great! The establishment was extremely clean. The staff was great. Very customer centric, the prices were reasonable and they did not rush the foot massage! Great job all.

I tried this spot on Sunday for the first time and was pleasantly satisfied. The dip on my nails looks amazing; the cut, shape and thickness are all perfect. My pedicure was nice and relaxing. Im glad I found this great new spot that is close to home and decently priced.

The staff and atmosphere here is awesome! Everything is very clean, neat, and aesthetically pleasing. There’s always music playing and people laughing. The staff is friendly, respectful, and (not to mention) the drinks are delicious. The staff always makes sure we are taken care of and happy. I have been coming here for 4 years. I get a pedicure with massage. Excellent and consistent service. There are a few employees how have been here for over the 4 years I have been coming - so that says a lot for a nail lounge. If you are lucky enough to get David - you will be beyond spoiled - he will set the bar for every pedicure in the future.

This is the only nail salon that I go to! They are so friendly every time and always try to fit me in quickly, even when they are busy. Its also really clean & sanitary. Highly recommend!!

I LOVE this salon! Ive been looking for a place near my new house to get my nails done, and this is it. Trish and Tracey took super good care of my brittle skin, and, at the end, my nails looked the best they have in YEARS. (Previous salons had cut into my cuticles so much, that they ended up bleeding and cracked.) They are super welcoming, the place is BEAUTIFUL, and the owner (?) Christian is super friendly and treats everyone the same. Looking forward to coming here more and more!

Amazing experience from the moment I called to the time I walked out the door. I found a coupon on line and was on vacation wanting to relax and get my toes rubbed on. This place has a 20% off New comers discount so I went for it!AND LET ME TELL YOUTHIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL! SO CLEAN AND WELL STAFFED when I called they said come in and took my name. Walked in and the man knew it was me even tho I called hrs earlier.. Offered me a drink (alcohol or not) and told me to pick my color. He did offer me a gel or dip manicure (no color or polish on my fingertips for work) best part when I did decline HE DIDNT PUSH ME OR ACT RUDE BECAUSE I DECIDED!Sat down immediately and started on of the best pedicure of my life to date! I got the MILK and HONEY option. The rubbed my legs with fresh oranges and roses! It was beyond incredible!! This place is a MUST GO IN ADDISON! I will. Come here everytime I visit!

Love it here! Vee always does a stellar job on my manicures and David makes my pedicures equally beautiful! Its a thirty minute drive from my house and I’ve had to wait for a while a few times but honestly, they’re worth the time and wait.

Clean, nice staff, have a couple people who can do fun designs. I like that they don’t drill off the powder until they’ve soaked it for a bit. Loui (Tung) did an awesome job and kept the powder thin to look natural. Definitely my new spot!

I was looking for a new nail salon and tried Nail Lounge as a walk in customer. The staff was friendly and took me right away for a manicure and pedicure. I recommend this salon.

This is a very nice salon. Great atmosphere, wonderful choice of colors. However, I believe the nail tech that did my nex-gen was new or inexperienced. There were streak marks in my nails after the “gel coat” was applied. Also the shape of the nail was chunky and rather lumpy...I am not one to make complaints in person. I’d rather just take it as a lesson learned and go to a different salon. Like I said, wonderful salon but make sure you asked for an experienced tech.

Many years ago I visit this place, lately whenever I am seen by new people they have a bad attitude, today I was there and my nails were painted by a beginner. I do not have problems that is a beginner, but I hope they do their job very well. its not free!.Today my nails were painted horrible.

Good location. They stay busy but can usually get you in without a wait. Complimentary wine is decent. A little on the pricer end - they will try to upsale you thoughout your mani/pedi.

Yesterday around 10 am, I called to set a 12:15 same day appointment. Got there on time and was not really greeted nor did the pedicurist that did greet me (after an award silence) seem to be informed about my appointment for two people. We wasnt told to choose a color, wait a few mins, offered a glass of water or anything. The vibe was very off. So after 5 mins of waiting with hardly anyone paying attention to me, me & my coworker left. Very disappointed.

The worst nail experience. Mani and Pedi were both extremely rushed. Do not recommend and will not return. Prices are high for subpar service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
