Googled for nail salons in which Top Nails had great reviews. I had a dipped manicure,gel spa pedicure, and my husband had the deluxe spa pedicure. Our experience was wonderful. I made my own color for my toes and Wendy was very attentive to my needs. Will return again.

Invited to this salon to catch up with a relative I have not seen in a while. She suggested the nail shop and I wish I chose the nail salon instead. Extremely lazy job; artificial nails are glued crooked and over filled in several areas. Undercoat is majorly visible and chipping not even 5 minutes after leaving the store. The color turned out beautiful but that is the only saving grace from this full set. Will not be returning.

I have been going to Wendy at Top Nail salon for 4 years and I am devastated to say that I am moving 45 minutes away, so I unfortunately have to leave her, but within my 4 years I wouldn’t dare to go to anyone else! She is punctual, detail oriented, creative, charismatic, affordable, and an overall general joy to be around. You would be foolish to go anywhere else! They are the best! I’ll miss y’all!

Ive been going to this salon for years and am a regular. I would gladly give them a 4 or 5 star rating during normal times. EXCEPT, since the Covid19, I no longer feel safe going there. My nail technician did not wear a face shield; she did wear a mask. There was no social distancing (i.e. close every other chair) and no disinfecting of the leather seats between customers. There were 3 other customers there when I arrived for my appointment. The last straw was my technician wore 2 sets of gloves, but she touched another ladies feet and then washed her hands/gloves (with no soap) in the sink before starting on me. Can you say cross contamination! NOT SANITARY. Please please, Management do something about your Covid 19 policies!! Or, you are going to lose more customers.

I love this place! I recently moved to this Dallas area and have tried a couple of nail salons. I will only go here! I am SUPER picky about my toes and they are so patient and nice. They take their time and have wonderful sanitation practices. Hannah is my favorite. I will keep coming back. I have never had a problem. Give them a try! You wont be disappointed.

Cant see me going anywhere else this shop is professional and they know how to make you feel welcome. Make sure you ask for Lee. Shes got hands that will relax you and her nail work is impeccable.

My second time coming to this location. $20 for a manicure. The nail tech dropped a few things from the table, including a top cop of OPI on my UGG boots. She told me it would dry and when I showed her the damage, no one in the store could do anything about it. I asked for the manager and was told I could come back tomorrow.*Update: I came back & Wendy was extremely empathetic & found a resolution that worked for both of us. Restored my faith in their customer service. I’ll be back again.

First visit. I went in for a nail polish change. It was a bit busy so I asked the employees there how long would the wait be and how long would it take. Now and ten minutes. was the response I received. After waiting in the chair for about 5 minutes, I had a gentleman come over and start removing the polish from my feet. He took FOREVER! I was in the nail spa for 45 minutes all for a $8 polish change that chipped the moment I left the shop. I tipped the guy but I will not be returning. The atmosphere was very tense and it didnt seem like an inviting business. Also, my polish looked horrible. Not like a professional did it at all. I only gave this place one star because I had to in order to review it.

Not a good place to get your nails done. The cut me more than what I ask and cut the cuticle to a point of bleeding, and make me pay. Not a professional nail salon and the owner the only think she now is Im sorry. Look around there is better places dow the street.

Ive literally never had a worst service. I am new to area from another part of metroplex and you would think any place servicing the OAK LAWN/HIGHLAND PARK area would have better staff. This cow ruined my eyebrows and Im not an eyebrow snob. Just clean it up. She manage to thin them out and make them uneven. IM PISSED. I cant get manager on phone because not on site. Im taking this all the way! She should touch anyone else and I intend to go to cosmetology board as well.

Wendy is hands down amazing and her staff is incredible. When I first met Wendy I was in desperate search for a nail salon that would take me that day. I came in to her shop and she told me she would be with me in 5 minutes and since then I’ve never gone to another nail salon to get anything done. She’s gentle, she listens, she’s kind and she’s more than an esthetician, she’s a friend. All who meet her love her and it would be an understatement to say I am a fan. I adore Wendy. One time I came into Wendy’s nail salon crying because I didn’t like my nails and because I had an exceptionally hard day and she stayed an hour late and did my nails with no charge AND gave me a large glass of wine (picture on the right in orange is that time). That’s how much she cares about her loyal clients. If you start going to this salon I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I wish I could say so much more about this place and the people who work there. David and Edwin included. It’s a salon that definitely feels like home. Thank you for everything, Wendy and Top Nails.
