Ive never in my life left a nail salon in tears. The man hit me with his hand and the nail file about 30 times telling me to relax my hand. Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years And havent had to be continuously told to relax my hand. I was very relaxed. I left bleeding and extremely sore. He didnt even mention or apologize for all the times he cut me. I asked for coffin shape. Do you see this mess?!?!? This was the worst experience of any kind of service in my life.

My rating is based off how my nails turned out! They were still wet when I left after telling him, thank god someone was still there to fix them as they were already closing. Mind you my nails were mine with an overlay. I now have none due to them lifting and the shellac just peeling off! Very disappointed!

Terrible place! After waiting 45 minutes to get a simple manicure, they completely forgot about me. Went in with my daughter and they painted her nails but they took us to the corner with only 1 chair available even though the other corner had 2🙄 Finally decided to just pay for her nails after waiting 15 min for the technician to come back to me and when I went to check out the front desk lady asked me no manicure for you. Are you serious?😡 I told her what I wanted when we first got there plus the other technician. I understand they were busy but what happened to me was NOT acceptable. Other people came and went but took us 45 minutes to even get acknowledged. Never go back!!

Nice open, clean space. Excellent manicure and pedicure options. They did such a great job on my feet, when it came time to remove my shoes at the airport, I took my socks off too!

10/10 would recommend! They are very friendly and they did an awesome job on my feet and nails. The price was also pretty good for the services I received. Definitely my new nail spot!

First time getting my nails done at this location and I loved the vibe and great customer service they provided! Kristy was the sweetest! She did a great job on my dip nails and great color suggestion. Mimosa was perfect too! Definitely coming back!!!

Unsterilized instruments, my nail got infected literally the next day and they didn’t care. I asked to speak to management and the “manager “ could care less. Tried to blame it on me. Now here I am 3 months later with my natural nail that fell off and hasn’t grown back. I didn’t expect anything for free, the least they could of done is apologized or at least do better about sterilizing their instruments.

This was my first experience here, my boyfriend and I both got mani pedis and we had such a good time! I got off later than I thought I would from work so we were 35 min late to our appointment, and stayed past close. Even then, everyone took their time and didn’t rush through. It was a little pricier than I was expecting, but we also didn’t get the cheapest options. You get what you pay for though. Two wonderful ladies worked on my boyfriend but I didn’t get their names, but Tony and Timmy worked on me (I’m not 100% positive I got Timmy’s name right lol) but they were both very thorough and gentle with my massages. Timmy checked every hot towel on himself to make sure it wasn’t too hot, and Tony accidentally messed up on my thumb but before I even said anything started over to make sure everything turned out right. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend

I recently moved to Dallas so finding a new nail tech was high on my to-do list & I love this place! Kenny is amazing. He’s so quick but so precise, and gets the shape perfect every time!

I love this nail salon! Everyone that works there is professional and they all do such a great job. It’s clean, there is a great color selection and the aesthetics are relaxing, too.I always get my nails done by Kristy & she is the BEST!!Highly recommend this place, 10/10!

Today was my first time here and I am very pleased. The salon is absolutely beautiful & the staff is very kind and attentive! When I sat down I was offered a drink right away. Kate did amazing with my nails & Helen did an amazing job with my pedicure! They were very gentle & did just as I asked. I will be back.

Well I hate doing this but had an awful experience here. Called for 5 pm appointment had to ask 3 times for some help and they started 45 minutes later. It was so rushed she cut my feet. Just sloppy and horrible service. The pedicure spa tub of the girl next to me also overflowed from them not watching. I don’t know what’s going on but going to try and avoid this spot.

Impressed how special they made my little girls feel with their manicures. Salon is new, nice and clean. Mimi is awesome and highly recommended for nails and wax!

One of the worst pedicure/manicures that Ive had in quite some time. To start, the nail tech cleaned my old nail polish off with a cotton pad from a container that had acetone pre-soaked cotton in it for polish removal. She then put my used cotton pad BACK in the container with the new cotton. So gross! She rushed the entire time and cut me twice on my finger nails which caused bleeding. The pedicure was nothing to write home about. My feet feel like they did when i walked in, and the paint job was awful. I had to tell her to clean my toes up because she had paint all over them. After 15 minutes of fixing, repainting, fixing, repainting, I finally told her it was fine and left. I wanted to love this place because of its convenient location and beautiful build out, but it just doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.

I love this place! I miss my old salon, S’Nails, but found Kristi here! She’s the best! Luxx is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!
