Don’t waste your time going there. I used to be a faithful customer because I liked the way Lin (who no longer works there) did my nails. So I put up with the nude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional attitude of most of the ladies who work there.It’s small, cramped, and the wait time is not worth the results. Tina is good, but is so rude. Tammy is fast, but it’s the rudest of all of them.That nail shop is serving black women who want to look and feel good, and people and places like that need to be boycotted until they treat us right. We might not have a lot of money, but that shouldn’t determine how you treat us.Until they do right by us, everything they have will not prosper. Basically, those ladies will stay in that tiny corner with more workers sitting in the chairs than paying customers. Learn how to treat us. Period.

Been coming here for years. Affordable & the ladies are catering. The whole squad knows what theyre doing, no attitudes.

I have been hwre several rumes, depwnds on how rheir say is going. Some visits woyld be fine mostly rude. Tina Will pur on her ear buds to do your nails, talk on the phone, watch movie or have a whole conversation with someone, stoppung to do so. Inhave asked for extra glitter, she said it woyld not look right. I didnt ask her opinion. I didnt get up. She did it but 2 other techs came over talkin in their language, looking at my nails. I have seen hee be very rude to others. The older woman doung pedicures does not know or like her job. The eyebrow lady always come ro show her how to do hwr job. I only go now to get eyebrows serviced..Take a risk if yoy want to...

First off, i could give no stars i would. The tech who did my nails was VERY VERY unprofessional. She kept pausing between doing my nails to talk or text on the phone. She burned my nails and when i told her she spoke in her language and laughed. My nails look a mess, and the sizes dont match. She didnt buff one hand but buff the other. I told her she didnt buff the one hand and she argued with me that she did. After i asked her how long it would take because she was too busy on the phone, She got mad and rushed thru mu nails. Needles to say i will not be going back there

I a full fill and my daughter a full set, I will never come here again!! Our nails burn so bad and we were both cut several times! I told the lady my daughter nails were burning she brushed it off, after my nails were done and painted they still burned the lady sprayed it, but I had to go to cvs and pour peroxide on both of our hands! I do not recommend them at all and I hope we don’t have an after effect

I wish they would clean and remodel this place and they are not consistent with the prices. I dont get my nails done here but my daughters do only because they are next to Jennys

4 stars only because they were a little rude to my daughter when she wanted to change her color. It was close to closing but so what we spending our money. We go to this shop every time we visit Dallas. They are very good.

Went on a Sunday and it was very busy. Overall everyone was patient, the women that did my eyebrows was great! My step daughter got her nails done and it could have been better. Her experience wasnt so great as far as being gentle with her nails with the drilling and filing.

Came on a Sunday after church...no crowd.Tammy took 3 other people ahead of me..Then had a girl come back a took her as well.It takes. 45min to soak off my nails.She took 2hours.... Ahd I still have not had my nails done...

Terrible ham vo is a terrible tech needs to retire she act like she on sumn ...tried to scream at me and I told her u got the right one in here ..and she did my nails all wrong I told her dont even paint them I went elsewhere and even my new te h said she horrible and I know they race stick together new tech discount half price..forget rose nails..

I really love this nail shop. The location is great because it’s right by Jenny’s beauty supply and my favorite nail tech is Van. I’ve been going here for years and have never been disappointed Van is so sweet and she is really good with dip powder nails. Every time I go my nails last over a month. I moved and haven’t been going but all the nail shops by me don’t compare to Van so I will just have to make the drive and start going back.

This is my first experience ever posting a negative review but very needed.Came to visit from the east coast and decided to give this shop a fair chance despite the reviews online before catching my flight back. During the process, I questioned how the filing from the nail machine was still able to be seen through the polish.The S&S (powder dip) nails turned white as soon as I walked outside and hit the air. Immediately walked back in and was informed that it would be 10 minutes before I could be seen. 30 minutes later I was informed that it was my fault. Due to time restraints, I asked for some form of voucher instead for the next time I was in town.Manager refused and caused a scene in front of other customers. Save yourself!!

Lin is always kind and does GREAT work. The lady in the front is RUDE RUDE RUDE and always arguing with the customers. Tina does good work and Cookie great pedicures. Expect drama of some sort 50% of the time. Need structure. Kinder techs and upgraded customer service. They get plenty of business and wont offer u a bottle of water.

She charged my card three times, when i told her what she did, she tried to act like i still owed money when i didn’t. tried to cause a scene in front of the other customers about how we still owed when she didnt even swipe my sister card to begin with. if you’re gonna go take cash with you.also they are not very clean, she cleaned her brushes with the stuff she uses to soak your nails off with, tried to dip my fingers in there and you could already tell it was used and dirty before.

WORSE PLACE EVER!!! Well for starters, I had reservations about this shop due to the location and some of the iffy reviews I previously read. And I dont really like to be like that, but truth is truth. I originally went to this shop about 2 weeks ago and the fact that it was pact made me feel a little at ease about this place. Now Im not the one to judge but the place looked a little ghetto and hood and sometimes theres nothing wrong with that. Well to start off, I went and got service for some short mood color set nails and a pedicure. There were a few thing that I didnt really like when getting my pedicure but thats my main issue. After that I proceeded to get my nails done with the manager (remember her). I picked a certain color that i wanted separately, and after telling the manager 3 times, she finally gave me the color i wanted. Even though she put the wrong color on and then painted over it. But thats not even the kicker. So while doing my nails the nail tech was watching a show on her and while doing my nails, she was a little close to my cuticle. I informed the tech (manager), that it was hurting and i asked her to please stop watching her show while doing my nails. **Now me being a paying customer I feel like I have a right to tell someone that has to look at what shes doing, to pay attention to my hands instead of her movie. I AM PAYING YOU TO LOOK AT AND PAINT MY NAILS.** But thats not even close to the kicker. Two or three weeks go by and its time for a fill. Any woman, and some men know that when you get a fill, its usually no more than $12 to $15. I called in advance, like I always do, and checked the price just for incidents like this one. So when i called and asked for the fill service the mood color gel, because thats what Im stuck on at the moment. When calling to check the price, i was told the price for a fill was $20. Me knowing that theyre sign says $12 and $15, the lady asked would i be coming in today, and I simply stated I would go somewhere else because of the price. I changed my mind because it was getting late and I hadnt done any research on any other nails shops. So against my better judgement, once again, I go to the shop. Knowing the price was not what was advertised, I went ahead with the mindset to go ahead and pay the $20 for my service. The lady (manager) that had done my nails before was busy, so someone else took me to service. So about an hour go by and Im finished. As Im getting up to pay, the lady tells me $30. So i asked her why, I only got a fill. After a few words of disagreeing, I ask to speak to the manager. As Im explaining my issue and asking where the mix-up went left, she puts in her headphones and starts having a conversation and walking away from. So after a while, they state they will call the police and locks me in the shop. So i sit there and state that i would wait for them with them. Long story short, I had to call my sister to act like she was getting service just to get out. After the disagreeing and arguing, I give the tech the $20 and my sister gives her $10 just to end the whole thing. The tech wouldnt let me leave and was trying to get $20 more from my brother-in-law. Long story short, the advertised price for the service i chose was $12 fills for shorts or $15 fills for longs. My nails no long than like an inch off of my finger. The lady already taxed me $5 and then by the end of the night she was trying to get $10 more and then when I called her out, she tried to get $20 more. Moral of my ranting review, I will never go back to this place and I would not recommend anyone else ever go to this place either. Very unprofessional and try to be scam artist. Will get mad when you call them out on their lies and bs. Never again will I ever get my nails done here.

I went and got my nails done three days ago and I told the woman if she didn’t put more acrylic that it would break. She got an attitude and claimed she knew what she was doing. Well a nail broke like I said it would and when I came back for a repair they tried to make me pay for THEIR mistake. I asked for a corporate or complaint line and they refused to give it to me and finally gave me my repair with no charge. The whole time the manager and the woman doing my nails were talking back and forth laughing. I was very uncomfortable and strongly recommend NO ONE attend this nail salon.

Great experience! Loved the foot/leg massage. I got the basic pedicure for only $22 and it was a steal!

Paid $20 for a pedicure and she didnt even get all the callous off my feet. Not to mention they dont speak when you come in, its over crowded and ghetto people just staring you up and down soon as you hit the door.

I came here thinking I was gonna leave satisfied, but I didnt because they messed up my nails I told my stylist I didnt like my nails she said oh its because your length I said ok . But the way my nails looked had nothing to do with the length . They were uneven and not coffin as I requested, they were more like a sharp stiletto coffin. I was not happy and they still charged me took my nails off and offered to do it again for 20 more dollars and I said no they said 15 I said NO just take them off and finally they did them for free. After going through the pain of getting my nails ripped off they were bleeding and they still did them I wasnt happy but I just left because they job wouldnt have been done right at this place.

Came to get a fill and a polish change and the techs in here were so rude. Now this is the second time Ive been here first experience was way better. HELEN is very rude and she dont know how to talk to customers but she learned today. She didnt fully polish my toe and got mad when she was asked to do it over.

This was my third time visiting this place, the first time I was impressed with nails... second time terrible.. the First Lady when u walk in to the right each time.. the second time she was looking at a movie on her phone the entire time never really look at my nails while doing them... third time the same thing... looking at a movie, my adult daughter got hers done for the first time there with me on my third time and she was furious... never once spoke or said anything to you while doing nails.. I got the power and it’s so thick and ugly.. turn white chalky looking... One young lady made them take the nails off as soon as they put them on.. because they told her a different price than what she usually pay... go in and out in least than 30 mins and your nails looking a mess and embarrassing.. and u are $35-60 less when u walk out.. and they expect a tip!! Please do not go in this place!! They do not know how to do eyebrows either.. 2 Mins and ok baby.. look in the mirror and u have to tell her where all the hair is under your brows ... my first time ever writing a review and I had to create a google account to write this.. you know I’m serious!

Never coming here again! The customer service was beyond terrible!!! The nails techs were on their phone the whole time and they all seemed like they were mad about something. One of them was literally yelling over the phone while servicing somebody. My nail tech kept hurting me after i told her she was hurting me. She didnt talk to me at all or check to see if i was okay. It was just terrible. The vibes are way off. NEVER will i come here again! I woud not recommend anyone come here.

The only issue i have is they are NEVER on time. Irs srares they open up 9:30, they all will show up at 10 and rush through.

NEVER GO HERE!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! I went to get a full-set solar nails the tech didnt know what I was talking about. Then she tryed to pull the acrylic off my nails without soaking them!! After i told her no i want them soaked she then drilled my nails to hard THEN SHE CUT ME WIT THE DRILL! I left angry and had to go to another nail shop for them to fix the mess she messed up on. NEVER GO HERE RUN FAST HAS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS CHOP SHOP.

The older woman kept messing up and did not do a good job plus she cut my toenail crooked & still charged me $35. I will NOT be coming back.

I was highly upset with my nails. After I told the nail tech to fix one nail she BARELY FIXED IT! & she kept drilling my nails down to my cuticles and made them bleed. Absolutely HATE It ! First and last time there . Costumer service was trash . After asking the nail tech to soak my nails off, she just popped them off anyways. My real nails were torn off, bleeding, she didnt handle them with care and continued to work on them. My accrylic nails are very crooked, she didnt care too much about fixing it after I asked her to.
