I’ve been going to this salon for over 7 years! The staff are awesome and professional. I love how Tina does my nails. She’s gentle, detailed and fun to talk with! Definitely recommend this salon.

I havent had a Pedi in awhile. Brian is AMAZING !! He gave awesome Love to my feet and he gives THE BEST foot massage ever. I usually do not like my feet massaged..but with him.He definitely has great energy and strong hands..Thank you Brian..I will be back next month

You get what you pay for.I chose this place because the NexGen dipping powder manicure was more affordable than other places back home and the place had decent reviewsWhen I got there, I was rushed to sit and pick a color. Then for the first 20 minutes the technician worked on me and chatted with another technician. Both of them weren’t following six feet distancing for myself or with each other which made me uncomfortable. Also, I discovered that the dipping powder was not the product promised on their website, NexGen. But instead she used different base and top coats from brands I had never heard of with an OPI powder. This felt a cheap betrayal. Additionally, she didn’t consistently apply the powder to my nails. Some of them look like they already have a weeks worth of growth from the cuticle. Speaking of cuticles, mine are stained from the powder and her not brushing it off between dips. It only got worse when she saw one of her regulars sit in a pedicure chair and said she’d be “right over”. She then rushed through the rest of my manicure making careless mistakes. The whole thing was done within 35 minutes. Normally I’d be thrilled with quick service but it was sloppy and I don’t think it will last long because of the mixing of products. Lastly, I was very enticed by the massages and pedicures I saw happening around me. If the salon or the technician were smart, they would’ve had a price list right there at my station and I likely could’ve been up sold. Instead I as just rushed out the door as the technician went to her other client.Overall, like I said. You get what you pay for. I got nails at a below market price and service at below market quality.

Horrible service! Just in the business of collecting money and moving on to the next client! I had to come home and fix my nail polish! The manicurist lied and said she gave me a massage! She NEVER did! She kept saying she will massage at the end and never did! A $60 service was completed in 15 mins! Granted I got a basic mani and pedi but they did even do the bare minimum! I could have painted my nails at HOME! Learned my lesson! Stay away!!!

The lady at the front desk named lily told me there was no wait after she suggested what I should get. Then she came up to me after I started my feet and she said Im sorry we dont have no one for your nails? Very bad customer service. I wont come back. Not right to tell someone you are good then change it up. Customers service doesnt come first their clock out time do.Now you right back saying I came in at the cut off time...it was before that time, as mean as lily was she would been told me no. It doesnt make it sound good. Thanks anyway. Bye

It was amazing! Debbie the technician who did my pedicure tended to my every need! My nail guy Kenny was so talented. And Elaine gave me a fantastic massage! Great service and value!

I dont understand how you can mess up white nails thats why I got them in the first place. I paid but honestly I was not going to stay another 1hr for her to fix them. Especially bc I had already told her to fix them once. I already spent almost 2hrs didnt want to make myself more mad than what I was already. Will not be back! If anyone knows of a better nail salon place please let me know.Update2 weeks and one of my nails broke. Why? bc she made them to thin when I specifically told her to make them thick.

As a long time customer, it’s been wonderful to be back after a long hiatus (thanks covid). As a healthcare worker I have been very weary of venturing out in public for “leisure”, but they have implemented safety precautions (ie. plexiglass at manicure stations, everyone masked, sanitizer everywhere, prompt sanitation after each customer leaves, social distancing) that makes me feel very comfortable to come here. The workers here are so incredibly nice and often feel like family because they remember details about me and my girlfriends (when we used to come together). This is a neighborhood gem who are all about the details and have nail polish options galore. They are the best!

Talented professionals, clean environment, exceptional treatments... What more could you want in a nail spa?

Very happy with my Gel manicure done here. They did my nails and has tremendous attention to detail and patience. The salon is very clean and comfortable, more so than most others in the immediate area. they made sure every nail was perfect. Pedicure was great as well, though the foot massage could have been better. Expensive, but Id rather pay more for a better experience.

I always go here to get my nails and brows done. My mom also loves getting back massages here. I come pretty frequently and the staff always asks how my family is and stuff which makes me feel like they really care.

My nail place originally shut no forwarding address, no notice to their loyal customers, leaving me in desperate need of a mani pedi. I Googled the location near my doctors office while I was in the area Im glad I pick Beauty times. I enjoyed my walking into the door and I definitely enjoyed my service. Gabby and Linda gave me the utmost attention and service. If they can get Beyond five stars they would have 10 I highly recommend if you want professional customer service being pampered in a timely manner and not to sit all day and wait I highly suggest Beauty times.

This was my first time ever there. I was not happy with my manicure and had to ask the lady couple of times to redo the polish. She missed lines and they looked patchy when they dried up. Hopefully other ladies do a better job. But its easy to get appointment since they have a big salon for last minute

Very Basic. No interest or anything but simple ombré. Extremely Impatient. Even when it’s not so busy. My full set felt very rushed . Was a lot shorter then expected.

One of the best pedicures in Dallas. Ask for Peter. He does beautiful work and is so strong. Neck Massage is also amazing. Peter is the one to request for that as well. Walk in or appointments. Prices are very good.

I have to leave this review in response to the last 1 star rating.. I have never had a technician that pays the close attention to detail like Kathy. She did my nails for the first time this week but I can say, she is the best in the metroplex. She takes her time and doesnt mind if you need something changed (nail length, shape). She does acrylics clean and thin. She even gave a quick massage once she was finished which most technicians dont do with the full set in my experience. She is a great worker who gave me a 10/10 experience. I will always ask for Kathy. I have had many compliments on this set.

I have trusted my toes to Beautiful Times for 10+ years now...and they never fail to perform! Clean, comfortable environment with very kind and professional staff. I have a list of my favorites to request when I make an appointment. Prices are moderate. I even splurge for a simple shoulder massage while getting a mani-pedi!

RUDE, INATTENTIVE. The salon was empty when I walked in and it took a while to even be greeted. Finally got my nails done and just sat at a chair a little longer because Im 9 months pregnant and was feeling a little tired. This younger guy seemed annoyed that I was still there after they had finished my nails. Horrible!!!!! Dont bring your money to mediocre, poor customer service oriented business like this.

I had to wait so long for someone to actually do my pedicure, and while she was doing my pedicure another lady was doin my full set. I got them done 2 days ago and 5 have already broke or popped off because she did them so thin, I could literally bend the corners of my nails because she didnt use enough acrylic. Not pleased with my nails at all.
