I thought the water would be clean by now. Went like a year ago and their water smells bad. Made my clothes smell, but I thought Id give it another chance but they came out smelly again. Not going back there.

Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible.

Have not had any problems here. Affordable and relatively clean.

Staff here is always friendly. Just that the stuffed animals and everything near the ceilings are VERY DUSTY. Not good for me or people with allergies. But the floors are free of dirt.

This Laundromat is actually a very good value. They have pretty decent washing machines(although there are no single-load size small ones. But The washing is a good value, and when you add on the fact that you get as much free Dryer cycles as it takes to dry the clothes that you wash there, - Its the best deal around the Old East Dallas area! And Ive tried most all of them. I use this place every week.P.S.- the staff are kind and helpful as well. Hope this helps someone!

The staff was ok I cant speak Spanish only Spanglish...a mix between mostly English with some Spanish words thrown in but enough to get by but 1 to the prices. They are so freaking high but they try to make up for it by giving you free drying but it would basically equal out to be the same because a load is like $9! it was okay

Its awesome and clean and the dryers are hot.It dont take long to do your laundry.I go every week.

I have a cleaning company and I use the Laundry Ive never had issues everyone follows cdc guidelines and the staff is friendly

I use a washer and it didnt wash fully so they paid for my next wash
