Would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for the parking. Very little for the area that its in. You can wash and dry king size comforters for about $5-$6 per blanket.Attendant is always organizing and cleaning the space and the lint traps.Can get a bit warm, bit there tons of fans and seats and it has AC.

Decent place to wash. Fairly clean; saw old food on the floor, not sure how often they are really clean the areas outside of the washers/dryers. Love the size if the machines. Prices are good too.. but be warn, they do not enforce make rules that they have posted everywhere you turn. Half of the people there was not wearing one. Didnt stay to fold my clothes properly due to some dude coughing/sneezing nearby.

The location had a large washer for my king sized comforter for 6.50 in quarters and a dryer for 0.25. I had cash and they had a machine to exchange it for quarters. Was nice and clean and there is always someone working and washing stuff. First time to a laundromat and was not disappointed!

I inadvertently put $4.50 in the machine next to mine. Not brilliant of me but it happened. Lili’s only response was an abrupt “it’s not my problem” WHILE smirking. She really enjoyed being able to say that. As I pleaded my case a little longer she repeated that same thing a few more times. How offensive and callous. Just plain rude. The power trip was obvious. I asked if I could speak to an owner or manager. At first she wouldn’t respond. Just shrugged her shoulders. Then finally went into the office had me fill out a form and gave me the 4.50. Wow. Took all that? Even if it were out of her control she could have just been polite. Kindness goes a long way. No one wants to feel bad about where they choose to do business.

I put my clothes in a washer and it said 30 minutes till they were finished however, when I checked on them they won’t done. The washer was stuck on final rinse for 40 minutes before it went to spin. Never use number 3.

I love this laundromat. Señora Lily will take good care of your laundry and have it nice and clean for you. The service is spectacular. Please, if youre reading this review go to this place and get that laundry done.The main reason I used the drop off laundry feature was because I have major depressive disorder and I had been procrastinating to wash my comforters. Its starting to get chilly so I had none left, but a thin sheet to cover myself. I cried at night because I was so cold and contemplated using the dirty ones. Anyways, on a better day I stopped by Royal Coin Laundry to finally wash my comforters. When I got there I felt so weak, and overwhelmed. The place was busy, yet if I didnt have so much social anxiety I wouldve stayed and finished my own laundry (maybe?). When I was there the place was clean, everyone seemed friendly and then I met Lily! Im sure she could see the distress in my face because I shyly asked her about the drop off service and she kindly helped and accommodated me. Ill forever be grateful for this experience.

Accidentally put a couple dollars into a BILL changer not the COIN dispenser and the staff just said Im out of luck. No refund. No free dry like everyone else. No one wearing masks. No bathroom available just a locked, off limits restroom. Sin español, no se puede hablar con los empleados. Very little english. Very weak dryers. Very bad laundromat. Very very bad. Good location. Thats it tho.

Not very happy with this place. Rarely need laundromat but driving a few extra miles down LBJ, as it says its open until 11pm, I just needed to quickly wash a couple of things but when I get there the attendant says 8:30 and gives me the cut off sign shaking her head no. Noice!! I mean I get it if she wants to get out of there early but dont advertise being open until 11pm if youre not going to be trying to close at 9:15.🙄

Something needs to be done. I was washing clothes had to run to my house to get my newborn and came back and was told that one of the other customers moved my clothes out of the washer. When this pandemic going on I dont know what that customer have touching my newborn and I clothes. They had 7 bags that needed washing which is disgusting!! Let my kids get sick i will take further action. I also talked the attendant on duty she said she she didnt move the clothes and proceeded on to not understand English. I will not be doing my weekly washing here anymore.

The best laundry place in Dallas hands down for self service laundry. Someone posted them closed, but they aren’t. Regular store hours still in operation.

Yolanda was great! Such a sweet efficient person, the machines are great, the price is affordable. I feel bad that other people come so late to do their wash like almost right before the last hour. Yolanda was so sweet and helpful to everyone, I overheard her answering another lady’s questions and was very professional. Id love to give her a gift card or something for all her extra effort, she’s excellent! She was extremely pleasant and so kind, she treated everyone with respect, patience and kindness no matter how they came at her.

New in town and was trying to find a decent laundromat. I read the reviews on some that were much closer to me but reviews were bad. Saw reviews on this one and drove 20 minutes out of my way to try this place. Im glad I did. Clean, plenty of machines, okay prices, and kid friendly. Vending machines were a huge plus as well as a cappuccino and coffee vending machine. I feel very safe here. Would have been 5 stars but the parking situation is not ideal. Other than parking, this place is definitely worth driving out of my way for. Based on the reviews, I love how the owner is involved with acknowledging the customers on here. It shows that they do care about providing a great service to their customers. Great place! Will ABSOLUTELY keep coming here.

I came here for the first time today and I will definitely be back. The place is clean, the machines are great, WiFi is great as well, but I am so grateful they have the bill exchanger/quarter machines for cash.I came in with A LOT of clothes. And I was able to leave around 1.5 later. 30 for washing, about an 1hr of drying. I had no problems accessing the washers and dryers, but then again I was there right at 7am.Go early, beat the crowd, and be done with laundry sooner rather than later!

I had a brand new bottle of Clorox 2 stolen while putting my clothes in the washing machine. The employee on duty wasnt concerned at all that it was stolen. This was my first trip here and I definitely will not be back.

Clean, trustworthy, safe laundromat on a sketchy side of town. I read many reviews before picking my laundromat after moving to this area. Royal coin laundry seemed to have the most positive and consistent reviews, so I gave it a shot. Since going, I have been a returning customer. There’s always a facility attendant on site and she is friendly and helpful. I turned in my laundry today for the fold service and it was extremely affordable! Do yourself a favor and do your laundry here.

Very clean and well maintained

Very clean and well maintained laundromat. Only had minor issue with putting quarters in the dryer. It took several times for the machine to register that money had been added. An attendant is readily available and very helpful, and is constantly cleaning and maintaining the machines. I went during non-peak hours and had no parking issues, but by the time I left, there were people waiting for parking spaces.

This is the cleanest laundry mat ever. I have been coming here for 2+ years and I will only come here. Thanks for being nice lily! 🙃

Ive been coming here 2 years now . Its quick and easy to fit in the laundry in a busy schedule. The attendant Lili makes my life so easy. As a single dad its nice to come to a place like this and not worry about my son because he is in the nice play area or playing the arcade games. This place is very clean and gets thumbs up from me..! Thanks a lot.

The bundle serious is only good for the ladys ripping you off. They charged over $50 and thats even with me supplying my own soap. Apparently they forgot the extra fee if $20 for badly folding your clothes. After they had picked threw and kept what they liked. If i could go negative on the ratings i would give them a -4 out of 5+ stars.

This is one of the cleanest and well maintained laundromat i have been. They have wash area with paper towels too. The laundry machines are clean. The TVs are all working. I didnt notice any out of order dryer. They even have a small play area for kids.

Need more parking. Need more laundry carts. Windows need to be wiped down. Prices aren’t displayed very well on machines. Kids get a nice dead cricket collection by the dirty play area.

Great place to wash clothes. Very clearn, a lot of washer and dryer machines. When your coins stuck in the machine you will get your money back They have someone there to assist u. They also have coins machine, TV, kids place to play while u are washing your clothes and snacks machines.

I was shooed away with them saying it was closed when it was 8:00pm.They close at 11pm and there is no reason I should be showed away I had time to do laundry and leave before 11.This place is a joke with staff who just wants to leave I will be taking my money and business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

Top it all off the attendant was cleaning again when i left and even vacuumed out the lint trays. Never saw that b4 Ever.Found this place from b n j luggage repair just down the road.
