Ive washed here several times since I moved into the neighborhood, and for the most part it is a very clean environment. The attendants are pretty helpful but when it comes to the rude customers I have to stay Ive seen some things here. I know some places have lifted the mask rules in their places of business but obliviously they ask you to wear one here, and when a Employee has to ask you several times to put your mask on it is ridiculous btw, & you shouldnt be allowed back. The guy there who has to deal with those type of customers daily 👏🏼👏🏼 I applaud you sir and may god be by your side always. I honestly dont understand why the customers are always aggressive if theyre there to wash, like just comply.

It was a good environment. Everything was organized and neat. 24 hr service which is fantastic. Overall great place to wash. Id say best time to wash is between 10-11 pm.

Nice Place! Very clean! The washer and dryers are in good repair! I like that it takes my bank card so I dont need to mess with all that change. It was a little packed so that is why the four stars, and the tables are a little small, but the layout is good. Highly recommend!

I am from our of town. Here on vacation. Very nice and clean place. Was happy to fine out that it was open early. Staff was okay.

I just moved back up here from Houston and I have to say I had the best experience at this laundry mat it was very clean and sanitary they were taking precautions and Antoine has the best customer service skills that I’ve met in a long time! In Houston, the Washateria’s are not like this! I’m a lifetime customer ! Five stars Antoine ⭐️!

The only full service dry cleaner that is open for business evenings and weekends. I had a 2 piece suit cleaned and pressed. The cost was about $10.00. Inexpensive and convenient.

05/23/2021 the lady(employee) that is here today in the morning ( I arrived at 1030 am and left at 12) is so rude with customers, she was screaming like crazy at everyone, she was taking the clothes out of the dryers, not giving people a chance to get a cart toput the clothes. I understand Sundays is a very busy day, but I havent seen anyone treating customer in such a rude way. She needs to learn customer service.

Owner was amazing which Is why I gave 2 stars otherwise I would give no stars his male manager really needs a reality check and needs to be taught manners and how to communicate with people especially with women. Poor behavior. Wont be coming back for my back up washing situations.

Its a nice place to be and very confident the machines will bring out any stain from your dress....I love it whenever I do my laundry here..

My experience was good due to the fact that it was my first time here. And I think the only think about it is. It’s small lol but it’s worth it.

The man who works nights, Antoine, I dont understand how he can keep working here, lousy customer service, super rude, no manners, also lazy, he never keeps this place clean, I always see that he mistreats customers, but its the place closer to home, and I can only wash at night

Came in to do one load of laundry and the attendant I guess was sleeping at the desk anyway he woke up and I was sitting there at the table I just got me some cookies out of the vending machine and points at his face mask like I have to wear one. How am I supposed to eat cookies with a face mask on?He didnt say a word to me just pointed at his face mask needless to say I wont be back here again.

Other than not having free dryers, o.k. experience. Clothes came out clean and dry.

When you work 2 jobs, plus a part-time student, basic household chores tend to go undone, with that being said, I dropped off my laundry one day, and within 2 hours the staff had completed my laundry. I will be utilizing their services again soon.

Morning was fine till this manager man came and was rude because i did not have some gloves on i guess they provide and was asking for me to wear them or i have to leave. Im not a racist person or anything if they would have someone that speaks english i would understand exactly what they need when the worker said something when i got here. Just plain rude the manager and not professional at all. How did he get a job with that way of talking to people.

I don’t know if the lady is overworked, or doesn’t have a system to do things, but I am completely frustrated with service. I dropped clothes off at 10 am and she told me to come back at 5. I came at 5 and she told me 3 more hours. And 3 hours later it was 20 minutes for like another hour. This cheap price gotten me in there and I will never return. She didn’t want to return my laundry basket or no GI rutsack.

Almost half of their Dryers weren’t working. And few washers either.I always have to call the lady in the reception to make them work again.But, One thing that I liked was, these machines accept cards.

Very Nice Woman that works there and is very Helpful. If U forget something (Detergent, Fabric Softener etc.) Im pretty sure they have it, its Very Clean and U can use Cash or a Credit/Debit card. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPEED KING WASH TO ANYONE and theres also Churchs Chicken and CiCis Pizza in the same Plaza.

You can use your debit card here, great people and great service, very well stocked with laundry products even carry bags with lots of variety. Great vending machines everything is very clean and service is great.

Cramped and too expensive. Staff wasn’t very helpful. I can handle telemundo on the TVs but not a televangelist with the volume as loud as it will go.

My husband took clothes to the laundromat on Sunday morning at 8:00 and pre-paid $10.50 for the clothes to be washed. He was told to come back in two hours to pick up the clothes. He went back at 6:00pm but clothes werent ready, he was told again to return in 45 minutes. He waited until 7:00pm to return for clothes. The clothes had just been put in the dryer. He asked for a refund of his money and wanted his clothes. The person who was responsible for washing the clothes got very indignant and told him he wasnt getting a refund. She took the clothes soaking wet and put them in his laundry bag and set the bag outside. My husband called the police. When the police came the lady who interacted with mu husband disappeared in the back somewhere and her twin sister came out to speak with the officer. I assumed that she was illegal Mexican. I am going to report her to the immigration department. She totally disrespected him in every way possible and she should be reprimanded and/or fired. I do not recommend this place at all.

I came here to wash a huge comforter that wouldnt fit my washer at home. They have 4 different sized huge washers if you didnt want to use the standard size washers. They even have an area where you can buy detergent if you forgot yours or buy a few snacks. They also have a small area of slots and games to pass the time.Love the employees. Love the high tech tv screens where your can watch to see if your machine is done so you dont have to keep getting up to check.I had to check the detergent dispenser of the machine I used bc a few of them had gross goop inside of them. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Oh, the machines also take debit/credit cards but I would definitely bring cash if I were you.

Terrible laundromat. dirty and many of the machines are in disrepair. Do not go there. The nearby Lonestar laundry is much better. There is no reason to go here.

2 of the women that work here are very rude. One of them refused to take a small amount of change and only changed 2 dollars because she didnt want to count it at night. Another person saw the whole thing and even told her to not be so mean, but she still refused.

Awful place, most machines do not work and are not labeled. The place is very small and people leave their clothes abandoned for hours and there you are trying to find something free to dry. A lack of control I do not recommend it and I will never return to this horrible place.

Very expensive and very small place. 1 cora for 6 min in the dryer and do not dry well. And half of the dryers dont work. 😕🤬🖕Bad service, the dryers are 25c for only 6 min and they dont even dry well. Half of the dryers are not working properly. Terrible service not coming back !!!
