They stole my phone and the boss was out of town and they havent gotten back to me to see the video bc they say he is the only one that has access to it but I always wash their and never had my phone stolen I need to speak to him if anyone know his number please and thank you.

Elderly lady who works there was rude, should have more costmer service experience them she had.

One older foreign lady is so used to traffic of outside people hanging around she treats EVERYONE like a criminal. They need better customer service at night. Will not be returning to this establishment

The business is good. Just surrounded by alot of street walkers that sometimes break out into sudden fights or arguments

Donna is my favorite attendant she interacts in a calm manner with patrons. I have watch how she treat people who were not following house rules. She does not engage other customers with gossip or negative conversations about other patron.

Friendly staff, you can drop off laundry, and plenty machines. Saturdays are the busiest! Go on Monday, Tuesday, low traffic. Great Mexican restaurant next door, and nearby businesses, you can walk too!

I pulled up to dry my clothes at 930 and the doors were locked. The old lady stated they were closed. Your hours are clearly posted that say 11 p.m. You even have a sign on your window that says last washer starts at 10 and you still have the person in the late shift shutting down shop before time. Piss-poor service.

Reasonable price but not the safest area to be in.

Washers are very large, but if you need a medium or plain large...they have those too. Drying your clothes is free of charge if you wash clothes on site. The attendant keeps the machines & floors clean. We use 2 or 3 extra large machines on pre-wash (and that includes blankets and sheets) Everything comes out squeaky clean. We will go back 😀
