Unprofessional rude staff along with lots of stuff out of order. Lots of machines taking money I had to switch machines 3 times no refund offered although so many attendees here most are sitting. The machines here are beautiful facility beautiful and clean and they have laundry card you must purchase for $5 then load more money on which is fine except all their machines are broke. You will have to go ask a business next door and don’t ask an attendant because the majority are rude. One young man was so rude him and my family got into a confrontation . I keep seeing reoccurring complaints that others had confrontation with a similar young man. Sounds like the same experience, same person

Staff is super helpful! No coins needed, everything is operated by prepaid card. Tons of plugs available to charge your phone or computer. Small dryers are free to use! Option to drop off laundry with reasonable rates. Very clean.

For a while Ive been going to a different laundromat which I was quite satisfied with, but I didnt want to drive so far anymore so I thought I give this one a try. Overall not bad, but now that I can compare, this is what I would suggest/improve: washers more elevated so I dont have to bend so much to load - my back would appreciate it. Also more spaces to fold laundry and higher tables. I do love that at the other place you can use an app on your phone to load and pay. Other than that, most important thing: I feel that my clothes got clean. They offer free detergent tabs and free dryers which is a plus. Clean bathroom except for the diaper changing table which thankfully I didnt have to use. Bigger play area compared to the other laundromat which my 5y old will be excited about if I come back and take him with me. Still not sure if I will switch to this one or go back to the other one.

This is by FAR the best laundromat that we’ve been to! The manager Jermaine was sanitizing after every customer removed their clothes from the washer or dryer! There is an entire play area for your children (unbelievable right)! Customer service was phenomenal!!! Oh yeah and if that wasn’t enough it’s FREE DRY!!! If you forget your dryer sheets no worries they’ve got your back. There are also a couple other surprises that I loved but I’ll leave it to you to go and see for yourself! I have been going there since I had to move to an apartment due to freeze damage to my home. I did not realize he was there, but this is not the first time he follows me. This short man is very aggressive. He is frustrated at his job and likes to be fiery with customers. I will never go again when he is there. He is rude, follows me everywhere I go, and monitors the areas as the laundromat owner. I hate to go to a place to see toxic; I dont understand his demeanor of following me; I will file a police report. I dont feel safe around him. He has angry issues with life.

This laundromat is extremely clean and very large HOWEVER the customer service is poor and they do not have vending machines. When approaching the owner on a broken machine he was very dismissive and nonchalant with his sarcastic apology.

Ive always been able to get a w/d right away. It is very clean, they provide free Tide Pods and Downy softener. I think the cost is totally worth it, not just the free dryers, but also the facility is super well lit, and that helps to deter any potential unwanted guests. I have always felt safe here, at all times of the day/night. Its almost 10pm and I have no issues. There are quite a few people here at 10pm on a Friday.Overall, I think its a good value, especially when all the other factors are included. It is, afterall, a Laundromat (a nice one), not a Country Club.

Hands Down the Best! The Young lady in the afternoon super polite Dropped off my laundry with her within 2 hrs she had my clothes ready to be picked up A+ on her folding! The facility is super clean. highly recommended.

Hands down this is the best laundromat I’ve ever used. There is only one thing that needs improvement in my opinion; lint filters should be monitored and cleaned more frequently in the dryers.

Clean, organized place. All transactions are done thru a payment card supplied by the company. Fast, friendly and convenient. Older gentleman assisted me and total time of wash and dry was under and hour.

I have been washing clothes in a laundromat for a few years now and this one is by far the best! Its super clean, the employees are helpful and theres enough of everything so that clients are not all over each other.

The place is good very great working equipment. More space too. The attendant short gentleman with a beard......is a no for that place. A simple question will be answered with an attitude and you will wait for over 10 minutes for his help. Very disappointing for a business as good as that.

My apartment’s laundry center is not the best, I used to go to another laundry but this one was closer to me. There were no problems at first, however, I’ve seen a sharp decline in the quality of the business.The attendant is almost NEVER present. One time, the card payment machine was out of service, and I did not have cash. I waited 25 minutes for the attendant to show up to see if he could charge me instead, but he never showed up. I had no choice but to unload all my laundry and go to another laundry. I watched other customers do the same. I spotted the attendant just sitting in his car on my way out. In fact, I have VERY frequently observed the attendant just sitting in his car, leaving the business unattended for long periods of time, while customers walk around needing help. I feel it is also worth mentioning that whenever the attendant IS present, he is almost always smelling STRONGLY of marijuana.On my most recent visit, I found a customer’s debit card left in the payment machine. The attendant was, again, not in the business but was hanging out in his car. After asking the other customers if it was their card, I knocked on the employee door but there were no other employees there. I slid the card under the door. Upon walking out to the parking lot, I realized the attendant had a CLEAR VIEW of the employee door, but just couldn’t be bothered to see what was going on in his place of employment.I don’t think I will be returning to this laundry, I’m moving to a place that comes with washer/dryer anyway. The machines are great but that’s about it. I would rather my money go to people who don’t take their jobs for granted in a time where millions are unemployed. I’ve met the owner and he seems like a good man with a strong work ethic. It’s disappointing that this employee does not also reflect that.

Love this place! It’s clean and the owner is very friendly! He is always welcoming the kids and trying to make it easier for the parents with kids! Definitely recommend this laundromat 😌

I love this Laundromat. Never have trouble getting in and out and taking care of what i need to get done. Washers and dryers work great. And its free dry if you wash there. Well worth every penny. ( one thing i would recommend is not to dry your clothes on high heat, because it will shrink your clothes all of my socks happened to get shrunk, but it also could have been because those socks were bought at walmart. But other then that great place to wash and dry your clothing. I would most definitely recommend.

This laundromat is awesome! Most cleanest and nicest laundromat i have been to. The owner has free laundry pods (soap) for the customers who dont have any and the dryers are FREE!! Thats a first for me. May God continues to bless them.

This is a nice place! Its clean and there was never a wait for a machine. It took a few minutes for me to figure out the prepaid system, but an attendant was there to help me get everything setup. Once I got started, it was a quick 30 minutes to get all my things washed. And I was happy to learn drying is free with the prepaid card!

I’ve tried multiple places in the area for laundry and this one is by far the nicest and the cleanest! They use laundry cards instead of coins which I don’t mind because it makes the process cleaner. The man working here was very helpful in helping me figure everything out! Will be coming back for sure.

I went for the first time looking confused, the attendants were very friendly and happy to help me. One showed me how to get and load a card. Inside was clean and I felt very comfortable washing my clothes there.

Probably the cleanest laundromat I could have ever imagined. Its nice and modern on the inside, and there are employees constantly keeping the place clean. I love that theres a kids-area in the very back where kids can color at a table and be entertained (also very well kept). That feature alone has made my prior experiences at this place enjoyable because my kids really enjoyed having a space where they could color, read, and get good snacks at the vending machine. Surprisingly, my kids felt that going to the laundromat was quite a treat!The bathrooms are also trustworthy in my opinion!

I haven’t been in a laundry in a long time, so the no more coins and dealing with the card was kind of confusing at first, I went on a Monday was somewhat busy there’s a guy working there very helpful and keeping the whole place in order and clean. Oh and the drying is free!!

I am sure this place is fine for washing your clothes. The gentlemen who was running the place for this day (Sunday 01.10.2021 at 430p) was extremely rude. I came across town to do laundry for someone who was in a psychiatric in-patient hospital and return the clean clothes to them. Since it was one small load I brought a small amount of Detergent in a small glass jar. After getting the load started I went to rinse the jar in the bathroom. As there were no paper towels, I used the air dryer to dry the jar. He came over and looked in and told me I was disturbing the customers and needed to stop. I asked how I was to dry the jar and my hands which were wet from rinsing the jar. He said youre not drying your hands, your just playing. Best I could tell it was interrupting his ability to hear the football game on the TV. Very disappointing customer service experience.

If you are reading this: please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. there are literally hundreds of laundrymatss if not thousands in the DFW metroplex. we were falsely accused of stealing people cloths and asked to leave. I have never been to a place where we were treated so poorly before. The owner is a naraccis. he refused to allow me to reddeem the amount still on my wash and dry card. we are really considering taking legal. action against this place

Always clean with an attendant staying on top of it throughout the day. Machines always work just fine. The only 2 things to be mindful of is the lack of social distancing and the biggest dryer’s are NOT FREE like the other sizes.

I like this laundromat, its very clean, everyone is pretty nice, and its reasonably priced. HOWEVER, one employee is extremely unprofessional. Last time, I knocked on the employee door, had a question about buying laundry detergent, and he was maybe 8 feet away and just yelled, WHAT at me. I was taken aback, clearly I didnt deserve that kind of reaction. Today I went back, and the outside door wasnt working. Not a problem, went in another door, and figured since the door has a push button and I always have to push the button to get out, Id just do that. The same employee started screaming at me, while I calmly tried to explain, I always have to push the button anyways? And starts angrily telling me he had to take it off the track, etc. I suggested putting a sign up, and he yelled, IM WORKING ON IT. So, wow.

So clean and modern. I always feel safe here and its relatively affordable. The staff is super sweet and helpful as well. Great spot (:

Super location, decent hours, extremely clean (including the bathroom)and the attendants are always busy cleaning. Theyre also very polite and helpful( especially the lady during the week). All the equipment is fairly new and in working order. Parking seems to always be available. The televisions play Spanish stuff on one side and English stuff on the other. Do not forget the best thing (I think anyways) FREE DRY, FREE DRY, OKay Say it With Me, FREE DRY... Oh yeah before I post theres one more thing. The card you load to use the washers/dryers with has a $2.00 cash return when you give it to one of the attendees. Look on the back of the card. Whew, I said a mouthful.

I only planned on coming to this laundromat until the laundromat closer to my house is finished with reconstruction, but Craig has made my first time experience here so awesome that I don’t mind driving the extra 10 mins down the road to this one! Thank you Craig for going above & beyond!

My dryer went out so I searched for a laundromat. I found this one. It is so clean. Omg, the guy helped me with the dryer. You need a card . I told him I only had 4 dollars in bills and the rest in coins( quarters). He let me dry for free. Those who wash there dry for free. I’m so thankful . I came here. It was last minute and needed my clothes dry for my evening shift. So, to make a long story short. This is the cleanest, neatest,inviting laundromat I have ever been too. I will be back with my comforters.

I visited this site since 4 weeks ago.Good washer dryer machines.But this place wasted my time, when I arrived nobody was in there to serve. I was looking for a staff member to get the instruction about the payment options.Then I called them on the phone and they informed me they were going to find out the lady who works there,I have been waiting over than half an hour, they said a lady should be coming shortly. She was very unprofessional and was not in the place at all.She came from outside smoking then sat down without caring and left in seconds. I didnt know that was her until I called back, they said; she is an African American, so they called her back. She came from out and didnt make any effort to answer me.I was about to leave to another location, at the last minute a nice customer provided the help to me, thanks to the customer. While this place certainly needs to find a reliable worker who is more professional and can do his/her job.

Manager talks to much gets on your nerves....they say they open at 7AM...STILL WAITING OUTSIDE OAFTER 7AM.

Today when I went in there... wash doors top of washers Im not being wiped down doesnt seem like its being sanitized.

Edit: the owner corrected the mistake of his employee and refunded me as well as gave me credit to use the machines.Today I had the cops called on me for trying to do my laundry with my service dog. The worker would not listen to me that Irwin was a medical alert service dog. He was calmly beside me or sitting under my legs the entire time I was in the building.She began taking photos of me and my service dog. Which my mom stepped in front of me and asked her not to do. She said she didn’t care continued to do so.When the cops got there and explained to her I was legally allowed to be there she still said she didn’t care. We called the owner and also explained the situation (who had seen Irwin before btw) and he said we were allowed to be there as well.The worker became upset that the cops and owner said we were allowed to be there. She then changed her story to Irwin was uncontrolled and running around the facility. Irwin is always attached to me by a waist leash the entire time. She also said I was cussing and becoming aggressive which if you know me is not who I am.The cops explained to the owner Irwin was calmly sitting under my legs the entire time as well. The cameras at the facility will also show this to be true.I had just started my washing machine and had already put $30 on the wash card. We are now out that money as they would not refund and were told I had to take it up with the bank. We had to leave with soaking wet heavy clothes.I felt judged, ashamed, and hurt. I was just trying to do laundry so I had something to wear to Christmas Dinner tonight and clean bedding. I’m angry that this person lied about my dog being out of control after she did not get her way. I feel judged and ashamed- I can’t control that I’m sick. I have a task trained medical alert dog that helps me mitigate my issues. I’m disabled- while it may not always outwardly appear that way I suffer from several chronic illnesses that really effect the quality of my life. I choose to do laundry today as it wouldn’t be busy putting me in less contact with people- I have an immune deficiency that leaves me really susceptible to becoming sick so I have to avoid large crowds and amounts of people if possible.I would like this employee to learn that they can’t discriminate against disabled people and their medical equipment. I would like to thank the wonderful police women who tried to help and fix the situation to the best of their ability on Christmas Day and being open and understanding about my service dog.

Ive been using this laundry since it opened. I had my first bad experience tonight. I think the lady that was the attendant said her name was Victoria. She was very rude. I asked for the managers name and number and she said to Google it. We had an argument. I have got to talk to the owner about this unprofessional POS! I almost caught a case. She needs to learn how to talk to people.Update: I contacted the owner. He handled the situation. He apologized and gave me a $25 wash card.

Really loved the place, very clean, huge area so social distancing was not an issue, TVs to sit and watch while keeping cool inside. Wasnt real crazy about having to use a card but the guy that was there was very helpful and I will be going back anyways 😃

NEVER use your credit or debit card here. Their machine charged me an extra $10 and they refused to refund the money. All they could offer was a credit. I advised multiples times that I have already washed and did not need the credit. They don’t have any signs posted anywhere that says “no refunds” Very expensive too.

I have been coming here every week for a year now. This is a good laundromat, its clean, the staff is helpful when needed, and there are several machines for use for minor and major wash loads. The free dry is a plus. Im glad they got rid of the gaming area it was not a good idea in the days of smartphones. They put a child area which is nice for them to have a little place to stay & play while parents are washing.

I love anything new. Here, you get to use cards with chips, its a little bit pricey but you get to dry for free. And its worth it, washes your clothes so good, It is always clean even the restrooms, and washers n dryers, I always wash here, 6 TVs, and your clothes are always dry, without burning you.

This place gets 2 stars for not refunding you when their machines take your money and ongoing rude and unhelpful workers that cant manage basic problem solving. Drying is suppose to be free for wash customers. Its stated all over the place. Had this happen to me today as the last straw with this place, and the clueless worker was barely paying attention when I let him know a couple of the dryers ripped me off. All he had to say was they needed to put a sign on how to use the machines... except Ive been coming here for a while and never had a problem with a faulty machine. Made no sense and he didnt give a refund. Cheaper to just go around the corner off trinity mills rd. Because they will at least be helpful and address an issue.

Pros: The laundromat is very clean and air-conditioned. Cons: The lady clerk is very rude and usually not around when a problem arise. One time I saw her drive off. Sometimes the dryers will charge you $.50 when they are suppose to be free.

Nicest Laundromat I’ve ever been too. Remarkably clean. Extremely efficient, well maintained, and reasonably priced machines. Helpful staff that proactively explained how to use the payment system and make the most use of my dollar. Just awesome.

So, their card system forces you to forfeit a good amount of money. Expect to lose a good 3-5 dollars on top of already high washer prices. They also advertise free dryers with wash purchase. Thats false af. Coming here made me hurry up and buy a new washer.

Found this place on google, and did not disappoint!As soon as I walked in The guy that works here (didn’t get his name) helped me and explain to me how the laundry card works, and how much money I should put and what machine to use. Extremely helpful!The place was extremely clean, and has a bunch of machines so no waiting for one to open up. Also free dry!

It’s a washateria...I honestly have no idea what people are expecting...this is one of the cleaner ones to go to when I go (only go here when my washer or dryer throws a fit...adulthood yay!) use card or cash to buy your laundry card...keep up with it...I don’t come often but I’m on my 3rd card lol 🤦🏽‍♂️

Facilities are nice and clean. Staff greeted me upon arrival and assisted with getting started. It was not crowded which is a major plus for me as I dislike crowds. Facility is air conditioned with TVs, seating, and folding tables.

Helen is the best attendant DD Washer could ever had. She is so helpful, kind and lovely person. Not to mention the modern of the washers and dryers. You can do your laundry in just few minutes. I definitely recommend this place.

Today was our first visit. It was great, very clean. All the washers seemed of high quality. I would say its the nicest laundry mat Ive ever been to. The attendant was very helpful. Its definitely my new laundry mat.
