Horrible customer service. Didn’t even have a chance to use them because they don’t answer the phone or text like they advertise. And when they finally do it’s very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend. Use just 4 kids bounce house or hop til you drop!

I use Billys bounce house for all my functions at the school I work at as well as personal functions. So we use them multiple times a year. Billys bounce house is extremely professional and we have never had anything but a absolute positive experience with them. Not sure what the other review is about but find it hard to believe anyone was rude or disrespectful from Billys.

Had the absolute WORST experience with Billy’s bounce house. Already going through so much with this pandemic and we threw my brother in law a small graduation and wanted him and his friends to have a water slide. They asked me where I wanted it I told them and have had 4 other water slides in this area and they didn’t agree I told them I had people sitting in the area they wanted it they packed up their things without ANY discussion at all and left. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!! I would not recommend.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous to use Billys. I did not experience any of the issues others reported. Billy was pleasant to deal with on the phone and came later into the evening to pickup the slide.

They have the worst attitudes... we will NOT recommend them to anyone not even to enemies if we had any!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! They told us they would deliver at 10:30 AM and then came by at 8 AM and said that they knocked on the door several times and no one came which is not true because there were people at the house the entire time. Once we realize they were running late we called multiple times they didnt answer then when they did answer they claim that it was our fault because no one answered the door at 8 AM when they were not supposed to be there until 10 AM. They did finally come back out and put it up only to explain to me that it was my fault that I was not there when they arrived two hours early. I know now that I will never use Billys bounce house I will use Mark good moon man business. Please if you were thinking about using this company for a childs party you will be very disappointed
