Very poor and unreliable! Husband went into office last week for a worker to arrive at 8am to plant 15 evergreens this morning. (They quickly charged full amount on his American Express card last THURSDAY!) SPECIALLY today as the forecast was for sunshine! (My husband is 78 years old.) Early this morning he went out and lined up tools, soil/fertilizer mix, trees, etc., to maximize work time. At 9am he called office to inquire where the scheduled worker was. They failed to schedule anyone, although they were quick to take his money!! At noon, they still don’t know where their worker is!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE! Highly unprofessional and definitely unreliable!

Its better than the rest but still could be better at conviencing the workers. They basically want you to waste your gas, show up and hope you get a job. There is NO guarantee that you will work. When you try to call in at 5:55am to put you down as available they will simply tell you to come in. Although there is a contact number the women there will work with you to a certain extent but like I say there is NO guarantee and that sucks after you wasted gas and time and labor finders do not care. If you can find other employment I definitely would take offer

I tell everyone about this place. I moved here from Louisiana recently and was working the day after I applied and every day since. I worked through these guys for about 8 months and there are very nice people to get along with. Will do anything for you at long as you show them your going to actually try once they give you a chance. Im still employed with the company I got on full time with after the probation period was over.

Good people to work with 90℅ of the time the send you out to work, and if you have and hostile or bad work environment at any of the jobs all you have too do is be honest with the people at labor finders and they will find you a better environment to work in that is comfortable for you .
