Let me start out by saying this is the CLEANEST AND WELL MAINTAINED laundry mat Ive EVER BEEN IN!!! the washers and dryer EXCELLENT!! My wife and I were greeted by Jennifer she was very courteous considerate and very very professional! She gave us a brief explanation on how to purchase and load a card for the machines also the proper operation of the machine shes there step by step the whole time we were there she was cleaning and wiping things down WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS!?!? THIS WILL BE OUR LAUNDROMAT FOR NOW ON 😊😊😊😊😊

My friend Reyna a.k.a Minnie is always on top of her job duties she works the hardest out of all the staff members shes always making sure everyone gets the help they need and is always having that place spotless. Shes the only reason why I always go washing there💯💯😊😊☺

Yo! This Laundry spot is the best! All of the employees are extremely helpful, and work very hard at running a tight ship. I have been impressed with the place since its first impression on me by Jennifer. But let me mention my friend Minnie (Reyna) and how she has gone above and beyond to help me completely do my laundry, but has even stayed late and come to work early to let me pick up my laundry. Im truly appreciative! All the equipment is top notch, and so is the crew!

Oh my what a find to wash clothes!! And they have the items you left for cheap..ie washing powder for dirt cheap.

Everytime I come into this establishment I always feel welcome and always receive the best possible customer service. Minnie is the best. She always helps me when I need it. She moves my clothes to the dryer for me. She’s always making sure everything is sanitized especially during this time. She always makes sure everyone is good. One of the few times I’ve come here, the Mexican girl approached me with great customer service and made sure I was able to work the machine myself. This goes to the boss: she is a great worker and truly cares about her customers. There has never been a time where she has given attitudes or make others feel less. The other workers before her have never bothered to help me, some of them can even be racist, thinking that I don’t know English, but with her it’s different and it’s obvious. To the boss man, please give this woman a raise, she truly deserves it.

I come from east Dallas only when Minnie is here because she never has a Attitude she has great customer service she’s always cleaning she makes the employees happy as I can see when I go wash if I leave she’ll put my clothes in the dryer and fold it for free so this goes to the Boss you need to give her a raise if Minnie leaves I’m not coming back shes never mad because she has to work.

The Mexican woman they call Minnie is the best. She is very helpful and keeps the place very clean. She is always cleaning while I am there. The manager, Jennifer, is very rude with customers. I have seen her rudeness to other customers. She almost got into a fight with a customer. I’m not sure how she is even a manager. Her rudeness to customers and other employees is terrible . If that happened at my workplace, she would no longer have a job and is very close to harassment. I have even heard Jennifer tell rumors about Minnie. Minnie is the best and I only stop to wash my clothes if she is there. If she isn’t then I go down the street to another laundromat.

The Mexican girl that works here has great customer service and always cleans and treats people with professionalism. She is always teaching new customers the use of the machines, there has never been no arguing or bad attitudes when I come here. I love coming here when she is here, if not, I wouldn’t come. 👍

My husband and I visited on a Saturday evening. I wasnt very busy and the decently clean on the inside compared to most laundromats Ive been to. The person on staff was very friendly and helpful. I noticed she was helping others with their washing and was sympathetic to people that couldnt afford to wash. Her young daughter was there and was very well behaved. For the most part, she was watching tv or helping out around the laundromat. It was our first time there and the lady on staff showed us what to do and gave us some tips (there was also another lady there that must frequent there that was very informative). Id definitely return. It was cheaper than a lot of other places, great customer service and they have free dryers after a wash!

I have been using this laundry mat since April of this year. Its always clean & most of the dryers (mainly the ones on the left side) get my clothes dry fast! The last 2 times I have visited, I have had to get a refund.I load money on my card and start at least 2 washers. When I go to start the 3rd washer, I literally only have a few dollars left on my card? I felt like I was almost going to be denied a refund this time. I explained to her that the short hispanic lady was able to call the manager, explain the situation &honor a refund. The main reason why I come here is because of this same lady. She is ALWAYS cleaning and helping everyone. I truly appreciate her!!!Ultimately, I hope the owner gets the problem fixed so I can feel more secure in loading my hard earned money onto this laundry card.

A nice laundromat for the community. They have free dryers with wash and they have good machines. Some was out of order but fortunately it was enough for everybody. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. And it was clean with good folding stations and benches to wait.

Good place to go washing. You have to spend $2 for a wash card and load money on the card. The prices are crazy but they get your clothes clean

Clean well cared for Laundromat. Never had any problems here. Dont have to mess with finding change for the machine because they work off of a prepaid card.

I have been coming here since 2016. I have never had a problem here, other than 1x I was told I had a bootlegged card? I was refunded. So I returned, the washers here are great when working, dryers too. Since new management has taken over, I have only seen improvement, However, the ONLY person I see is the little hispanic lady. Is she the only one that works here? Everytime I come she is here, and has her customers happy, and the place clean!! She deserves a raise. Hope the owner actually reads these.

Been going to this place since it opened because its right across from where I live. Won’t be back. Machine took my money at the beginning of September and it’s been a game to the manager to not give me my money back. I’ve called, I’ve stopped by, she even said she’s leave an envelope for me with my $5. NOTHING HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ME. Employees are nice, but come on, a month now for my $5 the machine took. It’s not that hard to refund me my money back.

It was my first time going there . I had no clue what to do . A really nice lady came right away and helped me I asked her for her name and her name is Pam . She is a really nice lady and helpful. I will definitely go back soon .😊

I wish I could say my experience was the same. Been coming here for at least once a week for 5 months. Spend close to 20/weekly that’s $400 . Lived across the street . Had permission from the manager to park my car there. She called or the owner and had it towed. It’s disheartening because not only did she go back on her word, she doesn’t care about the customers. I know my money solely doesn’t run this place but I will never use them again! They will not pocket my money then screw me over. I’ve called several times went up there just to talk. She wasn’t there never answered never returned my calls. Just letting y’all know, guess I got too comfortable thinking they were being good neighbors guess not

So as I was washing I noticed that one of the workers was hustling customers for money because she was drying their clothes then had her kids begging as well omg it was sad to see I cried in the car whoever runs this business please handle that because its not good business I will never come here again and I live right across the street I really like washing here but after witnessing that I could never pull my self to every come back great washers & drys but workers begging for money its not worth it. ..

Great customer service ever since it came under new management super friendly employees, very clean and welcoming environment, very outgoing and friendly manager as well as the short Mexican female I’ve been coming here since new management because the last managers were very unorganized and disrespectful ever since then I’ve felt very pleased with the company of the employees

This used to be a great place. People here dont help always on phones. Half dryers dont work. Now washers are getting that way. Dirty place. Im gonna look for another place.

I was here a couple weeks ago and noticed someone harassing the employee over a refund and the employee kept trying to explain the no refund policy so she paid out of pocket and then was threatened to have her fired the employee was a short Mexican lady with her 2 children and was constantly being harassed the whole time the lady was there it was very uncomfortable and I’ve been coming to this laundromat since it opened and I’ve never experienced anything as unpleasant as this I feel sorry for the employee and the way she was harassed and had to pay out of her pocket I personally like this laundromat I come here often but there should be more security over the employees
