Stopped by to have my truck washed on Monday 9/27/21. I have a fuel transfer tank mounted in the bed of my truck, which the employee who took my payment saw as well as the employees who guided me into the wash. Didnt think anything about it since Ive been through automatic washes before including this one with no issue. Halfway through the wash one of the brushes somehow ripped my fuel nozzle and hose completely off the truck and proceeded to beat the side of my truck with it until the wash was shut down. I was told to pull out so that they could take pictures of the damage and take down my info and the General Manager Giancarlo Raffo would be in touch with me in a few days. I couldnt call him because his cell number was conveniently misprinted on the business card. Recieved a call today 9/29/21 from Mr. Raffo stating that the Regional Manager would have to look at the security videos and determine if they would be held liable. He also told me that they dont wash trucks with tanks in the bed to which my reply was why was I told to go through the wash in the first place then? Of course a few hours later I recieved and email, again, from Mr. Raffo stating that my damages would not be covered because they have a policy about Non-factory installed items. After which I asked for the Regional Manager to contact me directly which as of this time hasnt happened nor have I been given a reply from Mr. Raffo. Needless to say Im more than disgusted by how this entire thing has been handled and will be pursuing every avenue to have my truck repaired.

I ordered the top wash. Part of my car didnt get clean. When I brought it to their attention, they put me back through the wash with no problem 😊. Great customer service!

The wash is great. I do miss having towels and spray to clean windows. Im not a fan of having employees assist at the self service entrance.

I love the membership there. My car gets super clean!!!. Most of the employees are awesome and friendly but I do have one concern... every time I take my car to the car wash it get a new scratch on the windows. 😕

This location is so much better over the last few weeks!! They have a new person, Evan, that is amazing. I just bought the Unlimited Wash program and I am loving it!! No matter where I am at there is a Mister Car Wash around that I can run my car through (even though this is my favorite location).Their Unlimited Car Wash plan is the way to go! I’ve had no problems at all. They even helped me get rid of the love bugs when I came back from Florida!!

Best self serve car wash I experienced. All equipment exceptional working order and the place is really clean.

I wish they still brushed the bumpers and windshield prior to entering the wash. The vacuum I tried to use was clogged. The second one didnt have any suction either.Reading other recent reviews. I see The owner just posts static responses to reviews. HELLO!!! Youre getting mixed reviews. Were not happy that your staff doesnt brush the bumpers or windshields! That is Not a good review.

I was there a couple weeks ago. It was around 6:30pm warm and sunny. They were closed. They need to extend there hours. They need to be open until at least 8pm in the spring and summer, especially if its sunny out. I wont be going there again unless theyre open past 6:30

Did not get car very clean. No towels to dry off and clean up your car. There is a better one just a few miles away.

Go the monthly membership route, better deal and my car has never looked better.

People working there are great. But need the towels and spray stuff so you wipe down the inside of car.

Usually greeted well and the employees who guide you in and spray off your windshield and rear window have not done it the last two times. They just stood there. Its the caring gestures that count!

The car wash has good customer service. For example, theres someone there to swipe your card, offer the membership, and guide you to the wash. The wash does clean my vehicle well.The negative is not only did the free vacuum I pulled up to use not work, the mat cleaner was down too. When this wash first opened you could use their systemto clean your vehicle and rags to use as well. It is not the same.

Mister car wash has always been a good experience for myself. Ive even had the monthly vip membership in the past and at the time I really got my money worth at the time and my car was always looking like🤩🤩. Over time I couldnt make it out to the wash so it became less of a deal but, I definitely had a great experience when I could use the monthly service.

Bad location. No rubber mat cleaners, no towels and no spray bottles. Go somewhere else where they invest a little in the customer experience. And this location is CERTAINLY not worth the membership without any of those options. Cancelled mine.

Dont like the fact that Paradise Cove was bought out by Mister Car Wash. Subpar service, high prices and nothing to show for it! If youre looking for the same service, amenities and even cheaper prices, visit Wash Me Fast in Kennesaw! Excellent!

The staff is always friendly and helpfull. The vacuums always work and are really powerful. Bathrooms are still closed due to Covid.

The machine to wash your rubber mats is ALWAYS broke

I love this car wash ! My car always comes out looking squeaky clean ! Some of the vacuums dont work as well as others but Ive only gotten 2 that were like that and I come here all the time

Just OK. It’ll do in a pinch but the price does not match the final result. There is usually still grime and dirt remaining after I pay $16. The location is convenient and there are plenty of spots for vacuuming. Before it changed ownership they provided towels, cleaning rags and cleaner in spray bottles that was very convenient. Mister does not provide this bonus which is a bummer and has actually lost them my business on a few occasions.

This location simply is a shell of what it once was when it was Paradise Falls. The attention Paradise used to give along with overall lot “cleanliness” now doesn’t even compare. I was a member of Paradise and quickly removed my membership from this location. As stated below the cans were full and the quality just is not there. Paradise has re-established a new location in Powder Springs that I’m gladly a member of again!

Always quick and courteous. The wash always leaves my truck clean. The free vacuums are a big plus as well.

This location is much better than the Douglasville location.

This place is really good the only thing that it need to improve is the machine that they use to clean the car mats its always out of service so thats no good no bueno .

I like coming to this car wash. The only problem that I have is that, I feel like before you enter the car wash machine the workers should wash off the front, back and side of your car with the soft brush they used. Because when I go through the car wash I have to go multiple time because the stains are still there. I also dont like how close the have the cars enter the car wash. I wait for a minute before I go in because I dont want to be to close to other cars anything can happen.

One of my favorite places to get my car washed they have locations all over I can go to any one of them and they have vacuums I can use as long as I need in the wash is pretty good

I visited on Friday 6/25 and 2 of the vacuums I moved to werent working. My tires had no shine and there are no towels or spray for the customers. I always use car nutz/hometown and will continue to. Very disappointed.

Been going here for years and its always great. The only thing they need are towels so you can at least dry your windows so they dont get spotty.

Its safe its reliable and its fast and Great service, did a great job. The guys deserved and got a good tip! Price was fair and they worked fast.

The $20 wash does a good job of cleaning your car. They also have free vacuums.

When this was first built and I signed up for the unlimited wash it was a Paradise Car Wash. Since becoming Mr. Wash it has declined. The staff is uninterested and its hit or miss if they pre-scrub or even use the debug spray. I go because of convenience but I wouldnt expect a lot as far as customer service.

Our satellite antenna cover was ripped off during the wash. We reported it and have received a text that we will be contacted within 48 hours. Will update the review once everything is completed. Wash was great though.

Great car wash and free self serve vacuuming

Several locations operate below expectations, but when you find a consistent location, youre golden.

The closest Mr. Carwash is 8.8 miles away from me, that really is the only problem, therefore it is not convenient but when I happen to get to it, its worth it. For the price, if I can use it @ least 4 to 6 times a month.

Since it switched to Mister Carwash it just doesnt work as well. Misses the whole back of the car and horrible water spots that are extremely hard to get off ur car.

I was a member of paradise carwash before mister bought them. I really like that mister has different locations and you can use other places. One thing, I miss from paradise was they supplied hand towels to wipe down your cars and had air fresheners and inside spray cleaners.

OK. Took SUV through twice and didnt clean SUV and wheels clean.

My vehicle isnt coming clean after 2 washes each time. The bugs on the front just arent being washed off. My antenna was broken in the wash. The top of my van is still filthy. And they dont enforce the no loud music rule, so i had to leave because i didnt want the kids to hear vulgar rap.

I last used the wash on hwy 120 near the Avenues shopping center in marietta. The water in the carwash smelled bad... like it was stale... it made my car smell for 3 days.

Not as good customer service as Acworth location but bigger area for doing interior clean.

Love the one at WalMart on Dallas Hwy. Actually all locations are great. So glad to have 2 near me and multiple other locations. Makes it easy to keep my girl cleaned!!!

I have been a member here since Paradise owned it. Today the trash cans are full, the vacuum hose is broken and the floor mat machine will not clean my mats. If you don’t step it up next time I’m here, I’m canceling my monthly membership. There is no excuse for the way you are running this location in the ground.

My car was still dirty once I went through car wash. They dont have towels to clean your car with, carpet cleaners, fragrance for your vehicle, nothing but vacuums and car wash that doesnt clean your vehicle! The previous car wash, Paradise Cove was much better! You actually got your moneys worth. This one charges same price, if not more and you get nothing.

I have no complaints. I never washed my car before because of all the rain and pollen we have in Georgia. Thanks to my visiting grandmothers complaints about the appearance of my car I decided to give you a chance. Needless to say my car in its entirety looks brand new and that has impacted me more than I thought it would. Not entirely sure what my $10 more is going to, but like I said before I have no complaints and am sure it was explained to me and I just didnt fully understand at that time lol.SincerelyMr. Cheese

Very poor service. Get stuck at the scanning multiple times and have to get someone to authorise. Last visit I was told that I couldnt use this service for next few weeks because they were working on their system which I think its totally unacceptable and mind boggling that someone could come up with an answer like that when I see cars going into the car wash from the next lane. Very disappointed with the quality of the car wash and cost cutting measures affecting the car wash. Not a happy customer. Will surely go look for another car wash for monthly program sign-up.

Will never bring my car here again. It was better when it was Paradise Cove. They dont sud up your vehicle first before it goes through the car wash. I paid $16 and my car still had dirt all over like it was never washed. Horrible place. They also dont have rags or cleaners to clean your car like Paradise did, just vacuums. We want Paradise back. When i drove up on a Friday and saw how empty it was that was a dead give away.

After Paradise became Mister, the rags and cleaner disappeared. Unfortunately Ive had to seek out another Car Wash that provides this important service, a little further for me, but well worth it. Sorry, Paradise was great. You guys are very average and lack lustre, hmmm...lack luster, how ironic.

This car wash was 10x better when it was Paradise Cove. Seems you get less but pay more. Seems to always over charge or charge twice if you have recurring payments. My wife has quit using this place and went to another company in Kennesaw. Unfortunately, this is by the house so I have to continue using it. The one in Hiram is a little better.Run your vehicle through, will still be dirty, the dryers dont blow that well and seems to leave hard soap spots that are a pain to remove. If you pass another company to or from work, do yourself a favor and skip this one.
