Either Google has it wrong or the guys wanted to cut out early but hours show they close at 4pm on Sundays. Took my car at 3pm and they said they were already closed, even though they were just sitting on chairs hanging out. I wouldve understood if it was 3:45, but my car wouldnt have taken anywhere near an hour to clean.

Looks great from a distance - just don’t look close. Paid for the exterior hand wash and interior cleaning. After an hour or so (I went to HG Supply to eat and work, wasn’t in a rush) I went back and my car was ready.I noticed the roof had spots that weren’t touched and there was an overspray of something on various parts. I had them touch it up before I left and thought everything looked fine. Until I got home.These photos are AFTER I had them touch it up. You can clearly see missed spots on the roof, more overspray on the side, areas of windshield untouched.Look. I’m not THAT picky. But to have this much area untouched?Unacceptable.

Combination of a self service and a service location. The service hours are limited on the weekend. Worked out well to get a quick wash. Facility was clean and well maintained. Had an issue with the towel vending machine but the attendant quickly helped. Will definitely come back.

Awesome car wash. Can’t imagine wasting my money on a drive through wash after going here. Much more bang for your buck. Joey, the nighttime attendant, is also very welcoming and friendly. Definitely give this place a shot if you haven’t already.

Good DIY car wash! Its clean and things function properly (I only used the water, I bring everything else). The wash bays take credit cards or you need to purchase tokens (it does not accept quarters). These types of car washes where you can DIY and minimize scratches are getting harder to find so its nice to know theres one here in the heart of Dallas.

You can use card or use cash to convert to tokens the machines wont take cash its a well populated area too

Whenever Im in this area, I always stop by this place to wash my car! It is well maintained, and Ive never had to worry about what washing fluids have been replenished because theyre always full. They are one of the few places that have hand-held air blow dryers. While most of the dryers work well enough to actually dry the car, beware some of the bays have weaker blowers than others. Credit cards are accepted at both the wash bays and vacuums. During the day, you can take advantage of their onsite detailing services.I recently had an experience where I had swiped my CC to use the vacuum, and it turned out not to work although my Credit Card was charged almost $20 because I kept foolishly pressing the more time button thinking this may make the vacuum start. I did have a hard time trying to get in touch with someone, but after a bit of research, I did get in touch with one of the owners who was extremely diligent in wanting to make sure I was properly reimbursed for the mishap. She was absolutely charming and apologetic for the situation. I was properly reimbursed with no questions asked. A few words of caution to those who might scare easily; There is a large homeless population in the area and you will be approached and asked for money if you are there after 7 or 8 PM, but rest assured, they are harmless and merely looking a quick handout. Dont be freaked out by the hippie looking guy that lives on site in the small travel trailer in the back! Hes actually very good people and an absolute hoot conversation wise. He also keeps the place clean and makes sure the patrons at night are safe!

Went on a Saturday afternoon, someone told me it would be a 2 hour wait.. YES, I decided to wait and the wait was less than 2 hours. I was allowed to stay in my car (and do my makeup) while it was being washed and dried. Opt’d out of my interior being vacuumed so I can’t speak on that. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my experience and if I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be stopping by.

I take a lot of pride in my car and like to wash it regularly. Just moving to the area I saw tons of self car washes which seemed awesome.... until I realized how how it gets here in the summer! Finding this place was a perfect middle ground, it’s a small place only ran by a few guys, but they do great work. I payed $25 to have them wash my car and clean the inside. It was like a full detail that you pay 100 bucks for elsewhere. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

We sure said they close at 7. I arrive at 6:35 for just a simple exterior wash without wax and was told they were closed. Will go to alternative vendors for all future washes.

The workers here dont do what they say theyll do. Dont trust them.I came in on Saturday afternoon, looking a detail. They said to come back Sunday morning, as it took a few hours. Sunday morning, I came back, bringing my car (for a standard inside/outside wash) and my wifes (for the full detail). The only worker at the car wash barely spoke English, and ignored me while chatting with the Spanish-speaking customers that were finishing up their car wash. After that job finished, I got his attention, and eventually established that he would call me in about 40 minutes when my car was ready and hed check with the boss about my wifes, since he wasnt sure if he could do the shampooing (its a basic compact car). I walk across the street to grab some coffee and wait.An hour later, still no call. So I go over to see whats going on, and the work hasnt even started. They decided to do the car for the lady who came in after me before mine. So they wasted an hour of my and my wifes time, and didnt do the job.Dont give these people your business. They arent honest and dont provide good customer service.

This place is great! They did an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside of my car. There isn’t really a line so I just simply asked the crew what services they offered. The place has a cool Mom & Pop vibe.

This place is amazing! The owner and Carlos really are incredible! They are both super sweet and always happy to answer any silly questions! I dropped our car off yesterday for detailing (I have been here for a car wash before, but not for detailing) and they did a perfect job; couldnt believe how shiny and new the car looked. If you were lucky enough to buy the Yelp deal go use it and if not, the detailing is well worth the regular price!

These guys did an amazing job! I had a coffee stain on my backseat that they took completely out. I am extremely satisfied and will be coming back again and again!!!

I went in for the hand wash and wax for $75. I was told that there were 2 cars ahead of me and that my car would be ready in 3-hours. So I went to the restaurants and shops nearby. Unfortunately, it was 3 hours wasted. The job was terrible and there was little attention to detail. There were so many things that were wrong with the job that I didnt even waste the time to tell them or complain. Clearly, I went to the wrong place. I had to spend nearly 1.5 hours when I got home fixing the job...cleaning windows, clean up wax/spray solution spots throughout the inside of the car, wiping down steering wheel, cleaning mirrors in visors with clear fingerprints on them, etc. If you have a nice car and want it cleaned nicely, especially when you paid $75...DO NOT take it here. I normally dont take time to post reviews, but this car wash frustrated me so much that I wanted to help save someone else from ever going through the same thing.

Dallas is riddled with garbage conveyor car washes. This place is a diamond in the rough. Great price and even better car wash. Thoroughly impressed by their work.

A bit of a confusing layout. No queue or directions. The guys were really nice but it is not an in and out place. You’ll have to wait depending on how many cars are in front of you. With only two workers, it could be awhile. Ended up leaving after 20min of just waiting.

The vacuums suck, not in a good way. Half the bays are taken up by the detailers that work out of here. Machines steal your money and theres never anyone working to notify. Took $6 to vacuum my car and then I was going to wash it. Before I could do that, this guy pulls in from the exit side and blocks it waiting for the detail guys (see pic). This is very close to my house but I will never come here again. Shouldve gone to Tommy Terrific down the street, for the less $ I would have only had to vacuum it myself with much bettet vacuums.

I always bring my car to be cleaned here. The staff has always been super nice and attentive. They do a really good job and my car always comes looking like new.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I was planning on using this place to wash my car myself because Im very particular about cleanliness and drive-through car washes scratch your car. I drove into one of the slots and immediately noticed how extremely clean it was. By this point I could already tell this is a good place. An exterior wash is $14 and exterior plus interior is $19 but on Wednesdays you can ask for the $5 off deal so I figured I would just let them do it. I have never been more impressed with the speedy detail of the service and the nice workers who know how to get the job done. At most places, I usually have to get a rag and touch it up myself, but here I didnt have to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for people who dislike drive-through car washes.

This is also a laundromat .. it always pretty clean and they have nice big dryers .

My husband just brought his BRAND NEW 2019 pick up here and they scratched his truck horribly. There are abrasion scratches and swirl patterns ALL OVER THE TRUCK. This was the first car wash the truck received so there is no doubt where the damage was done. A clean wash cloth and drying cloth would have prevented the damage done by this auto detail shop!! Also, every piece of glass they cleaned was horribly streaked. The windshield was to the point that you could not see clearly through it at night. DO NOT BRING YOUR AUTOMOBILE HERE!!

I visited this place a couple of days ago. This place was clean and good. (Except for the mosquitoes).

Dont let the mom and pop look fool you. This is my favorite car wash and they hand wash and do an amazing job!

No one speaks English there. When I was about to enter the wash area, i asked the man there to put tape on my cars temporary plate number, he put blue tape on the back windshield. Bad bad bad

Manager was kind enough to let me replace my windshield here due to rain. He even helped out!

Sparkle has the best bay power wash system for the price, but their power vacuums are weak, awkward and there are constantly people loitering hitting you up for money.
