They will illegally try to tow your vehicle regardless if you are parked correctly at your own apartment where management says its ok to park. Scam scumbag company that will be out of business soon. Nice try. Beware of these thieves.

Very unprofessional staff. My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex where I live, I will say I did not have the pass on my vehicle because the leasing office made it unclear they existed. The issue was that there is no signage at the entrance of the complex. When I told them that over the phone, they said they had pictures of them. I went to the business and was told they could not show me them. When I wanted to discuss how they are not following NC GS 20-219.2, they ignored me and were on their phones. When I asked to speak to the owner regarding this, they told me they would not provide me with the information. I ended up paying to get my car back, but will be filing a small claims against the illegal towing. I encourage anyone who was towed illegally by them to do so.

They accidentally towed my vehicle even though my parking permit was visible and in my front windshield from my apartment complex. The young lady ( because my emotions were running so high at the moment, I unfortunately cannot remember her name ) I spoke with at around midnight was extremely professional, very calming & helpful and most importantly kept her word & was very apologetic for the mistake of their driver. She called me back in less than 5 mins after speaking with their driver & my car was back at my apartment complex in 30 mins. Even though they made a mistake, I truly appreciate the honesty & professionalism that I was shown. Thank you.

This place does not contact your rental office before towing! They waited until my office was closed to tow my car and now I have to pay overnight fees and a $230 fee to retrieve my car that they shouldn’t have taken in the first place. Customer service is good until we’ve caught onto their scams. They hang up the phone and the website does not offer any type of information, rules or regulations.

They told me they would be here in 30 minutes. Over an hour later no one has showed up and no one is answering my phone calls and I’ve already been charged on my debit card. But my driver was the man. Super nice guy. Even did a quick inspection on my car to see if he could see any problems so I wouldn’t get hustled by a mechanic. Thank you Ramon!

I know for a fact that on the afternoon of august 4th 2021 these people unnecessarily towed 2 cars belonging to a group of senior women leaving them stranded in the uptown charlotte/south-end area.(I wonder if they would have done this to their own mothers???)(But they had no problem doing it to other peoples mothers)I also know that on that same day around that same time that they unlawfully towed a gentlemans car causing damage to it as well.Unfortunately our current government & laws (or lack thereof)allows people like this to operate the way they do,allowing them to take advantage of people,instead of having a legitimate officer ticket the car giving the supposed offender the FAIR opportunity to plea their case,and still be able to come back to their car,(CAROLINAS TOWING / What if someone is elderly or disabledor having an emergency??? Had my car towed for a technicality because I was slightly over the line. They never decided to contact my apt complex (Citra Lux) before towing or even after towing the next day. Tried to be respecful with them and just pay the fine in cash since it was cheaper, upon getting my car and driving it I kept hearing noise from the back only to find they had completely flattened out parts of my tire. I called trying to tell them they messed up and simply dragged my car to the point 3 out of my 4 tired are too dangerous to drive on. While on the phone the girl tried to justify the drivers actions saying our tow trucks dont work like that. Still waiting on a response considering a warning is to be given per the apts conditions yet I never got one and now will have to get $600 worth of new tires. A complete scam of a buisness

Random towing company who never answers the phone . They pick and choose whose car they will tow that day . The people who always illegally park never get towed but if you forget your parking pass one day you will definitely wake up to no car outside .

They towed my car with a plank card in it and tried to tell me it wasn’t in the car . The customer service rep caught an attitude with me calling an ended up hanging up on me. They illegally (not contracted by my apartment complex, HUDSON COMMONS) came and towed my car early morning. After calling the contracted towing company for my complex they told me to call 311. Carolina towing had my car and I arrived at 10:22am paid for my car to be released at 10:47am. I had to sit and wait in the sun until 11:44am for a car full of people to come and move a car so I could retrieve my car. The girls up front don’t know what’s going on and kept telling me 15 mins and even gave me the option to come back in 15 mins after I told her I have to get to atlanta. I asked her how would I get there if they have my car I’ve paid for already? She said I’m just giving you options. Are you serious

This company is one of the greatest. Jessica has wonderful customer service. They are prompt. I was upset due to the fact that my car was towed but they are only doing there job. I was in the wrong by having a visitor decal but after speaking with management they are just doing there jobs.

They towed my work truck after me having my parking plankard in clear view. After going down to their location. I went to the truck and took pictures of the plankard in clear view to see, they accused me off going in the truck and putting the parking plankard in it.I am taking the company to court and I would advise other people to not give this company your hard earned money. Let me be clear, Alycia went above and beyond in her professionalism, her kindness, and her integrity! My car was towed last night, partially my fault, and the landlords fault for not communicating clearly about the policy on towing...I called and spoke to Alycia this morning and her kindness and professionalism, along with the sweet humble gentleness of her voice sent my anger right out the door! She was such a delight I couldnt yell or scream at her even if I wanted to! She talked so kindly and she. reached out to my complex on my behalf and worked everything out, resulting in my car being brought back within a few hours! I had to leave this review, Alycia didnt have to do anything for me, but its in her heart to do right by customers, and ahe went above and beyond to help me in the midst of these challenging times during this pandemic when we all are stressed and financially short on funds...I have been overwhelmed by this young ladys kindness and professionalism! God bless her richly for what she did for me, again, Lord remember Alycia for this act of kindness!

Definitely predatory towing company they told my truck 10 miles from its location. The towing fee was$5,000 dollars. Prior to that. They towed my car from a truck stop. The fee for that whats $1,100. I kind of feel like thats extensive. And just wrong. In light of covid-19.. there should be some compassion. But not with these guys. My truck was at a place commonly known for truck parking.. I even had permission from the proprietors of the store..$5,000 dollars.. is that even legal?? Is there something I can do about that?? Sincerely Terry caught..

I would have thought they would want to have a lead and make money. Guess not. The guy on the phone was very lethargic and rude. They towed my car even though I was visiting my significant others apartment and had the visitors pass and was parked in the appropriate space. The office never called to get my car towed and they tried to say I couldnt get my car out even though the office emailed them about the mistake they made. This slum makes the other towing companys look very bad. The owner of this slum place need to be put out of business and his license Suspended for having his employees go boot trucks . I reported this crooked company every else should do the same if you havent already! The way they have been robbing people during a pandemic is very much illegal!

I met the tow truck driver after he had my car hooked up, but before he left the parking lot. He quoted me a $240 drop fee, which seemed excessive. Later at the impound lot, a manager told me the drop fee should of been $120. I still ended up paying $220 to get my car back.
