This is my go to car wash since its close to home and not too expensive. However, today was different. The cars that detailed to go thru auto wash got done before the people waiting in line and line is out the street. Need to stagger, like every other vehicle to keep up with demand.

I used to come here all the time when I worked in the area and they used to do a great job so today I drove 40 minutes so they could vacuum it good since Im pregnant and its hard for me to do it, therefore Id rather pay. But they did not do a good job at all I had to ask them to do it again and they complained.I mean if I knew I was to to pay more money for this type of service I wouldve went and washed it for $5 and vacuumed myself. Will now go to a personal cleaner so I know my money is going to be well spent.

I hate leaving poor reviews. However, the staff here was extra rude. I came here because I had gotten deodorant stained on my car seat. I came at a reasonable time, and the staff decided to close early. They though I didnt understand Spanish but the cashier basically said who cares what Google says, we close whenever we want when I advised Google says they close at 730pm they decided to close a half an hour before. I bought some products and cleaned it myself and got the job done. I felt 0 customer service. I know a car wash isnt supposed to have world class service but this experience really made my night horrible, since I could feel how hateful they were and unprofessional. No excuses to not get the job done especially when Google says you close at 730pm. Honor the schedule that Google has you in for, and dont waste peoples time. This arrogant owner had the audacity to respond to me 😒, and look at how his business is doing. Haha 😄 thats what I call a loser, arguing with his customers.

System is down and it’s not the first time. Waited 5 minutes in line. Stocked in the tunnel as well. They always had this issue and not trying to fix it.

Excellent, speedy service. I went in to get my seats cleaned and it took them less than 20 minutes to get them cleaned and polished. I highly recommend the shop.

Paid $50 for a hand wax, and wash and wiping of the inside of the dash and console and cleaning if rims. Husband realized only front half of car was waxed and after Manager reviewed tape he had them redo the waxing. However when we got in the dash board still had dust on it and hadnt been wiped and the rims were still dirty and had water spots. Will never return to this location again. We could have gotten a lot more for a lot less somewhere else. Not complaining about the price but completely disappointed in the service.

I brought in my Kia SUV and needed the Works let me tell you and from the customer service I was given first from a gentleman I was introduced too and provided my needs and concerns too all the way to the finished product being handed my keys from a warm smiling face My Experience was a 10 out of 10!!! I pay $80 for inside and out side and everything is terrible. I don’t care about the money, but I do care how they clean my truck

This is not typical car wash. There is something to eat, drink, read and watch. They have massage chair too to relax. Indoor plants make the store like home. Friendly staff...Highly recommended place.

They did a great job cleaning and a drying my car. They are always busy though. It could be because they do a great job.

Never in my life will I return to this carwash. This was not there when I got there, then when they returned it, it had been covered up with an overload of wax so that it could not be seen. I noticed it after I had to wipe down the bunch of dirt that was attracted to the extra clump of wax they threw over it. I wouldnt suggest you even try to go here, first off no one speaks English, second I paid for the $20 was to get this and my car was still dirty.

Well was a hot day and a lot cars a lot customer, not happy with the job they did, they missed a couple of spots in my car, but they cleaned the interior quite good.

Great place for a quick but solid $45 detail!

$95 for a full interior detail.I had dog hair everywhere. For 90 minutes three people worked diligently with vacuums and left my car spotless.Very happy with the finished product.

TODAY I WENT TO WASH MY CAR..FIRST THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND NOT POLITE. I JUST ASKED TO CLEAN THE CAR PROPERLY, AND AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE THEY ARE PUTTING NAILS ON THE TIRE. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS !!!! I DONT THINK PEOPLE SHOULD GO THERE ANYMORE. AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE.!

And the manager Chris disappeared after he tapped one and I told him I needed to go back to work and pick up my baby after work, he even did not ask my contact information.After looking for him for another 30 minutes after he disappeared, I left a note with my name and phone for him to one employee there. But I m positive about that he would not to contact me.

Poor/slow and rude service. No one is directing any of the cars and the employees honk at you to move out the way, very unprofessional.

Saw the group SIX at Hughes Brothers. Awesome performance! Awesome entertainment venue. Great concession stand. Lights and sound system were excellent. 👍👍

Great car wash on the not so great side of the world!

I washed my brand new camaro ZL1 here and paid $12 for a quick wash with tire shine. I drove on to the belt under the employees hand signal to align my front tire on to the belt. When I was done with the wash I found out the belt had damaged my Wheel and tore my tire apart. The manager then tells me I am responsible for the damage because I was in the driver seat. So I am going to end up paying over $1500 for the damage.

They do the best job in Dallas by far!!!Don’t waste you money at the “Spa” if you catch my drift!!!

The price is right, but the only icomplaints I have is one of the employee dogged out car he went bump to fast which can cause damage under ur car and the other day there screw in my tire i had tire shop to get fix. They alright job detailing car

Called to ask a question about pricing on a service, and the woman on the phone said I dont know. When I asked for someone else who would be able to answer, she just said I dont know. After that she just hung up on me without saying another word. Rude and useless customer service.

Nice to have pre-manual pressure washer to get places the car wash is unable to get. For $5 they pressure wash and then Terry cloth dry your vehicle. Great experience.

Let me start by saying that the 2 star rating is being, by far, generous. The only good part of the experience was that the young man and young lady that did the exterior detailing and interior (windows, dashboard, doors, etc.) cleaning did an excellent job. They got a tip. The 2 putz that were in charge of working the front end (determining which service to recommend, vacuuming the interior, moving cars forward in order of first to last to arrive, etc.) get the finger, the middle. When I arrived there were maybe 3 other cars there and they were going through the express lane except for one (no interior work being done, just exterior). My cash register receipt had a 12:56 PM time stamp on it and that was after I had left my car with the front end yahoos. Over 20 minutes after paying, my car had not even been vacuumed much less seen so much as a drop of water for washing the exterior. By the time it was all said and done it had taken 50 +/- minutes to get everything done. That was after me standing and watching no less then 4 to 6 cars that arrived after me pass me up and go through the car wash. Half of these cars were express washes where the car owner did not have to exit the vehicle. As my car sat outside the car wash waiting to be dried there were more cars coming through the wash and being dried before mine. Clearly management/ownership needs a few swift, hard kicks in the ARSE if not a complete overhaul!

Paid $12 for Ultimate wash with Hand Cleaning on Wheels and tire shine. What I got was people refusing to get down and wipe the dirt off my wheels, dirt that I could wipe off with my finger! The manager was very rude when she came out yelling that I didnt pay for a detail. I just wanted the dirt wiped off my wheels, thats why I paid extra. I will never go back again.

They advertise on Allstate Rewards but do not honor their own promotions. Shady tactics and rude customer service.

Extremely thorough. Paid for the interior full detail. Cost is a bit pricey at $110. My initial thought was overpriced. Please continue reading. After watching these guys work, worth it. I had not planned on coming out for a wash but I am glad these guys were around when I needed an emergency clean out. Fantastic job guys.

First time taking my car and let me tell you from the beginning to the end best experience EVER! Carmen was very friendly and helped me choose the best detail for my car. I have 2 little ones and the car from the inside was a total disaster but thanks to the people that detailed and washed the inside of my car my car looks BRAND NEW!!!! I will defiantly be coming back.

Needed a quick wash for the weekend weather and I found this place on Gemini Rd like off of Royal Lane. Only $5 for a rinse and such. However, they do add the soft cloth dry that gets done personally. I happened to get the Supervisor to wash mine off. My only worry is the scratching of the vehicle. Found a few new imperfections on both side of my doors, argghhh... But its bound to happen... The twisty things sounds rough on your vehicle while driving through it. But if you dont care to have a few nics in the paint, feel free. They offered higher end services and extensive detailing, but Im not driving a Mclaren, so I gave it a get what you pay for wash. Express service was about 10 minutes tops. Lots of trucks and SUVs. No customer service but hey get in and and get out seems to be the motto. I mean get a wash & go!!!😂

Service is pretty good here. They are not the least expensive car wash in the area but are one of the largest and well staffed. There is a lounge area inside where you can get snacks, read or get on computer. They can get busy on weekends so be prepared to wait a while for them to finish you up. Full service is available if you would like to shampoo interior or wax exterior as well.

They are slow unprofessional work and they didnt finished everything on my car

Left my car there. Paid for the $140 which included shampoo and waxing. Went to pick car up, roof and visors had not been shampooed as requested. Door handles were still dirty, they wiped so hard where driver buttons were that the paint was rubbed off. Mirror and windows could have been cleaned better AND check engine light came on when I started it to leave. They cleaned the sunroof and visors before we left per request. Shouldve just taken it back to dealership for $60 more.

One of the better car washes. and for only 5 they do a good job manually drying your car. Beware though, if it rains, the 48 hour rule only applies to $12 and up washes!!

I dont know much about washing cars but some other things here are attractive. Inside the waiting room there are 8 massage chairs, a big screen tv in English, items for sale such as suitcases, backpacks, greeting cards, Fast & Furious arcade behind the wheel terminals and automotive supplies such as oil and anrifreeze. Of course, theres the standard cookies and candy display.They really do pamper your car, though. Personify it and treat it to a good time.

They see an suv and all of the sudden everybody is busy. Paid extra for a bigger car expected to at least get the windows towel dry but nope, had cash in my hand for tip but no one even acknowledged us and so we drove off with dirty windows and wet spots all over. Last time!

False advertising at its finest. Sign out front says $5 wash. When you come in it is obvious that this doesnt exist and is a ploy to get you in the place. The full service washes are decent if you want to pay $15 for a car wash.

Paid $45.00 and $5 tip and truck is still dirty on the outside. Took my other car to different location and paid $17.99 that same day with no water marks or dirt left on the car. Site wont let me post pictures of this car wash scam.

I come here because its close to my house. They do a soso job. I have to double-check what they do and proud them a little bit. But I like this store inside they sell everything under the sun that you can think about. Its kind of funny batteries to luggage. Haha and theyre only kind of so so friendly. They need to work on their customer service skills. But not bad very blue collar people.

This place is an absolute waste of money. So, I spent a total of an hour and a half waiting on my car to get finished. I get in my car to find everything insanely slippery and covered in hair from their rags! Also, they vacuumed the car and its still dirty! I spent $40 on a car wash only to get my car back still dirty and covered in car cleaning muck on the inside. Whenever I got my car back I promptly told the workers there that it was still dirty, they didnt understand much english so the owner came out who also hardly understood english. All in all I would never ever recommend coming here. This was an absolute waste of my money AND the owner refused to give me compensation for getting my car back dirty. Poor business ethic at this place. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Horrible wheels werent clean, truck was still dirty. Wouldve asked for a re-clean but I think they did the best they could do.

I got the basic wash. Drove up to the autowash was getting ready to drive in and manager/owner came up yelling at me that someone else was before me. He was angry and rude to me instead of just politely walking up and asking me nicely to let them go first. I asked for my money back inside and that manager guy was summoned. He crumpled up my receipt and cash into a ball and handed it back to me. There is a lot of car washes out there I would avoid this one at all costs!

The guy that we came up to told us that we could get it washed and carpets cleaned with the choice of air fresherners for $27. They didnt even clean the car right! They gave it a half assed wash and didnt even clean the carpet inside. When I asked about it he said that he couldnt do anything because I got the service that I paid for! Seriously!? Will never come here ever again! Please just save your money and go somewhere else!
