Ive used this car wash for years and while the crew is very nice and caring they are not performing the basics. I was there when they opened and were not busy. I had to ask for my front window to be recleaned. Looking at the car now, none of the other windows have even been wiped nor have the mirrors. Im disappointed.

It pains me to write this review because the people working here have been great. The problem is parts keep getting ripped off my car.Ill repeat that. Parts keep getting ripped off my car.First it was the rear windshield wiper (thought that was just a fluke of bad luck) and now the window molding on both the driver and passenger sides.In 25 years of car washes I have never had this problem anywhere else in my life. I have no idea why or how this is happening here. But after the third time Ive had enough.

I understand that hand washing/drying a car top to bottom takes a long time, and I do appreciate this. However, an hour and half wait time for even just a mid level job is outrageous. Especially when I was told 45 minutes. This was ridiculous considering there were 4 people working on the car at the same time.

These guys do a really good job on your car . Customer service always satisfactory. The environment is safe. My only issue is that my tires were not done properly and Im not sure about the rain check . Its rained the next day after my wash . Do anyone know if they honor the rain check

I think the hand wash is above average. The interior clean is sub par. I think they have a great business, so they rush the employees instead of focusing on detail. So much dust and dirt left on the dash and floorboard. I even mentioned to the attendant that I had the same problem before. I am sure the head of marketing will say sorry, come by and give us another chance, but I already have.....a few times now. Id expect a better job for $50+ on the hand wash.I will go back to Tommys. Its a better clean and a great atmosphere.

SHINY EXTERIOR - CLEAN INTERIOR! What’s missing are crystal clear windows, there’s always residue of lint when I drive off! Friendly service! Quickly finished cleaning during weekday mornings! Busy on weekends!

I have only had great experiences here... they are friendly and an excellent location. They pay very good attention to detail and have many service people outside to make sure your car gets washed well. There are some folks who don’t like motorized brush washers because it can leave small marks on a very high-end vehicle, but I also like my vehicle to be clean. They do it well.

Theyre cleaning is horrible inside and out. Several times Ive gone and still they do a very poor job vacuuming and the inside and the outside, I be try a different company. I wish I could give negative stars instead of one star they dont deserve one star its bad.

The interior detail crew damaged the touchscreen of our brand new car! The manager was notified immediately and he viewed the damage before the car left the property. After an “investigation” that took several days, we were told that they were not responsible. Very disgusted with how we were treated so I’m getting my attorney involved now. Beware of doing business with these people.

I liked them well enough. They even did a free re-wash after the inside of my windshield was left so streaked I could not see.I’d give them 5 except the re-wash left my windshield streaked. Otherwise a good job.

Scam alert!! I came in to get my car washed and vacuumed and chose the super clean for $39.00. When I go to the cashier to pay they tell me it’s $74.00 because of a $20 up charge for my vehicle being an SUV, $15.00 to wash the bugs off the windshield. This place has been around for awhile and now I know why their rating is so low. I would have left but my car was already gone.There is a place on Lemmon by the Bentley dealership that I will make the extra drive from UP to from now on. Stay away from these disreputable people here at Vintage.

Didn’t disclose the extra $10 charge for my SUV/midsize (Kia small suv) way over priced for what you get and disappointed for HP. Big Lou’s is way better and way cheaper

Had some dirt on my car after it had rained. The guys here said it had “mud” on it and would have to either be rinsed off before coming back or they would have to charge $30 to get the “mud” off. I really think they need to review what mud is rather than just dirt. Car came out clean though so I’m not complaining too much. Just seriously need to rethink their definition of mud.

Great service. Vintage is fast and reasonably priced. Staff are always friendly and professional. If you aren’t happy they will rectify whatever issue.

Pretty nice place. Did a very good job of washing the car. I thought it would take for ever because it was so crowded. They got us out very quickly. I would have given 5 stars but I had to have them go over the door jamb on the rear hatch door. In their defense, the guy cleaning was too short to reach it.

Great service best car cleaning I’ve ever had!!!

Took my car in to clean up the dog hair on the carpet. They did a pretty good job cleaning all that up. But 2 things that made me give 2 stars is that I asked them to take out the seats to clean the dog hair inbetween. They did not and there is still dog hair there. Also, I got the full interior cleaning. They still left dirt inbetween some crevices. They do not pay attention to detail. Advice to anyone who wants to take their car here - dont. Its in a nice area, but that does not equal nice work.

This is easily the worst car wash I have ever been to i have a truck with some 33 inch tires and every other car wash in Dallas has no probelm but vintage car wash told me they where to wide this is not true I know exactly how wide my tires are and I went and looked at the track anyway I had to pay for what they called a hand wash Wich is supposed to better any way I paid 55 dollars I was expecting the best car wash I had ever seen. When I got my car back after an hour of waiting mind you there was no line when I got there there was still dirt and mud on the side of my car I pointed it out to the guy he wiped it off with his towel and said it was fine my windows had finger prints on them the didn’t clean my mirrors there where leaves in the bed of my truck and instead of getting them out they just sprayed them with a hose so now they are just gonna be more or pain to clean up for meIf you want to waste you money and an hour of your time just to have to come home and wash off the dried soap and dirt they forgot off your car this place is great

Careful when you go to this place. You can tell them I want this $80 package and theyll slyly ask you things like oh, do you want us to wash your mats? without indicating that this will be an extra charge. My total was $115 - $35 more than I was told it would be! Never coming back.

Paid $59 for a cash wash (bc I had to pay $20 as I have an SUV/Van and this place forces a surcharge for this).I would say it was an average car wash worth what most other places charge at $5. They did use a generic wheel spray on the tires to shine them, but it really is NOT worth it.The front of our car is still dirty and seems like they simply run the cars through a machine wash and dump them out to dry them. Its like no one even checks to see if a car is properly cleaned.I would not go back and would NOT recommend.

Good work but overpriced and slow

I brought the car in filthy after a 2,462 mile road trip with bugs plastered all over the front end of the car, etc. They treated my 2004 Honda with the same care and detail as they treated the Jaguar and Mercedes next to me. I left with a spotless vehicle. Ill be back regularly. Five stars only because I cant give them six.

I have been bringing my cars to this location for approximately eight years. The employees have always been friendly, prompt, and efficient. However, at this point I will likely never come to this car wash again. Consistently, I notice that the wash crew fails to remove tape from my rear window wiper and fails to dry the roof of my car. Additionally, I recently brought a car in for a complete exterior and interior detail and noticed that the detail crew failed to remove numerous bugs from the front of the car. The wax that they applied also lasted less than one month. It has become worth it to drive farther to go to better car washes. For the price, I expect far better attention to detail and higher quality wax.

I wish I could recommend this place, and maybe I would be able to, if I had not paid over $200. I’ll start by saying that my vehicle really wasn’t dirty. I mainly went to this place b/c it was open early in the day on a Sunday. The outside of the vehicle was cleaned “ok,” even if mostly by a mechanical car wash. There was a good amount of lint from the towels used to dry the exterior left throughout the outside of vehicle. There were streaks on all 4 windows, as they weren’t completely wiped and dried (or possibly due to dirty towels). The interior of the car wasn’t wiped completely, as there was residue on nearly all center console and areas that were solid/wood grain/metallic or display screens. Also, the carpet was supposedly shampooed, but most areas that had superficial dirt were still dirty. After returning home, I was able to clean those dirty areas myself with a little bit of cleaner and a rag. I don’t want to discount the workers if much of their efforts were put into cleaning the vehicle. If that’s the case, then maybe they weren’t trained properly? Regardless, I still don’t know exactly what my $200+ went towards. I’ve paid $50 or less at Wave Wash for the exact same service previously. If you don’t really want any type of “detail” wash, them this place is ok. But, I wouldn’t recommend paying any more than $50 for a large size SUV at this place. 🤷🏻‍♂️👎🏻

I took my new vehicle here to get a hand wash. Please beware, this establishment does not use microfiber towels or follow best practice when washing a vehicle. I now have scratches and streaks on my black vehicle. I inquired if microfiber towels were used on my vehicle and was informed that they did, however, my vehicle was covered in white lint from regular towels. I am Extremely dissatisfied and am driving to a separate location to see how the scratches can be removed.

They always do a good job at cleaning and detailing my vehicle. The last visit they did loose my key though and I had to go back to them.

There was bird poop on the front hood of my car from being left under a tree. They flat out said they would not wash it because it would take too long. I thought they were in the business of washing dirty cars? I would have paid more or extra but didn’t even give me that option. Then I had to wait 15 min in the line while they vacuumed the cars in front of me. I asked if they could at least vacuum it. They did (not very well) and still charged me. Might have been a nice jesture to comp that for my time. I live just a couple blocks away but that will definitely not be my neighborhood car wash anymore.

Just moved to Dallas. Been here twice. Besides being friendly, the hand wash and interior clean was great both times. I’ve seen complaints about pricing and I just don’t get it. The alternative is $13 for a machine to “wash” the car and leave it dripping wet while not touching the interior. For $60 (including tip) I get a sparkling, fully-dried exterior, windows nicely cleaned inside and out, dash, door panels and cup holders cleaned and carpets vacuumed. That’s a great value to me!!

They do an excellent job here. Not cheap but not expensive either. Good price for the wonderful job they do! I just wish they had shade for their workers. Thats the only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars

This place is the worst.It’s convenient location is the only thingThat ever draws me to it. The two hoodlumsUp front always have an excuse. Apparently my car is not clean enough to get washed there. This has happened before. The last time there were not but a few cars there and her come the excuses. They both come over saying I dont know. We could do it but it will sure slow us down and then they just stare.I will never go back. The place in forest and toll is infinitely better and they never turn you down especially if your car is dirty. After all, thats whyYou go there in the first place right?

This is for the Dallas location.Took my car (Audi A4 Prestige) in today for a hand wash, about 1pm on a Sunday. There were not that many people there... seemed pretty slow. I figured I would get my car out quickly enough. About 35-40 minutes later I notice my car is ready, its just siting there no one even bothered to call it out and let me know (I was standing about 30ft away looking at my phone).I go looking for someone, so that I can get my keys, my car, and on with my day. I call out to someone in the hand wash tunnel, and they come out and give me my keys. I get in my car and notice that the console was still dirty (lots of residue on the buttons) and the various electronics screens on the dash were dirty as well. The attendant mentioned that wiping down of the console doesnt come with the $45 hand wash, only an interior vacuum. Thats OK, I said, if I didnt pay for it then no problem. He insists to clean it however (good customer service move), and I proceed to look around the exterior of the car.The front valence is dirty, like really dirty (easily areas of 3x3 that havent even been touched), there is soap and rubbery residue on my wheels, there is sap on my side skirt, there is water still on the roof . Where is the attention to detail here? I think a machine wash would have done a better job..The attendant complies and cleans the front valence and wheels, while I do minor touch ups with my sweatshirt sleeve around the vehicle. I thank him for taking the time, and get in my car. Thats when I notice the trim on my center console, around the shifter, is scratched. Not a major scratch, but definitely multiple medium-depth scratches on the trim. Also the residue on the buttons is still there!$45 for a handwash doesnt seem unreasonable.. as long as the car is clean afterwards. Horrible thing is, more than $45 of damage was done to my car... Im not going to replace the trim piece on my console that was damaged, but Ill notice it for the rest of the time that I own the car.Very dissatisfied.

Been coming here for years and always do a good job! However they have been bumping up their prices marginally and decreasing their guarantees.One time one of their machines bent my license plate, and when I took it back they were more than happy to fix it.

Bought the detail package and the Interior was not cleaned much at all.. Still spots on the console, handles werent cleaned, radio screen, steering wheel and no effort was put into cleaning anything that didnt come off on the wash. I know the sign said to tell them before you leave, but after waiting 45 minutes, I just to go.

$125 for a full hand wash and detail. Literally the worst wash I’ve ever had. 7-11 does a better job. Still had brake dust on all the wheels fender wells were filthy. Seats weren’t vacuumed. Just awful.

Ask for John to oversee ur detailing of ur car, he is the professional there, we drive a fair distance, he makes it worth it, always happy with service to our cars.

Fast and friendly

I always bring my car in covered in dog hair after a road trip and they always get most all of it with just the vacuum! Sometimes Ill have them detail it to really get everything and its even better! I drive 30 minutes to get my car cleaned here. Thats how much I like them and their prices!

I use to enjoy this the car wash but I guess complacency has set in. My car is never clean when I leave,l. The water they use is so brown that if there is any left on the car after drying you get huge streaks on your car.

Its ma first time going there but am not satisfied at all cuz they left scratch on ma window and my front bumper. Cant trust them again to go back.and thier manager denies it at all.

Just had the interior of my Acura MDX detailed here and was thrilled with the results. The car had years of dirt and food scraps trapped under car seats that I didnt expect would come out, but they did a great job. They greatly exceeded my expectations, and the price was great too!I didnt have any of the issues described in the negative reviews.

Only go here if you dont care about the price. If you have anything larger than a SmartCar, youll tell them what you want, leave your car, and when you get to the counter theyll raise the price by 25% and call your small car a mid-size car. At that point, youd have to basically cause a scene to even talk to the manager about it, so youre stuck. They count on this. The quality of the cleaning is poor for the price... and be prepared to wait about an hour.

Ive been utilizing this car wash for a few years for all our vehicles. Over the past year I have received up charges nearly every time coming. From 5-50$ each visit across 8 vehicles weekly. Oh you have some bugs, or a little extra dirt on your floor mats, etc.I feel foolish for not looking sooner, dozens of companies that will come to your residence and detail your vehicles for a cheaper price and without the conman approach.

My experience: My fiancé buys a BRAND NEW MERCEDES and takes it to this car wash on Preston, because they offer hand washes. He asks for a hand wash, the guy takes his car and puts in through a machine ( this car wash has a shop area he was in at this time) he comes out, drives it home gets out and sees tiny paint chips missing on the hood of the car. Checks his receipt and finds out they did not hand wash his car as he asked. Upon calling, the manager said he would do nothing to help and had a rude demeanor. No accountability and bad customer service. Wow..

This place is a complete rip off; they try to charge you $15 to $30 more than a “regular” wash if your car is actually dirty (think bird poop, mud, etc.). It’s ridiculous! After 5 years of going to this place, it’s time to find another car wash!

Scammy pricing... Wont be back.I drive a LITTLE BMW X1. Big sign says interior special for $29.99. I ordered that, thinking AWESOME! Order taker and cashier did not say a word until I was handed a credit card receipt to sign. For $35. Was told I had SUV pricing. Manager told me to look at my registration, I was driving the same as a SUBURBAN. Hmmm. Wont be back... Back to my usual spot on Lemmon.

While friendly, do NOT plan on a quick service. I waited over an hour and kept getting updates that it was allegedly almost ready, however continued to see car after car after car get put ahead. I will probably never come back.

I was charged $10.00 extra for my Subaru Outback because they claim that its a SUV. I have gone to 3 other car wash locations in Dallas and none of them claim that my vehicle is a SUV. This is my first and last time here.
