Nice Car wash establishment but the price is a little higher than others Car wash establishments, but other than that its a really nice and clean place to wash your vehicle as A drive through car wash its one hundred percent safe and A clean complex.🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you are not from PG area dont go to this place. Im a man and I did not feel safe. Groups of dudes Wakulla one car starting and mean mugging you. Had a car ment to me rolling and smoking with a bottle of tequila on the roof of the car.They charge $10 for a basic wash. Thats high compared to $4,$5 or$7 in nicer cleaner and safer locations.The wash was ok it did the basic clean.If you are cool with the extra hood stuff while you wash your car, then this is your spot. I wont ever go back.

I go almost every weekend there. Different prices depend which wash you get. Leaves your car spotless. Not to mention, free vacuum.

Doesnt give enough effort on African-Americans vehicles when they dry.

I’m amazed I had to pay 10$ dollars for a car wash when it’s usually 6$ they had an excuse saying the mother board wasn’t working so we have to charge for the 10$ car wash. I was already in line so what could I do... exit out they need to fix their “mother board”Update they could of just told me the truth and said the price went up instead of lying to me I don’t mind paying extra just tell the truth

The car wash was good but the vacuum was great!

Got the $15 ultimate wash. It was good. Vacuum machines are free and really work.

They always do a very good job on my truck.

Definitely makin improvements. A little unorganized but the wash was done. They were willing to share a towel and some windex like cleaner without a problem. I appreciated that for my $20 manager special

Very pricey my car was not dry totally for 15.00 it said it would by dry .

This place was ok at first, but they had the nerve to increase prices but didn’t upgrade nothing, vacuums are a hit n miss, the wash system is old, over it !!! Alpine a car wash on Buckner is my go to now, it’s new, the wash system actually gives u what u pay for, vacuums on point and they are CHEAPER

Just left today and got the ultimate with wheel clean and towel dry for the managers special of $20. It was worth it and they also will clean the inside if you want or u can use their free vaccum service.

I had gone to there other location Lake June road the previous week I had just moved in to town . Great service at that location. My tire shine wasnt applied to my preference. So I asked management if they could put some more and they said no problem. So when I passed by this location at Buckner I expected the same service . Well let me tell you Horrible service.....I dont recommend it all. I purchased one of there top packages $15. No tire shine water streaks and no suction in vacuums. When asked management they said nothing they can do that I would have to pay $5 more for something I had already paid for. Theres nothing they can do and just took off. So I went back to other store and they said total different owners. Which was now obvious... They said they were sorry and reassured me that wouldnt happen here.

Vacuums dont work at all on one side and are very weak on the other.I wasted time trying to find a good vacuum.

DO NOT GO HERE. Got a car wash, drove home to discover a large scratch running from headlight to hood to wiper blade..and continuing on the side door. With blue fibers from the wash brushes wedged between the side panels and scratches on the back/side bumper. I Immediately returned (about 10minutes since my wash) hoping it was not a scratch and asked them to clean it. They sent their manager to me. He told me that it looks like someone buffered it because there was “wax residue “ below my front headlight. That he has been in this business 20 years and that someone buffered the car. He did not take responsibility. He gave me the run around. DO NOT GO unless you want to risk having a damaged car. I just read through these google reviews and others have stated damage to their car and how the car wash would not pay for it. I have a brand new 2018 equinox. It is a compact SUV. I’m not saying every car will get damaged. But mine did. I am filing a claim with my insurance tonight. I am very upset. It’s obvious what damaged my car. It looks like a large brush scratched it, and the manager accused me of going home and buffing it with an actual buffing machine. Go at your own risk. You were warned.

Out of about 20 vacuums only about 5 was working.

Stay away from this place.They have this lady that works there her name is berenice shes very unprofessional and rude with all the customers shes always on her phone and doesnt even pay attention on what we are asking her.

I would give a 5 star rating, but the mechanisms have aged with time and are not fully functional. As of recent I have noticed that the sprayers have gaps in the where before the spray was evenly across. It was a great locale, I only hope that the owners reinvest a bit more money into maintaining the equipment before it gets too run down.

Price has increased but so has the wash job so Ive noticed.

They are great most of the time but lately some of their brushes arent working when you go through the wash. Ive paid for a $10 wash and come out and my tires had no dressing, then the guys in the back wanted to charge me $5 to do my tires. The tire dressing was supposed to be included in my wash.

Hours of operation are NOT posted anywhere on the site. The hours of operation posted here on Google are wrong apparently. Ive been sitting here since 7:40 a.m. because it was supposedly open already. Its now 8:10 a.m. and no one has opened the entrance.Oh and if you do come by for a wash... Expect that they WONT pre-soak your car properly when you enter the tunel. They only partially wet your car. They wont walk around the whole car and do it the right way.

They started out with low price car wash deals,but now with them upgrading their equipment and all they went up on car wash prices. 🤑🤑🤑

Charge $18 dont clean inside or vacumm only do outside windows and hand towel dry and tires.. not worth it you can go by towneast mall at that car wash and they do everything for this price.. will never go again!! And the guy didnt tell me they dont do inside if I would have know wouldnt never paid him... Worst ever only go if you need quick $6 wash not really a detail I ask how much more clean windows and inside he said $17 that would have been $35 nope such a RIP off...

WARNING! STAY AWAY!4 stars!? Is this a joke! The worker who directed me in the car wash was on his phone while positioning my car. My car was in NEUTRAL as indicated by the worker whoms responsibility is to position and mount my car. The car behind me rear ended me and pushed me out. DO NOT GO!

Never come here again. I paid to have my vechical wipes down. Been 15 mins waiting. Will never come here again.

I was very pleased with the level of service for the price I paid. I would certainly return to the establishment. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful, and the basic wash I paid for was great.

I came here 3 days in a row to have cars in my fleet detailed and was told each time they didnt have enough people. I kept coming back over the next 2 days and the same thing. Finally on the fourth day, I was able to get some things going. After waiting for my car to get detailed, I observed only 2 guys that work hard. One guy who appears to be a Supervisor or manager of sort only sits in his car the whole time while the other 2 seem to do everything. He isnt hard to miss because he sits in a black Mercury Grand Marquis. Hopefully the next time I come here the service will be a lot better. This is the only car wash on Buckner in this busy area so maybe these guys should act as of they arent.
