There are several car washes in North Dallas, but this is my favorite car wash! I like to take care of my car, and I haven’t been happy with any other car wash. Not only are the prices good, but the staff is amazing. They always do an awesome job with my car and I always leave happy. The employees are always friendly and I enjoy every encounter I have with them. This car wash is definitely worth it!

This car wash is outstanding.I travel all the Time and have my car cleaned almost everyday. I detail once a month and my vehicle is a 2013 Escalade and looks new. This shop was very reasonable and took their time to do it right. I will be back . I would recommend William as your detail person fair honest and made it look easy. His person who worked with him was outstanding as well I did not get her name. She did my wheels better than my home car wash in San Antonio Wash tub.RespectfullyThank YouMichael

Got the superior interior and paid extra for pet hair removal, it was very worth it, they did a great job! Also got a chip in my windshield fixed for free. Great service, highly recommend this place!

Jeffs has the best soap. It keeps her shiny (my car). Yes, its a her. So I dont know who did what to the vacuums but you all need to be careful. We need to take care of these things together. We are better TOGETHER.

Just picked up my car today, first time customer. Very happy with car wash and interior detailing, reasonable/expected pricing. Feel bad I didnt have cash to tip because I definitely would have! I will absolutely be coming back as a regular customer, I hope the quality service continues!

These guys do well for a basic wash, but sub par on a detail. I paid over $100 for a high end vehicle detail, and they didn’t even remove my cup from the cup holder to clean it out. There were other obvious short cuts which made the detail more like a quick wash down with shine than a real detail.

They do a good job but the wait is extremely long. Only had one person doing the interior.Avoid if you are in a hurry.

I had been using this car wash for the past two years once or twice a month with typically a Saturday afternoon visit. The last two times no one was there to do the towel hand dry on my car upon the completion of the wash. The first time it happened I let it go and did it myself at the vacuum area. Flash forward 2 weeks later I go there again and mention it to the person I paid what happened the last time. He said sorry and it won’t happen today. I exit the wash. No one is there. I go to the vacuums and no one comes to my car in the 10 minutes I was vacuuming my vehicle. I walk up to where a car was being detailed and see the employees standing there talking near that car. They did not even notice me they were so involved in their conversation. I won’t be going here again.

Worst service ever. Running cars thru the car wash but no one to wipe down or complete the detailing. Let car sit in sun and dry with water spots and then attempted to wipe with dry rag. Manager was not capable of handling the business.Total disaster...will never go back.

I came to this location due to it being close to my house and I will be back tomorrow to cancel my membership. The man that waves you in acted as if I wanted to get something for free. No one knows the policy outside of the manager. On top of that my car has streaks on the outside.

I have been a customer of this location for 13 years. I take my three car there weekly. The last time I took my Navigator, their machine tore off the rear light. it was a $508 repair to replace. They found the light, could see by the breakage, it had been ripped off and still refused to pay for the damage. I will not be back, its not a money issue, its an ethical issue. They damaged the vehicle, and they refused to right a wrong.

They are all very nice and polite. They always do a great job and leave my car looking beautiful. The prices are reasonable . Juan is an awesome manager excellent customer service skills! highly recommend using Soapy Jeffs Carwash.

Nice brushless wash, gets your car clean. Free vacuums. You have the option to get an exterior only wash or a full service wash.

Best quality wash/value if you get the monthly pass. Ive tried most of tgese places in town and thus one hands down is the best. Vacuums that you can use yourself work very well too.

Decent prices with free vacuum. Have been coming here for several months. Inhave an unlimited subscription. But today I came, and ibhatengotnhit by a lot of bird poop, which did not come off in the wash. Also, for some reasons the vacuums were off today.

This had been my go-to place for a while because they do a pretty good job and are reasonably quick. However, when I went today literally only 1 person was wearing a mask out of the 5 people I saw. Im just not comfortable with multiple unmasked people working in my car so I had to find someplace else.

I had a wonderful experience! I had my car washed and Cecilio greeted me with a smile and was very personable. Told me the owner is a Michigan man and so am I so I wouldn’t expect anything less from the Michigan connection. Great wash at a sensible price and the people are very attentive.

It’s a decent place when it’s not busy the $6 is works to get your car hand toweled dry. But, when it’s busy with members you have passes they take priority. I was seeing vehicles being washed but, no towel dry for four vehicles. Not sure if the 20 min drive was worth it. I enjoyed the first time. Second time not too sure.

I am thrilled with this place!I am a very finicky person when it comes to paying someone to clean my car. I am usually the one who has to go over and dry, wipe or even vacuum what folks miss. I never have to do any of that here!I seriously love this place that I drive 45 minutes to get the best service. Did a great job on my wife’s car

Used their $6 outside wash and the car was cleaned and hand dried. Offer other service cleaning i.e inside, wax wheels etc but I dont use any of that.

I’ve never had an issue at this car wash, the staff is great and friendly. Management is great with any request and knowledgeable on types of details and the hand carwashes are the best. I haven’t done it yet but I believe you can get your state inspection as well. Clean restrooms and lobby.

Always amazing! We take multiple vehicles here for cleaning. Even 2 big jacked up trucks that they hand wash and do an exceptional job at! Will never go anywhere else! Give them a try! You wont regret it!

Loved it. They did an amazing job making sure the car was spot free and the interior wipe down was well done also. They bumped me one package up for the lower price for my first time visit. Nice inside waiting room and the automatic car wash are more like noodles than bristles and ensure no scratching or dents. I will be returning.

Go any where else! I spent 30.99 to get the best one they offered. I wanted the best because I use my car for work. The outside looks okay but cant tell they did anything to the interior which was included. No scent which was also suppose to be included. Werent friendly at all. Not only did I waste my money, but also my time. Im gonna have to it myself now. Im extremely easy to please but Im absolutely disappointed.

Great car wash. Especially for the very strong vacuums. Which are included in the wash.

Seemed like a nice enough place. Workers were courteous. But the car was not vaccumed well and only the driver sides door and dash had been cleaned. Also windshield left with smudges. I had high hopes for this place. Oh well.

The last time I took my car through the wash there wasnt any people to wipe off the water afterward. They had me park in the sun, and I had to wave to someone to come to my car. By the time someone got to my car it was already dry with spots. I usually have a satisfactory experience, but not this time.

My car was pretty clean went I got there. The inside needed to be vacuumed. They didnt vacuum very well. I had to ask the guy to wipe off the car due to drip Marks. They allow smokers to smoke where cars are being wiped down. Their smoke goes right in your car. I will say, they are all very nice. Someone should inspect the cars before they call you out!

Ive been a customer of Soapy Jeff s since they took over from the previous owners. I wash my own cars when I have the time to but when I dont I come here. My normal wash is their exterior only Best option and have occasionally had them do a wax when its on special. I would rate them a 5 on most visits but Ive had a few where it was more like a 3 or 4. It all depends on who you get for the finish hand dry and wheel dressing. Staff is always friendly and seem to care about your repeat business. I would definitely recommend them.

Good work detailing my vehicle and place to chill while waiting. Wifi and TVs help kill the time waiting. A bit expensive...I can get same detail for $15 less elsewhere.

I wish i can put 0 stars. My husband had the car cleaned today well if u call it clean. No wipe down, no vaccum, no cleaning at all. The outside the car looks better than the inside.

Usually try to wash my cars myself, but often realize it takes way too much time away from my family. These guys always do an awesome job. Definitely comes out way better when they detail it for me.

I brought my car in to get detailed. The car looked super clean on the outside. They did an excellent job of getting the seats cleaned. They were in bad condition. When I pulled in they didnt tell me that I could choose two services. They said we will do seats and a little bit of the floors for $69. Im not sure what I asked, but they said oh thats $89. Also my husband said you will make it look like brand new again. The guy said yes sir. I wouldnt of cleaned and armoralled the interior. I would of picked seats and floors. When we got home, the cup holders and beside emergency gear shift was still dirty. The track behind the seats as well. The next day, I brought it back to get those things cleaned. The track is still not clean, maybe this is not part of the deal. The next day, I just said please get what was missed. I didnt ask for the seats to be redone, but they were. I expected the floors to be better than they were. We spent about 2 hours there, 40 minutes driving there and back. Im frustrated at myself and the situation, but it is what it is, Ugh!

Great waiting room. Food, cold drinks, greeting cards for sale. Free coffee. Four big screen TVs. Very friendly staff. I am a frequent customer and get a free wash/vacuum after nine visits. Never, ever been disappointed with their service. They put out a great vibe! Recommended to friends and family!

My experience has always been a great one!! I drive a lifted truck and this place never scratches my rims or roof. They always do a great job especially on vacuuming all the dog hair outta my vehicle.

I usually get my car washed here, was happy but not today at all.... I usually go for silver wash which I did today as well....machine was not working, they told I have to wait for sometime and my car will be washed with machine only.... Since I was in rush did not check there but I realized later that they neither did vaccum well from inside nor car was washed with hands properly since they did not wash it from machine....charged $21, moreover I usually give tip to their employees $2.....Not happy with the service today at all......

I arrived at 4:48 and they are closed because its been slow all day. Yet, there is a car in front of me being finished. Not happy. If your posted hours ate Open until 6, please stay open for patrons who are loyal enough to bring business to you.

Quick and affordable! Even better, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure the car was spotless. The manager on duty Windexed my windows when I enquired to a spot that remained after the machine wash. Turns out it was inside but he took care of it without the interior add-on and didnt make me feel bad about it. Very happy.

Not sure about the car wash options, but I would not recommend the detail service. The crew were very nice and presentable. The detail was done well, car looked great. Only one problem. The buffering process caused the paint on my hood to create crows feel --look it up, all over. Now after doing research, found out this is a common problem with my car type after years of sun and when getting a detail done. Understood. However, I am certain the detailer noticed this was happening when buffing the car. Whats upsetting is they didnt say one thing about it when I picked the car up. Probably in hopes I wouldnt notice.

They didnt care about what I need, manager didnt want to listen, everyone just try to repeat the packages for you, I live next door, now I will be happy to drive further to wash my car. employees are not responsible. they should care about customers and deliver better service. Based on my experience the $24.99 package is the same as the $5. so its a waist of money to get the GOLD package.

The customer service is great, the wash and dry are fantastic but vacuuming the inside of the entire car is a mystery to me. I have taken a sedan for an inside and outside clean but the trunk was not touched. I was told after the fact, I need to request for the trunk to be vacuumed. I now have a small SUV and guess what? The back of the SUV was not vacuumed! I dont understand - any other car wash establishment I have gone to has vacuumed the entire car - unrequested! Soapy Jeffs is close and convenient but I am going to think twice about a return visit....I shouldnt have to ask for the obvious!In response to the owners comment - I was not aware that SUVs had trunks! Going the extra mile and asking a customer if they would or would not like their trunk or the back end of their SUV vacuumed might be something to consider.

Went from being a great place for a hand wash to being rediculously expensive. Theyve almost doubled their price in the last few months. When I pointed this out, their response was too bad, thats the price. Theyve definitely lost my business.

Was given several options... felt like I could choose what was best for my needs without making me feel obligated. Management is awesome seemed well organized. Had gone to the beach so you can imajine all the sand inside/outside my SUV. I was told by management don’t worry we got it. Very satisfied with the results, left there with a clean shiny smealing good SUV! Will be returning and referring.

But the staff are very nice.I have tried to call for the past 2 hours, no answer. I really like that car wash. Ohhh well....maybe next time.

The absolute worst experience ever. One word, Lazy! Paid $45 for something my 2 year old daughter could do better. My seats were still dirty after i left so i came back the next day for them to literally waste 20 minutes of my life for the same result.Take your money somewhere else it’s not worth it. I have come here several times for the $5 wash. Today, I paid the $5 and I pulled around to line up for the car wash, but there was a technical issue, it took awhile for them to work on, no one came up to explain the wait duration or what was wrong. I did not have time to stay and wait so I left. I tried to call and get a refund on my credit card but that wasnt helpful.

I usually have no problems except for the length it takes for my car to be washed.. (seems like everyones is faster for some reason) My most recent visit will be my last. My personal items were taken from me.. one of the workers said it may have been vacuumed but there were other items with it that were just moved. Unacceptable for a paying customer to not be able to trust employees.

They did an awesome job!Because the previous owner left some nasty stuff in the trunk and didnt take care of the rest well- I went with the 49.99 exterior/interior detail wash which includes a carpet wash too.The staff has worked around an hour on my car- and every single penny is worth it!I also have to mention its a family owned business and the staff is very kind and friendly, the customer lobby and the restrooms are perfectly clean. Ill definitely come here from now on!Thank yall! My car doesnt feel 10 years at all ! :)

Had my car washed here and my windshield came out cracked. I ask for the manager and I was told that he wasnt in, and that he will be in later so they got my phone number and name and they said they would let the manager know. 3 weeks went by and to this day I still have not heard from the manager not one phone call not even to find out what happened . I will never go there again, bad service

Great service and fast.

I was told my detail would take about an hour. After two hours and fifteen minutes they told me it would be another 30 minutes. I missed a crucial appointment and dinner and now have to sit in Friday night traffic to get home for a good while. I am so displeased with this service and will recommend to everyone I know to NOT use Soapy Jeffs.

Prices are good.I just got an exterior wash, it’s clean after the wash. They also manually hand dry after the wash and so there are no water marks.But I did not find self vacuums for the exterior only wash .

Took my rav 4 in for a wash today and it was pretty dirty, no matter how busy they were i felt like my car was important. When it came out it was fully dried. And i loved how clean this place was. Will definitely be back again!! Oh and jeff is awesome.... its always good when the owner greets you, and assures if you have any questions dont hesitate to ask.

Car comes out looking great with the RainX wash and wheels and tires. Solid deal and they always dry it well which is a pet peeve of mine if they miss! Would recommend!

The best Carwash in town hands down been going there for years. All of the leadership is on point from the owner Jeff to Cescilio to Juan and the rest of the employees. Only place I trust.

Sub par car wash service. The automated wash didnt clear off the much of the dirt on my cars hood. When reported to the staff there, they reluctantly tried to wash it of by hand and not even did half good. Its okay if the results werent that great but highly disappointed with the level of efforts the staff put in to satisfy the customers needs.
